Spyke fires off a barrage of spikes from his body piercing through several off towards Quicksilver who evaded them easily,
Toad flings his tongue at Nightcrawler who easily evades it with teleportation.
Blob roared, tossing a car at Shadowcat and Rogue, both who dodged it with ease.
Kushina and Minato stand back to back of each other as they jump forward, slicing and cutting through the demonic creatures.
As soon as the confusion starts, go wild like a raging storm

Naruto jumped away avoiding a growing fissure as he glared at Avalanche his eyes shine bright red sending a shock through his body causing the shaking to stop as Naruto wrapped his scarf around his neck slamming him down onto the ground before he turned to confront Wanda who was glaring at him

Naruto stands alone glaring at a large pyramid as a single shadowed figure smirked at him both flashing red eyes as he jumped forward throwing a punch as the figure unleashed a way of energy at him

Naruto was leaving school and was making his way to Scott's car to wait for him and the others so he could give them a ride home
he spotted Rogue leaving school and avoiding people as she walked away from the school
Naruto watched her leave and frowned as he could tell she was lonely despite her attitude that made it seem like she didn't care
He then nodded as he walked away from Scott's car and made his way towards Rogue
"Where are you heading buddy?" Kurt asked as him Scott Jean and Kitty approached the car
"Looking to cheer up a friend I'll walk home" Naruto said as he kept walking towards Rogue
Jean smiled at this glad Naruto was trying to reach out to Rogue
"Hope he can convince her we're not the enemy" Kitty said with a frown at the fact that Mystique had gotten to Rogue and tricked her into thinking they were the enemy
"You and me both." Scott said as he and the others got in his car before he drove off
Naruto ran over to Rogue and started to walk with her "Hey Rogue" he said greeting the goth mutant
"What do you want whiskers?" Rouge said simply not really annoyed but not to trusting ether since Naruto was a X men
"Can't a guy walk with a girl?" Naruto asked curiously
"You sure the boy scout will be OK with that?" Rogue asked with a raised eyebrow referring to Scott
"Ah who cares, he has his own pretty girl to hang out with" Naruto said as he waved his hand dismissively
Rogue scoffed at this "He wishes from what i heard miss perfect is dating Duncan" she said
"I doubt that's going to last much longer Duncan's a jerk" Naruto said as he rolled his eyes as he had already had the pleasure of meeting the jock in question
"jerk? I'm surprised you didn't call him something worse" Rogue said as she and Naruto walked
"Well my mom always said to watch my GD mouth when talking to a lady" Naruto said with a chuckle
"Why do you want to hang around me so much? I'm not exactly healthy for others to be around" Rogue said wanting to get to the point
"Honestly? I figured you could use a friend since you don't exactly interact with anyone even the brotherhood" Naruto said as they passed by a burger place
"Can't exactly interact with people without being terrified that I'll put them in a coma if I touch them" Rogue said with a frown at her situation
"Well then I'll have to be careful then now you want a burger? my treat" Naruto said with a smile at her
Rogue blushed from embarrassment as her stomach grumbled
"Relax we're just two friends getting a burger, plus if I make you mad you can just slug me like you did Toad today" Naruto said with a grin as he led Rouge to the burger place
"…..I want nuggets too" Rogue said simply
Naruto laughed at this as he nodded glad Rogue was opening up a little
a little later they were sitting at a table talking while they ate their food
"So you were a loner even before you got your power?" Naruto asked curiously
"You can thank my adopted ma for that." Rogue said with a sigh
"Well I was a bit of a loner too but had a few friends back in Kyoto and I text them sometimes" Naruto said as he thought of his four friends back home
"They know why you left?"Rogue asked curiously
Naruto shook his head at this "No I just told them my mom dragged me off to go to school where she went for a while"
"So you didn't have an incident with your powers?" Rogue asked curiously
"My powers aren't exactly destructive" Naruto said as he drank his soda
"Hmmmm what exactly are they?" Rogue asked curiously
"Well…" Naruto said as he activated his power
"….you can make your eyes glow red? Rogue asked with a flat tone clearly not impressed
"No" Naruto said before he reached over and rubbed some ketchup off her cheek actually touching her and she didn't even feel her power activate
Rogue's eyes widened in surprise at this
"I turn off the mutant powers that are in my line of vision" Naruto said as he blinked and deactivated his power
"W-wow" Rouge said as she knew this was a good power to make things more fair
"So don't worry you can at least interact with me at least a little bit" Naruto said with a smile hoping to cheer her up
"Awesome" Rogue with a small smile
"It's just for as long as I can keep my eyes open, as soon as I blink your power will return" Naruto said explaining his power
"Well it's better then nothing" Rogue said with a shrug knowing there was always a catch
Naruto nodded at this as he ate his burger
"So what's your codename then?" Rogue asked curiously
"... don't laugh please" Naruto said with a slightly worried look
"oh this has to be good" Rogue said with a smile
"... Eraserhead" Naruto said flatly
Rogue said nothing at this before….
