Alternate Title: The Creator Of All Things Moves To Act

A/N: I thought I'd switch things up a bit, and deliver a chapter in the POV of the Gods and Cameron's father, the time lord himself Kronos. While he still bears the name of the Time Lord and God of Evil, being among humanity for millennia with only his immortality has changed him dramatically, as you shall soon see.

Kronos hated prophecy meetings. He really hated these types of meetings for a very specific reason, it always gave him more reason to be absolutely mad as heck anxious and concerned about his own son. Seriously, the amount of anxiety Kronos got at these meetings was enough to make the Time Lord get sent to stay in bed due to Hypertension and Stress at the same time. Usually, he wasn't like this, but since he agreed to take part in Chaos' prophecy, life had become one worry-fest after another for him. Especially since seven days ago, when his son finished his training and became old enough to be sent to the island.

Since that day, everything had only served to pile onto him like a series of sledgehammer blows. The fact that even monsters knew about the great prophecy his son was the child of was bad enough to know, but the prophecy about Asterios.. that was a hideous shock to find out. He had wanted to curse his whole life out ever since he agreed to this crazy plan of Chaos in Greek, it was that stressful to him.. and he might have, had Saturn, his Roman Counterpart, not taken over and proceeded to give his level headed view of the situation.

Now, a day after the revelation was made by the Oracle and Augur of the Demigod Camp, Rachel Elizabeth Dare and Octavian Reynolds respectively, and by his own son admitting he had just spoken with Asterios in his own dreams, Kronos was here, attending an emergency meeting about these developments ordered by Chaos in secret. Since Gaea had stripped the gods that opposed her, as well as Kronos for rejecting her offers and staying in exile, of all of their powers and imprisoned them in the various places where their respective pantheons lay, she really didn't give them much freedom, only the freedom to travel between pantheons as they so chose, a luxury that the Gods didn't do before Gaea took over. Since they didn't have their powers, Chaos was forced to teleport himself to a secret meeting place that still lay in the same general godly aura that the pantheons lay in, so as to not alert Gaea and her minions to the fact that they were not physically in any of the pantheons.

They were all seated at a long table, with Chaos at the head of the table at one end in its human form, a gender neutral human being without the private parts that would signify if it was a man or a woman, as well as having soulless black hair, deep red eyes, a height of 7' 3'', and a beard and mustache that almost perfectly complimented its hair. Kronos sat in the first seat in front of Chaos on its right, while Prometheus, one of its key spies in Gaea's ranks, sat on the left, with Atlas, the Titan Of Endurance, on Prometheus's left. To Kronos' right was his own wife, Rhea, who held her husband's hand in her own, looking at him with a worried expression. She was totally aware of how much her husband fretted over what would happen to his own son at the moment, and it was understandable, for he hadn't taken the death of his last child on the island very well at all.

To Atlas' left was Ouranos, one of the few primordial beings that Gaea had not bothered to resurrect from Tartarus, leaving Chaos to do it itself secretly. After being resurrected and being convinced by his own father to join in on its plan to defeat Gaea, Ouranos had become its chief contact in the human world, keeping his real identity a secret thanks to Hecate, who had decided to work as a double agent on behalf of Chaos after seeing how cruel Gaea and her minions were to the demigods that it broke her heart, as a incredibly successful businessman and the CEO of Sky Enterprises, a financial firm that secretly acted as a front for monsters that were skilled in weapons-making, magic item - crafting, and supply running who had joined Chaos' cause to make weapons and magic items that were then secretly delivered by crates onboard the Princess Andromeda to the island. This scheme was further helped by the fact that Prometheus did take frequent trips to the island himself in order to give Gaea reports on the status of the demigods, mainly if they were depressed and scared out of their minds for the most part or not. Since he happened to take these trips most often near when Captains of the Cruise Ship were about to retire, he could speak on the behalf of the most promising of the potential successors to the position, monsters that Chaos had guided, indirectly, into seeing the evils of the system Gaea had made and joining its cause, to dedicating their lives to working their way up through the ranks and getting into important positions to facilitate Chaos' own plans. It was in this matter that the Captain that had spoken with Cameron the night before he arrived at the island had gotten his job. He had lied to Cameron about the reasons he h,ad decided to join the crew of the cruise ship, knowing that since people loyal to Gaea were on the ship, he could not give away Chaos' schemes by telling the boy even a fraction of the truth.

It had been in this system, chiefly run by Ouranos, that at least some demigods had at least weapons and items powerful enough that enabled them to survive a bit longer than others. But, since getting Kronos to join in on its plans, Chaos had ordered these shipments to be stepped up a little. Though Cameron hadn't realized, Chaos' agents had shipped a few valuable items that would be useful to him to the island and into his cabin in the weeks before he arrived there, items that would come in handy in the future.

