Author's Note: Alrighty guys as promised, here is Chapter 18, yet again at a much quicker rate than I would have anticipated, likely as a result of summer vacation as I am a school worker. I sincerely hope that you guys will enjoy this chapter yet again as much as I did writing it this was indeed another chapter that I supremely enjoy writing. I would also say, without trying to be arrogant in anyway, that I am maybe starting to get the hang of this writing thing, at least to this scale. Chapter 15: Burn down the Giant Danger Beast
Back on the lower part of the plateau, the wires that had been connected to Lubbock's gloves would begin to react to something, while spinning at a high rate, as he then thought,
"Huh, it's something coming up from the valleys at the bottom with incredible speed, it CANT be a normal human moving that fast", in astonishment before what he had been tracking, the same hooded figure that had seemingly been in control of the new Danger Beasts, would then think to himself, as he sprinted up the plateau,
"Almost all those lovely toys that Stylish left for me to play with have been decimated by Night Raid, let me go and check up here then", before Lubbock would then think, with him trailing not too far behind this individual,
"Oh man, it was able to make it THIS far in that short amount of time, it would be best if I avoided whatever the hell that was, AND Tatsumi still hasn't gotten back from the peak yet either, I got a real bad feeling about this. I don't know what the hell that thing is so I'll stay right here on this ledge until it goes back down", as the hooded individual had then leapt into the air as it made it to the peak before it would then think,
"It is SO good to be back home"
At the summit of the plateau, Esdeath, who had still been seated atop Tatsumi while still lovingly stroking his hair, would then say,
"Now, please tell me why would you leave this in the first place My Love, I know you enjoyed EVERY moment of it", while rubbing her nose into his neck as Tatsumi, now considerably feeling less nervous than he had when she had previously asked him this question, would then say the first thing that came into his still nervous mind,
"Well, uh, I had to sort some things out, this isn't exactly easy y'know, how did yo crazy ass find me", before she'd then playfully bite his neck which would then elicit an,
"Ahh", from him before she'd then reply,
"I was actually hunting the new Danger Beast that had began to appear around the empire, I just happened to run into you here My Love, now, why are YOU here", now in a more forceful tone before Tatsumi would then reply,
"Same, I was hunting the Danger Beasts for training, you know, someone DID hand me my ass not too long ago", which would then only make Esdeath blush before she'd then giggle and say,
"Well things like that happens to those that defy me, I see that you arm has healed nicely though My Love, so have you foolishly decided to join the Revolutionary Army yet", she asked before he replied,
"No, and that's EXACTLY why I'm out here, gotta be far better than I've ever been if I'm gonna be taking you on for real", in a confident tone which would only continue Esdeath's blushing as she then began to caress Tatsumi's chest before saying,
"Such bold statements, THAT'S the wild beast about you that I love, I MUST tame you, My Love, and judging from the amount of muscle you've gained, I'll say your strength has improved considerably, AWWW, did you do that just so you could try and defeat me", she asked before he'd then quickly answer,
"Ya DAMN skippy, just wait to you see", before she'd then say,
"AWWW, how adorable, but you still have a long way to go My Love", before beginning to lovingly stroke his hair before he'd then defiantly say,
"Oh Please, you don't no shit", without resisting her before she'd then lick the right side of his face and say,
"I know THIS", before grabbing his crotch, having no desire to fight him at this moment, as she'd elicit a moan from him before he'd the say,
"PLEASE, no", before she'd then reply,
"You KNOW you miss me", before then attempting to kiss him only for him to say,
"WAIT!", just as she would become alerted to another presence intruding upon them before her and Tatsumi would then detach themselves from each other and stand as Tatsumi would then re-buckle his pants and belt while Esdeath would then say,
"Another nuisance just like those Danger Beast I see. YOU THERE, THE WEAKLING IN HIDING, SHOW YOURSELF OR RISK BEING DESTROYED", she shouted while drawing her rapier before the same mysterious hooded figure would then emerge from the shadows and say,
"God dammit, I honestly thought I could hide myself from you two, especially considering you were distracted with, FUCKING EACH OTHER'S BRAINS OUT, but oh well, I see why everyone is so terrified of you, looks like I'll have to stop the game I've started with those new toys I found now", before Tatsumi would then say,
"YOU FUCKING WEIRDO", with a red face from both blushing and anger before an undeterred Esdeath would then say,
"Oh, so it looks like you know something about the Danger Beasts in this area, let's find out then shall we, I still do have a few new torture methods I want to try", in a threatening manner before the hooded figure would then reply,
"Oh, I'm terribly sorry, My Lady, I just don't think that would be wise on my part, but if you two lovebirds ARE in the mood of a little excitement, I've got just what the doctor ordered. NOW, MY IMPERIAL ARMS: SHAMBHALA," while pulling out and holding up an octagonally shaped pendant with a yin and yang symbol upon it before a large circle of pink light and the same yin and yang symbol at it's center would appear under both Tatsumi and Esdeath as Tatsumi would then say,
"What the HELL is this", before the light emanating from the circle would then completely engulf them both before disappearing with them.
