The date was October tenth, nineteen ninety two.

A familiar man dressed in a slick black priest gown walked into a hospital, quietly humming to himself as he walked past Doctor, nurse and patient alike.

He stopped at a desk, a clearly overworked nurse was sitting there staring blankly at her screen as she struggled not to fall asleep.

"Excuse me" Pucci called out to the tired woman, startling her out of her zombified state "I'm sorry to bother you but I'm looking for a miss Kushina Uzumaki"

The nurse apologised as she rubbed her eyes "Are you friends or family?"

Pucci smiled faintly "I'm here on the father's be half. He isn't quite able to make it"

The nurse, tired from her shifts, didn't question the man too hard, smiling faintly as she searched for Kushina files. It didn't take her long to find what she needed and relay the information back to the paiten priest "She's in room two six one"

Pucci bowed his head in gratitude "Bless you my child. Please have a wonderful night and try not to work yourself too hard"

The woman slowly waved goodbye to the priest before sighing as another patient required her attention.

Pucci was swift as he traversed through the halls, edging closer and closer to the sleeping new mother's room.

Gently he turned the knob before entering and then silently shutting the door. He looked over to Kushina, the poor girl was in a deep sleep, childbirth having taken a lot out of her.

He then moved his gaze to the little bundle resting next to the crimson haired beauty's bed. He could see the name 'Naruto' scribbled onto his pseudo crib.

Pucci found himself in a trance as he walked towards the sleeping babe. He hovered over the child, admiring him with a found smile 'He's breathtaking'

Gently he picked Naruto up and held him with as much care as he would if the boy was his own child. He took a seat in the corner of the room, softly humming as he rocked the little blond babe back and forth.

He froze when little Naruto started wiggling his small body. Stopping when he puts himself in a more warm and comfortable position.

'Lord Dio…' Pucci's thumb gently traced the boy's chubby whiskered cheek 'I wish you could be the one in my place. I'm quite certain even you would become fond of the child'

One could only wonder how Dio Brando would feel or react at the sight of his child. To hold his own flesh and blood.

Some would say he would feel nothing, others might say he would feel perhaps a small flare in his unbeating, dead heart.

Pucci knew better.

He couldn't claim to understand how his Lord felt, very few could understand the mindset of Dio Brando.

But…

"He would have liked to meet you" Pucci whispered to the blond child, his eyes honest and his smile sincere.

Softly as to not awaken Naruto, he gently got out of the comfortable seat, carrying the sleeping child with great care.

Pucci placed him back in his crib by Kushina's side. He felt a flare in his heart as he thought of all the struggles the boy had yet to face and for the first time in his life, he felt his faith in Dio waver.

He bowed his head, closing his dampening eyes as his guilt started to grow.

"I…I don't know if I can do it" Pucci whimpered, he couldn't condemn such a innocent to suffer "Please, there must be another way"

But there wasn't.

"Mm!"

Pucci's eyes snapped open at the sound, he looked down to see Naruto looking up at him. He was left speechless as he saw Dio's eyes stared piercingly into his own.

His pure happy laughter broke him out of his stumper, smiling down at the giggling babe.

He reached out with his hand, stilling when the newborn's tiny hand enclosed around his finger in a tight grip.

He was quite strong for a newborn but with who his father is, it was to be expected.

"…"

Pucci sighed as he took his hand away, staring down sadly at the boy "I'm truly sorry for what you will have to go through. I…I wish there was any other way but there isn't. You have your fathers heart, his thrive for survival, the ability to keep fighting no matter what this cruel world throws at you. Stay strong Naruto Brando, I greatly look forward to the day we meet again"

With that he took his leave, silently wishing luck to Kushina as he walked out the door, leaving the mother and son alone once more.

As Pucci left the hospital, he prayed. He prayed he made the right decision, that Naruto would survive and that he himself would have the strength for what he needed to do.

With that he disappeared into the night.

Naruto stood there staring at his mother for what felt like an eternity, never did he think he would see her ever again. Then again he thought the same for Minato.

Kushina looked like she stepped right out of his memory. She looked much better then he had seen her in years or what he remembered of her.

While he found himself staring at his mother, she was doing exactly the same. Her eyes filled with tears as her eyes traced every noticeable detail about him, from his blond hair he got from his father as well as his eyes but he had her nose, her face. She wanted, no needed to remember everything she could about him, even the smallest detail.

