A Compelling Reason to Practice

Summary: It has been three years since Alex convinced Justin to practice kissing in the family lair. After finishing college for the semester, Alex and Justin drive together to their Grandma Magdalena's house for the annual holiday visit. The thing is they have to drive there using Zeke's beat up car without using magic. Which wouldn't have been an issue if not for the snow storm closing down the highway. What can possibly happen?

Author Notes: Welcome back to the third part of "Does it Count?", sequel to "A Secret Kiss" and "Per Chance to Practice"! Sorry for the long wait! It really had been in the works since I finished part two. Just had a lot of life changes as well as writers block. I did want to thank TheWolfHourx for beta reading the fic. May we both have the inspiration to keep writing Jalex for years to come.?

WARNINGS: Incest, making out, shared bed, spicy stuffs, handjob, dry humping, etc. lol.

Without further ado, please enjoy some Jalex!

Three Years Later

Alex knew when something was considered wrong by society's standards. She just normally preferred a world painted in different shades of gray. The level of wrong really depended on the situation. Which made her feel better about her choice to practice with Justin in the past. Yet, deciding she was okay with the level of wrong they'd crossed didn't stop her butterflies.

In fact, it only made them worse.

Back when they first practiced she kept saying it only counted if they said it did. Which had been true, but over time something changed. And that wasn't something she was ready to face. So she kept her distance.

Alex hadn't been alone with him in months and initially planned on keeping it that way. Then her mom called to discuss a change in plans for their annual Christmas gathering. Turned out that the family had already left for Grandma's house using the family car. Well, almost everyone — except for her and Justin who should 'drive together' after their finals.

So here Alex was… with Justin in a car headed upstate.

What could possibly go wrong?

The sky was dark with thick clouds and swirling snow. She decided quickly that Zeke's car was musty, had terrible tires, and a weird smell. Less than ideal. At least it was quiet and she could watch the snow fall.

After twenty minutes snow blanketed the road, making her shiver as she adjusted the heat settings on the dashboard. The seatbelt tugged against her as she changed the radio station four times nly to have all of them playing similar holiday songs. If only the stupid aux cord worked and didn't have its wires exposed near the tip.

Same words, different font.

Sighing, she leaned back in the passenger seat only to see Justin giving her a stern look.

"What?" She asked as he looked back at the road to focus on the slow moving traffic.

Justin shrugged while keeping both hands on the wheel. "All of the radio stations are playing Christmas music, Alex. Is it really necessary to change it that many times?"

"Justin…" she paused, crossing her arms as he slowed to a stop. "Maybe changing the music wasn't the point."

With furrowed brows he looked at her. "It wasn't?"

"No." She smiled. "The point was to annoy you as much as possible. Figured I'd get an early start since we have to spend the next four hours together driving when we could, oh, I don't know… use magic."

"You know we're not supposed to when seeing Grandma. It's Mom's rule." Justin rolled his eyes, snow falling steadily around them. "Trust me. I would prefer to teleport there rather than having to drive in a snowstorm using Zeke's car."

"Then why don't we? Mom isn't here." She huffed.

"Just because mom isn't here doesn't mean we should disregard her request for a magic free Christmas." He shrugged and started moving with the other cars. "You know how much that means to her."

With a halfhearted glare, she rolled her eyes. "Oh, fine. It's not like we have our wands any ways."

"Well, thank you anyways." He looked at her momentarily before turning on the windshield wipers.

She noticed him smile softly when she agreed to follow the rules. Seeing him smile made a warmth flood in her chest and touch her cheeks. She would never admit how much she secretly craved Justin's approval. Whether that be non-verbal smiles, gentle touches, or words of appreciation. It always filled her with warmth — with serotonin.

In a desperate attempt to change her thoughts, she adjusted in her seat.

"Alright. I'll put up with this little road trip and the 'no magic' thing, but I would like it noted that forcing us to drive to Grandma's house with no magic is a punishment."

"You're not even driving, Alex. So it shouldn't bother you that much." He said, following the bend in the highway.

"Well, I'm bored." She shrugged and he chuckled.

"Take a nap." He suggested.

