It was one new bright day in Neverland as in the early morning, everyone was sleeping peacefully. Peter, in fact, woke earlier to make everyone some delicious breakfast and also because he couldn't stop thinking... is he doing the right thing if he talks to him in private? What if he rejects him? He would be very sad. His inner thoughts were interrumpted by the delicious smell of a waffle, meaning that was already cooked.
He threw away this thoughts and started putting everything on table before running to the crew's room and say "Hey guys, time to wake up... some special breakfast is ready and is waiting for you to be eaten!", they all screamed in happiness before Cubby said "Peter, we could've helped you" "No guys, since i'm here, i'm making delicious meals for my favourite crew" after that he hugged everyone and dragged them to the kitchen while they were laughing.
"Wow, Peter, this is real nice!" commented Jake, which make Peter blush "oh... thanks Jake!" "yeah, we love that" replied Izzy and Cubby with a smile "thanks mates" said a Peter with a bright smile on his face.
After they finished breakfast, Peter proposed everyone to go exploring and find new treasures in Neverland, but before saying that, he asked "Do you mind if i talk with Jake about something... in private... please?" "No, i don't mind at all" said Jake, a little bit confused, "us neither" said Izzy and Cubby "Take your time and meet us on the beach, see you later" as they left, Peter started noticing that him and Jake were completely alone! And that feeling make him blush even more, he tried to hide it but it was too late "Peter, are you all right? Do you have fever or something?" "N-no no! I'm fine! I'm totally fine... i just need to calm myself... and tell you how i feel... about you" "Me? What do you mean?" "Jake, i know i said i never wanted to grow up but, here i am, almost an adult and facing my new emotions... and so are you and the rest of the crew... you know, since i saw you grow into a teenager, so almost being an adult, my feelings towards you changed and..." "Peter, what are you trying to tell me? "I love you, Jake, i always have... i would literally give my life for you, I would go to the moon and back for you an-" Peter's sweet words were interrupted by a kiss... yes, Jake pulled him by his green shirt and kissed him on the lips, that made Peter happy and confused at the same time. When they broke that kiss, Jake finally spoke "I love you too, Peter, i started having these strange feelings too, and i thought there was something wrong with it... but then I realized that love is love, no matter what!" "Oh, my cute little Jakey, i love you so much" said Peter in a tiny voice as i started to cover Jake with kisses in his face. "Come on, let's go with the others, and let's make sure nobody finds out about this until we are ready to say it... got it?" "Got it!" ended Jake, hugging Peter.
They finally managed to go to the others that were playing volleyball and soon joined them... but what they didn't know was that a certain person was spying them and was preparing an attack.
