Story start!
The meeting ended with a plan to fight Doomsday as well as a delegation of duties to prepare for the second Apokaliptian invasion. YAGOO returned to Hololive in the evening to find the talents chatting, as they do not have the means to do their usual streaming.
"So how was it?" Omega asked.
"I need Gura and Chloe." YAGOO replied.
The shark and orca looked at each other in confusion before Gura spoke up.
"Do you need us in a secret mission?"
At that, YAGOO blinked before exhaling and smiling.
"Sorry, I was a little stressed there. I need you two to go on a Kryptonite hunt, they look like green rocks and some of the largest ones are apparently found in the ocean."
"Okay? Swim in the sea looking for green rocks. Got it. But what if there are other green rocks that is not Kryptonite?" Chloe asked.
"I can help with that." Batman replied from behind them, once again causing the talents to jump and scream in fright.
"Can you NOT do that!?" Lamy yelled as she clung onto Botan's arm while Botan was laughing at her expense.
"Okay, now that you gave me a freakin heart attack, can you get to your point now?" Gura said while panting. In response, Batman simply pulled two small devices from his utility belt.
"I have analysed the radiation of Kryptonite and made these devices to track them. It would detect the radiation and sound off when you are near one."
"So where do I bring it to if we were to find some?" Chloe asked.
Bring it here. I will be delivering several lead lined boxes to you to store it. The lead will block the radiation from affecting Mr Tanigo." Batman responded.
"Good to know, but what do you plan to do with it?" Subaru spoke up.
"The plan is to split it 50/50 between you and us. According to what I have seen during the attack, at least one of you are able to control large amounts of water, it would be useful in devising many tactics to fight whatever monster that comes out of there." Batman replied as he took out a small piece of Kryptonite, the devices made a monotone beeping sound, indicating that they serve their function.
"Cool, so when do we start?" Gura asked.
"You can start anytime you want, just fill the boxes for now. You can form your own tactics with it." Batman replied before jumping out the window.
"Now that we are back to discussing that, can I say that I encountered ENigma? It seems to have done something to my powers. I checked the mirror and saw this on my neck and I feel like I've been weakened." Kronii spoke up after a few seconds before showing what appears to be runes on her skin.
"It also said that Omega weakened it more that it anticipated. Is this the same being Omega sealed?" Kronii continued.
"It seems so. Kronii, how are you now?"
"I'm fine, but I'm not sure about how my powers are affected."
There was silence across the room, the confirmation of an active third faction in the mix, and one that not only has shown to work against Hololive and potentially Earth, but is capable of affecting one of HoloCouncil's most powerful members despite its own weakened state is very troubling to all of them.
"So what can we do about ENigma?" YAGOO spoke up after a few seconds.
"As of now, nothing." Omega replied.
"Nothing!? My powers may be affected, there are runes on my neck that I don't want on my neck and no one can do anything about it?" Kronii said, barely keeping herself from shouting.
"Correct." Omega replied. Taking everyone aback with her blunt answer.
"YOU-" Kronii said in rage, but could not find any words due to anger clouding her thoughts.
"Because it's up to you. I don't know how your powers were affected, only you can test it."
Kronii's eyes glowed in response, everyone watched as what appears to be clockwork appeared in her eyes before she suddenly blitzed away and reappeared in a few milliseconds.
"Okay, not too bad." Kronii said, far more relaxed compared to her initial outburst.
Cue a gag scene of everyone except YAGOO and Omega face planting the floor.
"What on earth was that all about!? I thought you were about to kill us!" Marine exclaimed in anger.
"Oh, I tested my powers. Don't worry about that." Kronii replied.
"In less than a second?" This time, Botan was the one to ask out of curiosity.
"I am the Warden of Time, Botan-sempai." Kronii said, sounding a little too smug.
"That gets scared by horror games and constantly harassed by Artificial Intelligence?" Botan replied, grinning.