"Seriously, Justin. That's your suggestion?" She scoffed.

"Well, we do talk about this every year. It's not like the 'no magic' rule will change."

"Yeah and I'll keep mentioning it." She pouted.

Alex listened to the soft hum of a piano version of 'Let It Snow' as she watched police officers directing traffic towards an off ramp.

"That doesn't look good." She said and Justin followed the guided traffic off the highway.

"No, it doesn't. Looks like an accident."

Blue and red flashes pulled their attention while officers directed traffic. Alex began to chew upon the inside of her cheek as they made their way onto a small side road that was only one way. The car in front of them struggled to drive straight and pulled off to the side of the road with their hazard lights on.

"Probably should call Mom and tell her we're gonna be late." He sighed and slowly drove.

Looks like we're not making it to grandma's tonight, Alex thought knowing they should've brought their wands.

Alex felt a slight tension in her shoulders relax a little as they pulled into a half empty parking lot of a Bed and Breakfast. The officer's informed them the road was closed due to the conditions of the storm in addition to the accident.

"Okay, Mija. You two be safe." Her mom said.

"We will." Alex sighed looking at Justin as he struggled to keep the wheels straight while turning into an empty parking spot.

"And no fighting!" She added making Alex roll her eyes.

"We won't."

"Let me talk to mom." He said as turned off the car.

Alex handed him her phone and undid her seatbelt.

"Yeah, we're fine. I know. We found a Bed and Breakfast. Mhm. Yeah, we're gonna get a room for the night." He said opening the car door. "No, I've got it. We won't."

Alex trailed behind as he grabbed both their bags.

"We'll call you in the morning. Love you too. Bye." He hung up and asked her to grab his wallet from the cup holder.

"Let's go inside." He said handing her the phone as they started to trudge through the snow that was almost up to her knees.

Alex held the door for him and watched as he walked over to the front desk. An older woman looked up from her computer to greet them.

"Hello. My it really is coming down out there, isn't it?"

"Hi, yeah. It sure is. Can uh, we get a room with two beds?" He asked as Alex opened his wallet.

"Sorry dear, we only have singles available right now. Our heating isn't working in half the rooms so we can't allow guests to stay in them."

Alex thumbed through the cards neatly stacked and organized. In hopes of maybe finding some loose cash she opened the back fold of his wallet. There she found a foiled little square hidden behind a couple of dollar bills.

Looks like Mr. Perfect isn't so innocent…

"Alright. That's fine. We'll take a single." Justin sighed. "Alex, hand me the blue card."

Startled by him saying her name, Alex quickly pulled out the card and handed it to him without a word. Her cheeks were hot as she attempted to not think about the little foil that suddenly made his wallet feel so heavy.

Who was he having sex with? Juliet?

No, she's been gone for over two years.

Maybe it was so he could be obnoxiously prepared for the possibility.

Alex couldn't help the image in her mind paint the picture of him kissing a girl. At first the girl wasn't anyone in particular. Then she shifted to Juliet. And a heavy weight surfaced, tugging and biting the center of her chest.

There was no way Justin preferred kissing vampire Barbie… not that I care or anything.

Alex knew deep down she did care. Even if she hated admitting it.

"You'll be in room 101 at the end of the hall to the left." The woman said, handing him the key card.

Justin handed Alex his debit card and the room key while he folded the receipt. Thanking the woman he told her if she needed any help, just to let him know. Between his offer to help and how the woman told them to stay warm, Alex couldn't help but roll her eyes.

He really should just stop being so damn likable.

Justin smiled at the woman and Alex's dumb butterflies made their anticipated appearance. For the love of magic, she hated how his smile made her feel. She knew exactly how those lips felt and they taunted her for years.

What does he think about when kissing other girls? Has he ever closed his eyes and imagined it was me kissing him? Kinda like when I've imagined him… the feel of his lips and the way he sighs.

Comparing every damn kiss she's had to his.

The tugging in her chest returned. Letting her imagination get away from her was the sole reason she created her fantasy journal when she was a teenager in the first place. Then again after what happened with Max and Justin, there was no way she'd do that again. But she could still think about it.

