This is my eight story. I appreciate any feedback. Thank you. Will post the other stories I've written just been fine tuning them.
Im not very good at describing combat or battles but will do my best. Sorry in advance.
Chapter 4: You want us to WHAT!!!???
"You heard me correctly Kushina, Minato. If I authorize Tsunade to do this procedure then you will be taking full responsibility of this young girl who is not only a stranger to this planet and village but a unknown quantity that could be dangerous should she choose to betray us. As such you will be responsible for determing her loyalties and such and help her foster a love for this village that we ask all of those who choose to join it. The only way I see this playing out is if you were to adopt her and take her into your care. Since she is a alien and will be seen as a freak for having a monkey tail she will be treated as an outcast. If she were to be left to her own devices then she would grow to hate the village and I would hate to have to send my own ninjas to kill a little girl." Hiruzen told them sternly. Making Kushina and Minato nod in understanding.
"Hold on! Don't I get any say in this!?" Tsunade said at last as she tried to process that she had to operate on a alien that had no chakra network and create an artifical one which had never been done before.
"No! You do not. This is an order as your Hokage! Last I checked you were still a ninja of this village! I hate to tell you all this but either this procedure happens and the girl joins Konoha's ninja force or she will be put down to be studied like we do all enemy ninjas we capture." Hiruzen told them seriously making them gasp in shock.
"I've already read your border report Tsunade. You yourself admit that even with a ninja of your prowess on the field the Iwa ninjas showed no fear at the thought of dying at your hands." Hiruzen told Tsunade making her nod in acknowledgment.
"I also have Jiraya's reports he has sent me from his spies that tell him every ninja village is mobilzing their shinobi and increasing their demand on mission success to gather as much money and resources as possible. Which tells me we will have the Third Great Ninja War coming." Hiruzen ended extremely serious as he pulled his pipe out and took several puffs to calm down.
After feeling calmed down and allowing everyone to process what they had been told. Hiruzen looked to Kushina. "Kushina-chan you yourself experienced what it was like to be an outcast and will be this girl's only hope in not only living but being able to endure the hatred the village will throw at her for being different. I'll give you and Minato-kun until Tsunade has decided she is ready to do the procedure with a 100% guarantee that the girl will survive to decide if you and Minato-Kun will adopt her." Hiruzen told them compassionitely making them nod their head and bow to him in thanks.
"Thank you Hokage-sama." They both answered as they looked at each other nervously not knowing what to do. "Your welcome. You are dismissed. If you decide to not go through with it. Please let me know." Hiruzen answered them as they bowed to him again and left the room together stunned by what they were told.
After they left Hiruzen kept smoking his pipe already knowing how to get Tsunade to go with the procedure. "Tsunade-chan. I know you don't want to go through with this but I need every asset available to Konoha if we are to not only survive this war but to dismish as many casulties as possible. As such I am putting you in charge of the hospital, the medical divison and the medical research divison. I will also allow you to teach ninjas that are willing to learn medical jutsus and first aid as you deem fit. If this procedure is a success then you are authorized to create artifical chakra networks for those who lack a strong chakra like us ninjas. Those you deem capable of being a ninja in 100% survivability and their seriousness as a ninja." Hiruzen told her making her gasp in shock.
It had always been Tsunade dream to have more ninjas take medical ninja more seriously and save those that could have lived and not died instead. "Thank you sensi." Tsunade said at last as she wiped a tear from her cheek. Before smiling beautifully at him.
"Of course Tsunade-chan. Let me know what you need done. I'll give you a week to rest and think about the procedure. Report back to me at the end of the week with whatever resources and people you need to get this procedure done and to help Konoha's survival." Hiruzen said smiling like a proud teacher as Tsunade nodded her head and left to her home to think about everything.
After Tsunade left Hiruzen stood up and headed to the window and put his hand on the window and bowed his head. "Please Kami-sama we need a miracle. Cause I'm getting to old for this shit!" Hiruzen said as he sighed before deciding to take the rest of the day off.