"I'm...Just gonna pretend I did not hear that..." Kronii replied, slightly flustered, getting some giggling from her fellow talents.
"Hi, I'm Cortana." Calli mimicked in her best AI voice.
"GWACK!?" Kronii yelped, startled. Sending everyone to a laughing fit at her expense, at this Kronii sat at the corner and sulked with various talents from both JP and EN comforting her.
"Okay, now that the mood is lightened, it's time to get back to the main issue. Gura and Chloe will begin the Kryptonite hunt when the lead boxes have been delivered. Kronii...I hope you are still listening over there but if you are not, you need to practice using your powers in a more precise and effective way..." Omega chimed in.
"I don't think they are paying much attention. It has only been a day since all that fighting. Let them rest more. The planning can start when they are refreshed." YAGOO interceded.
"We don't know when there will be a second attack." Omega argued.
"True, but Hololive is an entertainment group, not a group of veteran warriors. Trying to rush battle plans while they are in such a state may cause resentment and division instead. And the last thing we need right now is division." YAGOO rebutted.
"Then we will begin the planning when Gura and Chloe start their Kryptonite hunt." Omega said, conceding to YAGOO's point.
In the Oval Office, the President of the United States sighed in the unlit room, alone. It has been a horrible couple of days. First the power went out, then the country's nuclear silos were hijacked with five of them being launched, while Superman may have intervened, the missiles still knocked out the power grid.
Now he has received reports that in Metropolis and Gotham there was a war. At first he thought that it was a mass panic induced rioting, which can be suppressed with riot police. But as the details of the war came flooding in, with things like city-sized airships, large bodies of water in the skylines, trees dwarfing skyscrapers, giant beams, Superman fighting some giant and getting his body blown open before a currently still unknown helper intervened amongst others. He succinctly concluded that is was a fight between gods.
But that was not the main issue of his troubles. As of now, he has been summoned by the United Nations for questioning, and he is very sure that saying things like 'nuclear silos being hijacked by alien gods which then fought each other in two cities' will earn some chuckles if not outright laughter.
As if THAT was not enough, he is almost certain that there will be waves of protests against him, the opposition party holding Impeachment hearings, and the rich withholding their donations to distance themselves. Even if he managed to make the herculean feat of surviving all of that his approval rating will be at an all time low which pretty much dooms his chances for re-election.
All of these events are completely out of his control, but it will not lessen his burden.
The leader of the free world is ironically, not free.
"Mr President."
"Waller...Is there anything you need?"
"Funding for a project."
"The last two times I approved that funding you caused massive incidents and even got blackmailed by your own squad. Not only that, I am aware that you gave Wayne Enterprise some crucial information about certain Metas to have them cover for you. Your new project will need to reach very high bars before I can approve it. And even then, I may not be the one to approve it. Regardless, do let me hear the gist of it.
"We managed to collect some of Superman's DNA..."
"If you are thinking of cloning Superman, don't. Ethical issues aside, we don't know how Superman or this clone will react to the news. This is simply too dangerous."
"Mr President, we are currently sitting ducks for these Metas. What if they were to go against us? We would not stand a chance against them."
"I am very aware of that. I am also aware that so far they have not intentionally gone against us and has even helped us despite public controversy. What you do will simply give them reasons to BE the very danger you claim them to be. Also, with current events, we will need them on our side more than ever."
"Mr President, are you truly willing to entrust humanity to them?"
"If you don't like it, you will have to provide a better alternative."
"This project."
"It's not a better alternative."
"Mr Presi-"
"If you truly want this passed and funded then I suggest you wait for the next President, which would not take long considering what I have to face soon. As of now, this project will not be approved."
Seeing that the President has no intention of continuing this discussion, Amanda Waller turned and headed for the door.
As she walked out of the office. The President clicked the button to a recording device that survived the nuclear EMP and saved it. Knowing this woman, she may get some funding from external sources and if it backfires, the public will go for him. If it comes to that, he has every reason to drag her down to hell with him.