Alex made her way down the hall and went through the motions of opening their door. She noted how the décor matched the personality of the older woman — floral wallpaper and matching bedding. The bed was probably an XL Twin if she had to guess. It sat off to the side of the room while a small TV sat on top of the dresser. It was less than ideal.

"Got any extension spells in that big brain of yours?" She asked.

"Not one I can use without a wand." Justin said as he shut the door behind them.

"And this is why I said we should bring our wands." She huffed as he set their bags down on the bed.

"Not to be that person, but you did leave it behind. So some part of you agreed with my reasoning." He said and she squinted at him.

"You're the one who said we wouldn't even need them, Justin. Looks like you were wrong."

"Yeah, and I still don't think we need them. We'll need to get used to doing things without magic anyways. Especially since there can only be one family Wizard."

Alex tilted her head. "All the more reason to use magic while we can."

"Honestly Alex, I'm just surprised you listened to me about not bringing your wand."

"Hey. I listen sometimes."

"Sometimes being the operative word." He pursed his lips with a shrug before moving on. "By the way, I can sleep on the floor."

Looking down at the floor she grimaced. The carpet was an ugly grey brown color.

"As amusing as that sounds, I don't want to spend all day tomorrow hearing about how much your back hurts. We can share." Looking in his direction she paused.

"You sure?" He asked as he turned his head and made eye contact for the first time since the car.

"As long as you don't wake me up at some ungodly time tomorrow, yeah." Alex hummed reaching for her bag.

"I hardly think eight in the morning is unreasonable, but okay. We'll try to leave around ten depending on the roads." He said, opening his suitcase. "I'm gonna change real quick."

Alex sat on the bed watching him grab gray sweats, a black t-shirt, and boxer briefs. He attempted to close the door behind him, but it remained cracked ever so slightly.

Opening her bag, she instantly saw her thin tank top with purple butterflies and matching shorts. A smirk played at her lips as she held up the delicate material. He'd absolutely have a conniption if he saw her in that.

To be fair when Alex selected her pajamas she had no intentions of them being seen. She chose them because their grandma's was always unreasonably hot. But now, she felt a buzzing excitement because she'd be wearing them in front of Justin while sleeping in the same bed.

Peeling away her clothing piece by piece, she wondered how he was feeling about sharing a bed. Some part of her felt off. Because it was Justin. She hadn't slept near him since they were kids. Then another part of her couldn't get the idea out of her head.

Does he still cuddle in his sleep like he used to?

It felt like her stomach did somersaults at the thought. The mere idea of him holding her in his arms had her mind racing. Then she watched the bathroom door closely.

Completely forgoing her bra, she tugged the tank top over her head and pulled on her shorts. The toilet flushed as she set their bags off to the side. Taking the TV remote with her, she turned around to see a shirtless Justin walking towards the bed.

Holding her breath, she scanned his defined torso. The band of his boxers stuck out from under his sweats and made her pause. It wasn't like she hadn't seen him shirtless before. Because really, they grew up together. What she hadn't expected was for him to be shirtless and getting ready to sleep in the same bed as her.

It was so… domestic.

But she had to give it to him. Working out after his monster hunting days really paid off. What she would give to — no, Alex. Stop thinking about him that way.

Justin tugged his t-shirt over his head, ripping her out of her dazed thoughts. Thankfully he hadn't noticed.

Without saying anything she made her way over and sat on the bed. The buzz of electricity from the TV filled the room as she extended her legs on top of the blanket. Pretending not to notice him she attempted to watch some random cartoon.

"What're you watching?" Justin asked, glancing over his shoulder.

If Alex hadn't known him as well as she does, she would've missed the subtle pause. The way he stood beside the bed blatantly staring. She didn't need to magically read his mind to know he was staring at her choice of pajamas. Yet, instead of the conniption she thought he'd have, he just stood there silently. It made her stomach do somersaults.

Alex pretended to be unaware of his pause by shrugging. "Cartoons."

The TV filled the silence and she wondered if he even heard her. He was lost in thought and it made the corner of her smile. Looking in his direction she saw his eyes focused on the way her tank top lifted, exposing her hip.