"pfft!" she said as she failed to keep her laugh under control
"Yeah laugh it up" Naruto said as he rolled his eyes
"I-I'm sorry it's just so stupid!" Rogue said as she tried to get her laughs under control
"hey I didn't pick it blame Kurt Naruto said with a slight pout
"Oh yeah blue boy" Rogue said as she recalled talking to Kurt back when they first met
"... You should laugh more often it sounds nice" Naruto said with a smile at the goth
Rogue paused at this and blushed a little before she scoffed "Flattery gets you nowhere with me whiskers" she said simply as they both went back to eating
"Just trying to be nice to my friend" Naruto said with a shrug
Rogue said nothing to this but was silently grateful to the whiskered blonde as she was glad she had at least one friend

Naruto was In his room getting ready for the day since it was a weekend now
"Hey brat! get down here for breakfast! we have a new victim- I mean student!" Kushina yelled as she came into his room
"Yes kasan." Naruto simply as he decided not to make a smart comment
"What's got you so happy?" Kushina asked as he walked down the steps with her
"Spending time with Rogue" Kurt said with a teasing grin
"Hey devil boy I'm trying to make friends with her since she literally can't touch another person except me" Naruto said as he entered the dining room where everyone else was
"ah Charles mentioned her to me" Minato said with a nod as he could see why Naruto would reach out to her as he liked to help people
"My baby is hanging out with women!" Kushina said excitedly as while Naruto had female friends back in Japan they were just acquaintances at best
"She's a friend so calm down woman" Naruto said as he sat down in his seat and took some eggs
"Hopefully this goes better than your crush on that pink girl" Minato said with a chuckle as he drank some coffee
"Would you stop bringing that up" Naruto said as he rolled his eyes "So where's the new student mom was screeching about?" he asked as he looked around ignoring his moms twitching eyebrow at his dig
"Evan will be down soon" Ororo said as she came into the dining room and sat down
"Evan?"" Naruto asked curiously
"He's my nephew, my sister's son, he's the same age as Kurt and Kitty so try to get along with him he had a rough night last night." Ororo said to the gathered students who all nodded
"You have a sister, what's she like?" Kushina asked
"I'll tell you later" Ororo said simply
"What'd he do?" Naruto asked curiously as he knew some new mutants got into trouble
"He got framed for busting lockers thankfully Charles used his influence to get him out and have it not put on his permanent record" Ororo said thankful Charles had helped Evan
"Hmm getting wronged like that he may look to settle that score personally" Naruto said
"You would know brat" Kushina said with a snicker
"Hey I only pranked who had it coming" Naruto said with his own snicker
"….you made a student's locker explode and cover the hall in pink paint" Minato said flatly
"That was a good day" Naruto said with a smile
"…..someone has been pranking the football team" Jean said with a look at Naruto
"You're welcome… Marvel Girl." Naruto said snickering again
"…..I hope you remember I can get into your head and make you think your a 4 year old girl" Jean said with a smile that was anything but nice
"Ha! I'll braid his hair!" Kushina said as she laughed at this idea
"Touch my hair like that and I'm biting a finger off." Naruto said as he looked at Jean "Starting to see why you date Duncan" he muttered as he started to eat his breakfast
Soon a teen boy came downstairs he had short hair and dark skin
"Ah Evan right?" Minato asked with a smile at the teen hoping to make him feel welcome
"Yeah… you're the guy who's pants go up to his head right?" Evan asked Minato