If she says that she will do whatever it takes to protect the country then he will make sure that the 'answering for her crimes' part will be included.
On a side note, a part of him is considering immediate resignation regardless if he survived up to re-election.

Just another day of headline grabbing news.
When power was restored, the world entered a new normal. In the United States, there was a huge division from the President's actions. Those who are against him cited the usual incompetence, abuse of power, negligence and even worse, treason. Those who defend him point out that he was dealt the worst possible hand and that no one in any position can adequately respond to such an event, therefore he should not be singled out simply for being the President. They also point out that a change in Administration will also affect the country's ability to prepare for future threats.
Despite the nuclear missile induced blackout, the news of the fight in Metropolis and Gotham still managed to get worldwide attention. It was clear that foreigners and tourists that happen to be at ground zero or close by reported the event when they returned home. This was originally dismissed as mass hallucination from a traumatic experience or other scientifically-sounding term...Until the bodies of the Parademons, their weapons, the destroyed skyline of both cities as well as independent researchers reporting findings of alien elements and alloys.
Ultimately, there was a near unanimous agreement for an alliance, to share technology and resources so that all will have better means of preparation.
Some of the older politicians could not help but think back to the time that President Ronald Reagan actually wished that an alien invasion does happen so that the earth is united. Those who laughed it off back then admitted to themselves that the wish came true and he must be dancing in the afterlife.
With Hololive outed as far more than an entertainment group, it also became a very controversial topic. Those who argue against Hololive state that the amount of power they have is simply not allowed, some of the fundamentalist groups even cite YAGOO's Oriental appearance and Japanese name to slander the group, calling back to the second world war. Either that or claiming that some of the talents is an offence to their beliefs.
Those who defend Hololive replied with accusations of racial and gender discrimination, even religious bigotry. Some even accused them of trying to provoke Hololive at a very unstable time and environment.
The media, seeing numbers which translate to dollars in revenue. Naturally milked the controversy for all their worth. Pictures of the President, Protesters and Hololive can be seen on magazines, billboards, news headlines and the internet and given both positive and negative views.
However, there was a side event in Gotham that had little attention. Mainly the increased level of vigilante activity. The Apokaliptian invasion unwittingly made the people of Gotham more bold in executing vigilante justice.
When one consider the far superior physical ability and technology of an individual Parademon, and the fact the the people were able to repel them, even if they had very powerful allies...
Suddenly muggers, human traffickers, thugs and corrupt police officers seem a lot less intimidating than before.
On the first day after the power grid was restored, 200 sex offenders and those involved in sex trafficking who escaped the law were lynched and shot, their mangled bodies put on public display.
On the fifth day, many criminals turned themselves in to the Police for protection.
On the twelfth day, the mangled body of the Joker was put on public display. Those who suffered due to him rejoiced greatly that day. Including Batman, who silently hoped that Robin is at peace from the other side. His accomplice, Harley Quinn was not found.
Then on the twentieth day. Corrupt law enforcement officers were suddenly snuffed out in the streets.
One thing is clear, the people were sick and tired of criminals escaping justice for a VERY long time, but they were not bold enough to take matters into their own hands...Until now. This very unstable state of affairs allowed the wealthy to expand their influence, one of them being Wayne Enterprise.
As for Hololive, they chose not to participate in the controversy and focus on preparing for the second invasion. Request for interviews were turned down and the current state of Gotham was enough to stop most of the reporters from entering. The ones who were still willing to make the journey soon gave up when they realized that a group that can do what they do can easily evade them.
Despite their decision to not be involved, arrangements were still made to ensure safety, the talents all were to travel in groups of at least three if they want to go out and one of them must at least be capable of combat.
YAGOO sincerely hoped that such arrangements will not cause any infighting.
"I'm glad to see you in decent spirits." Superman said as he lowered his fists.