Interesting

Then he quickly realized his pause and cleared his throat.

"I uh… uhm. Are you-," he stumbled over his words and ran his fingers through his hair messing it up a little.

"Am I what?" She asked.

He exhaled sharply. She expected him to mention her current wardrobe choice and was surprised to hear a different question instead.

"What're you doing, Alex?"

Looking at him with furrowed brows she repeated. "Watching cartoons."

His expression fell as he crossed his arms and looked her over again. The look wasn't one she recognized. It was focused and almost on edge.

"That's not what I meant and you know it."

His voice was low and his tone familiar. Almost like the one he uses when lecturing her for doing something bad. Yet it wasn't quite the same. Inhaling deeply, she basked in the incoming wash of warmth she felt under his gaze.

She couldn't let him see the effect he had on her. It was those stupid butterflies all over again. So she argued with a pinched expression.

"Well I'm not sure what you 'meant' then." She air quoted the word and rolled her eyes, "Because all I'm doing is watching cartoons."

She lied through her teeth and noticed the clench of his jaw. In reality, she wasn't doing much. It was honestly so subtle. A stupid test to see if he'd notice her. And based on his reaction she couldn't help but bite away a smile threatening her lips.

He definitely noticed.

"What do you think I'm doing, Justin?" She wondered.

With a squinted glare that she mirrored, he shook his head.

"Alex."

All it took was for him to say her name in a certain way. She never knew if it was the authoritative tone or if it was because she knew his entire attention was focused on her. One thing was for sure, it always hit the same.

"Okay. Fine. I wanted to see if you'd have one of your conniptions. You know, kinda like dad. With all the pointing and sputtering." Alex hummed a laugh as she nodded. "Would've been funny."

Justin's shoulders lowered almost instantly and he glared, rolling his eyes before responding dryly. "Oh, yeah. Hilarious."

Shrugging, Alex turned her attention back to the TV while the bed dipped to her right. The second he sat down she realized just how small the bed really was. She could feel the warmth of him brushing her side. He smelled like warm clean laundry mixed with mint.

Between his warmth and the way he smelled, it made her cheeks burn. Just his mere presence made her feel like she was actively spinning.

It was too much. She needed to say something. So naturally, in her usual Alex fashion she found herself treading on a slippery slope.

"So, college." She said out loud but mentally she rolled her eyes at her topic choice. "Anything interesting?"

He looked at her clearly surprised. He opened his mouth to respond and she shook her head before clarifying.

"And before you get any ideas, no. I'm not asking about your classes. I'm asking if you've gone to any parties or even found anybody, like to… you know, date."

Justin adjusted his pillow behind him so he could lean back against the headboard more comfortably.

"So you're not asking about college. You're asking about my social life."

"Same difference." She said and he shook his head.

"Not really the same, but whatever. I've been to a few parties. They were average, mostly drinking." Justin shrugged as he looked at the TV. "As for dating, I don't know. It's not really the first thing on my to do list."

Alex snorted. "You seriously have a college to do list?"

He rolled his eyes as she grinned. "Yes, Alex. As a matter of fact I do have a list."

Feeling rather bold, Alex looked at him with a smirk. "So does this list have anything to do with the condom in your wallet?"

Immediately his eyes widened as he looked at her. "What? That… I- It's not… no."

Alex burst out laughing as he struggled to explain and a pink flush tinted his cheeks. Bringing it up was absolutely worth it.

"Seriously, Alex. You shouldn't be snooping in people's things." He grumbled.

"I've literally been pocketing your wallet in hopes of getting cash for years, Justin. What'd you expect?" She found herself closer to him as her bare thigh brushed his sweats.

He sighed and continued watching TV.

"It's not like I'm actively planning to sleep with anyone." He said and her smile lessened slowly while he answered her question. "I really should just throw it away since it's been in there for over a few months."

"Months, huh?" She wondered and he huffed.

"You remember Miranda from high school. Right?"

Her shoulders slouched ever so slightly as she nodded slowly.

