"You ready?" Darius asks as Alexis nods.
"Yeah. As I'll ever be." Alexis says.
"nice of you to finally show up." Kenji says as he sees Alexis, Ben and Darius walk into the room.
"Kenj I am so, so sorry I-" Alexis then gets cut off by Kenji.
"Stood me up?" Kenji asks.
"Kenji please. I know how this looks but I had a good reason. You know I'd never do something like this without reason. Darius, Ben and I found out that... That your dad freed Kash. And has Mae working with him to perfect dino control. And they've done it." Alexis says.
"Are you serious?" Kenji asks as he looks at Alexis.
"Yes. Which is probably what your dad's big presentation today is all about." Alexis says.
"I'm not talking about my dad. I'm talking about you." Kenji says.
"What?" Alexis asks in surprise.
"Instead of showing up to our first date you decided to sneak around behind my back to prove that my dad is what? Some sort of supervillain?" Kenji asks as Alexis gives a sad look.
"It wasn't like that. Alexis tried to get back for the date but there were obstacles." Ben says as he steps forward.
"I don't care. I'm not even mad about that. Why didn't you guys just talk to me about any of this?" Kenji asks.
"You were getting so close to your dad we didn't want to bring it up unless we were sure he was really up to something." Darius says as he goes up to beside Ben.
"Fine I'll talk to him. But for the record you guys are the ones who were obviously up to something." Kenji says angrily as he leaves.
"You okay Alexis?" Brooklynn asks as she goes up to Alexis.
"I guess." Alexis says as she nods.
"Now what?" Brooklynn asks.
"Nothing's changed. We still need to help Mae and stop Mr. Kon." Ben says as Alexis begins to follow the group before Darius stops her.
"It's alright Alexis. We got this. You don't need to mess things up any worse with Kenji." Darius says as Alexis looks at him.
"I'm coming too. He needs to know. No matter what it costs me." Alexis says as she sighs.
*Timeskip*
"We gotta get in there and help Mae!" Ben says as the group watches Mae go into a building with Kash.
"We can't just storm the place. Not with Kash around." Yazmina says as the group sees a BRAD walking around.
"And that BRAD-X." Sammy says.
"They love not making things easy for us." Alexis says annoyedly.
"We should sneak in before it comes back." Sammy says.
"Or we'll sneak in when it comes back." Brooklynn says as she and Ben soon sneak in without the robot catching them as the others wait outside.
*Timeskip*
"So what did you find out?" Darius asks as Ben and Brooklynn come running over.
"Only that we can fry the control chips." Brooklynn says as she holds up an electronic piece.
*Timeskip*
"Welcome back. Where were you?" Kenji asks as the group walks into the suite where he is.
"We went to find Mae. She gave us-" Darius then gets cut off by Kenji.
"So you went behind my back again? I don't care what you found or what you think is going on. My dad told me everything. He's trying to save the dinosaurs. Just like we are." Kenji says angrily.
"How? By controlling them against their will?" Ben asks.
"Kenji that isn't the way to go about this." Alexis says.
"Why are you assuming the worst? My dad's been nothing but cool to you. And despite how you've been acting he's still going to take you all home when this is over. What you don't believe him? Do you need to break into his office again to get proof? Look this presentation's really important. Maybe you don't know my dad like I do but you do know me. So I'm asking you as my friends to trust me and stay out of it." Kenji says angrily before he leaves.
"What are you doing?" Yazmina asks as Sammy leans against the closed door.
"Making sure Kenji doesn't come in and catch us. Which feels weird and kind of wrong right?" Sammy asks.
"If we do this it could change everything between us." Ben says.
"All of us." Brooklynn says.
"I get it. I can't imagine anyone convincing me to take sides against my dad. But it doesn't change the fact that we're here on a secret island where the future of these dinosaurs depends on what we do next. We're the only ones who can help them." Darius says.
"Kenji won't like it but he'll come around. He has to." Yazmina says.
"And if it means not letting his father hurt more dinosaurs..." Ben says.
"Or innocent people." Sammy says.
"We gotta do what we have to do." Alexis says as she sighs.
*Timeskip*
"I'm guessing the whole the BRADs are our friends thing's back off the table." Sammy says as the group sees BRADs outside while hiding.
"Should we try another airlock?" Ben asks.
"Mr. Kon would've already thought of that." Brooklynn says.
"And we're running out of time." Yazmina says.
"Well we gotta think of something." Alexis says worriedly.
"Wait. We don't need airlocks. We can use the food platform." Yazmina says.
*Timeskip*
"It started." Brooklynn says as the troup gets out of the food platform and sees screens for the dinos.
"We need to hurry. Split up and be careful." Darius says.
"There's Kenji! He's just watching." Alexis says in surprise as she sees Kenji with some others.
"We gotta move!" Brooklynn says as the group runs toward Kenji's group.
"Stop! Put down the controllers!" The group shouts in union.
"We're gonna disable the control chips." Darius says as he holds up one of the electronics.
"Hey Kon get these kids out of here. Or better yet I will." A man says as the group splits up as different adults chase them with the dinoaurs.
"Come out. Come out you little runts." A man says controlling the spinosarous as Alexis and Ben hide in some bushes.
"You take the left. I got the right." Alexis says as she looks at Ben.
"Gotcha." Ben says before he heads in a different direction as Alexis shifts to wolf form and heads for the man with the controller.
"Ah!" The man shouts as Alexis tackles him and knocks the controller away from him.
"Yes!" Ben shouts as he successfully scrambles the control chip in the Spinosarous.
"You did it Ben!" Alexis shouts happily.
"But maybe I shouldn't have." Ben says as he gets thrown off the dinosaur as Alexis runs over to him and helps him up.
"Oh boy. Run." Alexis says.
"Gotta run." Ben says worriedly.
"Yep." Alexis says nervously.
"You should too!" Ben shouts as he and Alexis run before regrouping with the others as they see the raptors kill Kash and a building fall on Mr. Kon.
"Dad!" Kenji shouts as he runs toward the fallen building.
"Oh no." Alexis says.
"Dad! Dad! Where are you? Dad! Dad! Are you okay?" Kenji asks worriedly as he looks around.
"Here. I'm fine. Barely." Mr. Kon says as he stands up.
"I just got you back and now I almost lost you because... Because of you!" Kenji says angrily as he looks at the group.
"We were just doing what was right." Darius says.
"Look around! Does any of this look right to you?" Kenji asks as everyone looks at the damage.
"Mr. Kon: Do you kids have any idea what you've done? You've ruined us! All of our investors are gone!" Mr. Kon says angrily as he comes over.
"Lana: Not all of us. Sorry I snuck my phone in. And my buyer is still on board. This... was a disaster. But BioSyn is very interested in your tech. They wanna meet. Not here obviously." A woman says as she walks over with a phone.
"Great! Set it up." Mr. Kon says as he smiles at the woman.
"What are you going to do about them?" The woman asks as she looks at the group.
"Don't worry. I'll make sure they're not a problem." Mr. Kon says.
*Timeskip*
"You're just as bad as Kash." Sammy says as the group is locked up in a room.
"Enough. This is for your own good. You've proven you can't be trusted to roam freely. Besides it's only for a few days while we meet our new buyer on Isla Nublar." Mr. Kon says.
"Nublar?" Alexis asks.
"Are you seriously gonna let this happen? This can't be what you really want Kenji." Darius says.
"Save it. None of you care what I want. I'm done with you guys." Kenji says angrily.
"But we're family." Sammy says in shock.
"No we're not. You all went out of your way to prove that today." Kenji says as he and Mr. Kon leave.