"Things went better than expected. We regained some of the partnership deals with Wayne Enterprise due to the current amount of attention on us. The two talents started their Kryptonite hunt and now my fellow Kryptonian came to me for combat advise." YAGOO replied as he floated down to a mountain top.
"Regarding the current controversy, I'm afraid it will remain for a good amount of time." Superman said, looking regretful.
"Hopefully I won't need to get killed by a monster to earn their approval. Because I refuse to." YAGOO replied in a lighthearted tone, getting a chuckle from Superman.
"I can hear the people talking from here. They are starting to become afraid of us again." Superman spoke after a few seconds.
"I believe that this generation, beneath their cheers, have always been afraid of us. We represent a complete paradigm shift in this world's history. What took them many years of research and testing to establish, we overturn or greatly surpass them them simply by existing. Our abilities break close to every scientific law that many of their top minds established with decades of hard work. After all, both of us have incomprehensible power. With a mis-step and we carve canyons or level mountains, with a single breath and we may change the weather patterns, it will take time for them to accept this as a new normal."
Superman listened, feeling more down as YAGOO went on, until he heard the last sentence.
"So you believe that we can one day be accepted?" Superman asked, sounding hopeful.
"I do, I believe that if we were to continue to show that we are just like them, we will one day be accepted. But I regret to say that the burden is on your shoulders. One day, Hololive will return home. But you will stay here to continue inspiring the people. I just hope that the upcoming fights will not ruin your chances."
The reply from YAGOO seemed to strengthen Superman's resolve, the last line notwithstanding.
"Speaking of fights, are you aware of this one person named Waller?" Superman asked all of a sudden.
"Yes, she proposed some kind of project to the President which involves your DNA samples. From the conversation, she seemed to be a very relentless individual, at least in terms of protecting the country's position or national interests. You don't need to worry about her, I have already intercepted the sample's movement." YAGOO replied.
"Aren't you risking trouble with the law by doing that?" Superman asked, worried that this will cause even more needless trouble.
"I made sure to eradicate any possible evidence and I highly doubt she will be willing to do anything drastic during such a time. Perhaps my actions are morally questionable but the last thing we need is her potentially dooming everyone for the sake of 'National Security'...Oh I can hear her cursing right now." YAGOO replied. Superman frowned, but ultimately did not say anything.
"Let's continue the maneuver that you want to learn." YAGOO said before he and Superman headed for the skies and sped at each other, fists raised again.
"Necromancer."
Uruha Rushia perked her head up from her collab stream with her fellow Gen 3 talents and looked around.
"Rushia-chan, is there something wrong?" Marine asked from in front of her.
"Marine! Did you hear that? It was a man's voice around me!" Rushia said, somewhat alarmed.
"So you name is Rushia? A lovely name."
"Everyone! There is another man's voice! Do you see anyone!?" Rushia nearly screamed.
"No, we don't see or hear anything. Are you okay? Maybe I can call Calliope-san over to help?" Flare asked.
"Please do not be afraid, we mean no harm."
"Wait, maybe they are some of your fandeads?" Noel asked, hoping she can calm Rushia down.
"We are not this 'fandeads'. I am Zeus, and he is Ares."
"Eh? One of them said that he is Zeus and the other one is Ares?" Rushia said, now more curious than scared.
"Ru-chan! Just manifest them in the form of your fandeads!" Pekora responded.
"Oh, ok..." Rushia said as she gathered her power in the form of green butterflies, slowly the butterflies gathered into two floating wisps which then start to develop individual characteristics. One of them seem to have criss-crossing straps in front and what looks like a mimicry of a fur pelt on its back. The other one seem to grow two long ram's horns.
"This is a rather...unflattering appearance." The wisp with the fur pelt spoke.
"Sorry, you will have to make do with this." Rushia replied.
"Why are these young women poking us with their fingers?" The wisp with the ram horns asked as the rest of Gen 3 kept poking their squishy forms.