"Well, we're in the same psych lecture. We got a coffee one day at the beginning of term and one thing led to another. She, uh, invited me to a party and we talked for a bit. Then we ended up back at her dorm." He cleared his throat not looking at her. "I didn't have one at the time so we just… improvised and … being unprepared sucked. So I put one in my wallet."

Nodding, she nudged him with her knee. "Then what? Did you date her?"

Justin pushed her with his shoulder in the same manner and then said. "No, I didn't. She told me it was really nice to see I've improved over the years, but she wasn't 'looking to date'."

"So you've improved, huh?" Smirking, she looked at him and tilted her head.

He rolled his eyes and she could see him fighting the faint pull of a smile. "Really, Alex. That's your take away?"

With a small giggle she looked at him and he turned his attention towards the TV. Even under the small smile, she could see he was hiding his feelings. She really hated seeing him beneath his façade. Obviously hurt by the constant failed attempts at finding someone normal to be with. Then again, she hadn't had any luck in that department either.

Between Mason and Dean, her attempts at relationships had failed quite miserably. Yet, here she was with the one person who understood. The one person who was also 'not normal'.

"In all seriousness Justin, it's her loss." She said, looking away from him at the TV. "We may not be 'normal', but you deserve someone you don't have to hide yourself with."

"Thank you, Alex." He whispered.

Alex could feel him looking at her. She felt those stupid butterflies reappear as she leaned into his side with a sigh. Letting the butterflies do the talking, she found herself asking the question she had been wondering all evening.

"Do you ever think about it?" She asked, turning to see him still looking at her.

"Think about what?"

"Practicing." She shrugged.

It took him a moment to understand, but the second he realized, he shook his head.

"No."

"No you don't think about it or…" She allowed her question to trail off.

"No, we're not gonna practice. We both know we shouldn't have practiced in the past either." He said, leaning back into the headboard as she sat up straight.

"Oh, please." She scoffed, turning her back to the TV so that she was facing him. "First of all, I asked if you think about it and not if you wanted to. Second, I still stand by the fact that it only counts if we say it does. So, we really only benefited from it."

"How did we benefit, Alex?" He shrugged in a rather exaggerated manner. "If anything it was just something that feels good in the moment, but then confuses things afterwards."

Scrunching her nose she looked at him. "Are you telling me you didn't benefit from knowing you weren't a terrible kisser or for having a practice first kiss?"

Justin rubbed his face before reaching over and turning off the bedside light. The only light now was that of the TV glow behind her.

"Unless they counted for you." She added, noticing the way he paused. It was a small glimmer of hope. Maybe he felt the same budding warmth she kept trying to squash.

"No, they didn't count." He said, closing his eyes.

Between him pausing and closing his eyes, she sensed hesitation. Almost as if he had to think about it. But that couldn't be right. This was Justin and he didn't make bad choices based on feelings. It had to be logical.

"That's what I thought."

The only sounds she could hear were the TV, a soft whistling of the wind, and their breathing. But she didn't want to sleep yet. She needed to hear him admit what he was hiding.

"You never answered my question." She continued and watched him closely. "If you think about it."

Justin met her gaze and she noticed that his eyes were stern yet warm. The only way she could describe the way it made her feel was by using the word melting.

"Do you?" He mumbled the words softly. "Think about it."

Licking her lips she nodded and watched him exhale shakily. With his head leaned back against the headboard, he pursed his lips.

"Yeah. I have." He was quiet, almost as if someone might hear that shouldn't.

The sheer heaviness of his words made it hard to breathe.

"Then I don't see why practicing would be an issue." She said leaning her weight on her hand that pressed flat against the mattress.

He looked down at her hand and reached out to softly brush two fingers on the inside of her wrist. The action itself made her shiver and bite her bottom lip. She wondered if he realized that his touch was more dangerous than practicing.

"Because, Alex. We can say it doesn't count all we want, but it doesn't change the action itself."

Alex furrowed her brows but continued to watch his fingers lazily tracing circles against her skin. "Didn't you say that last time?"

He nodded. "Yeah. I did. Because saying it doesn't change how practicing makes us feel… things."

"That's descriptive." Alex replied dryly.

With his fingers still brushing against her wrist it made concentrating more difficult. Why was he touching her if practing was so bad?

