I fell right into the bed, that thing smiled… why?, ´Alice, any opinion on what we just saw?´
Sorry master, but i cant give you that information as of right now, but, some monsters inside the I.D. can be sentient.
´Thanks Alice´ Not a lot of information but at least I know that thing is sentient, and for some reason was smiling at me, that fucking face, the way he looked at me, like some kid watching ants work, knowing you are above them… I will kill that fucking ape, from now on no one looks down at me, i was afraid I couldnt kill a dragon, that maybe I wouldnt be strong enough, but fuck that, I will be, Im going to become the peak of this world, no dragon, daedric prince or the divines will be able to look down at me.
This road ahead of me is going to be a long one, I don't know if I'm going to be alone or maybe get some company, if this is a real world now, then not just everyone will agree to travel with me also, trust, will I be able to trust someone in this world?... I don't know, in the games, some people were just made to follow you, to become your pack mule without any objection, but now, they are living people with flaws, everyone has them, I just need to find someone who won't backstab me.
Ok, time to plan correctly, the biggest power I have is Deal with the devil, this can be done with practically anything of value, although stealing the power of the dragonborn at first sounds awesome, i won't do it, i don't want the attention of Akatosh in my first year of being here for stealing the power of basically his son, but, what I can do is duplicate it somehow, or even steal it from a dragon, although that will be hard, i would need to wait till the dragon born appears, or maybe the dragons appear earlier that usual, time will tell about this power up. Racial traits are something I should look into. In the games each race had something "extra" with them, I don't know if everyone has those traits or just some of them do. I can also steal experience from people, this would be a way to become stronger fast, stealing someone's knowledge of the sword, magic etc. All of these things should be my top priority, I need to use this power to my advantage.
Now that I think about it, my fire was really strong when I fought the saber tooth, and for some reason my magic was low instead of just my stamina, ´Did I use my fire control and magic of fire at the same time Alice?´
No master, you used your magic to enhance your fire output from your Fire control, the way you did it was basic, with practice you will be able to not use all of your mana, remember, just because you have a lot of it doesn't mean that it's unlimited… at least for now, master.
Mmm, it enhanced my Fire control… what if… what if I used it to reduce the amount of energy I need to produce fire?, I guess experimentation with magic will be a top priority as well, it seems that magic here is not only focused on the different schools of magic, raw magic and its control it's also a thing, maybe The College of Winterhold will be an option in the future.
Taking my new sword out of its sheath and into my hands I observe it and, it's really well made, honestly I'm not a blacksmith but this, this sword feels right, the blade is made of some kind of metal but at the center it has some bone of the boss I fought, just before it goes into the handle, simple, but the handle has some runes of some kind that glow a little when my hand touches them, maybe the enchantment of strength.
My inventory is home to some new items, four sabertooth pelts and five teeth, my old sword, bow and arrows, the trophy I won and everything else I had, one less potion tho.
I stood up and decided to leave Falkreath, this town has a lot to offer but sadly I cant make my base of operations here, I need to travel to some areas where I know more about, in the future I will come back and explore more what this town has to offer.
On my way out I bid farewell to Valga and Narri. They asked me where I was going but I just made an excuse, I wouldn't tell them that I'm going for the killer of my parents or something like that.
After a few moments I was out of the tavern and I opened the map menu, surprisingly it was the same as in the game, I could see the entire province of Skyrim and also the town where I was, it also marked all of the stores in the city, that was useful indeed. With that information I went directly to a little magic shop at the edge of town. On the outside it looked simple, it had a little sign that said "The Summoned Goods".
When I walked in I saw a simple shop, it didn't look like it got a lot of traffic, and by what the owner was doing I would also think that. He was sleeping. I walked inside and started looking at stuff on the shelves. Mostly potions, books about magic, some rare trinkets and finally two scrolls. I didn't saw what I was looking for so I walked closer to the owner and coughed a little, he jumped a little and looked at me
"AA *clears throat* wel-welcome to my shop dear customer, amm can I help you with anything?" He looked surprised that someone was in front of him. Maybe opening a shop in a dense nord town was not a good idea. "Yes, I was wondering if you had any books on the restoration side of magic. I already have some control over destruction magic but I think that some form of healing will help me in my travels'' It didn't matter to me that he looked a little scared and surprised, If he was a practitioner of magic then maybe acting this way, more propper and like I know what I am talking about, maybe he will treat a "fellow magic user" with a bit more respect and maybe offer me better prices.