Naruto slowly walked towards Kushina, pulled out his chair and silently sat in it, all the while neither spoke a word. It was clear knowone knew what to say or perhaps they were both scared to talk.

As the whiskered blond watched his mother fiddle with her hands, unable to meet his eyes, he knew he would have to be the first one to speak.

"You uh look…nice" Naruto said awkwardly, scratching the back of his head as Kushina softly smiled.

"Thank you, I'm happy to see that you're alive and well, I just wish it was under better circumstances" The whiskered blond did his best not to show how happy her words made him. He also couldn't help but curse at himself for feeling what he did.

He sighed as he finally decided to ask his mother something he's been thinking about ever since he saw her again "Why are you here?"

Kushina wasn't sure how to respond, she knew how she felt. She knew it was because she missed him, that she needed to see him again.

"I work for the Speedwagon foundation" The red headed beauty berated herself for not being honest "They sent me to see how you and Jolyne are and if you've managed to find the DISC's?"

"You work for the Speedwagon foundation?" Kushina nodded, reaching into her bag and pulling out her ID card.

Naruto gently took it from his mother and inspected it. Quietly he handed it back to her "How come I've never seen you?"

"You know about all of the separate branches, well while you're out in the field, I work at the agency. Standard stuff, finding out information, doing whatever I can to make it easy for you, whether that be erasing video evidence or locating the next stand user"

"So I guess you've always been around helpin' me from the shadows huh?" Naruto mused to himself, losing himself in his thoughts. Something in particular.

'She was looking for you'

Minato's words rolled around in his skull like an anthem. He couldn't help but wonder if those words were true, did she really look for him? If so, why did she stop?.

"Mom…" Kushina felt her breath leave when he called her Mom, as she stared at her once baby boy, now almost a grown man, she couldn't help but feel her heart break and blame herself for missing so much of his life "I…I need to know something. Did you go looking for me?"

"I did"

Naruto forced himself to release the shaky breath he was holding, hands tightening as he continued on with his questions "Did you ever find me?"

Kushina felt her eyes start to water as searching amber met sorrowful violet "Yes"

"Why didn't you come and get me?" It was such a simple question yet carried so much emotion, so much longing. A weakness no one has very seen.

Not Jolyne, not Jotaro. No one.

Kushina exhaled a shaky breath "The date was the tenth of October, two thousand five. It was-"

"My birthday…" Naruto finished for her in a whisper. He remembered that day perfectly, it was the first birthday he celebrated with Jolyne and her family.

"I've always been good with computers, that was mainly the reason the Speedwagon Foundation hired me. So with their help it was easy enough to find you" Kushina remembered how she rushed out the door as soon as she found him. She was in her car barreling down the road, many times going past the speed limit, uncaring for her own life in her hurry "I found where you were living, but you weren't home"

"I was in the park" Naruto said with narrowed eyes, thinking back to that day, looking past the happy memories and trying to see if he ever saw her.

"A nice woman who lived across from you told me where to find you. Apparently you were so excited, you'd tell anyone who would listen" Kushina giggled at the image of her baby younger, a big grin on his lips, telling everyone about his amazing party "I finally found you…"

Naruto let out a shaky breath, she was so close and he had no idea. She was there when he missed her most.

"You found me. So why didn't you come and get me?"

A million thoughts ran through his mind, did she not want him anymore? Did she change her mind? Was he not good enough?.

"Oh god, I wanted to. I wanted nothing more in that moment then to scoop you up in my arms and never let go" Kushina said with tears, without thinking she reached across and took Naruto's hand, the whiskered blond froze at the action "I missed you so much, I still miss you"

A single tear trailed down his whiskered cheek, he was quick to brush it away as he grit his teeth 'Why…why does it hurt so much? Why? Why do I miss you so much?'

"But I couldn't bring myself to take you away from what you found. Y-You were the happiest I had ever seen you. You found your family" Kushina eyes closed in pain and regret that she could never give him that family "I don't remember a time you were ever that happy with me"

Naruto could see how much her own words hurt her, for just a moment he pushed aside his past and once again was a boy who missed his mother.

He took her hand this time, surprising the red headed beauty "I was happy. I was happy like that when I was with you" Kushina held his hand tight, staring deep into her son's cool pool of amber "Do you remember our picnics? We'd always go out on the weekends"

"I do. You were so small and cute. More energy than ten boys put together" Naruto couldn't help but chuckle along with his mother, finding himself nostalgic with her "I didn't…I didn't know I still had that"

"I didn't either" the two found themselves for the first time in a comfortable silence, whatever tenseness or awkwardness that remained was mostly gone.

