"Dad?" Kenji asks.
"Kenji? You... You're alive?" The man asks as he looks at Kenji before hugging him.
"No way." Darius says.
"Kenji's father." Alexis says as she shifts to human form.
"I never thought I'd see you again." Mr. Kon says.
"Me too." Kenji says.
"It is so nice to meet you uh Mr. Kon I'm guessing? I'd shake your hand but uh..." Sammy says as she chuckles nervously seeing the BRAD-X's.
"Of course. Have the BRADs stand down." Mr. Kon says.
"Are you kidding me?" Kash asks angrily as he powers the BRADs down.
"Dad... What are you doing here?" Kenji asks.
"It's a long story." Mr. Kon says.
"Hey do I know you?" Kash asks as he looks at Sammy.
"I thought you worked with Masrani. You run Mantah Corp now?" Kenji asks in surprise.
"Yes Kenji. A lot's changed. I took over at Mantah Corp after Jurassic World went down." Mr. Kon says.
"So you're in charge of this island?" Darius asks.
"You're behind the dino fights?" Brooklynn asks.
"You let him keep Darius prisoner?" Yasmina asks.
"You made these death robots?" Ben asks.
"And were you aware he tried to kill me?" Mae asks.
"You did what?" Mr. Kon asks as he looks at Kash.
"I did what had to be done." Kash says.
"You were supposed to get things up and running. Not commit murder. Apparently I gave you too much freedom." Mr. Kon says.
"Too much freedom? You mean that you were happy to sit back while I did all the hard work. You know what? Forget this. This is my island. Party time. Take them out." Kash says as he activates the BRADs.
"Execute override nine-one-six. You didn't really think I'd give you total control did you?" Mr. Kon asks before Kash tries to run and knocks Mae down in the process.
"I got this Dad." Kenji says as he goes to run after Kash.
"Kenji! Take him. What are you thinking? I just get you back and you're needlessly risking your life when the BRADs could do the job?" Mr. Kon ask angrily as he grabs Kenji while the BRADs knock Kash out.
"Hey guys? Mae's not doing so well." Ben says as he and Alexis go over to Mae.
"I think she reopened her wounds. She needs medical attention and fast." Alexis says.
"I'll get her to the Med Bay and put Kash somewhere he can't hurt anyone. I'll be back soon and we can figure out how to get you home." Mr. Kon says as he begins to leave.
"I'll come with you." Kenji says.
"Later son. You go get cleaned up with your friends. The investor's suite on level two is well-stocked. Feel free to use anything you need." Mr. Kon says as he smiles kindly.
"You guys heard that too right?" Alexis asks.
"Oh my gosh. We can walk around like people." Sammy says excitedly.
"I have so much to tell you." Kenji says as he looks at Mr. Kon.
"And I can't wait to hear all of it." Mr. Kon says.
"I should have known not to trust you! This isn't over." Kash says angrily as he wakes up and is taken away by the BRADs.
"Everything's gonna be okay guys." Kenji says happily
*Timeskip*
"All that time and you didn't know this was here?" Sammy asks excitedly as the group walks around the suite.
"There were a lot of locked doors." Darius says.
"Still no phones though." Yazmina says.
"Wonderful." Alexis says.
"Guys! We get our own rooms." Ben shouts happily as the group explores around the suite.
*Timeskip*
"Everything okay?" Kenji asks as the group is in the room when Mr. Kon comes into the room.
"Yeah. Just getting rid of Kash leaves me with quite a mess to clean up. I hope you're all settling in okay." Mr. Kon says.
"Why would we have to settle in?" Alexis asks curiously.
"We're going home right?" Yazmina asks.
"About that... After the Jurassic World incident the world turned on dinosaurs. If anyone learns about this island well these dinosaurs and our family... All of us could be in a lot of trouble. Look Kash's way of doing things is over and he will pay for what he did to Mae. I know it's completely unfair to ask this of you but if you can just give me a few days I can arrange to get you home safely but discreetly. You know? Out of the public eye. If not for me do it for Kenji." Mr. Kon says as he gestures to Kenji.
"Okay. I guess." Yazmina says as Alexis reluctantly nods.
"Yeah. For Kenji." Sammy says.
"Oh thank you so much. If you need anything the BRADs can help you now. Ready to go son?" Mr. Kon asks as he leaves with Kenji.
"I just think it's a little weird we can't even call our families." Yazmina says.
"Yeah. That is pretty weird." Alexis says.
"I know. But if the world really did turn on dinosaurs Mr. Kon's right. This place needs to be a secret for their sake." Darius says.
"What about our sakes?" Yazmina asks.
"I say we ask Mae what she thinks." Ben says.
"Yeah. Maybe she can make heads or tails of this." Alexis says.
*Timeskip*
"Spoons are weird right? You're upside down in them till you're right side up." Mae says as she is laying in bed with a spoon.
"Are you feeling all right?" Ben asks.
"Couldn't be better. All fixed. They gave me some thingy-majiggy for the pain." Mae says.
"We noticed." Alexis says.
"Mm. Yeah they did. I think we should hold off on asking her anything." Yazmina says.
"No. Don't leave me alone. This show is too scary." Mae says as she grabs Yazmina's arm before the group sees a video cam of Kash in a cell.
"We'll go turn off the feed so Mae can get some rest." Brooklynn says as she, Alexis and Sammy leave.
*Timeskip*
"That's who you are. The ranch girl." Kash says as the group comes in where he is being held.
"The name is Sammy Gutierrez. Don't act like you don't remember blackmailing my family. I did what you wanted so my family better be okay." Sammy says angrily.
"Talk Kash." Alexis says angrily.
"Okay. Well sorry. I have no idea about your family down on the ranch. After you died Kon iced me out. I wouldn't be too hopeful though. He has a way of turning on people." Kash says.
