A/N Hey, guys. This isn't a chapter, but this is a character biography for both Caleb and Chloe since I forgot to do one when I first posted the Runaways series. So first off, I know I promised you guys I would update this often, but I wasn't able to because I was focusing on taking care of my physical and mental health and I had to take a break from writing and updating this series for a while. And second, I'm really sorry that I let you guys down and having to make you wait for an update from me. But I promise I will come back strong so I can focus on writing this. All I can do for now is provide information on Caleb and Chloe's bios so you guys can get to know them better.

Caleb was born as an eldest child of Winston and Maya Blackburn, inheriting light brown hair from Maya and light brown eyes from Winston. He and his sister Chloe didn't have any friends due to their parents work and association with S.H.I.E.L.D. under the direct supervision of Nick Fury. Caleb is also very protective of Chloe, not wanting her to get hurt.
Getting Powers From The Tesseract
One day before the Battle of New York in 2012, Caleb and Chloe came across the Tesseract since it's been confiscated by S.H.I.E.L.D. before Winston and Maya founded him and Chloe touching the artifact before it emitted a blue energy as power surged through and affected Caleb and Chloe as it began altering their DNA and genes. Caleb was the first to wake up, but Chloe didn't.
HYDRA Uprising and Losing Winston and Maya
Two years after the battle of New York, Caleb and Chloe had learned that HYDRA has returned as well as the agents having become moles. A mysterious assassin, called The Winter Soldier killed Winston and Maya under the direct orders of Alexander Pierce since they both opposed HYDRA. Soon after, Maria Hill took in both Caleb and Chloe so they can be raised and loved.
Powers Awakened
After losing his parents to HYDRA, some of the kids had started bullying Caleb and Chloe due to their parents working for a secret government agency that was infiltrated by a sinister organization that was believed to have been dissolved by Captain America near the end of the Second World War. Having had enough, Caleb's powers started to awaken as he began to physically beat and attack the bullies mercilessly until they were badly bruised. Being sent to the principal's office, the parents threatened to press charges against both Caleb and Chloe for attacking the kids, but Maria Hill eventually stepped in and reprimanded the parents for raising their kids to bully the siblings. Eventually, the rest of the kids were afraid of Caleb and Chloe and what the siblings would do to them.
Testing the Powers
Ever since the powers had fully awakened in Caleb, he started to change as he began to use his newfound powers to help others since there were more super powered people coming into the light since the formation of The Avengers initiative, but he would be told not to use his powers often because the government would start keeping the super-humans in check.
The Ratification of the Sokovia Accords
After Captain America disappeared due to the Avengers civil war, the world's leaders had been convincing the enhanced individuals to sign the Sokovia Accords to monitor their activities and restrict them. Feeling dissatisfied by what the world has become, Caleb and Chloe would eventually go out and secretly use their powers to help the innocent.
Getting More Attention About New Heroes
Still in hiding from the authorities, Caleb and Chloe started learning the news about more heroes coming into the light, first with Spider-Man, who had stopped the mysterious villain called the Vulture, next with the sorcerer called Doctor Strange, and King T'Challa of Wakanda, who had recently revealed the true nature of Wakanda to the world, the siblings were glad to know that were more superheroes coming out from the shadows for their good intentions.
Powers and Abilities
Powers:
Superhuman Speed - Like Pietro Maximoff, Caleb can run super fast than any normal humans and he can return to the place where he came from in a matter of seconds.
Super Strength - Like most of superheroes such as Captain America and Spider-Man, Caleb can lift heavy objects at will without breaking a muscle.
Telekinesis - Like with Wanda Maximoff, Caleb can lift objects single handily using his hands without physically touching as his hands glows with purple aura. Although this would turn his normal brown eyes into purple eyes due to his hands glowing with purple aura.
Telepathy - Caleb possesses this power as he can read people's minds as well as communicating with Chloe without moving his lips.
Super Hearing - Unlike other enhanced individuals, Caleb can hear noises from miles away, but his weakness is losing his own hearing when normal humans stands too close to him.
Enhanced Reflexes and Senses - After getting his powers from the Tesseract, Caleb's reflexes and senses have improved greatly as he can quickly reached an object before it drops and shatters on the floor.
Electrokinesis - Caleb has the power to siphon and discharge electric bolts at will towards his enemies. He can also physically shock his enemies with his electrifying fist as well as creating an area of effect by simply jumping up from the ground and smash the ground with his electrifying fist to stun and shock his enemies. He can also combine his super speed and electricity to run more faster to surprise his enemies.
Optical Camouflage - Like Miles Morales, Caleb has this ability to make himself disappear and fool others so they would never see where he's attacking from.