The moment was interrupted by a guard tapping the window and then pointing down to his watch.

Kushina sighed before turning to face Naruto, for the moment she wasn't his mother but a fellow Speedwagon operative. "We don't have much time left, so I'll cut to the chase. Has there been any success with finding Jotaro's DISC's?"

The whiskered blond grinned as he nodded towards the direction of the Cell's "One down, one more to go. I got it hidden in a pretty secure place at the moment but I gotta find a way to get it to the foundation asap"

The red headed beauty seemed to close her eyes in thought for a moment, scrunching her nose slightly as she started to think "You shouldn't hold it off much longer, the longer you wait the more time it gives the them to take it back"

"I know. I should be able to give it to the foundation in a couple days"

"That works fine. Hopefully it doesn't take you too long to find the second DISC. You can leave this awful place"

"I've been wondering about that. It's no problem to get out of this place. Honestly, me and Jolyne could leave whenever we like but what are we gonna do if there's a large manhunt out for us?"

"Don't worry, as soon as you're ready to leave, all records of you and Jolyne ever being in this place will be erased. Things will go back to normal for you both" Naruto looked revealed to hear that. A seemingly great weight was lifted off his shoulders. He could care less if the record stuck with him. It wasn't like it was going to affect his job but he was more concerned about Jolyne and her future.

"That helps a lot. Thanks"

Kushina accepted his thanks with a smile before sighing once she noticed they didn't have much time left "Before we're forced to wrap this up, is there anything else I should know?"

"The guys who are after the Stand arrow, two members came to the prison" Kushina scowled at the thought of Red Dawn coming for her boy but that was quickly pushed aside for concern.

"Are you okay?" Naruto smiled looking away as he scratched his cheek, gaining a happy feeling at his mothers worry.

"Yeah I'm fine, a little beat up but they've been taken care of. Two less crazy bastards in the world" Kushina smiled in relief before frowning her brows in thought.

"So after all this time they finally made a move. After you went with Jotaro to rescue Jolyne, they went off the radar. I couldn't find anything, it was like they disappeared off the face of the Earth"

"Looks like they're not waiting anymore" Naruto sighed as he rubbed his tired eyes.

A buzzing sound went off as the guard from earlier stepped into the room.

Naruto rolled his eyes as he stood up and held his hands behind his back. Kushina looked saddened as she watched her son be cuffed and taken away "I'll report this back. Please stay safe"

"You too" his words meant the world to her but there was something she wanted to say, it was clawing at her and begging to get free.

Knowing she couldn't waste this chance, she called out to him.

"Naruto!" He looked back with a raised brow. She nervously gnawed on her cheek as she asked "Would you mind if I…I came to see you again?"

"No. I wouldn't mind" and he meant every word, with a final sincere smile he was escorted out of the room.

Halfway across the country, in a hidden and disclosed location, rested a small group of three. They sat at an elongated table. Fitted with nine large throne-like chairs, three of which were occupied.

A rather beautiful woman, with short locks of blue hair, held together by an origami rose. Her dark sunset orange coloured eyes glanced over to her bored companion.

His short spikes of hair were similar in colour to her optics, maybe a few shades darker. His square jaw was semi clenched as he sat in waiting.

"You need more patience Yahiko" the orangette glanced over to his leader, groaning inside as he hung his head. Nagato was right, like he always was.

"I know, I'm sorry Nagato. Just with the lack of contact from Kakuzu and Hidan, it's kind of got me on edge" Nagato peaked a violet eye through his long crimson locks, giving one of his oldest friend's a sincere smile.

"Give it some more time. We have greater things to worry about" he looked over to the door as two figures hidden by shadow stepped into the room "Deidara, Sasori. It is good to see you both, you made short work getting here"

Deidara rolled his single blue eye as he brushed aside his large blond bang, showing the technological enhancement taking place of his right optic "Yeah well, when the boss says 'get here' you get there asap right?"

Sasori remained silent, his companion always speaking more than enough for the both of them. The red-headed man's dull brown eyes stared apathetically as he awaited his orders.

"Yes you do," Nagato softly chuckled to himself before his eyes seemed to shift. Switching from this playful man to the leader of Red Dawn "An ever persistent pain has dragged along for too long. It's time we take care of him"

Konan wordlessly slid a file across the table to the duo.

Sasori, scanned the file in seconds, learning everything and anything he needed to know about their target.