"pffft!" Naruto snorted at this while Kushina laughed out loud
"Don't let the outfit fool ya runt Minato has beaten me on occasion" Logan said as he loaded his plate with bacon
"What can you do anyway?" Naruto asked the newest recruit
"I shoot boney spikes what you got, cat powers?" Evan said simply
"I can turn off mutant powers if I make eye contact and don't call me a cat" Naruto said
"If they ain't cat whiskers why did you let Rogue pet them?" Kurt asked as he ported in making everyone jump
"And now you're dead Elf" Naruto said simply as he made a note to prank Kurt later
"Ok everyone let's eat we have Evan's training to start today" Charles said smiling at his students
"Yea I can here to train and get control" Evan said with a nod as he started to eat
"Don't worry brat I'll make sure you have some real skills" Kushina said with a grin
"If you can survive" Naruto muttered before Kushina's hair smacked him in the back of the head
"no scaring the students that my job" Kushina said simply
"Oh yeah she gives new meaning to the words bad hair day" Evan said remembering what Ororo told him
"Relax I'll go easy on ya since your Ororos nephew" Kushina said as she waved her hand dismissively hoping to put Evan at ease
the other students all scoffed at this as Kushina had said the same thing to them regularly when she was training them
(hours later in the Danger Room)
"Keep moving, skater boy!" Kushina yelled as she fired her hair at Evan as he skated away from her on his skateboard while trying to fire some spikes at her which she expertly dogged
"Well he's not dead yet that's something at least" Naruto said as they rest of them watched from the observation room
"He's trying too hard" Minato said as he observed Evan
"Yeah like he's trying to make himself better too fast" Logan said as he nodded in agreement
"He's at least doing better than we did on day one" Kitty said as she rubbed the back of her head remembering the bruise Kushina gave her for getting cocky with her power
Evan eventually got knocked off his board "Ugh, I thought you said this training was supposed to help" he said throwing his helmet off
"it Is brat your getting better heck you lasted a full 10 minutes when I was only slightly trying Kushina said as she dropped in front of him and helped him to his feet
"Yo Spyke suit up, coach just called you got a game tonight" Kitty said over the intervom so he could hear her
"I don't remember a game for tonight." Evan said as he took off his helmet
"Principal Darkholme just put it together last minute, you're going up against your old school." Kitty said
"Cool! your old team" Kurt said with a grin as he teleported next to Evan
"Yeah… cool" Evan said as he clenched his fists and glared
Scott Jean and Naruto looked at each other at this knowing this was not good
(later that night)
Naruto Scott and Jean arrived at the high-school to watch the game and to keep a eye on Evan since it was obvious that whoever had framed him for trashing those lockers was gonna be here tonight
"Any ideas what his power is?" Naruto asked as they walked towards the school
"No idea so I would stay alert" Scott said firmly as he knew they needed to be careful with a unknown factor
They saw the school bus from Evan's old school letting it's students off until they saw Evan heading towards it when a white haired teen walked out
"Pietro!" Evan yelled as he made his way to the teen
"Oh Evan, they let you out of prison early or is this dump part of your sentence?" The now named Pietro said with a confident smirk
Evan growled but Scott put a hand on his shoulder stopping him
"Everything alright over here?" Scott asked with a firm tone
"Is this the guy that trashed all those lockers?" Jean asked
"Yeah, yeah, I trashed those lockers, why you gonna do something about it?"