With the hooded figure now by his lonesome, the wind would then blow the hood from his head to reveal a young adult man with a skin tone slightly darker than Tatsumi's but not quite as dark as Kyouta's, with his medium short hair of lavender coloring being fashioned with two longer mid length bangs and a scar similar to Yoryu's only with his being in the shape of an x nearly taking up his whole face centered at the bridge of his nose, as he then said,
"Now then, now that those two crazy lovers are out that way, what game should I get into now, I still have all night", with a deviously eager grin upon his face before he would then notice the pair of underwear that Esdeath had left behind before walking over to them and picking them up before he would then take a deep smell of them before putting a disappointed look on his face and saying,
"Pathetic"
Elsewhere, in a completely different part of the world as it had now been daytime, both Tatsumi and Esdeath would find themselves on a deserted tropical island as, upon realization, Tatsumi would then say,
"WHAT THE HELL", in complete disbelief before continuing,
"Where, the HELL did that NUT send us, or is this some type of cooky mind trick", while scanning his surroundings before Esdeath would then say,
"Let's find out", she said before quickly kissing him upon the lips for several moments before breaking the kiss and giving Tatsumi a questioning look before Tatsumi would then say,
"No, this IS all real, can't fake that, so how the hell did he send us here...", before Tatsumi would think to himself for a quick moment before saying,
"This HAS to be another one of those Imperial Arms", before Esdeath would then reply,
"Precisely, My Love, I heard of one made from a particularly versatile creature that gives it's user the ability to manipulate space to their will", before Tatsumi would then think to himself,
"Well, that's kinda of the same thing that Kyo does when he transforms", before Esdeath would then say,
"Now, there could only be a handful of warriors in the world capable of wielding such a weapon but we can't be too far from the empire, let me look around", before she would then produce and enormous and rapidly expanding pillar of ice that Tatsumi, thinking that it was some sort of preemptive attack from her, would then alertly jump out of at it's beginning before it'd then grow to be several hundred feet high before Tatsumi would then think to himself,
"Oh, RIGHT, DUHH, that teleportin' fucker's got me all noid", before Tatsumi would then flick both of his hands and produce two continuous streams of fire from his hands that would then propel him to the top of the pillar that Esdeath had created before saying,
"Sorry, I'm a little understandably paranoid", while landing before Esdeath would then reply,
"Oh don't worry My Love, if I were going to attack you, you'll know it's coming, you just wont be able to avoid it. Now, do you see what a lovely view this is, it's almost as beautiful as our love for one another", before Tatsumi would then say,
"Oh my god, we're completely surrounded by water as far as you can see...", before thinking,
"Oh, I bet you'd find it beautiful being surrounded by fucking water, something to your advantage and to my disadvantage, whore", being unable to hide how much that upset him before continuing,
"I thought you said we were still near the empire, last I checked, it was landlocked", before a swooning Esdeath would then reply,
"I've underestimated the limit to this Imperial Arms' power but I must say, the two of us all alone with this whole island to ourselves, in a way, feels like our very first date together doesn't it My Love", before a now perturbed Tatsumi would then reply,
"FUCKING focus woman, you being like that is how we ended up in this situation in the first damn place", before Esdeath would then reply,
"If you were used to battling Imperial Arms users like I am, than you'd be prepared for any and all types of situations including one like this one", she said before Tatsumi would then think,
"Wow, she actually DOES have a point, with all the freaky ass shit I've seen since coming to the empire", before saying,
"Well, can't much argue that one", before Esdeath would then say while approaching him,
"Now, since this is a date, let's make love", before wrapping her arms around him and falling into him, causing them to both fall to the "ground"(atop of her ice pillar), with her on top of him before he'd then say,
"Wha-hold on", having been taking by complete surprise before both of them would then be quickly alerted to a gigantic, several hundred foot tall, human shaped monster emerging from the sea before Tatsumi would then immediately think,
"That thing looks just like Stylish's bitch ass right before we took him down, it's GOT to be related", before seven others similar in appearance to it would then emerge from the sea after it before all would attempt to attack both Tatsumi and Esdeath before first Tatsumi would then say,
"OH, YOU FUCKERS WANT SOME OF THIS, WELL BRING IT ON THEN", while Esdeath said,
"You are interrupting me and my lover's time with each other, BE GONE", before then summoning hundreds of spear like ice shards and saying,
"You'll look so lovely impaled head to toe", before launching them towards the monsters while shouting,
"WEISS SCHNABEL", before impaling each of them with dozens of shards causing each of them to then collapse to the ground as Tatsumi would then think,
"Not bad but...", before several of them would then slowly begin to rise to their feet one after another before Esdeath would then say,