"You didn't have a problem mentioning it last time we practiced. So it shouldn't be that difficult to piece together." He shrugged.

Even with the dim lighting she could see the soft pink of his cheeks. At that moment she realized what he was talking about. Biting down on the beginnings of a smile, she squinted at him.

"Justin Russo." She said his name and found his gaze. "Are you telling me we shouldn't practice because you got hard last time?"

The sheer widening of his eyes made her grin. He totally didn't want to practice because he enjoyed it last time. A lot more than he cared to admit.

"Why do you have to say it like that?" He shook his head confirming her theory.

"Because it makes you blush." She giggled only for him to roll his eyes.

"It does not." He argued despite the obvious flush of his cheeks.

Grinning, she moved closer to him and placed her hand on his shoulder. "Oh, it totally does."

"We should go to bed." He ignored her, but she wasn't done.

"You're twenty, Justin. Don't you think you're getting a little old for these self imposed bedtimes?" She huffed.

"As a matter of fact, no. No I don't."

Hoping he would take the bait, she sighed.

"Figures you would want to go to bed. I mean you are still pretty red from blushing. I, on the other hand, don't blush easily, but hey. It's okay to be embarrassed." She offered and his brows quickly furrowed.

"I'm not… you know what no. You blush all the time, Alex." He argued, and with a smirk she leaned towards him.

"Prove it." She challenged, rather interested to see how he would react.

Justin squinted at her. "Fine."

What she hadn't expected was how he quickly pulled her to him causing her to fall into his lap sideways.

Her butterflies returned full force as he met her stunned gaze. She wanted to smack the smile off his face but remained still. The warmth of his breath touched her cheek as he leaned and dipped into the crook of her neck.

Before she understood what he was doing she felt his lips brushing just below her ear. The way he paused, it was almost as if he was attempting to savor the feeling of her skin.

Then he pressed his lips to her neck.

This made her gasp followed by the distinct sound of him kissing her neck. It was so delicate and evocative that it made her insides churn. The slight sweep of his tongue and lips made her catch her bottom lip between her teeth. Her face was most definitely flushed by the time he stopped. She couldn't help but hope there would be a mark left behind.

Then he exhaled and pulled away from her neck before looking at her.

"Who's blushing now, Alex?" He whispered with a smirk.

Gritting her teeth she glared and hit his shoulder.

"Seriously, Justin." She snapped, but her voice cracked and she needed to clear her throat.

This only made him laugh loudly. Looking down she noticed him absentmindedly rubbing her side with his thumb. It made her shiver as his laugh tapered off into a chuckle. She'd see that side of him before, but normally it was reserved and brief.

This was different. Somehow more.

Realization dawned on her at that moment. Justin was in every sense of the word flirting. He was blushing, his body was turned towards her, he was making eye contact, and looking for her attention. Alex knew flirting and couldn't believe she hadn't realized before.

Without a second thought she pulled him by the front of his t-shirt towards her and pressed her lips against the corner of his mouth. It was clumsy, but she was done arguing when they both clearly wanted to.

Pulling back she opened her eyes and noticed his were still closed. His fingers still pressed into her side but she noticed he pressed into her harder. After a moment, he slowly looked at her. His eyes matched his relaxed expression. Knowing Justin, she knew it wouldn't last much longer so she waited for his inevitable lecture.

Maybe apologizing would help…

"Justin, " she attempted to say sorry as he blinked twice, and shook his head. "I'm-"

Then it was his turn to shock her as he cut her off by pressing his lips against hers. Instantly she relaxed under his touch and let him take the lead. Lips swaying softly. Even with her eyes closed and sitting she felt her head spinning.

He trailed his lips to her cheek and paused to get some air.

"So you do want to practice." She whispered without opening her eyes.

He shakily exhaled against her cheek before finally speaking. "Of course I want to practice."

His confession slipped out like it was the last thread between right and wrong keeping him from crossing the line too far. Then she was on her back with a gasp.

She felt his lips brush against hers. His delicate movements drove her crazy. Just before she was about to tell him to stop teasing, he leaned in the rest of the way. A familiar rush of warmth engulfed her whole body. She had kissed her fair share of boys over the past few years, yet none of them compared to him.