"It shouldn't take us longer than twenty four hours," Deidara nodded at his partner's statement.

"And depending how you want it boss, we can have him in pieces or there's nothing left" Nagato merely grunted as he waved him off.

"Decide that amongst yourself, just get it done" he said with a grave tone, underlined with fatal consequences if they failed.

"Yes sir"

Once again, Nagato, Yahiko and Konan were alone. The blue haired beauty had a noticeable frown on her lips as she watched the duo leave.

"If you wish to speak Konan then speak, you never need to hide your thoughts from me" The red-head said softly.

"Yahiko and I wouldn't be here if we didn't support you. We will stand by you until the very end. I just don't understand why we have their type here? Psychopaths like Hidan or serial murders like Sasori. It's not right" Yahiko understood her concern, hell he's even wondered about it himself but unlike Konan he knew why.

"I understand your thoughts Konan. Your right" Nagato admitted to his left hand woman "But we need them. For now at least. They have powerful Stand's that pushes us closer to our goal every day but when the times comes, they will be taken care of"

That answer seemed to satisfy Konan for the moment, the promise that they will be dealt with brought a small amount of peace to the woman. She can only hope that she can deal the final blows personally.

"Has there been any word from Kakuzu?" Nagato asked as he looked to his right.

Yahiko couldn't help but sigh as he ran a faintly scarred hand through his spiky orange locks "None. The kid is proving to be much more trouble than we thought, seems Damion's reports are outdated"

Nagato gained a faint smile at the mention of the whiskered blond, he held a certain amount of fondness for the teen, something he mainly reserved for his two closest friends "I'm not surprised. He is a son of the Uzumaki bloodline after all"

However not everyone at the table shared his sentiment, Konan cleared her throat, catching the red-heads attention "Once you have the boy what then? He'll fight everything we attempt to do. I can't see it being anything more then a long tedious failure"

Nagato simply smiled as he looked out the window, enjoying the sun's rays on his pale skin "Have faith Konan. When the time is right, I'm sure he'll make the right decision"

"How can you be sure?"

She didn't get her answer, leaving the blue haired beauty annoyed. Yahiko chuckled at his friend's antics before turning to face his wife with a smile "I'm sure Nagato has everything figured out. Now, I am starving. You guys wanna get a bite?"

Konan gave her answer in a silent nod, getting up and standing by her husband's side before both turned to face their leader "Will you be joining us this time Nagato?"

"Unfortunately not today. You both go and enjoy yourselves"

Yahiko looped his arm through Konan's, a sad smile wrestling softly on his lips "We'll bring you something back okay pal?"

"Thank you, Yahiko, Konan"

As his closest friends and confidants departed for a nice romantic night together, Nagato found himself sitting alone quietly with his own thoughts.

Thoughts of the past, the present and the future. Everyday he reached closer and closer to his dream, to his life's goal.

Finally, he will bring peace to mankind.

Tours, France

The sun was just setting over the town of Tours, framing it in an orange skyline with faint traces of purple. Along a dirt path that led to Tours was a single man walking the opposite direction.

He was fairly tall and even from a fair distance you could see he was well built, a frame made from years of harsh battle.

Long silver hair that went down past his broad shoulders was also cut into a long flattop. Something that would look odd on someone else.

With every step his broken heart shaped earrings jiggled, glistening from the steadily fading orange glow from behind and It almost seemed that with a blink of an eye, dusk turned into night.

With his house finally in view, Jean Pierre Polnareff could only sigh as he drew closer and closer to his rather modest home. Nothing too big or fancy but enough room to happily raise a large family.

As soon as the silver haired man opened the door to his home something small and hairy barreled into his chest.

Polnareff laughed in pleasant surprise as he wrapped his arms around the happy canine currently slobbering all over his face "Ahahah! I'm happy to see you too Iggy"

The small black and white Boston Terrier just barked happily as he left his owner's arms, running back into their home with a quick scamper.

Polnareff chuckled as he picked up the dropped basket with everything thankfully unharmed, with a grunt he stepped through the doorway, softly closing and locking the door.

He walked past the mass of photos that littered the wall, filled with himself, his family and friends he held very dearly.

"Jean? Jean, is that you dear?" A woman's voice called from the kitchen. Her head peaked out first showing a dazzling beauty with cocoa coloured skin and bright loving violet eyes.

"Maléna, my darling" Polnareff rushed to his wife's side scooping her up carefully into his arms.

Maléna laughed as her hand brushed her husband's cheek "Jean my love, what brought this on?"

