"Hey, we need to talk." Rick said to Rafael who didn't answer him and just kept on looking at the animals that were hesitantly returning to the area.

"It's about the people that we have in our room."

"Everyone from Ursus that has come into Aincrad has been sent to us, but those that were nobles or served nobles want to keep their hierarchy."

"Rafael as the leader of the guild you have to put your foot down, the rest of us can do it, but if there's going to be any kind of order in there and on the third floor you have to be the one to put your foot down."

Rick watched as Rafael's expression didn't change, but he could tell that his old friend was listening to him.

"What do you think I should do?" Rafael asked Rick.

"You have to think about that because the only reason that the people we let in here haven't caused any problems is that they didn't know how we did things in here, but that's coming to an end and they won't be so friendly anymore."

Rafael didn't say anything Rick was right, so far the only group of people that have a room or a place to call home are the bear people or Ursus people and they are starting to look down on everyone else.

"Greate." Rafel said to himself as he laid down next to Rick's victims

"Rick."

'Yeah."

"How about if we make them work with us, I mean our guild could care lessaabout climbing the castle so we just go around mining or doing whatever."

"So if they think they're so much better than everyone else then I say they should prove it." Rafael said to Rick who only started laughing.

"That's a terrible idea and you know it...but sure, let's see how capable those nobles are." Rick answered Rafael.

The two of them began to pick up as many mining-fishing and harvesting quests as they could.

Unlike the players who were training to fight monsters or each other, the workers could move from one floor to another but they were limited to the floors that their bodies could survive.

It was a simple fact that if a person wasn't strong enough, then just spending too much time on a floor would kill them.

The new arrivals were living comfortably in their room because it was the guild's room so it had adjusted itself for them, anywhere else was a completely different story.

"Now what the hell do we do with all of the extra materials?' Rick asked Rafael.

"Simple, we take what we need and give the rest to the people so that they use it, I mean that's what ist for isn't it," Rafael answered Rick.

The next day they called everyone in the guild room and told them that everyone except the children and the women that were pregnant was going to leave with them as they all had work to do.

Saito called everyone that knew how to harvest fruits- heat and vegetables, Rick ordered everyone that knew how to mine or knew how to use a shovel to go with him.

Saito wanted everyone who wasn't afraid of heights to follow him, Dante took everyone that could fight, and finally, Kazuma just said that anyone that didn't have a problem smelling like shit to follow him.

Rafael was the last one and his group was by far the least capable, it was a mixture of school children and masked people.

"Okay for everyone that's staying in the city."

"We won't be coming back for a couple of days or weeks, depending on how bad the seasons are, if more people arrive just show them what you have been doing and call me if you need help." he said to the women- elderly and children who immediately went back to work.

He turned his attention back to the group, his group.

"We're going to go dig up dragon hearts from the dragon cemetery, now there will be dragons that are either dying or just visiting a dragon that died."

"Leave them alone and hide if you see one because they will try to kill you if they see you." Rafael said to them as he opened the door and stepped into the third floor's main room.

Rafael led his group to the town of Zumfut, he would have gotten lost more than once if it hadn't been for his map and if he hadn't ordered his group to tie themselves to each other so that they didn't lose each other in the mist.

Unsurprisingly the other groups had bought most of the items this team would need, but that was something he had expected, and it was something that people with him would have to learn.

Sometimes everything you needed was bought by someone else and you just couldn't get it anymore.

So with few options he just bought a bunch of sacs handed one to everyone and led them to the town's teleportation gate.

The wind was moist-dry-hot-freezing and it just kept on changing, this was the land of dragons, it wasn't a normal flor just like his guilds room it was separated from the rest of the castle.

Rafael could already see the different kinds of dragons that lived in this place.

This room wasn't a room that stayed the same, because of how chaotic dragons' powers are they tend to change the environment around them, so when one of them dies it affects everything.

One day an area could be a lush forest because a green dragon died there, the next it would be an ocean, a mountain, and so on.

Because of this, there were dragon hearts everywhere on this floor, but the stronger ones had to be dug up because the older a heart is the longer it had time to absorb the magic around it.

Unfortunately, they couldn't get to those because they didn't have the equipment they needed, so they would have to get all of the weak hearts that they could.

"Everyone listen, if you get into trouble your help screens will turn red and you will be sent back to town."

"Yes the town we were just in, now before we go down there, don't think that anything down there isn't alive, because a puddle of water could be a small dragon that decided to lay a trap."

"No, I'm not kidding"

"Now this is a dragon heart, fill your sac with them, and when you cant fill them anymore wait for everyone in town."

Rafael showed everyone a spiral crystal, he told everyone to touch it so that they knew how it felt and looked, and when it was finally returned to him he smiled when the mountain they were on started to move.

He could see the shock and fear on the faces of the people that weren't wearing masks, and he enjoyed hearing them gasp when the mountain let out a loud moan as his group realized that they were on the back of an earth or maybe it was a rock dragon.

Nothing in this room stayed the same and that included the teleporating gates location