She sighed when his tongue brushed her bottom lip. Tugging on his hair slightly, she felt him settle between her legs. There was something about this kiss that was different from the others. More sure and had a slight edge of desperation.

His hand pressed into her, trailing down her side and past her hip. He pulled her leg up and guided it against his hip, leaving his hand under her thigh. Alex wiggled only to find him leaning into her even more. That's when she felt his soft bulge press into her ever so slightly.

Alex gasped into the kiss and he tightened his grip on her. With a deep hum in his chest he brushed his tongue against hers. She attempted to focus on the sway of his lips but felt his hand sliding up her thigh under her tank top. She could feel the tips of his fingers dragging against her skin before pausing, most likely realizing that she wasn't wearing anything underneath.

He broke the kiss, pressing his forehead into hers as he spoke, "Is this okay?"

She nodded and found his gaze, "Yeah. It's okay."

Alex gasped when he cupped her bare breast and heard him groan. His thumb brushed against her, pulling a whimper from her. In turn she felt him exhale sharply still maintaining eye contact as he rolled her nipple between his thumb and pointer finger. The sheer intimacy of looking in his eyes at that moment made her shiver. The line had been forgotten and it was just them.

Justin leaned in and brushed his lips from her cheek, across her jaw, and down.

Alex dipped her head backwards against the pillow and felt teeth against her skin. Her cheeks were flushed with need. She moaned, tugging at his hair and her hips buckled. Instantly she felt his bulge pressing against her again, but this time significantly more pronounced.

The palm of his hand rubbed against her skin before cupping her other breast as he trailed his lips up again to her jawline. Alex started rocking against him in hopes of maintaining the small warm buzz of friction. Back and forth. Back and forth. She started a rhythm with her hips as the pooling heat continued to build. She attempted to not think too much about how something wrong could feel so right. But it was hard not thinking about how fucking good it felt to have him pressing into her.

"A-Alex. We-" he started to talk but she shook her head.

"No. Not yet..." She whimpered while starting to feel him grinding himself into her.

He pulled his hand out from under her shirt to grab her hips with both hands. The only thing blocking them was her thin shorts and his sweatpants. Without saying anything, she felt him growl against her ear as he started grinding his hips into her center. The desperation in his movements made her whimper his name. There was no one else. Just the two of them.

Alex pulled her hands down his back, dragging her fingers against his t-shirt. She needed to feel him.

Looking at him she noted his eyes were darker in the dim TV lighting. Slipping her hands under his shirt she pressed her palms against his bare chest, feeling the dips and curves of his muscles. Still rocking her hips and meeting his deliberate movements, she gently trailed her fingers across the small patch of black hair against his lower abdomen then up.

"Alex, we need to st-op." His voice stuttered low and husky.

Alex shook her head and felt him digging his fingers into her hips holding her still. The heat still pooled between her legs where his hard-on rested against her. Desperate for attention and friction.

"Justin… Please." She breathed, noting her pitch as a desperate plea for him to not pull away. "Don't stop."

Attempting to roll her hips, she watched as he grit his teeth and groaned. She knew they should stop, but it felt too good.

Then Justin did the unexpected. Alex bit her lip as she felt him pushing aside logic. With his fingers still digging into her hips, he started rocking against her again. But this time was different. Looking up at him, she noticed the way brows furrowed in a twist of concentration. It had to be more than practicing. It had to count. It was the only explanation because they were crossing the line.

Yet, she couldn't bring herself to care.

The heat began increasing, bubbling with every brush of friction. She felt her hair clinging to her damp skin as he continued to rut against her. Every inch of her was on fire. From head to her toes she felt warmth licking under her skin. Without saying anything, his hand reached between them and with her help pushed her shirt up. His fingers dragged against her exposed skin while his eyes followed behind.

Justin harshly exhaled as he looked at her bare chest. His eyes were dark and only added to the heat inside her.

