Towa has an easy task at hand, go fetch Botan so they can go dine with Pekora.
Even with such an easy task the lioness finds way to make everything more difficult. Not like Towa is really complaining.
It wasn't unusual for Botan to wander around the main office building after she had finished doing whatever she had to do that particular day.
It was just natural curiosity. You know, like a cat.
She would speak with staff, wander around and even help, that was Botan, alright.
So it wasn't a surprise when one late afternoon she could be found inside one of the offices, building a Pc that she had found lying around, Staff had told her that it wasn't working and since they had already replace the equipment she was free to toy with it for a bit.
As such Botan sat at one of the desks in the room, lazy tail swinging slowly from side to side; using her claws to carefully clean the inside and carefully taking the components off just in time for someone to enter the room.
"Oi"
Botan ignored it, the only indication of knowledge was her ears flicking briefly.
The figure scoffed, slim figure standing at the door qhile crossing her arms, slightly annoyed before letting a small growl leave her lips as she decided to get closer.
"Oi Botan"
The lioness ignored her companion again, this time taking a few cables and reaccommodating them.
"Shishiro Botan"
Nothing.
Tired the figure walked all the way towards the lioness and planted herself between the tall the girl and the machine.
Without missing a beat said girl looked up with a innocent expression.
"Oh Towa-sama, I didn't heard you"
Both knew this was a lie, an animal girl, or Kemono as they're usually called had enhanced senses, but Towa decided to play along, at least for a bit.
"You shouldn't use your headphones too much then, you'll gonna go deaf, and call me Senpai, I'm you senior after all"
Botan eyes shone at the bickering, so this is how it's gonna be uh?
"Well, I would say the same however your horns make it difficult to use headphones, oh wait, you don't have horns"
She completely ignored the Senpai request, this brat.
"At least I have normal ears"
Botans ears wiggle at that while she chuckled.
"Point taken, my hearing's still better than yours"
"So you admit to just feigned not hearing me?"
Botan gave what seemed to be her best puppy eyes.
"Towa-sama you hurt me, I would never to that"
Gosh she was so cute,like a puppy, Towa just wanted to pet her, instead she settled with a scoff.
"Don't just give me that look, I've been calling you for at least five minutes, my voice is going to get hoarse you know?"
Botan rolled her eyes.
"Your deep voice is sexy tough"
The devil tried not to blush at that, smooth lion.
"That's what I've heard"
"Well, they're not wrong"
"Uhm"
"Truly the voice of an Angel"
"Oi!"
Botan laughed for a while before both of them settling in a comfortable silence for a few moments before the lioness stretched, just to get up seconds later.
"By the way, why were you calling me"
Botan turned around showing her back to the devil, she figured the lioness had decided it was time to leave, which wasn't wrong, it was getting dark outside.
"Oh, right, Pekora wanted to see if you wanted to go have dinner"
"Is that late already?"
"How didn't you notice?"
"I guess I got lost in the moment"
Towa scoffed.
"See, this is why you should go out more"
"Oh really?"
The lioness got up and walked menacingly towards the shorter girl.
"Eh?!"
Botan looked right onto her eyes locking their gaze, she was smirking.
"What"
What the-
As Botan got closer Towa instinctively backed, not because of fear, this lioness wouldn't hurt a fly, but because of the imposing aura.
By the time Towa noticed what was going on it was too late, her back hit the wall and Botan leaned over her, complete towering her and their chests almost brushing, face so close she could feel her breathing.
Oh my god.
Towa felt like if she could just die right there.
*Thud*
The taller girl put her hands at each side of the devil, slapping the wall with considerable force, effectively trapping her; not like said devil was able to move, her knees felt weak and Towa thought she would pass out any second now.
Botan got even closer, pressing herself against the devil and getting her lips which were currently curled up in a smirk close to the others mouth.
Towas heart was beating so fast she thought it might as well explode out of her ribcage, not like she would complain about the imminent outcome of this.
She closed her eyes, feeling the lioness getting inplosible close to her and her breath right in front of herz lips almost brushing...
Before Botan suddenly retreated.
Towa opened her eyes, annoyed, the girl before girl was smirking playfully at her.
Botan giggled while Towa scoffed, trying to regain her composure
The lioness eyed her for a moment while the devil looked elsewhere, too conscious about what had just happened and too conscious about her bright red face and fast paced heartbeat.
This was so awkward, god.
Botan after hoovering there for a bit lifted a hand, barely in the peripheral vision of the smaller girl, she didn't flinch nor jumped, she stood there, still too worked up to do any of her usual jabs.
And in an unusual sweet movement the white lioness tuck a strand of hair behind her ears and smiled.
Towa, who was seeing her by the side froze again.
They stood like that for a few moments, then Botan took two steps behind.
And just like that the moment was over.
"Let's go Towa-sama, Pekora-senpai is waiting for us"
Towa nodded while swallowing loudly.
"Oh and hurry up, she might blow us up if we take too long"
Just as she was leaving a fluffy tail brushed Towas leg, making her froze in place for the eleventh time in less than fifteen minutes, her already red face became impossible bright. Again.
Botan just let out a chuckle.
"And that's why you're the Tomato in the BLT group"
Was the last thing Towa heard as Botan left the room.
Towa breathed in-out for a few moments, trying to compose herself before walking towards the door, quickening her pace soon enough to not be left behind.
"OI! You can't just do that and leave! I'm your Senpai you know!"
She turned off the lights and closed the door just as Botan laugh resonated through the hallway making Towas heart jump as she tried to catch up with the taller girl.
She wouldn't admit it, but she hoped they could continue their antics after dinner.
I've been trying to finish this one since february. FEBRUARY. TAT
After some trouble with it I finally finished, I'm happy, I love these two idiots together and I knew I had to write Botan teasing Towa.
One WIP less, time to go through my eternal list of Hololive shipping fics *sighs*
Oh and I still have to finish the new chapter of Little talks, I'm halfway done, really.
Oh right, a reminder English is not my first language so I'll be glad if you can point any typo :3