"Oh, I see it'll take much more than that to destroy you all", before she'd then be taken by surprise as she would then witness one of the creature's heads being completely incinerated by an enormous blast of fire that she had felt exploding past her only for her to turn and notice Tatsumi's smoking right fist as he then said,
"Can never go wrong with the head", before Esdeath would then reply,
"Of course, but what fun is there to be had in that, if I must though", after nodding before she'd then place her hand upon her ice pillar before shouting,
"GRAUHORN", which would then cause several spears of ice to then grow from her pillar in several different directions which would impale several of the monsters directly in their heads while three of them would manage to dodge just enough to where they'd be hit with non fatal gashes to their heads as they would continue their advance before Esdeath would then say,
"Oh my, what a stubborn breed you all are", with an excited smile upon her face before she'd then be taken by surprise as Tatsumi would then rush past her, using one of her spears as a bridge toward the remaining beasts before saying,
"Why thank you", causing Esdeath to then shout to him,
"TATSUMI" in annoyance with him before he'd then blast one of the creatures faces with an enormous ball of fire from his right hand, obliterating it, before skillfully jumping to the next ice ledge to do then same to the next beast with his left hand as this would then propel him in the direction of the final beast before he'd then spin in mid air and plant a flaming fist directly upon the jaw of the human shaped body protruding from the creatures forehead, which would then cause that body to then explode before the creature would then lifelessly collapse to the ground before Esdeath would then "say",
"Very good, My Tatsumi, you are already quite skilled with your Imperial Arms, I wonder if you still have much to learn yet, just as I do", before Frisis would then reply to her,
"He's nowhere near as skilled as Kairyu was with his abilities, just as you aren't with mine", before Esdeath would then put a giddy expression on her face before replying,
"Oh, how beautiful, we can discover the pinnacle of our powers together", before Frisis would then reply,
"You'll NEVER be as skilled as I was", matter of factly before the pillar that she had been standing on would then begin to vibrate before both she and Tatsumi would then notice five more of the creatures behind them headed their way before Tatsumi would then say,
"OH, missed a couple", as Tatsumi fell through the air before he'd then take aim at the creatures before Esdeath would then leap off of her pillar and in front of him before saying,
"I'll handle these one's and give them the kind of death that they deserve, BEING CRUSHED BENEATH ME LIKE THE INSECTS THEY ARE", before instantly conjuring three enormous blocks of ice that would each be roughly a fifth of the size of the island before smashing each of the monsters under them causing the entire island to quake in it's wake as the now baffled Tatsumi would then think,
"GOOODDAMN, she was able to do that, THAT quick, I honestly don't know how long it would take me to melt that thing, and I don't even know how cold it is", before Kairyu would then reply to him,
"And that's only fucking child's play to what Frisis could do", before Tatsumi would then reply,
"FUCKING insane, good thing that I'll have that type of power, if I don't already", before Kairyu would then "say",
"SAY'S WHO", in an incredulous "tone" before Tatsumi would then reply,
"Hmm, I had thought that I just did", before Kairyu would then reply,
"Keep fucking dreaming kid", before Tatsumi would then think,
"And Akame thought SHE could take her down, PLEASE, NOW I KNOW I'm the ONLY one",
A few moments later after the two of them had then leapt their way back to the ground, Tatsumi would then say,
"Well I think that would be all of them, I don't think you can hide anymore of them on this island", before Esdeath, who would now be taking notes, would then say,
"Yes, those creatures must've been what he was referring to by 'what had in store for us', meaning that this is also must be where Dr. Stylish had his new Danger Beast hidden away", before Tatsumi would then reply,
"Even though, I will say, that ripping through them with you was pretty kick ass, what do you think we should do now since it look's like we're stuck here", before he would then realize what he had said and asked her and what that could lead to which would then immediately cause him worry, as her next few words would seem like days in between to him, as she then said,
"Aww how romantic of you My Love, but now we must focus...", before Tatsumi would then quickly think,
"Oh FUCKING REALLY, NOW we need to focus, FUCKING whore", while being unable to hide his frustration with her as she'd continue,
"First, we'll scan our surroundings for any clues as to our whereabouts, we need to acquire as much information as possible about our current predicament ", before Tatsumi would then reply,
"Yeah, because right now, we don't know shit", before she would the say,
"And it is best for us both to keep a level head and not let this situation overwhelm us", before a now eager Tatsumi would then say,
"ALRIGHT, let's DO IT then", in an excited tone, before he would then stop himself to think,
"WOW, I'm ACTUALLY having fun with her, go figure, she's supposed to be the enemy, ha", as he couldn't help but be visually entertained by this thought as Esdeath would find herself drawing several doodles of Tatsumi with flame auras surrounding them as she would then think,
"Hmm, it still needs more improvement", in disapproval of he artwork.