"oh good a overconfident moron I love humbling guys like you" Naruto said as he thought of some people he had pranked in the past
Pietro suddenly was behind Naruto pulling his shirt over his eyes and pushing him over "Oh wow so clumsy." he said with a smirk
"Hey!." Scott said before he found his shades were snatched and he got knocked over
"Sweet." Pietro said as he tried them on
"Oh, swell, he's a speedster" Naruto said with a scowl as he knew it would be hard to lock on to him with his power
"That's it Pietro!" Evan said as he took a swing at him but the speedster easily dogged him
"Catch me if you can." Pietro said before he threw Scott's shades away and zipped off with Evan following putting his X-men suit on and on his skateboard"
Jean used her telekinesis to grab Scott's glasses which she gave to Scott
"Can't you make him stop?" Scott asked as he put his glasses back on
"I have to actually lock on to him, otherwise it won't work." Naruto said
"Great, suit up." Scott said throwing Naruto's suit to him
(later in the city )
in the city Evan was trying to pursue Pirtro but he wasn't making much progress
"WHOOO HOOO!" Pietro yelled going at speeds knocking everything over, cars, trash cans etc.
"hold still!" Evan yelled as he fired some spikes at the speedster but they were easily avoided
"Come on Evan, try to make this a challenge!" pietro yelled with a laugh as he tripped Evan and sent him flying into a wall
Evan growled as the others caught up
Naruto then grunted as he had a shirt wrapped around his head "Can't get me whiskers!" Pietro said with a laugh
Scott tried firing but he kept missing "Jean try to get a hold of him." he said to the telepath
Jean nodded at this and started to focus while she held her head making him float up
"Whoa, hey, now let's really have some fun!" Pietro said before he began to spin literally making a tornado
Naruto smirked at this as while Pietro was doing this he couldn't move fast so he looked at the tornado and activated his power making his eyes glow
"I'm supposed to be afraid of glowy eyes?" Pietro's voice said before he stopped and hung in midair "W-what?!" he yelled in shock as he felt his power was gone
"I got this" Scott said as he blasted Pietro making him groan as he got sent into a wall
When he got up Evan pinned him to the wall with spikes
"Ah, ah, hey, I can't move!" Pietro yelled as he tried to get loose
"That's the point." Evan said
"So what, you still can't prove I got you in trouble" Pietro said with a confident smirk
"Ooh sounds like a challenge." Evan said holding a tape recorder making Pietro scowl
"Learning already." Naruto said with a grin as he kept his eyes active on Pietro just in case
"Ooh when I get out of here I'm so gonna get you!" Pietro growled at Naruto as he hated not feeling his power active
"Or what?" Naruto said before receiving a spit to the face "Ew."
"The power to erase mutant powers… you have no idea the target you just put on your back" Pietro said sounding extremely serious
"and that's why he has us backing him up" Scott said with a glare at the speedster
"Yeah… but for how long… he'll notice… he always notices" Pietro said with a serious tone
Naruto said nothing at this as they heard some police sirens approaching
"Who do you think he was talking about?" Evan asked as they all left Pietro to be arrested
"I don't know… but he sounded scared" Naruto said
"whatever it is we can deal with it" Scott said firmly
"Heh you almost sound like a real leader there shades" Naruto said with a chuckle as they left
(a few days later)
The x-mansion was a bit abuzz when they heard somehow Pietro got let out finding bent bars where his cell was
and currently the teachers were all having a meeting
"So old tinman freed this speedster huh?" Kushina asked with a raised eyebrow as she sat on the couch
"Magneto doesn't get involved with recruits so why would he be here? Minato asked Charles curiously
"Maybe it has something to do with this" Logan said throwing down a set of files "Pietro Maximoff." he said
Kushina scowled at this "great tinman is multiplying she said as she saw the last name and knew what that meant
"Maximoff? Hmm…" Charles said as he leaned his head onto his hand
"Something you want to say?" Kushina asked
"No… not yet at least." Charles said as he contemplated
"ok you know I don't play that shit Charles let's hear it" Kushina said firmly
"Magnus has a daughter… I frequently visit her, her name is Wanda… and she wants to kill him" Charles said with a serious look
"there has to be more to it" Ororo said with a frown
