Chapter 911.
"A moment to speak."
(Loud Castle, Loch Loud.)
Another grand day and someone is awake and enjoying his cup of cream coffee, and that would be Lincoln Loud, he is technically in the age where he can drink coffee, just as Lynn and Luan were long ago when they were his age.
He then takes a sip and he relaxes. "Another day, another awesome summer vacation here at Loch Loud." Patriot and Harrier land on the balcony and he pets them on their heads, and then he looks to the town far from where they are staying.
"That indeed, my fellow descendant." He turns around and he sees the ghostly Duke whom is his ancestor, and he floats down and stands by his side. "So, how are things?"
Lincoln smirks. "Yeah, I am fine and doing alright, I know that you are aware of what I did last night and I gotta say... That was what I call the best dang and royal vacation and treatment. Once again, I can say that I feel like a dang man again, and yet I can't tell others about the whole thing."
The ghostly Duke chuckles. "That is the one thing which I must confess that I now have total respect for you. A kid who can handle something no man can, and that is to pleasure a woman and show them a dang good time. This thing with those ladies, how long do you think it'll last?"
Lincoln thinks about this too. "Well, the ladies known as Jackie, Mandee and Fiona are into me since all I have done, changed and the fact I can give them the pleasure desires they seek, and so that means they might be over me and what we have done when they have graduated from college. Does that make sense?"
The ghostly Duke is amazed. "Wow. You have a long way before they can carry on, and that means you are going to have a big time awesome life there... did I say that right? Awesome?"
Lincoln chuckles. "That's alright." He then remains silent and so does his ghostly ancestor and then the eagles take flight into the sky, and then Lincoln asks. "So, when the time comes for you and the others move on... What is your plans? To be with the woman whom you have met in America long ago, or the girl who would've been yours?"
The ghostly duke didn't think of that, and then he thinks about this. "Truth be told, Lincoln Loud, I don't know what to choose. But, perhaps see the lass I was meant to be with, and perhaps have the woman who I married and became family come along? I honestly don't know... But then again, after my death in your country my soul fled to seek this land out back then."
"And since the louds have returned and reawakened the bloodline to bear witness the legacy that is our royal heritage, we are now bound to be back here to Loch Loud, at good old Scotland. So, I might not be able to see the woman whom I married back then, and I shall ascend one day to the heavens and then reunite with Joanna and then we can be happy again."
Lincoln nods. "Understood and I know that you'll have a dang good ending and new life up there." The two louds then look to the town far from them, and then they see the guardian dragon Lela flying around and giving Lily, Rita and Michelle a ride on her back, and even Lily's Appletun is there.
Then the ghost asks. "What the heck are those strange animals you lot have brought here? I mean, we haven't even gotten to know such animals, and one of them is a floating lamp watching over Lucy."
Lincoln then explains to his ancestor about the Pokémon, and it would be hard to explain to him on where they came from.
(Later in the day.)
Lincoln waves to Jordan, and she heads off with the others to the town, they wanna have a girls day out and Lincoln chose to enjoy some peace and quiet here at the castle, and then he walks to the backyard, but then he stops and let's Ajax and the other pets race by him.
Lincoln then goes over to the bench and he takes a seat and he looks around at how peaceful things are. 'This is nice, it does have the same vibe as home, and yet it doesn't truly feel like the home I know. I do gotta love how we made this choice, and who knows what we'll do next for next month.'
Lincoln then recalls something else, something he overheard and he sighs, and yet he smiles. 'Right, next month Leni won't be here. She said she'll be spending the remainder of the summer at the Logann's, and then Lori will do the same and spend the remainder of the summer with Bobby at Great Lakes City.'
'This side of them, this is the next big step for their lives. Chances, when next year shows up, they won't be here to spend their summer, but we'll always be close and... Oh snap, dad! He'll freak out when he finds out! Dad tends to do so, and even though we are changing, that side of dad is something he can never ever let go.'
'We need to help handle that part, and dad needs to understand that they have to grow up. Letting them go to college was hard for us, and mostly him, but we have to be happy for them and let them be. Heck, it will be hard for me when that happens, for Luna. But she has her own priorities, and she will always be close by. Everything is changing, and that is a dang good thing.'
"Lincoln Loud..." The boy then sees the current castle keeper, Morag and she seems concerned. "May we talk, please lad?"
Lincoln nods and then he scooches away a little. "Go on, Morag." The woman nods and she sits next to him. "So, something on your mind, Morag?"
The woman nods and then she explains. "I did do some thinking, and it was a long and hard one and the voices from old times were trying to tell me to not deny the legacy from which was Old Aggie, but I chose to accept something else, and that something is what you have spoken to me the other day, and you are right, Lincoln Loud."
"I cannot always be with the memories from which my dear Old Aggie told me, the louds of old are no more, sorta... The olds of this generation are different, with small traits from the ancestors, but mostly with better manners and changing ideas, and I should've accepted that and just looked forward and not back, or try and be greedy and selfish and want some peace and quiet."
"I never thought that all of my life would be changed when the louds of new showed up, but the fate I am in now is the reasons from myself and the damned ancestor I had long ago, and my plans to attack you are wrong and horrid, and I am sorry that I made some schemes to take you and the rest of your family down. I now see how things have been, and it is better to accept the future and not the past."
"So, I am sorry for all I have done. I am sorry for trying to get rid of you and your family, and I am deeply sorry for what my ancestor did to your ancestors long ago. Everything is changing, and all for the better and I wanna be part of this change and a new future, because the louds of old no longer run within you anymore, because you are the next generation and a dang good one too, one whom which my ancestor would've been fine with."
Lincoln smiles hearing this. "Glad to know that you see the truth of things, Morag and I forgive you. But you will need to tell this to the others, and even the Duke of Loch Loud and the ghosts."
Morag sighs. "Understood, I get it, and thanks for seeing that I could be changed and perhaps be less of my ancestor and more of someone whom I wish to be... Thank you, lad."
Lincoln nods. "Anytime, and I am glad that things between us are no longer on the deep end." He then shakes hands with Morag, and then Morag asks.
"Quick question, what the bloody heck is going on with your dad and that annoying Scottish accent?"
Lincoln groans. "Don't get me started on that one..." He then continues this conversation with their new friend, Morag and watching this from the balcony is another person besides Lucy who stayed, Luna Loud and she is proud at what her brother did, changing someone who could become more than they're enemy, with a better future instead of just clinging to the past.
'Proud of ya little bro, dang proud of you.'

A/N: This summer vacation is still ongoing, and it looks like the bad lady whom they have thought is the enemy has learned to change, and accept these new louds, whom don't possess the same traits as the royal louds of old. I hope you all enjoyed reading this new chapter everyone.