The two young warriors would then go on to traverse the lush tropical island for the next few hours where they'd encounter various of the island's natural resources. As the two had walked through it's heavy brush, both of them would grown tired of their clothes constantly being dirtied and snagged by it's various sticks, stones and mud to the point where Tatsumi had removed his jacket, sweater vest, shirt, pants, tank top and boots leaving him wearing only his undershorts and accessories while Esdeath had removed her hat, choker scarf, jacket, sleeves and boots leaving her wearing only her bra and her skirt. As the two would explore the island, they'd go on to gather as many edible fruits and vegetables that they could find before the two of them would then hunt and kill two native boars for their dinner. After the two of them had prepared their meal, they'd be enjoying it on the beach after nightfall when Tatsumi would then say,
"Wow, we were at this so long, I'm just now noticing it's night already", before taking another bite of the boar leg he had been eating before Esdeath would then place her hand upon Tatsumi's and say,
"And I loved every second of it, it has also allowed me to ascertain our precise location, currently we're on an uncharted island located seven hundred miles southeast of the empire's coast", before a shocked Tatsumi would then say,
"SEVEN HUNDRED MILES, holy hell", before a now blushing Esdeath would then say,
"This means that you and I are the only two people around for miles, we have this entire island to ourselves, what do you think we should do now, I'll let you decide, My Love", with a salacious look upon her face before Tatsumi would then quickly reply,
"Oh, I know let's f...", as time would then stand still for Esdeath as Tatsumi's start had visually excited her before he would continue,
"...ight...", which would only slightly disappoint Esdeath as that prospect would still excite her before Tatsumi would then finish,
"...right now, I REALLY need to know how far I've come since you seem to think I got so much stronger", in an excited tone before she'd then reply,
"Ooh, how bold of you, My Love, for you to think that you have closed the distance between me and you is so adorable, let me show you how much work you still have yet to do", while smiling before standing and and saying,
"Come, and you'd best not hold back just because you've gotten to know my softer side My Love", in a loving tone before Tatsumi would then similarly stand and say,
"Well, bring it on then", before he would then put out the fire he had built by absorbing it back into him, leaving only smoldering embers on the wood, before Esdeath would then say,
"I'M WAITING", in an impatient tone before Tatsumi would then reply,
"OH, so you want me to get things started then, ALRIGHTY THEN", while stretching his right arm before shouting,
"LET'S GOOO", before quickly charging at her and attempting to hit her with a right hook to the face that she'd then promptly block it with her left forearm before he'd then strike at her again with his left just for her to block it in the same fashion with her right before they'd both be in a flurry of punching from Tatsumi and dodging and blocking from Esdeath before she'd then remark,
"OH MY, you HAVE gotten MUCH stronger My Love, so much so that I can't hold back anymore but you still have a long way to go", before she would then kick him with her right foot, in between his punches, directly on his chin causing him to fly backwards before he'd then think to himself,
"I CAN BEAT HER NOW, that didn't hurt nowhere near as much as it did last time", before the still surprised Tatsumi would then flip backward, land on his feet, and charge her again and attempt to hit her with a flying knee only for her to then side step while spinning before throwing her leg into Tatsumi's back causing him to then skid along the sand before she'd then be quickly on him again as she would attempt to axe kick him while he had been ground.
Her bare foot would then only connect with the sand, as Tatsumi had alertly flipped away, as her foot when then cause the sand to create a large explosion upward, which would then obstruct her view of Tatsumi. It would then only be mere moments before Tatsumi would then burst through the veil of sand and aim a punch directly for Esdeath's head that she'd quickly find that she would have no time to dodge before she would then protect her face with both of her arms, bracing for impact. The punch would then connect with Esdeath's arms and catapult her body backward as she remained on her feet while Tatsumi would remain on the attack as he'd then attempt another punch for Esdeath's midsection that she would be able to sidestep at the very last possible moment before she would then land a devastating punch, with all of her strength, to Tatsumi's torso causing him to then immediately crumple to the ground while clutching his abdomen. Esdeath, now with a satisfied smile upon her face, would then attempt to end the fight and bring her foot down into the middle of his back only for Tatsumi to then desperately roll on to his back and catch her foot and twist it causing her to lose her balance and fall to the ground with him. With both of them now on the ground Tatsumi would then attempt to mount Esdeath only for her to use her other foot and flip Tatsumi's body over her's and then flipping herself in the same direction with her now ending up mounting him. She would then attempt to rain down fists upon Tatsumi's face only for Tatsumi to then catch her very first punch and attempt to break her arm only for Esdeath to then roll through which would then allow Tatsumi to again reverse their positions. With Tatsumi now yet again on top, he would then attempt to deliver a fist to her face only for to counter and headbutt him in the bride of his nose before he could, this would then stun him long enough for her to bring her non injured foot to his chest and kick him away from her with great force. This would send his body flying for several meters until it collided with a nearby boulder that his body would then destroy completely as he flew through it and landed within the brush. Esdeath would then rise to her feet and shake feeling back into her nearly broken ankle before doing the same to her nearly broken forearm before she would then quickly make her way over to Tatsumi and attempt to continue their fight only for her to then realize that her last attack had rendered him unconscious. Upon this realization she would then playfully giggle to herself before walking over to his unconscious body, while keeping her smile, squatting beside him before she would then reach toward him only for him to then spring up and leap backward from her in a defensive stance and determined look upon his face causing her to giggle and and then say,
"Oh my, it's wonderful to see that you still have this much fight left in you My Love, but you have already been defeated", proudly before Tatsumi would then reply,
"Aww man, you knocked me out", he asked,
"Most definitely My Love, even though you did give me a very challenging battle, you still have a long way to go before your on my level", she answered proudly before he would then defiantly replied,
"But I can still go, comon, let's finish this", he said in a protesting tone before she would then say,
"Our battle IS finished for now My Love, besides, we have the rest of our lives for that, right now there is something that I want to show you", before a now truly defeated Tatsumi would then say,
"FINE, whatever", before following her back to the beach.