"Everyone, let's stop and listen to what they have to say." Rushia said before Gen 3 relented.
"Then I will make this short, I am Zeus and this is my son Ares. We have watched the battle with Darkseid from the realm of the dead and we want to help." The wisp with the fur pelt, Zeus continued.
"Why do you want to help?" Marine asked.
"Because Darkseid believes that all worlds are for him to conquer, and he attacked this world thousands of years ago. It took everyone working together to fend him off that time. Now that he has invaded again, we want to join the fight once more." The wisp with the ram horns, Ares explained.
"More help will be appreciated, but what can you do?" Noel asked.
In response, Zeus crackled with his lightning magic and Ares manifested his battle axe, which looks comedically disproportionate to his wisp form.
"When that time comes, manifest us and we will grant you our powers to fight." Zeus said before he and Ares dissolved into green butterflies once more.
"Well, that was something...WAIT...OH NO, WE ARE STILL STREAMING!" Marine screamed in a panic as all of Gen 3 returned to their computers, the chat in the livestream was in an absolute frenzy.
'WTF was that voice!?'
'DID THAT VOICE JUST SAY ZEUS AND ARES!? GREEK GODS!?'
'HOLY SHIT, WTF ARE THOSE THINGS'

'me! I was there! there were giant airships, fights can look like it was from some anime and this big guy that said that he is 'Dark side' or something like that! He even managed to blast SUPERMAN so bad his stomach was split open!'

The frantic pace of the chat window was more than enough indication that what transpired cannot be contained.
"Everyone, do you want to be at your strongest?" La+ spoke up cryptically.
The talents from various generations all looked at her, confused as to what she meant. The little demon was known to be very haughty, with the way she addresses herself and her mannerisms. So phrases like this usually get seen as her haughty side and hardly ever entertain her, preferring to hear her whines when she was ignored.
"Lapu-chan, what do you mean?" Lamy asked as she went to sit closer to the horned demon.
"I am able to make everyone in their strongest possible state." The demon replied.
Usually, such a statement will be dismissed as the ravings of a deluded child. But now, things were different. They witnessed first hand a glimpse of her abilities when she reinforced the building during the attack. Now with that piece of knowledge in mind, they were more willing to entertain her words.
"How strong can we possibly be?" Subaru was the first to ask. At this, La+ suddenly puff up her chest and flash the most smug smile she ever had, almost making Subaru want to drop the subject out of spite.
"I have already made you at your strongest, Subaru-sempai." La+ replied.
"Subaru! I can help you!" Mio replied, getting into a stance with her katana sheath.
"Oh! Thank you Mio-sha!" Subaru bowed before she lunged at Mio.
"Wha-"
Was all Ookami Mio was able to say before instincts took over, moving her head to the left to dodge the incredibly fast straight from Subaru. However, she did not consider the fact that Subaru was not used to moving at such speeds and could not stop herself.
"Gwaaaah!"
Momentum did the rest of the work for Subaru as she crashed into Mio, causing both to land in a heap.
"Owwww..." Mio groaned as she lay in a daze.
"I'm so sorry Mio-sha!"
"You were never this fast!"
"Exactly! I can analyse and understand every power and physics, and with that, I can manipulate it!" La+ said smugly.
"Really!? Let me try!" Suisei spoke next, sending everyone into a panic.
"NO! SUI-CHAN MUST NEVER GET THAT! WE WILL ALL DIE!" Miko screamed as everyone dove for cover.
"I know, which is why I did not enhance her." La+ replied, uncharacteristically calm and clinical.
"All of you are so mean! I'm not going to kill anyone!" Suisei protested.
"No way am I taking that chance!" Miko shot back.
As the MiComet duo argue, La+ turned to Sora.
"Sora-sempai! Do you want to try?"
"Me? Okay."
"..."
"It's already done."