"Ah a fellow practitioner of magic" nailed it "I see, I see" his posture changed completely, before he looked scared but now he looked confident, maybe he doesn't have good experiences with people around these parts. "Well, I do have some books on restoration magic. If you want to learn the theory and with practice learn how to wield restoration magic by yourself then I have just the book for you. It helped me when I was a beginner so maybe it can help you as well. On the other hand, if you wish to just learn the basic spell of Healing, then I have the grimory for that. So, what are you interested in?" He presented the two books in front of me. Both of them had the restoration school symbol on them but one was far heavier than the other. "Mm, well, I will have a lot of time on my hands so I think that the theory book will help me more in the long run, how much does it cost?" I was prepared for a price that was out of my hands so maybe I was going to get the other one "Well, because this book is not that uncommon here in Skyrim and also here in Falkreath, because of all the undead and stuff, also not a lot of people want it because all of them just want the easy stuff and learn the spell, It will cost you 10 septims'' Ok, that was not that bad of a price.
"You got it" I handed him the gold and took my book. Shortly after I was outside heading out of Falkreath on the road to Helegen. Talking to some travelers that were coming to Falkreath from the same road, they told me that the journey to Helegen is not a long one, it will probably take me three days to get there. I knew that things would be scaled up but three days is a lot of time traveling.
The road close to Falkreath was, surprisingly, populated. There were some small houses around the walls of the city, some stands with people selling general stuff. I was set to be honest, maybe I needed some more arrows, but right now I will focus on my blase and fire bending.
The moment that the road started to get lonely I took out my journal and started reading all the stuff I know from the game. "Well let's see here, the "game" starts in a year and a half from now, so I need to see if some items are still in the same place as in the game. If I remember correctly, if I follow this rode then sooner or later I will stumble upon Pinewatch, right now would not be the best time to go in there, in the game it was swarmed with bandits and the only thing I remember of value there was a stone of Barenzhia. Maybe in the future I will go there if I want to build the crown… god I hated that quest. And after that is… nothing? damn, this region was a lot emptier than others. I mean if I deviate from the path then to the right is South Shriekwind Bastion and to the right is some cave that at the end there is a word wall. I am not the dragonborn so that wall is somewhat useless to me, the only good thing is that there are no dragons yet. Well, let's see what the road has to offer."
I spent the majority of time walking and being alert. In the game this zone there were a lot of bandits and I didnt want to be caught with my guard down.
After some time I spotted a deer, killed it and setted up camp for the night. I found myself not needing to eat often, the hunger was still there, but I felt that I didn't need to eat at least three times a day to stay healthy, no doubt gamers body work.
To be honest, this is still new to me, but at the same time feels like I have been doing this forever. From what I remember of my past life, I wasn't one to camp outside, maybe once every few years, I preferred to stay home and play games or go out with my trusted friends. But now, I feel like this is nothing new to me, but at the same time I am scared, I am in the middle of the woods in an area full of bandits in Skyrim… this is crazy.
If it helps you master, I will warn you if something comes closer while you sleep. You can always count on me.
´Thanks Thea, that helps me to calm down´ With that I layed on the sleeping mat hoping that nothing comes to kill me while I sleep.
Instead of the forest that I expected to see when I woke up, I saw the eyes of Lady Acceptance.
"Well. That is surprising '' She said while standing up from her kneeling position and walked back to the table where I last saw her. "Didn't expect you to be back here so soon dear" After a few seconds I sat up and looked everywhere "Did I die again?" I looked back at my hands squeezing them "Mmm, no, clearly not, I can still feel your soul tethered to that planet of yours. Got to say, you are making some good entertainment dear, the way you fought that beast was remarkable. Now, would you like some tea?" She offered to signal to the empty chair in front of her "Sure…" I walked and sat on the chair "But why am I here? If not dead, then what?".