Once there, she would then show him that there had been a small glowing circle that had been left behind where they first teleported that they hadn't noticed in the daytime before she would then say,
"Just as suspected, the mystery behind our being on this island was hidden at the site where we teleported as evident by this symbol upon the ground", before Tatsumi would then reply,
"So that means we can only teleport from places marked with that symbol", before she would then reply,
"Judging from the size of that incantation, I would assume that it is used to transport multiple occupants at once and requires a great deal of energy to use, he is most likely drained from this use", before Tatsumi would then say,
"Oh, so you're saying that he can't use it too much and he's not going to use it again for a while", before she would the reply,
"Not quite, he will most likely use this again, it's no doubt the way that he has been transporting those creatures into the empire, so we should just remain within this area and I believe this portal will eventually open back up for us, but that's just one of the ways I've found off this island", before Tatsumi would then reply,
"Well yeah, besides that I could just fly and you could probably, I don't know, skate there", before she would reply,
"Well of course, but you know that would be incredibly exhausting for both of us and we could have a fight on our hands when we get back, but before I tell you what I've found, there is something else we should do...", before he would then say,
"And, what's that", before she would then shove his face in between her bosom and say,
"While we're still here on this island by ourselves, we should tell each other more about our lives up to this point", before he would then shift his face so that his speech wouldn't be muffled by her breasts before saying,
"Say what", before she would then quickly reply,
"Tell me your life story up until that glorious day that we met, at my tournament", which would then immediately cause Tatsumi to sweat nervously before thinking,
"I can't tell her that can I, she could kill me for that, cant she", before Kairyu would then reply to him,
"Are you asking me or yourself because I don't fucking know" before Tatsumi, seemingly ignoring Kairyu would then reply,
"Well, she already knows that I 'want' to join the Revolutionary Army so really how bad can it get at this point", before then timidly saying to her,
"Okay, where do you want me to start", before she'd then reply,
"Where did you learn how to fight so tremendously", she asked before he replied,
"Well uh, first I was trained by my grandfather up until he and the rest of my family was killed on Honest's orders when I was ten, after that I was trained by his old Imperial Military buddy in the Village of Sinnoh", before Esdeath would then reply,
"Oh, I see, now I have a better understanding as to why you wish to join the Revolutionary Army, who was your grandfather, if he was in the Imperial Military then I may have heard of him, especially if the Prime Minister ordered his death", before Tatsumi would then say,
"Ryujin Nandeya, oh and by the way, Nandeya is my real last name too", before a now surprised Esdeath would then say while covering her mouth,
"OH MY, if that is the case then it is of no surprise that you are such a naturally gifted warrior, it is said the Great General Ryujin Nandeya, armed with his Imperial Arms: Seishintama, was the most powerful soldier in our military's history before his betrayal", she said before Tatsumi replied,
"He didn't betray shit, his just took his weapon, that he SHOULD have earned with all the lives he's saved, and went home with his wife but apparently that wasn't good enough for Honest's fat ass", before Esdeath would the quickly snap back,
"Watch your tongue, that weapon was the property of the empire, the Prime Minister would have every right to repossess what is rightfully his", she said sternly before a now aggravated Tatsumi would then reply,
"Oh FUCKING please, the day that you decide that you've had enough in the military, a day that I don't think is EVER gonna come, but still, are YOU gonna give back your Imperial Arms", before she then replied,
"On the day that I decide to retire, a day that I also don't predict ever happening, there will not be a soul within the Imperial Military that could compel me to surrender MY Imperial Arms, even if I were able to remove it", before Tatsumi would then reply,
"So why do you get to keep you Imperial Arms but Grandpa couldn't", before she would then emphatically reply,
"Because no one will be strong enough to take my Imperial Arms from me", before Tatsumi would then reply,
"Well okay then, just like when I skin that fat fuck alive, no one is gonna be strong enough to stop me", defiantly which would then cause her to forcibly grasp his throat, but not forcibly enough to where Tatsumi felt compelled to defend himself, before saying,
"And you know I would NEVER allow that to happen as long as my strength exceeds yours and as I told you, I will ALWAYS remain dominant, My Love", which Tatsumi would at first want to defiantly answer to but would first think,
"WOW, all that I've told her and she STILL doesn't want to kill me, MAN, she MUST really be in love with me, maybe I really CAN convince her to join me, it would be a whole lot less work to BECOME King, it'll just be harder to STAY as King", before he would then say to her.