"Really? I did not feel anything."
At this moment, Calli stepped forward.
"Sora-sempai, I can help you in your testing."
"Thank you so much, Calli-chan. Ei!"
With that, Sora charged at the reaper with what can only be described as a push. Calli, knowing what might be coming, braced herself with her hands forward. She was able to catch Sora with her hands. Despite this, the momentum was still a lot more than anticipated, enough that Calli had to take a step back to properly dispel the force.
"Wow, that is really something. How do you manage to enhance her muscle strength without her body breaking down?" Calli asked, turning to La+.
"I enhanced a lot more than her muscles, her bone structure, tendon strength and her organs are also strengthened. She will need all these enhancements or else she will suffer broken bones and organ damage...What?" La+ explained before noticing that the talents were looking at her dumbfounded.
"Nothing, I just did not expect Yama-chan to be this smart." Botan replied.
"HEY! One, it's Yes My Dark! NOT YMD or Yamada! Two, what did you think I was the entire time!?"
[A chuunibyou.]
Almost every other talent replied as one voice.
La+ simply puffed out her cheeks, but her cute strained expression, whimpers and tears in her eyes all show that she was trying very hard not to cry.
"Heeeey. Everyone, don't bully her so much. There, there Lapu-chan." Tokino Sora spoke as she pat La+ on the head, or at least the parts of her head that the crow does not sit on.
"Welcome back!"
Lois Lane said as she embrace Clark, the man whom she fell in love with.
"I'm back Lois. Is mum at home?" Clark asked as he reciprocate the embrace.
"She is out shopping."
"I see, I will need to discuss with both of you about the near future."
"Is it regarding that invasion?"
"Yes. And because of that, I have invited my fellow Kryptonian and another guest that he says will be of great help."
"Mr Tanigo? Are you sure? You mother may not take it well."
"I have already told her about it. She has something to say to him personally as well."
"I see, then let's start to prepare dinner."
Martha Kent arrived half an hour later as Lois and Clark were in the middle of cooking, seeing the progress, she proceeded to make her special Shepherd's Pie recipe for the upcoming guests. The doorbell rang as she was in the middle of making the beef stew portions.
"That must be him, and he bought the other guest with him too."
Clark said as he headed for the door, opened it to see YAGOO as well as the horned and shackled girl whose eyes glowed with delight when she saw him.
"Welcome Mr Tanigo and...Ms Yamada?" Clark said, somewhat confused when he saw the girl suddenly pout and Tanigo snort in laughter.
"Her name is La+ Darknesss...Yes that is her name. Thank you for having us."
"Ok, please do come in, dinner is almost ready."
YAGOO and La+ entered the Kent residence as Clark led them to the living room. At that time, Martha and Lois came out with plates of food.
"Good evening Mr Tanigo, and who is this girl?"
"I'm La+ Darknesss!" The demon replied with a childlike tone.
"Nice to meet you too Darkness." Martha replied, somewhat awkwardly from saying such an unusual name.
"I can help with setting up the plates."
"Me! Me too!"
Seeing that they volunteered, Martha agreed to let them help despite them being guests. Martha's special dish did get praise from everyone present. But the main star of that scene was La+ who happily ate and chewed in the cutest possible way. Lois and Martha simply could not resist patting her on the head and pinch her cheeks as she ate. Clark and YAGOO simply laughed and ate, knowing that a very serious discussion will soon happen.
They want to enjoy this moment while it lasts.
After eating and washing, they gathered again on the living room. Martha started talking first.
"Mr Tanigo, thank you for rescuing my son that day."
"No problem, Ms Kent." YAGOO replied, but his expression turned serious.
"I need to inform you that there will be a repeat of that attack. This time, the enemy will most likely be more prepared with a stronger force."
"Is that all of it?" Martha asked in response.