Gently placing his wife down, the Silver Haired man slightly pouted "What can't I be excited to see my wife?"

Maléna shook her head with a smile, resting her hand on her swollen stomach "Of course not dear. Come I've made our favourite"

Polnareff paused, handing his wife the basket with an apologetic smile "I'm sorry my love, I hate to make you wait but I just need to pack away a few things in my study. I only need a few minutes"

"Don't keep us waiting too long," Maléna said as she gave him a kiss on the cheek, smiling as she rested her hand on her round stomach.

Polnareff watched his wife leave before he made his way down to his study, Iggy hot on his heels. The silver haired man sighed as he flicked on the light, showing an organised and fairly clean room.

Resting in the corner of the room was a table with a laptop, a large stack of files with the words 'Red Dawn' written on it and a framed picture.

Polnareff sighs as he sinks into his chair, turning on his computer and spending the files out, memorising and familiarize himself with the names.

Nagato Uzumaki.

Yahiko.

Konan.

Itachi Uchiha.

Kisame Hoshigaki.

Kakuzu.

Hidan.

Sasori.

Deidara.

Nine members, each one with a deathly stand and an even deadlier ability but hopefully if some new information he's been told is true then that nine has been cut down by two.

While Polnareff was going over the files, Iggy was watching from his own corner of the room, resting on a bed four times too big for the hound.

As if he could sense his dog was watching him, he looked up and smiled at Iggy before turning back to his laptop. He spent a few moments turning on the security and cameras he had hidden outside the house, a new paranoia he gained after his wife became pregnant.

His attention was soon drawn to the photograph just resting outside of his gaze, it was something that he held very close to his heart. In it was himself, nearly twenty years younger, Jotaro's grandfather Joseph Joestar, still ripe and strong for a man nearing his seventies. Resting happily in his lap was Iggy, the original Iggy.

Behind Joseph was Muhammad Avdol, someone who Polnareff owed a great deal too. If it wasn't for him and Iggy, he wouldn't be alive.

Next to Muhammad was Noriaki Kakyoin, dressed in his emerald school uniform with his long crimson hair blowing in the wind. He had a charming smile as he posed in front of the camera and finally there was Jotaro Kujo.

One of the last three survivors of their group.

He was seventeen here, dressed in uniform just like Kakyoin but all black, his coat flapped in the wind as he adjusted his black cap that merged with his midnight black hair, making it impossible to see where the two began or seperated.

Polnareff sighed as he picked up the frame, staring down at it with sadness and a sense of nostalgia for his friends.

Iggy being the loyal companion he was trotted to the silver haired man's side, barking as he leapt onto his lap.

Polnareff, while surprised at the action, was delighted by it nonetheless. He brought the small canine into a warm hug, feeling the heavy emotion weighing on his heart melt away.

"Thank you, Iggy" Iggy's response was to give a slobbering lick, causing the silver haired man to burst out laughing.

"Jean? Are you coming? The food is going to get cold dear"

"I'm coming up now, my love!" Polnareff glanced down to the dog on his lap "Are you hungry Iggy?"

Iggy leapt off Polnareff's lap, dashing up the stairs in a mass of yips and barks. With a chuckle the tired Frenchmen pushed himself out of his chair, stopping to give the photo one last glance. With a smile he wished everyone good night before going upstairs to join his family.

(A few hours later)

After a beautiful dinner made by his wife, Polnareff helped her into bed as he went to take care of the dishes. As he stacked each he started humming a tune to himself, while Iggy lay on his back seemingly sleeping.

Just as he finished washing and stacking the last dish, Iggy rolled to his feet and started to growl, running towards the front door in a huff.

"Iggy?" Polnareff froze mid step as his phone started to buzz in his pocket, pulling out the small device, he felt his blood run cold when the sensors picked up something coming towards the house.

Slowly he followed after his Dog. His heart stilling to a quiet beat, he peeked through the blinds to see nothing but he knew they were out there all the same anyway.

He glanced down to his loyal companion, softly brushing the dog away with his leg "Stay here and protect Maléna for me Iggy. I won't be long"

Iggy whimpered and started to scratch at the door, barking at his owner and begging him to reconsider.

Polnareff let out the breath he didn't know he was holding, half expecting to be attacked the moment he stepped out the door.

The ground crunched beneath his feet as he left the warm and protective embrace of his home and walked into the cold darkness.

He stopped walking after a moment, his house and his family in view, close enough if they needed him.