"She's in a facility… Magnus put her in there when she proved too out of control" Charles said as he pointed at a page in Magnetos file which Kushina picked up and looked at it
"How long has she been in there?" Minato asked
"Since she was a small girl." Charles said with a frown
"And you didn't try to help her, why?" Kushina asked with a slight glare at the fact that Magneto just dumped his own child in a mental facility
"I have been, but I only found out about her a few years ago and her anger is very deep, she refuses to let me help her." Charles said
"Hmmm reminds me of you when Charles recruited you Kushina" Minato said as he remembered how angry his wife was as a teen
"Maybe… you need a new tactic… maybe someone around her age" Kushina said as she thought this over
"You want me to send Naruto in to see her?" Charles said as he read her mind to see what she was thinking
"Well yea think about it when I was young I was way worse than how I am now and-" Kushina was saying before she was cut off
"And when Minato befriended you, you calmed down" Charles said as he nodded understanding what Kushina was thinking
"So maybe she needs someone who she can talk to, let some of that anger out, Charles you basically have let her be a prisoner so she needs a friend before she snaps" Kushina said as she was in the same boat before as a teen but not as bad as Wanda
Charles nodded at this "Very well i'll set up a surprise visit with Wanda and have Naruto visit with me" he said
"good" Kushina said as she nodded back
"Great maybe Naruto will be making 2 girlfriends now" Minato said with a snicker
"Watch it jean neck." Kushina said as she rolled her eyes
"Oh lighten up" Minato said as they all left the room since the meeting was over

Naruto laid down beside a tree outside of school not liking that the teachers had to have a private meeting when he told them that Pietro got let out "Hmm what aren't they telling us?" he muttered
"What are you doing here by yourself?"
Naruto looked up to see Rogue standing over him making him smile at her
"Well right now I'm looking into your eyes" Naruto said with a chuckle
"Very funny you normally flirt or you just got nothing to say?" Rogue asked with a raised eyebrow
"Nah and who's flirting? I'm just telling the truth" Naruto said with a grin as he sat up to talk to his friend, "so how are you doing lately?" he asked
Rouge sighed at this "Well we got a new recruit at the brotherhood and I'm already ready to kill him" she said as she thought about the newest recruit
"Oh so that's where he went" Naruto muttered as he figured it was Pietro
"yea and he's pissed you erased his power keeps calling you a punk ass cheater" Rogue said with a roll of her eyes
"Hey I'm the one that got lucky, I didn't even think my power was gonna pierce through the tornado he was making" Naruto said chuckling glad he was able to neat Pietro
"Good to know you didn't get hurt" Rogue said with a chuckle of her own
"Ah you like me- ow!" Naruto said getting a punch to the shoulder
"Smart ass" Rouge said with a roll of her eyes
before Naruto could respond a car was seen driving over to them and parked next to them in the parking lot
"Oh great it's my mom" Naruto said rubbing his head as he spotted his mom in the front seat of the car
Kushina approached the two teens and looked at them with a curious look "Am I interrupting something?" she asked curiously
"No just having a conversation" Rogue said firmly as she looked at Kushina
"conversation leads to HPV" Kushina said with a slight glare at the goth girl
Naruto groaned at this a she slapped his forehead while Rogue sputtered at this not expecting Kushina to say something like this
"Brat we have training today, why didn't you show up?" Kushina said with a glare as she looked at her son
"Because I was here, there's more to my life than training every day" Naruto said as he rolled his eyes
"Yeah well you know training is a team effort so get moving! Kushina said as she pointed at her car
"Just when I was having fun" Naruto groaned as she sighed
"I don't want you hanging around this floozy" Kushina said firmly as she gestured to Rogue
Rogue glared slightly at this "Who are you calling a floozy ketchup head?" she said
"Who you calling ketchup head, vampire skin" Kushina countered with a glare of her own
"ooo a vampire crack I heard that from freshman and my Moronic roommates" Rogue said as she scoffed
"Oh something's about to crack alright you brat" Kushina said as he hair slightly moved
"Just try it" Rogue said as she went to take off her glove
Kushina glared at the goth mutant for a moment at this before…..