"So, you don't look like your a native of the capital, are you and why do you serve them", he asked before she'd then answer,
"Judging from the design of your garb, I'd say that you are also a member of a local nomadic tribe, have you ever heard of my tribe, the Partas Clan, My Love", which would then cause Kairyu to then "say" to him,
"Partas Clan!?, that was the clan of people that served the Ice Demons, go figure, no wonder she's able to use Frisis, it's in her blood, THAT'S the OTHER clan, boy", before a now surprised Tatsumi would then reply to her,
"Uh uh, I'm from the Pachea Clan of the south", before Frisis would then "say" to Esdeath,
"The Pachea Clan was that clan of human dogs that served under the Fire Lords", before she would then say to him in an excited tone,
"Oh splendid, my clan hailed from the north and we were a clan that were extremely skilled at hunting, especially Danger Beasts, and I was born as the daughter of our clan's chief", before Tatsumi would then quickly interject and say,
"What a minute, hold up, you're a princess", he asked in a dumbfounded tone before she would then reply,
"It has been many years since I was last called that but not anymore My Love...", before she would then go on to tell Tatsumi the story of her life up to this point, from her belief from her father that her mother had been killed by a Danger Beasts, to her life long training as a hunter, to her father, clan and grandfather's massacre up until when she joined the Imperial Military and received her Imperial Arms not long thereafter before Tatsumi wouldn't be able help himself but to ask her about a noticeable omission as he then thought,
"Then where the hell did she get that scar from, who the hell was bad enough to leave that on her unless she always had it", before he'd then say to her,
"Wow, so that's what happened to you when you got you Imperial Arms, I blacked out when I got mines", before she'd then reply,
"That's probably because you were a lot younger than me at the time My Love", before he then said,
"Well I WAS only six, what about that scar on your throat then, you had to have always had it right, no one could've put that on you, right", before she would then place her hand on the scar and say,
"You know, I often forget that I have this scar, but it is a constant reminder of the one defeat in battle that I can ever recall myself losing", she said before Tatsumi would then reply,
"DAMMIT, somebody already beat that ass before I could, now I'm jealous", before Esdeath would then reply,
"Well you shouldn't be, although I consider this to be a loss that boy most likely perished as a result of our battle", which would then immediately intrigue Tatsumi as she then continued,
"It would all be a result of what happened to me eleven years ago, the forest just outside my village had become like a second home to me to the point that I would aide any wayward travelers that I'd come across to safety. This would all change on the day that a disgusting weakling of a man that I had mistaken for another wayward traveler would attempt to force himself upon me, in the end, he ended up being the very first human that I killed and I enjoyed it so much that I vowed to punish any other traveler that I would find had dared enter MY forest in the same way. This was the way things were for an entire year until one day, I encountered I young boy, that couldn't have been no older than eight, that had dared camp in my forest, so I attempted to punish him as I had done so many others but this boy... THIS boy, turned out to be an exceptional fighter. We would then go on to have the grandest battle that I have ever been in, SIMPLY because both of us were so raw and natural, and in the end, we BOTH would have killed each other if my direwolves hadn't saved my life and returned me to my village just in time to save my life. My throat had been crushed by that boy, so my grandfather had to cut in emergency breathing hole, I now have this scar as a remainder to that glorious battle I had that day with that boy. Once I recovered from my injuries, I would constantly return to that forest more frequently in hopes that that boy had survived our battle and would challenge me again one day as I could truthfully say he was my first love because of the battle he gave me that day but he must not have been strong enough to survive", before she would then notice that Tatsumi would have a downright ghastly expression on his face, as if he were having a heart attack or a stroke, a look that he had actually had on his face for some time during Esdeath's story before she would the say,
"OH NO, MY LOVE, IS SOMETHING THE MATTER", in a panicked tone thinking that he was actually going through some sort of health problem before he would then say after a long gasp and while backing away from her,
"...OH MY FUCKING GOD, IT WAS YOU! YOU WERE THAT CRAZY ASS BITCH THAT TRIED TO KILL ME WHEN I WAS SIX", in an enraged tone as this revelation would then cause Esdeath's eyes to widen in shock before she would then say,
"IMPOSSIBLE, you CANNOT be that boy, there is no way that boy could've survived our fight", before the now even more enraged Tatsumi would then reply,
"WHAT THE HELL YOU MEAN 'I COULD'NT SURVIVE' I SURVIVED THE SAME FUCKING WAY YOU DID, THOSE DAMN WOLVES, NO WONDER YOU HAVE THAT SCAR, I FELT YOUR WINDPIPE CRUSH BEFORE YOU DAMN NEAR BROKE MY BACK", he said.