Without breaking eye contact he lowered his head down, placing a kiss between her breasts before brushing his lips against her pebbled nipple. Inhaling sharply, she felt the wet heat of his tongue pressing flat against her. In return she threaded her fingers in his hair and moaned. He was so gentle yet assistive. Almost as if he couldn't get enough.

It made her wonder, had Justin imagined doing something like this with her? How did he actually end up handling his hard-on after they practiced last time? Did he think about her as he got off?

Alex heard him curse under his breath. Even the way he breathed words against her skin made her heart race. His lips found her neck, suckling and nipping while he cupped her breast.

Then he found her sweet spot through her shorts, right against her bundle of nerves. Alex whimpered, pulling him closer so he wouldn't stop. Nodding with her eyes scrunched close, she gasped.

"Right there… shit, J-Justin… don't stop" Her words were breathy and punctured with need.

She could feel the familiar warmth quickly approaching. Between the friction and the feeling of him pressing into her made her dig her nails into his shoulders. All it would take was shoving his sweats down and moving her shorts to the side. Then he would be inside her. Fucking her. Where her warmth would bloom with every thrust. The delicious thought swirled in her head and dragged her nails down his back.

She heard him hiss, before she felt him grab her hips again with both hands. His movements became more erratic. This was a side of him she never would've guessed existed and now she knew she would do anything to see it.

His breath quickened and she could tell he was chasing his own release. Alex heard him humming a groan as he pressed his lips against the side of her neck. Her last thought was hoping he would leave a mark.

Then a hot wash of pleasure enveloped her.

"Justin…"

"Fuck, Alex." He hissed beside her ear as her thighs trembled and she grabbed the bedding beside them and twisted it in her fist.

She was falling yet floating at the same time. The second her high started to ebb he abruptly pushed himself off of her and moved so that he was on his back beside her. In her daze she noticed his arm moving rhythmically and bit her bottom lip as he groaned. She could tell he was close by the jerky movements.

Using her elbow to prop herself up, she looked down to see his sweats pushed to his thighs and his hand wrapped around his member. Licking her lips she looked at his face and noticed his eyes closed with furrowed brows.

"Here, let me help." She whispered and he looked at her as she turned on her side to face him.

"Alex, you don't have-"

He stopped speaking when he saw her lick her hand before reaching down. Justin hissed as she wrapped her fingers around the base.

"I want to." She said and started lifting her hand, curling her wrist softly at the tip before going back to the base. Repeating the steps before finding a rhythm.

Smirking when his head fell back on the pillow she watched the rise and fall of his chest. She definitely enjoyed the fact that she was the reason for him losing control and forgoing logic.

If this was a fraction of what it felt like to have sex with Justin then… the thought alone made her bite her lip before pressing a kiss against the side of his neck.

"Alex… I'm gonna-" picking up her pace she nodded.

Justin gasped and she felt him twitch under her fingers right before his seed began spilling on the back of her hand. She kept her pace, gradually slowing until his breathing relaxed in the after.

The distinct scent of sex and sweat surrounded them as they remained still. It was a mix of enjoying the last few moments of bliss and not wanting to face the consequences of their actions.

"I agree by the way." She said letting him go as she reached for a tissue from the bedside table to clean up her hand. "You've improved."

There was some movement behind her and the bed creaked. Throwing away the used tissue into a small bin she moved her hair to one side of her shoulder.

"Is that your way of rating me?" His voice was still husky and he cleared his throat before the bed sprung back into place as he stood up.

Alex tossed a brief smile over her shoulder and found him looking at her. The TV still played in the background.

"Maybe it is. What then?" She asked with a shrug.

"Well then, I'd say you were…" Justin paused and shook his head slightly before sighing, "You were good too, Alex."

Alex let her lips part a little. The way he made eye contact and praised her on doing good made her feel warm. And when he smiled at her she felt her breathing stutter slightly merely because of the way he looked at her.

When he made his way to the restroom, she relaxed a little. God she was such a softy that it made her want to roll her eyes. Seriously, it was only Justin. Since when did she get all flustered because of a guy.

The second she heard the water running from the sink, it dawned on her. With right and wrong blurred under the guise of practicing, they had officially stepped over their "do not cross line" and there was no going back.