"Now, where are the bastard's who dragged me away from spending time with my family? Be quick about it and I may make this as painless as possible"

Deidara was the first one to reveal himself, arrogance all but blaring. Sasori flew from the shadows like a ghost, his eyes lifeless yet unmoving from Polnareff form.

"If you don't mind English please, my associate isn't as familiar with language as I am Monsieur"

Polnareff gave a 'Hmph' as he gestured to the dangerous duo "Very well, I suppose I can offer you that small kindness but in doing so I ask for one in return. Why is Red Dawn finally on the move?"

"The big man upstairs decided you've become a big enough pain, asked us to take care of ya. Nothing more to it" If the silver haired Stand user was annoyed by the lack of information he didn't show it.

"Well then, I suppose that's that." With a small inhale followed by an exhale, Polnareff charged at his opponents, catching them off guard.

An intense aura surrounded the charging man before in a burst his soul was revealed. His loyal Stand Silver Chariot struck with its cup-hilted rapier which closely resembles an épée. The blade was thin but sharp and deadly nonetheless.

Sasori was lucky enough to summon his own Stand, it was rather plain looking, almost resembling a doll or rather a puppet. Empty and barren.

Its dark blue hair flowed from the wind, wooden skin darkened by the shadows but its yellow and black eyes glowed in the darkness. Its mouth opened and black sand shot out in abundance, stopping Silver Chariot's lethal strike.

Sandman protected its master dutifully, manipulating the black sand to send Silver Chariot sliding back.

Polnareff's Stand was certainly unique but that could be said about every Stand. It seemed to take inspiration from a knight but yet still has the appearance of a slightly thin, robotic humanoid.

The moonlight shined off its silver, heavy plate armour. The spikes on its shoulder pads and elbow pads glinted ominously. Its eyes were cold while its face remained completely hidden by its distinctive helmet with an emerald jewel embedded in the forehead and several pointed down projections protecting its mouth and cheeks.

Truly, Silver Chariot was one of a kind.

Deidara's grin turned feral as his hands grew mouths, a mutation Stand with the ability to provide its user with sentient bombs, Hands of Death was a frightening power held by a madman.

"It's a shame you won't appreciate some of my finest work but that's fine, true art is never appreciated in its time!" White bird-like creatures looking to be made of something that looked like clay, flew out of the small mouths, flying at Polnareff at incredible speeds.

Yet he didn't look frightened or worried. Silver Chariot stepped in front of the Silver-haired Stand user, swiping its blade and slicing the sentient bombs in two.

They continued their momentum sailing past Polnareff and igniting behind him.

"Is that all you got? I was expecting more from the great Red Dawn" Deidara scowled as he glanced over to his partner, through just a look alone signaling his idea.

Sasori gave a faint nod as his Stand moved on his silent command. Sandman manipulated its sand, it was like a mass of darkness sailing through the night. Attempting to swallow Polnareff whole.

With aid of Silver Chariot the silver-haired Stand user was in the air, glaring down at Red Dawn. Deidara once again threw his hands forward with a shout sending out more flying creatures, these ones considerably much larger than the ones before.

Polnareff braced himself, his knightly spectre immediately in front of him, it's rapier glinting as it was pointed at the oncoming sentient bombs.

The blade was swift as it slashed through the night, its speed near impossible to see, they didn't stand a chance as they were diced to bits. The silver haired Stand user braced himself, cursing as the explosion sent him tumbling to the ground hard, skidding across the dirt until he maneuvered himself back to his feet. He frowned as he wiped the dirt off himself, unaware of the black sand creeping towards his unsuspecting form.

Like a terrible omen it raised like a dreadful wave about to swallow the man whole.

Slash!

The blackness parted, Silver Chariot's rapier more than a match for Sandman's black sand. It was like a work of art, each slash destroying more and more of the oncoming wave.

Silver Chariots eyes narrowed, its armour popped off its body in steaming bursts, increasing its speed dramatically "HORAHORAHORA!"

With a final shout the knightly Stand split the wave in two with a single downward slice with it's rapier.

Polnareff turned back to face the members of Red Dawn, a bit of a cocky smirk on his lips "Is that the best you can do?"

The ground burst open and two of Deidara's sentient bombs that resembled Centipedes, curled and entrapped the surprised French man.

With a demented grin the mad bomber watched as his art took place, a magnificent explosion alite the night and destroyed large parts of the area, a large steady cloud of smoke raising to the sky.