This revelation from Tatsumi would then instantly make Esdeath believe that Tatsumi was indeed the boy that she had fought due to the specifics he knew of her throat injury before she would then blush immediately and say,
"Oh Tatsumi, we were ALWAYS meant for eachother", passionately as she would quickly run up to him and tackle him to the ground before kissing him just as passionately before she would then notice him not returning her affections, which would then cause her to slightly pull away as he then said,
"You tried to kill me, I was ONLY six and you tried to kill me, and WOULD have if my grandfather didn't train me", before Esdeath would then furrow her brow before saying,
"And you would have killed me if not for my lifelong training, don't you see My Love, our lives has brought us together twice now, in two completely different areas and points in time, to test each other. We're soulmates, you've now twice shown me that no matter how strong I am there will always be new challenges and I have shown you to always be weary of someone, especially women, because if I remember correctly, you were very much infatuated with me which allowed me to get close to you in the first place...", she said but just a Tatsumi had opened his mouth to rebut she would then quickly interject him and say,
"And furthermore, I can even sense this within your essence, you have NEVER been with any other woman besides ME, you've even always had an extreme distrust of women because of what I did to you back then to the point that you have had very few actual conversations with women. This all led you right back to ME, the ONLY woman that has EVER been for you, IT IS DESTINY", she said still in a passionate tone before Tatsumi, who had truthfully been frightened by what she had told him because what she had said about him had been correct, would then timidly reply,
"How the hell did you know all that", before she would then seductively reply,
"Because I KNOW my lover", before she would then deeply and passionate kiss him for several moments to his initial non compliance before he then thought,
"Oh my god, she's actually fucking right, all those women that could've gotten an advantage over me, she DID me a VERY important lesson back then and I'm so much stronger because of it, and now she's back to teach me more, I think I really DO love her", before he would then return her kiss while sitting up with her in his lap as the two lovers would then begin to passionately caress each other.
Soon Esdeath would then guide Tatsumi into her without the two of them breaking their kiss as they would then moan muffled moans into each other's mouths. As the two lovers made love in a seated position while desperately grinding themselves into each other Esdeath would then slide both of her hands from each of Tatsumi's shoulders down his arms as Tatsumi would slide his hands from her waist up her body until their hands would meet before they would then clasp them together with their fingers before the two would then break their kiss as their moans echoed throughout the island.
Some time later, as the two lovers lay with Tatsumi on his back and Esdeath on her belly with her left hand clasped with Tatsumi's right and heavily perspiring on the same area of the beach that they had been previously, Esdeath with a swooning look in her eyes as she gazed at Tatsumi would then say,
"All along, YOU were that delightful little boy that nearly killed me, this whole time, THIS IS DESTINY", before leaning over him and beginning to stroke his hair before he would then think,
"Now I'm SURE I can convince her to join me, she REALLY believes that we are destined for each other and honestly it's hard to believe anything else with all that's happened between us. Now, I don't think I can get her to leave the empire in ANY way but WHO'S to say she wouldn't like the idea of ruling it herself once we're done with things around here", before he would then say,
"It is honestly hard to argue that", before she would then say,
"I love you", affectionately before laying her head down upon his chest before Tatsumi after some hesitation and inner deliberation with himself would then say,
"I love you too..., Essie", before she would then spring up with a puzzled look upon her face and say,
"Essie!?", before Tatsumi would then reply,
"Essie?", seemingly questioning her before she would then visually think to herself for a moment before she would then say,
"I like it", before Tatsumi would then say,
"Cool", before playfully slapping her on her butt which would then cause her to giggle before she would then climb on top of him again and pepper him with kisses causing him to giggle before she would then lay atop of him before the two of them would soon drift off to sleep one after another.
Meanwhile, within one of the Imperial Palace's rooms, would be the very man that had trapped Tatsumi and Esdeath on the island as he would then look out of his window while naked and say,
"Well I figure it's been long enough, now surely those two lovebirds haven't gotten themselves killed by now. I guess I should go ahead and reopen the portal then", before he would then hold up his Imperial Arms and say,
"Shambhala Point B: RELEASE", before it's same flash of light would then temporarily illuminate the room before just as quickly dissipating before the man would then say,
"There we are", before the room's sole other occupant, a young female with long brown hair would then wake from her slumber and say,
"Ugh, what's going on over there", before the now annoyed man would then reply,
"I beg you pardon, skank", before the now just as annoyed woman would then reply,
"You know, for someone with so much class outwardly, you do have a considerably foul mouth", before he would then reply,
"Well you'll learn class when you're the Prime Minister's son", which would cause the woman to then gasp before saying,
"Ugh, THAT man is your father", which would then enrage the man as he would then sprint towards her and quickly punch her in her belly before he'd then say,
"DO YOU THINK I EVEN REMOTELY CARE ABOUT THE OPINIONS OF A WHORE", before he would then grab her by her hair and continue,
"I have a GREAT deal of respect for my father, even though I know I'll be FAR better than he'll EVER be, it is that very fact that that I think is the ULTIMATE sign of filial piety", with a crazed look in his eyes as she winced in pain.
Back on the island, both Tatsumi and Esdeath would both wake roughly around the same time after a short nap, as they would both then stretch themselves with Esdeath still in his lap, before Tatsumi would then say,
"Hey, I thought you said you had another way for us off this island", before yawning before Esdeath would then reply after yawning,
"Well, I guess I can tell you that now, we can take a romantic ride back on the back of a Danger Beast, I've read that both Ocean Dragons and Air Mantas frequent these areas, we're bound to see one flying by and they're fairly easy for me to tame, ", before Tatsumi would then say,
"Oh yeah, right, I do that all the time", before she would then reply,
"You should let me tame it though, it's what I specialize in", before Tatsumi would then spot an Air Manta flying above them and nod in it's direction before saying,
"I think that's one right there", which would then cause Esdeath to have a surprised expression before she'd then turn to see it and say in a disappointed tone,
"Aww, how rude, oh well, I guess I'll go bring it down then", before climbing off of him and racing towards it, before Tatsumi would then say,
"You sure you don't want no help", while shouting as she continued to increased the distance between them before she'd then say,
"I'll be fine, I'll shoot it down with an ice spear and break it myself", while continuing on before Tatsumi would then notice the portal that had brought them there suddenly reopening which would then cause him to say,
"Oh hell yeah, she's only gonna wanna do ONE thing on the back of that damn thing and she is WEARING me the fuck out", before he would then shout to her,
"YO ESSIE, I THINK THE PORTAL'S OPEN AGAIN, I'M GOING THROUGH IT", before disappearing into it's now encompassing light which would then cause Esdeath to then stop in her tracks, turn and shout, in a worried tone,
"NO, TATSUMI WAIT...", while reaching out to him as she sprinted towards him before the light would then also encompass her.