Chloe was born as the youngest of Winston and Maya Blackburn, inheriting her father's blonde hair and her mother's hazel eyes. Like with her brother Caleb, they both didn't have any friends. But they would play with each other at times, showing how much they love one another. She would also rely dependably on her brother or her parents.
Getting Powers From The Tesseract With Caleb
One day in New York, Chloe and her brother came across with the Tesseract since Caleb was ten years old and Chloe was nine years old at that time. What they didn't know was that their parents were ordered to keep it safe from falling into wrong hands. As their parents raced to the siblings' bedroom to find the Tesseract with Caleb and Chloe, Maya told them not to not touch it before it was too late as the Tesseract's blue energy flowed and surged right through them before it started altering their genes.
The Arrival of the Winter Soldier and Losing Her Parents
In the next two years, Chloe and her brother had heard from their parents that the sinister organization HYDRA has returned and some of the agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., as well as some of the politicians, were working for HYDRA. The siblings' lives were changed when Winston and Maya were both killed by the mysterious assassin called the Winter Soldier. The siblings never forgave Alexander Pierce, who had directly ordered the murder of her parents.
Being Bullied in School And Powers Awakened
After HYDRA was dissolved for good this time, Chloe and her brother both returned to school, but this time they were bullied by older kids who had insulted their parents for being fools and being lied into working for a secret agency that was completely and secretly infiltrated by the evil organization. Having enough of constantly being verbally abused and pushed around, Chloe's powers began to awaken as she began attacking and beating the popular girls until they had bruises all over them. After being sent to the principal's office with her brother, Maria Hill came and defended the siblings, who was now aware that they have powers. Hill decided to pull the siblings out of school and made a decision to tell them not to use their powers because the world will not be ready to accept them as a new generation of superheroes.
Learning About Spider-Man, Doctor Strange, and Black Panther
After Captain America disappeared from the world as a result of the Sokovia Accords that led to the Avengers civil war, Caleb and Chloe had learned that were more superheroes coming into light, starting with King T'Challa of Wakanda, who has made a decision to have Wakanda work with the rest of the world, next with Spider-Man, who was loved by New York after stopping Vulture, as well as Doctor Strange, a sorcerer who had saved Hong Kong from turning into disaster.
Powers and Abilities
Powers:
Cyrokinesis - Chloe uses this power to freeze the area she's in, leaving her and her enemy. She can summon an icicle object from her hand and attack her enemy before turning them into ice statues.
Invisibility - Chloe can make herself disappear to trick her enemies so they can't know where she would be attacking them from. She could also make others disappear before making them reappear to make a surprise attack.
Force Field - Inspired by Sue Storm aka Invincible Woman, Chloe can generate a force field with her hands to protect herself and her friends from incoming enemy attacks. She and Caleb both improvised their combined powers using his super speed and her force field to knock out their enemies.
Elemental Manipulation - Chloe can manipulate the elements she can think of to strike down her enemies such as water, fire, sand, and air.
Telekinesis - Much like her brother Caleb, Chloe can lift objects using her hands without needing to physically touch a certain object.
Telepathy - Like her brother, Chloe can read people's minds so she can hear their thoughts. She could also communicate with Caleb from miles away.
Hypersonic Screams - Having gained this power, Chloe can simply release a hypersonic scream to make her enemies go deaf or force them to speak during interrogation.
Healing - Chloe has a power to heal herself and the others, but her healing powers only has its limits.

And again, I'm really sorry for letting you guys down because my physical and mental health hasn't been doing all that well and how it affects me on not being able to update this. But I promise when I get better, I will make more time to update. Hopefully, when things gets better, I will write this. Until then, I will see you guys in the next chapter.