"Ha! I like this one brat! Ok you have a day off with your girlfriend! Kushina said with a laugh before she looked at Naruto smiling before she went to her car to go home
"Wait what?" Rogue said surprised at this
"Mom's into attitude so if you can actually stand up to her she likes that" Naruto said with a chuckle as his mom left
"Yeah well… I'm not your girlfriend" Rogue said firmly to Naruto wanting to be clear
"yea I know I'm not that lucky" Naruto said as he nodded not noticing Rogues blush
"So what do you want to do now?" Rogue asked
"Hmmm wanna go see a movie? my treat" Naruto offered
"Sure… but it's not a date" Rogue said firmly
"I know relax it's just two friends hanging out…. one of us is just a hot goth" Naruto said with a teasing grin
"…..I'm taking off my glove" Rogue said as she reached for her glove with a unamused tone
Naruto laughed at this as he and Rouge left the area
( the next day at school)
Naruto was at his locker putting his stuff away before he headed for his last class for the day
as he closed his locker and turned around he spotted Rogue approaching him but she looked like she was bothered by something
"You okay?" Naruto asked his friend hoping she was ok
Rogue looked at him and hesitated sense she was worried he would be upset
"Hey you don't need to be worried I'm your friend Rouge" Naruto said as he could tell something was really bothering his friend
Rogue looked at Naruto for a moment before she nodded i accidentally made Kurt disappear with this weird device we found
Naruto frowned at this but remained calm since his dad always told him not to let your emotions cause you to make stupid decisions…..before his mom would smack him knowing he was talking about her
"ok where is this device?" Naruto asked knowing if this device could make someone disappear maybe it could bring Kurt back
"In the dumpster " Rogue said simply as that device scared her and she figured it was best to get rid of it
Naruto nodded at this ok let's go he said as he grabbed Rogues hand and pulled her with him while with the other hand he pulled out his capture weapon from his backpack
"What's with the bandages?" Rogue asked as they left the school
"it's a device I use along with power" Naruto said as he put the wrappings around his neck
The two teens walked over to the dumpster but when they looked inside they saw it was empty
"Great" Naruto said with a groan
"Damn it Toad" Rogue said as she also groaned
before Naruto could ask what's going on his phone buzzed which he answered seeing it was Evan little busy Evan he said thinking Evan wanted to hang out or something
"We have a situation! we're chasing Toad who's trying to blast us with some sci-fi device!" Evan yelled as what sounding like yelling was heard in the background
Naruto's eyes widened at this before he scowled "on my way" he said as he hung up
Rogue watched as Naruto ran off to join up with the others
(Nearby woods)
Naruto finally caught up with the others seeing a hanging Toad from one of Spyke's… spikes
"Now smelly, I'm only gonna ask once, what did you do to kurt?" Cyclops asked his visor glowing red
"I didn't do anything to fuzzy Toad said while jean took the device from him
Naruto's wrappings wrap around Toad leaving them face to face "... He's telling the truth" he said letting him go… before slugging him hard in the gut
"The hell dude?! Toad yelled as he held his stomach
"you have no idea what that device does and you were trying to blast my friends with it" Naruto said with a scowl
"Hey all Rogue told me was that there was one less X-Man to push us around. I didn't really much care , I've been having a bad day man." he groaned as he sat down in the dirt
"Leave him alone, I was the one that blasted the furball" Rogue said as she made her presence known
Scott scowled at this as he turned to Rouge but before he could walk towards her Naruto's bindings grabbed him by the head
"Don't be a hot head she already came to me for help I'm finding a way to find Kurt" Naruto said as he held Scott in place
"That's what she says" Scott said as she struggled to get loose
"And I believe her oh great leader so stand down" Naruto said as he activated his eyes as he glared at Scott
"ok let's calm down here" Jean said as she got in between Scott and Naruto so a fight didn't break out
"Yea we need to focus on finding Kurt" Evan said as he held the device
