Will rushed in with the nurses to see what was going on and saw Gabby unconscious.

"Get a gurney." Will ordered, "What happened Kelly?"

"Nothing, I went in to tell her to get out and out of nowhere she passed out." He explained, they both put her on the gurney and took her to the other room, after a few minutes Will came back out.

"What's wrong with her?" He asked worriedly.

Her blood pressure dropped due to stress and worry.

"How is the baby?"

"He's fine, no problems, his heartbeat sounds good and his weight is good." Will said.

"Thank you, I'll go check on her." He carefully entered the room where he saw her sleeping, pulled up a chair and decided to stay with her.

The next day

Gabby had woken up, was disoriented and blinked several times and managed to see Kelly sleeping next to her.

"Matt." - She whispered softly.

"Gabby relax he's fine you should rest." She said taking his hand

"What happened to me, I don't remember. She asked.

"You fainted, your blood pressure dropped, but the baby is fine, you don't have to worry."

"I want to go see Matt." Gabby stated.

Three weeks later

Gabby arrived at the hospital. She had to be there when Matt woke up, he had slipped into a coma due to the complications he was having. She greeted the nurses as she made her way to the room.

"Hi Gabby." - Maggie greeted her as she passed.

"Hi Maggie any news about Matt." She asked

"He is breathing fine on his own, no fever anymore but we will see what happens, I am sure he will wake up today, she said, but I advise you to put his hand on your belly and let him feel his baby, that will help more.

"Thanks for the advice. She kept walking towards the room but she didn't think she would be getting a big surprise. When she entered the room she found Brett kissing him.

"What the hell are you doing bitch?" Gabby yelled at her.

"I'm here to see my boyfriend." Said Brett with sarcasm he needs me, you're the one that left him so get out.

You're pathetic, Brett said while laughing, you do realize we're having a daughter, don't you? You cheap bitch!"

"What did you just say?"

"I said you're a cheap bitch she repeated laughing." Brett angrily picked up a razor and walked over to her.

"Ofc you had to come back pregnant." She snorted angrily, putting the razor to her belly.

"Don't you dare Brett please, don't mess with my baby." Gabby pleaded in terror.

"You should have thought of that before you came back for Matt, bitch," she shouted, stabbing her in the belly, "I hope your baby doesn't make it."

"Brett..., she whispered holding her belly but Brett ran away, Gabby looked at her hand while it was full of blood as she fell to the ground . "Help please, someone help me." She screamed.