"No, we have confirmed that whatever this force is, it took the body of that monster that killed your son. Second, there is an unknown third faction that so far has been working against us. This upcoming attack may span everywhere, not just two cities. Which is why I bought her along, she has the ability to understand and manipulate atomic structures. We plan to build an underground bunker for you to hide in. If not, we plan to renovate your residence and then she will reinforce the residence with her abilities. This is meant to keep you two safe when it comes." YAGOO elaborated, despite seeing the pained expression on Lois and Martha's face when he mentioned Doomsday.
"May I ask why are you doing so much for us?" Lois asked. YAGOO looked at Clark, as if it's a cue.
"One of my allies had a glimpse of the future when they did the process of reviving me. In it, Lois, you died and this entity then bent me to his will. I helped him conquer the whole planet afterwards."
Lois covered her mouth at that response.
"Mr Tanigo, seeing that I have connections with Wayne Enterprise proposed reinforcing the residence. Just for that extra measure." Clark continued.
"Mr Tanigo, is there any chance that all of this will not happen if we were to just ignore it?" Martha asked, her voice sound hitched.
"I don't know the chances, but with the current information, it will be very unlikely that nothing happens." YAGOO replied.
"Would my son be in danger again?" Martha asked her second question.
"I'm afraid that you will not like my answer. All I can say is that, he will not be alone in this fight." YAGOO replied, all but confirming the woman's fears.
As everyone watch Martha Kent walk away from the discussion. YAGOO turned to Clark.
"Sorry, I could not word this in any easier way."
"Don't worry. She just need some time to calm down. She is also someone who went through hardship as well."
Lois, however simply looked at La+.
"So, La Plus...What are the abilities you say you have?"
"Oh! I am able to understand every atom, phenomenon and law of physics in the universe!"
"Ooookaaaay? That sounds awesome, but how does it reinforce the residence?"
"It would be better if I were to show you."
At this La+ went to the kitchen, grabbed a fork and returned to the living room. Her gaze focused on the fork and it suddenly bent into a V-shape.
"Here, try bending it back."
La+ said as she handed the bent fork to Lois.
"What the? I could not bend it back?"
La+ then grabbed the same fork and handed it to Clark.
"Here! Superman-san, can you try bending the fork back?"
"Okay?"
Clark replied as he took the bent fork, his expression morphed to one of surprise when he forcefully straightened the fork.
"Wow, I actually need to use quite a bit of force to straighten it."
La+ beamed at that comment.
"Exactly, because I can use my powers to strengthen the molecular structure of the fork to the point that even Superman-san need to use some strength! Now imagine the strength of the bunker when I reinforced it!"
"That...will be really useful." Martha said from behind La+ having returned to the living room now that she calmed down.
"EEP!" La+ yelped in fright.
"Oh! Sorry I scared you honey." Martha said as she pet La+ head.
"Ms Kent, thank you for returning. However as the second attack can happen anytime. We need to know you decision as soon as possible." YAGOO spoke.
"Please give me a day to decide." Martha replied, her tone clearly indicating that she will not budge on the matter.
"I understand." YAGOO responded.
"Wait, I have a question. Will Wayne Enterprise even agree to this?" Lois asked.
"You can leave that to us. If they need raw materials, we can just extract it from some asteroid in space. With that covered, the budget for construction and renovation should not be a lot." Clark replied.
Lois and Martha simply laughed at being reminded that they are talking to two incredibly powerful aliens.
Beep beep beep!
"Gura-sempai! I got one!" Chloe said as she picked up a fist sized piece of Kryptonite and placed it in her bag. Her cute voice clearly heard despite being about 1000 feet under the Atlantic Ocean.
"Nice!" Gura replied as she continued on her own hunt.
"looking for something?"
Gura turned around, face to snout with a Great White Shark.
"Hi! Yes we are looking for green rocks that give certain radiation. Do you know where they are?"
