Chapter 913.
"A last day before homeward bound."
(Loud Castle.)
Another grand day, a day for everyone to enjoy for when the time comes for them to head on home, and high above in the sky is the guardian dragon Lela, and she is not alone in the sky, besides the fact we see Apollo and Talonflame and Raptor the Staraptor, riding on the back of Lela are Lily, Lisa, Lana and Lola. With them is Taylor, and she is making sure that nothing bad is gonna happen while they are high in the sky.
They cheer as Lela gives them the best dang ride ever, and below at the castle are the rest of the louds, though the teen ones aren't there, and they seem to be busy with something else. But we do see Lincoln and Jordan, watching as Luna is playing some badminton with her ghostly counterpart, and Sam is keeping score.
"So, this sure has been a blast for the vacation you lot have had, you lot ready to head on home?" asked the ghostly Duke of Louds, and he sits next to Lincoln.
Lincoln nods. "We are, and we're gonna have some more plans, possibly. But there are some other more important stuff to deal with back at home, and the return to school as well, and of course some moments with my big sis before she heads off to college."
Luna Anne Marie Loud chuckles. "You sure are the lass who knows how to get good education, though it doesn't sound at all like the ones from which your two sisters are attending, it is your choice and I guess we are all prod of you lot."
Luna nods. "Thanks." she then continues playing. "Appreciated dude, and I won't be too far from home. The college is somewhere in town, and I can always come by and visit. I will always be there for my family, but more importantly my little bro and the lady of his life."
Jordan chuckles. "Things are gonna be a whole lot different son, and we all need to adapt to the change and try to make the most of it, right there handsome?"
Lincoln nods. "Right you are." He then sees Morag, and she is busy handling with some of the leaves, and then she has to go and do the gardening to the rose bushes and she seems calm and alright, almost like she is alright with the stuff she has to do. "She's getting there, and I do hope you guys have a plan for Morag that would help her earn back redemption despite her plans and actions from her ancestor long ago."
The Ghostly Duke nods. "Indeed we do lad, but the choice will be made by the Duke himself, not us. We will be there to be of guidance, and we are happy that you managed to help Morag change and see the error of her ways and now she can stray away from the path from which her old Aggie did long ago. This is a sound and grand victory, and everything will be better now."
"From what was once the start of something when you lot showed up, has become so0mething more and the people of Loch Loud are dang proud to have had you folks come and spend your time here since last year when you helped make change a true core and part of their lives with a new and far more worthy Duke as well. We will be looking forward to more and more change happening, and for whatever happens when you lot are back home, we do hope you can all come back here again."
Lincoln nods. "No prob, and I am the man with the plan after all." they then watch as Luna and Luna Anne Marie are done playing, and so Lincoln and Jordan, against the ghostly Duke of Louds play against each other, and he seems fine going against two foes, he can handle it.
Luna then sees Lucy, at the window of the room where she is staying, and she is speaking with Lucille and this has her thinking. 'For the past few weeks, Lucy has been by herself and rarely out. She could use some outdoor time, and perhaps that can help her clear her thoughts. Let me talk to Lincoln and then we can arrange that for when we head on back home.'
Then Lynn and Luan show up, with their ghostly ancestors and they wanna take the game when the others are done. Sam then asks. "Hey, does anyone here know about where the heck are the teens? Also, why did they seem super excited to go back into town? I thought they finished their shopping the other day."
(Later in the Day.)
As the afternoon falls, we can see the Duke Angus is having some tea with Morag, and he is discussing with her about her chances to be redeemed and perhaps have a better future, but apparently she has her own plans, and it involves something else rather than being here, and the Duke wants to know more about this plan she has.
Now the teenagers Lori, Leni, Jackie, Mandee and Fiona are inbound, and they have something to ask later about something important tonight. Luna and Sam are preparing a special song for when they return home for some more gigs, and they are enjoying this underneath the shade of a tree at the back of the castle.
Luan, Lynn, Lola, Lana, Lisa, Lily, Michelle, Taylor and the loud parents are at the beach and enjoying some sun, sand and watery fun there, and the rest are back at the castle and just having their own fun time, enjoying their last day at Loud Castle, and Loch Loud.
Ryan is helping train Harrier and the other eagles, and he seems to be handling well with them, and watching this from the balcony of the castle tower are Lincoln Loud and Jordan Rosato, and they both sigh in relief and Jordan leans onto his shoulder.
"Sure is gonna be a dang shame, and some tears when we leave here, but we did talk to the others and we aren't saying goodbye forever, there is always next time to come back here and see the guardian dragon, Lela. Right?" asked Jordan.
Lincoln nods. "True, true. Also, word is that Clyde will be back next month, obviously at late August since classes will be ready on September, which means we are stepping into the next level, High School."
Jordan sighs and she thinks about it. "We're gonna be freshmen, and enjoying the start of what could be the best dang moment of our young teenage lives, but I am more interested in prom night. Something that will be an amazing moment for the both of us, even if we might be the ones doing the musical number for everyone."
Lincoln chuckles. "Dang right, luv and it'll be smashing."
Jordan giggles. "Taking lessons from your sister now? Well, perhaps tonight it can be far more than smashing, how about that?" Lincoln turns red, and he knows what she has planned, and then the duo begin to make out, and this is seen from Luna and Sam, and they can tell that those two are gonna be planning something big when the night comes.
(Timeskip, Night Time.)
We now see Scott, and he is at the balcony of the castle, and near the dining room and he is dressed nicely alongside his special lass, April and the duo talk about this night and how nice it was for the Louds and the duke to allow them to have a date here, this is something April and Scott will never ever forget.
Watching this are Lori, Leni, Fiona, Miguel, Jackie and Mandee, and the teens high five each other and then fist bump. "We are so dang good at this guys" replied Fiona.
"No kidding" replied Miguel. "We came, we saw and this was made possible. Scott and April, you are welcome, and glad that Taylor and Michelle and your dad could help out as well."
Lori chuckles. "They wanted to help make this date into a literal success and I am also proud of the outcome. Which also reminds me, when we get back home, I am going on a date with Bobby."
Leni also nods. "I gotta prepare for my time with the Logann's. My vacation with them is gonna start, and I am concerned to the fact everyone else knows. Sure about one thing, Dad will be flooding in tears when he sees me leave early, and for another place."
"Seriously, your dad needs to lighten up" replied Jackie.
"Yeah, story of that life is always the same." Taylor walks by them and she has the food for the couple, and then she walks back to the kitchen where the cooking is going down.
Mandee then has an idea. "Hey, where the heck are Lincoln and Jordan?"
"Upstairs, and watching a move on their laptop, why?" asked Leni, then she realizes why she asked. "Oh, okay I get it now."
Lori chuckles. "Things are gonna get dicey tonight again, I see?"
Jackie, and Mandee giggle, and Fiona looks nervous, again and then Jackie speaks. "Our last night here at the castle, and it seems only fitting that we help Lincoln feel a lot of relief and of course we know Rosato will be in on this too."
Mandee then speaks. "But for now, we should help Scott and April and see where this goes, something tells me that this is by far the best date these two lovebirds have ever had. Am I right or am I right?"
The others also agree and they continue to watch this go down, and they feel proud of themselves to help a fellow teen such as Scott, and his girlfriend April.