The rest of the table on down to the other end was filled by the rest of those who had agreed to support Chaos' plans and turn against Gaea, such as Pontos, the primordial of the sea; Elpis, the primordial of hope; the primordials Chronos, Eros, Ananke, and Phanes; Oceanus, the Titan of the Oceans who had previously remained neutral in Tartarus when Gaea took over and had been personally convinced by Chaos to join the cause; Krios and Koios, the Titan Lords of the North and South who, despite their apparent affiliation with Gaea, had always been loyal to Kronos, even when he agreed to be exiled; the Titanesses Themis and Mnemosyne; Koios' wife Phoebe and Oceanus' wife Tethys; Thoon, the Giant who was the bane of the fates; Damasen, the Giant who was the bane of Ares; and Orion, the Giant who was the bane of Apollo and Artemis. All the other gods from the different pantheons filled the rest of the seats, or stood next to the table.

"Now.." Chaos began, its deep voice sounding like a low note from the string instrument known as the bass. "..you all know why I called you here for this emergency meeting. I must confess, this development with the prophecy child, son of Kronos, is a troubling development to say the least."

"I fully agree with you, Lord Chaos" Prometheus added after Chaos finished. "The fact that Asterios is the first monster that Cameron must face on his journey to complete the great prophecy is an extremely worrisome development by far. As we all know, only one demigod on that island has ever come close to beating Asterios due to the shipments we have been secretly sending to the islands from Ouranos' secret workshops, and that had been a host of Set. Like it or not, Asterios now poses a massive threat to our plans."

"Even with the weapons and items my workers have managed to make and have delivered to the island on time as you have requested, Lord Chaos.." Ouranos spoke next. "..the fact of the matter is that Cameron will need some time to get used to these items and get up to Asterios' power level, so we still have some time before this confrontation happens."

"Still.." Chaos retorted. "..I do not like being able to influence events secretly, knowing full well we don't know if Cameron will be the one walking away from this clash the victor, or still alive at that. Nevertheless, we must give him the advantage by giving at least everything he needs to defeat Asterios."

At this point, Saturn took over Kronos, and the roman counterpart of the Crooked One stopped looking down at the floor and looked at Chaos. "Do we know the weaknesses of Asterios yet? If we can find out the weaknesses of this monster created by Daedalus, if any, the information should be surely useful to my son" Saturn said. Chaos nodded.

"An excellent idea.." Chaos replied, then turned to Prometheus and Atlas. "You two, get Daedalus to reveal Asterios' weaknesses without tipping him off to our plans. Koios, Mnemosyne, you two shall support our efforts by attempting to retrieve any memories or thoughts Daedalus has about making Asterios. Surely, there must be something that must shed some light on its weakness."

All four Titans nodded, knowing full well that the continuation of the Great Prophecy and the survival of Kronos/Saturn's son depended on their efforts. Failure was not an option at all. They knew full well what the consequences were if they failed and Gaea found out about their treachery.

Chaos then turned to Thoon. "Thoon.." Chaos started.

"Yes, my lord?" Thoon asked.

"I need you to manipulate any more fights Cameron had with other monsters between now and when Asterios awakens, as well as that fight as well. Do it subtly though, so as to not make Gaea suspicious. Even though we all know she will very well won't do a single thing about our plans, because she is so consumed by laziness and greed, we cannot take any chances" Chaos ordered the giant, who nodded. "Ananke, Chronos, you will support Thoon in these efforts. We cannot take any chances that Cameron might die before the great prophecy is completed." The two primordials also nodded, knowing what they had to do. The task set before them by Chaos was about as equally important as the task set before Prometheus, Atlas, Koios, and Mnemosyne. Cameron was the lynch-pin, the main piece of Chaos' plans. For him to be able to fulfill the great prophecy, he had to stay alive, no matter what it took. This was the one chance Chaos' cause had to fix what had gone so horribly wrong, and if they failed, the consequences would be tremendous and there might not be a second chance. It was now or never, they had to give their all to this.

The fate of the Gods and Demigods rested on this mission.

They had already let Gaea win once.. they weren't about to let her win again and maybe prevent the great prophecy from happening for possibly forever. The coming battle between Cameron and Asterios was more than just a main attraction for those who knew about Greek Prophecies and what they meant, it was a test.. and also a prophecy itself.. for the one spoken about the coming fight was only the first part of the broader grand prophecy.

Win or lose.. something was going to change around these parts. And for Chaos' sake, it hoped it would signal the beginning of the end for Gaea's rule over the planet.