To Gura and the shark, they are talking to each other casually, but to anyone else, even Chloe, it looked like the two are staring each other down as their current method of communication was not detected. Now when one consider the fact that one look like a young teen and the other a 20 foot shark with a mouth that has many large serrated teeth and can probably swallow a young teen whole, it can be very startling on first glance.
In fact, it was enough for Chloe to momentarily forget that Gura is a very old and powerful Atlantean and charge at the shark.
"Chloe NO!" Gura said as she quickly shot towards Chloe at an angle that deflected the Orca girl away.
"Kyan!" Chloe yelped as she tumbled away
"What the!? That is an Orca! My brethren! Battle stations!" The shark bellowed, not vocally but in its own method of communication.
"NO! It's just a misunderstanding! She is a friend!"
"WHAT!? YOU ARE FRIENDS WITH OUR ENEMY SPECIES!?"
At this point three more sharks arrived as Chloe recovered her posture.
"Bruce, enough. I have been watching these two. They are removing the rocks that have been affecting our ability to sense prey. This Orca is not an enemy." One of the newly arrived sharks said to Bruce, the shark that first communicated with Gura.
"Oh? We are actually helping you by removing these rocks? If that's the case, can you help us find them? We need them for something." Gura asked the shark that defused the situation.
"Sure, just keep the Orca away from us. We don't think she will attack but we instinctively want to be away from them. I'm Lucian by the way." The shark, Lucian replied.
"Okay, let me talk to her."
With this, Gura then swam to Chloe who was still nursing a bump on her forehead.
"Owww! That really hurt!" Chloe cried as Gura approached her.
"Sorry Chloe, you were about to attack Bruce. He was just talking to me."
"Bruce?"
"The shark you were about to attack."
"Oh. I thought he was going to eat you."
"Thanks for your concern, but we are just talking, he and his friends want to help us find Kryptonite. Apparently the radiation is affecting their hunting. Anyway, they want you to stay further away, you know the whole sharks and orcas thing."
"Oh ok."
Gura returned to the group of sharks.
"I talked to her, she will be following us but a bit further away."
"Thank you, I saw many of the rocks in the region of Atlantis...Oh a seal, give me a moment, I'll catch up." Lucian spoke as he then went for a seal swimming nearby.
"Wait, ATLANTIS?" Gura asked in amazement.
"Yes, we work there as battle mounts for Atlantean soldiers. Our riders are on their leave so we currently roam around until then." Bruce replied.
"Ehhh? You guys are in the military?" Gura asked in surprise.
"Yes we are, hence Bruce said 'Battle Stations' earlier. Anyway, lets go to Atlantis for those rocks...That seal was delicious." Lucian replied as he caught up to the rest.
The odd group of sharks, shark girl and orca girl travelled deeper down the ocean and soon a magnificent underwater city came into view.
"Wooooow." Chloe said in amazement.
BeepBeepBeepBeep!
Their amazement was cut short by the Kryptonite detector going wild.
"Oh right, get the rocks." Chloe said as they headed for the ocean floor nearby. It was a great haul that day.
"Ok, we cannot carry anymore of it. Lets come here again tomorrow." Gura said to Chloe before they both start to go back to the surface.
"Leaving already? There are still so many of it." Bruce asked as he followed them.
"Yeah, we can't carry anymore of it. So we will come back here again tomorrow." Gura replied.
"See you tomorrow then." Lucian said in response.
"HALT!" An unknown voice called. Gura and Chloe turned to see a group of men approaching them.
"Uh, hi? We're just about to leave so...Please let us go?" Chloe said, rather meekly.
Gura on the other hand simply got into a stance and prepared to summon her trident.

The timeline for this fic is before Rushia got terminated and then reincarnated into another V-tuber agency as a pettan as well. So therefore she will be in this fic.
Next chapter will show what Gura and Chloe will do now that they encounter the Atlantean guards. Note that some of the post Justice League events like Aquaman, Shazam etc will happen earlier due to Hololive's involvement in the DCEU.