"ok first we should see where this happened we may find some clues" Kitty said trying to suggest a way to figure this out
Naruto nodded at this and looked at Rogue lead the way he said to his friend
Rogue nodded back at this as she led the x men away leaving Toad on the ground as he was still holding his stomach
(basement)
Rogue led everyone into what looked like a destroyed basement laboratory
"Ok that's where he disappeared after that thing went off and blasted him" Rogue said pointing at a spot
Scott approached the spot and saw that Kurt's wallet was left behind which he looked at before he turned to Rogue "if he's hurt in any way I'm gonna-" he was saying before he was cut off
"Hey! you start making threats and I'll just leave right now" Rogue said not backing dow to Scott
"He's trapped in another dimension" Naruto said after looking at the device along with Evan and Kitty
"So what should we do?" Kitty asked
"I say blow it up" Evan said as he redi3d his viser
before Naruto slapped him in the back of the head
"Don't be a moron you don't know if that thing can actually bring Kurt back" Naruto said as Scott rubbed the back of his head
Suddenly they watched as a light appeared with Kurt wearing a teched up vest
Naruto is right! Reset Don't-" Kurt said before he disappeared again
"A warning? From the joke man?"Evan asked with a raised eyebrow as this was new from Kurt
"No, Kurt's a jokester but he knows when it's time to get serious, if he wanted us to blow up why didn't he just say Naruto was wrong, then he said don't reset instead of reset then don't he wants us to reset." Scott said as he took the device to look it over
"let's see power levels bandwidth Ah ha! reset!" Scott said as he pushed a button
this caused the device to fire a blast and make a opening in space
There they saw Kurt with a teen male who seemed to have a high tech arm
"Come on! what's wrong?" Scott yelled to them wondering why they weren't taking the chance to leave
"And more greatness" Naruto said as Toad, Pietro, Lance and Fred showed up in their fighting uniforms
"Hey Rogue, Mystique sent us to find you." Lance said as he glared at the X men
"and according to Toad the x geeks have. device that can make things disappear" Pietro said with a grin
"X men keep that portal open!" Scott said as he readied his visor while the others made a formation to block the path to the device on the table
Naruto's eyes began to glow as he locked onto Toad but he spat slime in his eyes covering them
"Ahhh ewww Toad loogie!" Naruto said as he rubbed his eyes
"I owe you for the sucker punch you-" toad was saying before he was slugged again in the gut by Rogue "What the heck man, you're supposed to be on our side" he groaned as he held his stomach again
"Naw, she's sticking up for her boyfriend." Pietro said with a sneer
"I'm not on anyone's side but he's at least decent to me Rogue said with a scowl at both teams who looked ready to fight
Before anyone else could do anything a car horn was heard and everyone backed off before Blob stopped a car that shot out of the portal that had Kurt and the other teen boy
"Whoa, good thing I'm the Blob." Fred said with a relieved sigh
"Ah come on man, that thing's toast, let's go." Lance said seeing the device they wanted was broken destroyed by the car
"good riddance…now someone get me a hose I smell like low tide at the pier" Naruto yelled as he rubbed his eyes which still had gunk in it
"Eww." Kitty said with a shudder at this while some of the guys snorted at this crack about Toads smell
"I swear this has to be karma for something" Naruto said groaned
"You will be fine you baby i'll hose you down" Rogue said as she rolled her eyes and pulled Naruto with her
Jean chuckled as she watched this along with the other X men
"Think he will get her to switch sides?" Evan asked curiously
"Don't know, maybe" Scott said
"hope she doesn't lure him to the other side" Kurt said as he could tell Naruto was into Rogue
"I find that very doubtful" Jean said as she shook her head
"Why?"Scott asked curiously as they all made their way out of tea basement
"He's too whipped by his mom to ever go bad." Jean said with a laugh
"I heard that! oh god that's cold!" Naruto yelled from outside
as they all went outside they saw Naruto being hosed down by Rogue
"Stop squirming you big pussycat" Rogue said as she rolled her eyes
"If anything I'm a fox damn it!"Naruto yelled before Rugue started to spray water in his face to silence him