Deidara chuckled as he dusted his hands, looking satisfied with his work "Cocky bastard, ya got what you fucken deserve!"

Sasori was unfazed, his focus switching from their target to the house. The red head's lifeless eyes gained a glint of something sinister before returning to their natural dull state "Deidara, I'll take care of the ones in the house. Stay here."

The blond just grunted as he found a soft spot to sit on the ground, slightly tired and noticeably thinner than he was before "Yeah whatever, those bombs took a lot out of me so hurry up"

Deidara had no care for what his sadistic partner did, as he sat there watching Sasori leave, he frowned when he thought he saw something in the smoking remains.

The smoke parted as something fast burst out, Sasori's only warning was the sound of the dirt crunching underneath a boot, summoning his Stand and using its special ability he created a barrier to protect his defessless form.

He whirled around with wide brown eyes staring in disbelief. Polnareff was alive, there were a few burns here and there but he was mostly alright. Silver Chariot had returned to him in time then the knightly spectre protected its user by using its own body to completely surround him like a suit of armour.

With another barrage of vicious slashes and a cry of "HORAHORAHORA!" Silver Chariot cut Sasori's defence to pieces, leaving his Stand, Sandman as his only protection.

It tried to use its black sand, forming a sword in its defence but the Knightly Stand was a master of the blade, years of experience and hard work were put to show as it easily disarmed Sandman, leaving it open.

Every cut, every mark was instantly reflected back to Sasori, his pale skin spilt red, staining the earth with his blood.

With a gasp he collapsed to the ground, straining for breath. Deidara was on his feet, activating his stand and creating more sentient avian bombs, sacrificing more of himself to create said explosive, the down side of his Stand.

"Halt!"

Deidara was panting as he glared at Polnareff, his bombs resting in his palms, begging to be released but it seems the silver-haired stand user was a step a head of him.

Silver Chariot held the tip of his rapier above Sasori's blood soaked chest, specifically above the area where his heart would be.

"Don't make another move. If you do, I'll kill him" Polnareff's voice was hard and cold as was his eyes, staring down the shaking man. "If you don't want that to happen then you will do as I say!"

Deidara narrowed his single bloodshot crazed eye, grinding his teeth as he started to put more power into his avian explosives "Who do you think you're talking to?! You think pointing your thin sword at him is gonna stop me?! Well, go ahead! Kill the son of a bitch but just know by doing so, you let your family die!"

It took Polnareff only a second to understand what the madman was saying, his heart froze but his body was already moving, an act of instinct.

'No! Maléna!' Silver Chariot pushed itself beyond its limits and shredded its armour but still it wouldn't make it in time.

Polnareff could only watch in despair as he was about to lose everything.

Swish~

A furry blur leapt into the air, his slobbering jaws open wide, blue eyes narrowed and with a snarl Iggy sank his sharp fangs into Deidara's arm. The blond madman roared in agony and in a carless action released his bombs to early into the ground.

BANG!

The earth once again erupted into a far greater and larger explosion that sent poor Iggy flying and crashing into a grass covered field.

"Iggy!" Polnareff roared, he then caught the sight of Deidara dazed and confused. Waving the smoke away from his face, leaving himself vulnerable for Silver Chariot's vengeful strike.

The blond mad man felt a searing pain in his arms then nothing, he actually couldn't feel anything. Confused at the strange new feeling he looked down at the bloody stumps, his arms laying limp by his feet.

"ARRRGGGGHHHH!" Deidara fell to his knees, gritting his teeth so hard he chipped a molar. He managed to raise his head to see Polnareff glaring down at him, his knightly Stand loyally standing by his side. He growled before he spat at the man's feat, his body shaking with a deep rage "You stupid fucking bastard! You're going to pay for this and not just you but your entire fam-hrk!"

Deidara was cut off mid sentence as Silver Chariot stabbed his throat, the thin blade sinking into his neck all the way down to the hilt, reaching with its other hand to grip the rapier, with a violent twist it broke the man's neck with a violent snap.

Polnareff didn't give the mad bomber a second thought as rushed to Iggy, kneeling by his loyal compaion's side "Oh Iggy…"

The little Boston Terrier wasn't moving and it didn't look like he was breathing either. With misty eyes Polnareff gently rested his hand on the small dog, thanking him for everything.

"Arf, Arf!" With a gasp the silver haired man's head shot up, his earring swinging wildly but that didn't stop the quickly growing smile.