She took a long pause, looking me up and down, drinking from her tea " To be honest with you… I don't know. Maybe it has to do with the gift I gave you, which you haven't used. I am a little disappointed in you for that" she drank from her tea again "Wait, I can "use" it? but… what is it? Thea just showed me the text but I didn't knew it was something I could use." "Well, maybe it was my brother who made it hard to understand, if it is something he did then I wont change it, but a little hint never hurt anybody. To "use" it, you just have to accept it" she smiled, to be honest that didn't helped, and then my body started to glow "Well, It seems that your time is up, now darling, I hope you continue with your adventure, accept it and enjoy"
I opened my eyes at the sound of leaves breaking.
Master…
´´I know´´. I saw from the corner of my eye some dark figure move slowly towards me, right now I can't see anyone else but I have to be ready for more. I closed my eyes and kept concentrating like before everything became more clear, the footsteps coming right to me until they stopped, I heard my bag being opened ´´Now!´´ I opened my eyes and reached my hand to the unknown thief/assassin just then he almost fell over looking directly at me until my hand touched his face. He was a nord, a little on the small side I guess so he can sneak better, he looked surprised then fear when my hand touched his face.
"Stop" I said while gripping his head, he was in a state of shock at first but then tried to attack me until my other hand lit on fire "Don't make me burn you to ashes, I will do it if I have to" Then I let fire from my hand holding him burning him a little, just enough so he understood that one wrong move and he is dead. My hand was covering one of his eyes so a strong flame would leave him blind if I decided not to kill him "Understood?" His face turned from shocked to scared, he dropped his knife and his hands went up a little. "Now, who are you and what are you doing here?"
"I am a bandit from the nearby camp, I saw the fire a few ways away and decided to investigate" I just turned to the campfire and tried to will it disappear and it did. "Ok, good. So, do you steel and murder around here am I right?" he nodded "Ok, well let's see here, because you are from a bandit camp, leaving you alive would be counterproductive for me, you know that right?" his eyes widened and I could hear his breath becoming faster "But" then he stopped a little "What do you say if we make a Deal?" I said grinning, it took him a moment but then he nodded. "Ok, here is the Deal. I am going to let you go in exchange, you giving me your nord traits and experience sneaking around. Do we have a deal?" His face looked surprised and confused, I saw that he didn't understood what I meant by all of that "Yes, we have a deal" he said, I beggan grinning and then chain marking appeared in both of our arms, it burned a little then they disappeared
Experienced Gain!
New Traits gained!
I looked to the notifications then back to him, his eyes were looking around him confused "Good, I am going to fulfill my end of the deal and let you go" He then looked relieved until my other hand grab the other side of his head, now leaving his eye uncovered, my hands were at the sides of his head, my thumb just underneath his eyes from both sides "But you are not getting away just like that after trying to rob or kill me" His eyes widen and started to move in desperation and shout as I let enough fire to cover my hands. I could hear his skin sizzling underneath my hands and after a few seconds of him screaming I let go of him throwing him to the side, his face now with two hand markings burned on him and then he passed out.
After looking at my hands I didn't feel remorse for what I just did. I then opened my status

´´So I can steal traits… also now I have sneaking at 15, that's nice´´ I looked at the sky and I could see the faint light of the sun. "Well, better move or they might come looking for this guy".
After a few minutes I was out of there continuing my path towards Helegen. There my target resides, the one that abused more of Catilas mother more than any other. I am not going to let him get away that easily, he has a family now… let's ruin that.
Sup... yeah I thought I could update sooner but life just likes to kick me around but hey, I know im not alone on this.
So, this chapter Atlas is more than nothing still exploring his limits and preparing for the future, he is encountering easy targets but that wont be for long.
Also, this story is rated M for a reason, I want freedom on writing what I want and I am going to warn you. THIS STORY WILL COVER SOME "TABOO" TOPICS you could say. For those who have been around the internet and have been expose to it you can already see where this is going. The end of the chapter is like a warning for those who dont like this type of stuff. (I am talking NTR you could say) His plan is to ruin this man life and discovering he has a wife and potentially children is enough to make him do this stuff. The oc is vengeful as f and realiving those memories of Catilas is enough to make him do this horrible things. This is a warning, when that chapter drops I will put a warning for those that are sensitive to that stuff.
If you have any doubts or didnt understood what I just explained before then write in the reviews and I will answer it in some form.
English is not my first language so sorry for any grammatical mistakes or misunderstandings.