"are they a couple?" the new teen who was with Kurt asked curiously
"no but I give them a month or two Forge" Kurt said with a chuckle
"Forge?" Scott asked curiously
"Yeah." The new teen said as his hand turned into a mechanical tool
"Ahh, I get it now." Scott said as he nodded
"So what's your plan now?" Evan asked Forge
"Try and find my folks I'm a couple decades past curfew" Forge said with a sheepish chuckle
well if you need help look us up the professor I'd always willing to help mutants" Scott said as he handed Forge a business card
Forge took the car and nodded in thanks before he walked away
"ok I'm clean damn it!" Naruto yelled at Rogue who turned off the hose
"You're welcome" Rogue said with a flat tone but a hidden smirk at Naruto who was pouting at her
"ha ha ha thanks for the shower next time I can do you- ow!" Naruto yelled before Rogue stomped on his foot
"smart-ass" the goth teen grumbled as she walked away from the group a blush on her face
"what I say?!" Naruto yelled in pain as he leaned against Scott's car as he held his foot
"ok everyone in the car and we can head back to the mansion for training with Kushina" Scott said as he got into the driver's seat
this got groans from everyone as they all got into the car
"…..but first we can go get some burgers I would imagine the team jokester needs some fuel after being stuck in another dimension" Scott said with a grin at Kurt
"now your sounding like a leader" Naruto said with a nod as he took his seat
"if you drip in my car we're gonna have a problem and Kurt duck down on the way home until we can get you a new holowatch" Scott said as he started the car
"I knew it! you are ashamed of me!" Kurt yelled dramatically before he gained
"and I was assaulted by a Toad loogie. Can I get some sympathy?" Naruto asked as he shook his hair to dry it while Scott drove off
"Why didn't your power work on Toad?" Kitty asked curiously wondering what happened since Naruto had full view of Toad
"No idea this is a first for me" Naruto said as he thought about this as this was not good
"Maybe it doesn't work for someone like Toad after all his is more animal/ the kind that's always on type of mutant power" Scott said
"hmmm that would make sense and i'm gonna guess it won't work on Blob either" Jean said as she nodded in agreement with Scott
"Well considering he can't exactly switch his on or off it make sense too" Naruto said
"What about me?" Kurt asked curiously as he wondered if Naruto's power would work on him
"Hmmm we should do some tests" Scott said as that was a good question
"well at least it works on Rouge that means she can eventually learn to turn it off on her own" Naruto said with a relieved smile
"ah looking to get close to the Rogue huh?" Kurt asked with a grin at his friend
"Just try not getting too close until she can touch you without laying you down flat," Kitty said wanting her friend to not get hurt
"No matter how tempting that sounds to you" Evan said with a teasing grin as him and Kurt high fived and laughed
Naruto reached back using his capture tool to smack them on the head at this
(with Pietro)
Pietro was in the backyard of the home the brotherhood was using as a base for now
and right now he was reporting what Naruto's power was to Mystique and his father
"hmmmm this is a unexpected power from the son of Slice and Jeanest" Magneto mused as he floated in the air above the backyard
"it didn't seem to work on Toad for some reason" Pietro said as he scowled a little upset that while he was vulnerable to Naruto's power Toad wasn't
"hmmm it would seem that his power doesn't work on mutants whose power is always active" Magneto said as he had seen a lot of mutant powers over the years and this made the most sense to him
Mystique nodded at this as she also agreed with this theory
"also it would seem Rogue is close to him, she attacked Toad for attacking him" Pietro said knowing this was something that he should report
Mystiques eyes widened slightly at this before she scowled in anger at the idea of Rogue being interested in the son of one of her enemies
"I expect you to handle this without hurting such a valuable possible comrade ."Magneto said with a firm tone at his follower
Mystique nodded at this as she bowed her head along with Pietro
as Magneto flew off Mystique clenched her fists in anger 'I won't let him hurt Rogue like his mother hurt me' she thought in anger as she thought of the past