When the light would then dim, she would then find herself back upon the same plateau that she had been transported from earlier by her lonesome when she would then think to herself,
"This is the very same plateau that Tatsumi and I were on last night", before she would then search her surroundings only to find that Tatsumi was nowhere to be found before she'd then say,
"Tatsumi, Tatsumi, are you here Tatsumi", only to no response before she would then feel her heart sink inside her chest as she would then fall to her knees while clutching her chest before thinking,
"HOW could he DARE leave me again, after all that we shared", while angered before her eyes would then slightly began to water before she would then blink it away and clinch her teeth in anger before thinking,
"NO, I will use this pain and heartache to motivate me for the next time I see him, I'll have him BEGGING me for mercy and he WONT receive it", while tightly gripping her own shoulders in frustration before Tatsumi would then jump from a lower part of the plateau and arrive at the top before spotting the still hunched over Esdeath and say,
"Hey, you alright", while walking towards her which would then cause the now heavily surprised Esdeath to then spring up and scream,
"TATSUMI", in a celebratory tone before quickly running to him and tackling him to the ground while wrapping her arms around his shoulders before she would then relentlessly assaulted him with kisses to his face while saying,
"Oh, Tatsumi..., Tatsumi, Tatsumi, TATSUMI, don't you ever leave me again (smooch, smooch, smooch)", before a dumbfounded Tatsumi would then say,
"Aw geez Essie, gimme a break, will ya, I just teleported back in at a different place than you", he said while hoping that she would believe him as he would think back to what really happened when he was transported back.
The very moment that Tatsumi had been teleported back he would then find that he was right back on the same plateau that he had been transported from, before he'd then think to himself,
"Dammit, right back where I was, I hope he is still here", before he would then begin to quickly concentrate to himself before he would then spring up and say,
"THERE", before running off of the top of the plateau in the direction that he had been looking. He would then soon find Lubbock located further on down the mountain who had been thinking at the time,
"ALRIGHT, THAT'S IT, if I don't find Tatsumi soon, I'm going back and saying one of those Danger Beast got him, NO WAIT, they're NEVER gonna believe that, OHHH MANNN", before clutching his head in frustration before Tatsumi would then suddenly appear before him, while startling him, before saying,
"LUB!", before the still shocked Lubbock would then say,
"TATSUMI, where the HELL have you been", before Tatsumi would then quickly reply,
"No time for that now Lub, right now I've got to tell you that I'm gonna be staying with Esdeath from a while, I really think I can convince her to join us but I don't think I can do it if I left her now", before a now flabbergasted Lubbock would then reply,
"WHAT, NO WAY MAN", in a stunned tone before Tatsumi would then reply,
"Trust me man I got this, just make sure you tell my brothers that I said I'll be alright", before Lubbock would then reply,
"But she'll kill you", before Tatsumi would then shake his head negatively before replying,
"I don't think so man, you don't know what me and that girl have ALREADY been through, you just GOTTA trust me on this man", before he would then hold out his fist as the now defeated Lubbock would then reply,
"Alright man, I just hope you know what your doing, your brothers, Leone and Akame would all kill me in that order if something happened to you", before pounding Tatsumi's fist with his own before Tatsumi would then reply,
"Trust me bruh, I ain't bout to let that happen to you", before winking his right eye and him and then returning to the top of the plateau.
After her assault on Tatsumi, the ecstatic Esdeath would then rise to her feet and offer Tatsumi her hand before saying,
"Come My Love", we have much to do once we return to the empire", before he would then take her hand and rise to his feet before saying,
"In our draws(drawers)", noting that they were both still in their underwear, or in Esdeath's case her bra and skirt minus underwear, before she would the reply,
"And why not, we've lost our garments", with her hand on her hip and a disappointed look upon her face before Tatsumi would then reply,
"Because people might...", before he would then stop himself in his realization that no one would dare say anything to Esdeath in an unintended state of undress as she would then nod her head in approval at his realization before he would then say,
"Never-mind", in a defeated tone.
Author's Note: Alrighty guys, really hope you all enjoyed because as I've stated it was a treat writing. As always I will try and have the next chapter out as soon as possible and judging from how quick the last two came, I'd expect this one to be out in roughly the same amount of time as I have already started working on it.