"Is he really that bad?" Brooklynn asks.
"Maybe. Maybe I'm just messing with your head." Kash says.
"What aren't you telling us?" Alexis asks.
"Like I'd talk to you brats." Kash says.
"If you tell us what we wanna know I'll see if I can get you out of here." Brooklynn says.
"If you wanna know what happened to your family check the files in Kon's office. It's right next to mine but not nearly as swag. Now are you gonna free me or what?" Kash asks.
"Maybe. Maybe I'm just messing with your head." Brooklynn says as the group leaves much to Kash's annoyance.
*Timeskip*
"Brooklynn." Alexis says as she finds a locked drawer before Brooklynn picks it open and finds files.
"Hey Sammy." Brooklynn says as Sammy looks through the files.
"There. Gutierrez Ranch. Mr. Kon owns it." Sammy says in shock as she looks in the fire.
"Until their debt is paid." Brooklynn says as she looks at the file.
"I'm so sorry Sammy." Alexis says as she looks at Sammy.
"But the ranch has been in my family for years." Sammy says sadly.
"Oh I knew this guy was no good." Brooklynn says as Alexis nods in agreement.
"I'm sorry. Who's no good?" A voice asks revealing to be Mr. Kon.
"Whoever would do this to my family!" Sammy shouts angrily as she shows the file to Mr. Kon.
"You mean clean up Kash's mess and help your family out? You are Sammy Gutierrez aren't you?" Mr. Kon asks as he gives Sammy a paper.
"An exclusive contract?" Sammy asks as she looks at the paper.
"After Jurassic World went under your parents had no way of paying back the bank. So yes I bought their debt. And I made them my exclusive meat supplier here. They have no idea where the meat goes only that I order a lot of it." Mr. Kon says.
"Oh. Well that was nice of you." Sammy says in surprise.
"Your family is fine. If I knew who you were or if you had just asked I would have told you as much." Mr. Kon says.
"Mr. Kon you have to understand... After all that we've been through trust does not come easily to us." Brooklynn says as Alexis nods.
"We've been through a lot to know trust can be fatal with the wrong person." Alexis says.
"I would have thought being Kenji's father would have earned me a bit of trust. He'd be crushed if he found out about this. It's between us. You all seem so close. I would hate to ruin that." Mr. Kon says.
*Timeskip*
"Hey." Alexis says as the group walks into a room where the others are.
"Where were you three?" Kenji asks.
"We were doing some diggin'..." Sammy says.
"Into what Kash did to Sammy's fam. Luckily we ran into your dad and he told us the good news." Brooklynn says as Alexis nods.
"My family's fine y'all. In fact all the meat here is courtesy of the Gutierrez Ranch." Sammy says excitedly.
"That's great Sammy." Yazmina says.
"Your dad's been helping them Kenji." Alexis says as she smiles at Kenji.
"I, I don't know how to thank him." Sammy says as she huge Kenji.
"Yeah. I mean my dad's awesome. Maybe that means he'll listen." Kenji says.
"To what?" Alexis says.
"Uh the island needs investors. He's still doing a big dinosaur fight showcase." Kenji says much to the others shock.
"What? He can't do that." Ben says angrily.
"It'll destroy what we've worked for." Alexis says.
"Yeah. He thinks dinosaurs just fight all the time anyway so why not make money on it?" Kenji asks.
"But they're so much more than that." Alexis says.
"He just doesn't know them like we do. But if we can show him there's another side to them..." Kenji says.
"Maybe he'll change his mind." Darius says.
"If we don't get eaten first." Kenji says.
*Timeskip*
"Oh I wish there was an easier way to do this." Alexis says as she hides with Yazmina and Ben as Little Eatie is asleep nearby.
"Same but we gotten do it for Big Eatie." Ben says.
"Ready?" Yazmina asks.
"Nope." Alexis says worriedly.
"Let's do this." Yazmina says as the group then notices Little Eatie is standing above them before taking off running.
"I think we got her attention!" Alexis shouts as the group runs.
"Now we just gotta keep it!" Ben shouts as the group runs before quickly changing direction as they see Big Eatie heading for them only for her to head to Little Eatie.
"We did it!" Darius shouts happily as the group cheers.
"Yeah!" Ben shouts.
"That's what I call teamwork." Alexis says happily.
"Dad. That is not a mindless predator. Just a parent who really wants to be with her kid." Kenji says as he lools at Mr. Kon.
"That was amazing." Brooklynn says.
"They're happy. Mae's research allows us to communicate with them on a rudimentary level." Darius says as he holds up Mae's tablet.
"I admit I never thought I'd see anything like that." says.
"Then don't make them fight. Please." Kenji says pleadingly as he looks at Mr. Kon.
"I don't want to do that anymore. You believed in something. You got others to follow you and you wouldn't take no for an answer. I couldn't be prouder of you son." Mr. Kon says as he smiles.
*Timeskip*
"To Kenji." Darius says as the group is back inside the suite eating ice cream.
"To Kenji!" The group shouts in union.
"Yeah. So tomorrow I get to help Dad with the new presentation. He thinks I might have a knack for business. He's gonna teach me the ropes." Kenji says happily.
"All right guys. I'm turning in." Yazmina says as she yawns.
"Right. We all have our own rooms with our own fluffy beds and pillows that are all ours." Sammy says happily as everyone but Alexis and Kenji leave the room.
"Kenji?" Alexis asks.
"Hm?" Kenji asks as he looks at Alexis.
"I'm really happy for you. I'm glad your dad got to see the guy that I think is pretty special and love." Alexis says as she smiles.
"Thanks Alexis. It means a lot." Kenji says before Alexis kisses his cheek.
"Good night." Alexis says as she stands up.
"Night." Kenji says as Alexis leaves.