"Iggy you're alive!" Polnareff scooped the small dog into his arms, laughing as he rocked the dog back and forth "You were just playing dead, such a clever boy"

It was unfortunate that the little happy moment didn't last long, knowing he had to finish off Sasori he placed Iggy on the ground, slowly walking to the bleeding man. His face was still blank as a doll but his eyes…his eyes spoke for him.

They were angry, frightened. Not of Polnareff but death.

"Is there any chance you'll tell me anything about Red Dawn before you die?" Polnareff asked the dying red head.

Sasori coughed, holding his bleeding chest as he gazed up at the man who had beaten him "T-There's a Stand user out there. He-He has the ability to create life, the leader of Red Dawn wants him him for his plan"

"What plan?"

"I-I don't know the full details, all I know is he wants Naruto…Brando…" Polnareff felt a chill run down his spine at the last name, that dreaded name that belonged to the man who brought so much suffering to not just himself but many others, particularly the Joestar family.

"Tell me, this Naruto Brando…is he?"

Sasori grit his bloodied teeth as he managed to nod "Yes, he is the child of Dio…"

Polnareff released the air caught in his chest, his eyes narrowing in thought before looking down at his dying opponent "Thank you, I'll make it quick"

True to his word Silver Chariot pierced his heart with its rapier, the ground pooled with Sasori's blood.

Polnareff sighed as he walked back to his home, Iggy loyaly by his side. It seems after making sure Maléna was okay, he would need to make a few phone calls.

It didn't take the Silver haired Frenchman long to get in contact with his allies over in the states. As well as being filled with some tragic news.

Explaining as best as he could to his wife, he promised he would return as soon as he could, while Iggy would be there to protect her, he felt a little more at ease knowing she would be safe with his mother. With Maléna taken care of he was on the next plane sent by the Speedwagon foundation.

Now? He was marching down a hall, stopping at a door. Polnareff stepped to the side as a group of Doctors stepped out of the room, each one looking grim.

With a quick inhale and exhale he walked into the room, his ears immediately picking up the beats of a heart monitor, slowly his eyes were drawn to a bed and in that bed was one Jotaro Kujo, Alive.

It wasn't just Jotaro in the room, using his hospital bed as a place to rest their head and holding the sleeping man's hand was none other than Jessica Kujo.

Polnareff slowly walked to Jotaro's slumbering side, with a sad frown resting his hand on his friend's shoulder "It seems fate hasn't been too kind to you, has it old friend?"

His presence awoke Jessica from her dreams of a happier past, blinking away the sleep to see a sadly smiling familiar face. Tears plucked at the tired woman's baggy eyes "Hello Jean"

Polnareff gently pulled the tired woman into a hug, comforting her to the best of his abilities, gently holding her by the shoulders he pushed her back, looking serious as he told her "it's okay, it's all going to be okay but I need you to tell me everything or at least everything you know"

Jessica went on to inform Polnareff on what she could, unfortunately leaving the man with more worries than answers. It left him in quite a dread, Red Dawn was bad enough but this mysterious attacker who ambushed Jotaro, whatever his goal it wasn't good, how bad it could be was yet to be seen. Finally Naruto Brando…from what Jolyne's mother told him he was almost the exact opposite of his father but he wanted to hold out any opinions until he got the opportunity to meet the boy himself, for now all he could do was wait.

Abilities: Hora Rush [Silver Chariot's Stand rush. With its incredible speed and precision, it is capable of delivering a barrage of slashes and thrusts from its sword, either to incapacitate an enemy or demolish objects.]

Armor [Silver Chariot's most unique property is being clad in a set of silver armor that it can unequip.

The armor lowers its speed, but also prevents it from being injured, as Polnareff does not receive the same injuries that the armor does as long as it's donned. The armor is even shown to be capable of withstanding extreme heat without melting, but will be damaged by certain attacks such as Cream's void. This ability's drawback seems to be Polnareff's inability to see through Silver Chariot's eyes. Polnareff is able to shed Silver Chariot's armor in order to reach its top speed (enough for multiple afterimages to appear), but doing so renders his Stand more vulnerable to attack as a trade-off.]

Sword Launch [If Silver Chariot is ever in a situation with a severe range disadvantage, Polnareff can use its only ranged and secret technique to launch the blade of his sword. This launch is extremely powerful and precise, capable of ricocheting off other objects and striking with enough force to pierce a human body. The major drawback of doing this is that Silver Chariot can only materialize one sword, so Polnareff must retrieve the weapon before being able to attack again.]
