I started to wake up after the blackness took over by Duskmon.
"Oof," I groaned after I sat up, placing my hand on my head. "Geez loiuse, I really need to stop being so weak when I passed out." I murmured when I notice I'm my Amy self again. Then, I gasped when I remember about the team. "The others! Koji!" I got up and began to find him and the others, especially Takuya after what I told him.
Thinking about that really hurt my heart for telling him that. I regret it so bad; I have a feeling he probably doesn't want to talk to me anymore.
"I don't blame him if he doesn't want to," I told myself as I continue running when I saw something light blue up ahead. Seems to be flying, towards me. I realized who it is.
"Ex-Veemon!" I called out as he flew in speed to catch up with me.
"Amy, hey!" He laughed as he swooped down and carried me in his arms, with me hugging him. "It's good to see ya again."
"You, too, buddy," I giggled a bit, then look up at him. "What are you doing here in the Dark Continent?"
"MachGaogamon sent me," Huh? "He sensed something happen between you and your friends. I was actually visiting his village when he told me, so he sent me to find ya guys and so far, I only saw ya." He said.
"Can we go together to find my team?" I asked him and he nodded.
"Of course," He puts me on his shoulder and began to fly ahead. To the direction I was taking to find the others.
I don't even sense any of the Legendary Warriors' auras nearby, except one since we are in his element's region. Causing myself to shiver a bit with chills going down onto my spine. Not only that, but what's up of him reacting towards Koji? After he hurt him? I mean, the way he reacted towards the sight of him, went all psycho crazy, like he didn't mean to hurt Koji.
Then, before that, Akitamon asked if she and Duskmon have met before. Hearing the Darkness Warrior said, 'you look familiar.' Does he mean he remember something from the past? During the Human-Beast War? Not until I smell something...
"Is it going to rain?" I asked Ex-Veemon, making him stop mid-air.
"I don't think so," He said when the two of us look up at the sky. "The sky is cleared at the moment." That's when the rain started to come down. "Hang on, Amy, we'll-"
"No, wait, Vee," I tell him, raising my right hand up, reaching for the rain. "This rain, I don't think it meant to come down." I began to sense something very familiar. I closed my eyes and I saw a familiar symbol that belongs to..."Agunimon." Not until my moment is ruined with a few Digimon screaming. "Huh?"
"Hey, isn't that Gaomon and those two Digimon ya guys always with?" I look back at front and saw Gaomon and the two guides are running from something. More like a boomerang going after the trio. With a weird looking masked monkey Digimon also going after them.
"Who the heck is that, Vee?" He groaned.
"That's Sepikmon, he's a very lonely Digimon," Vee said. "He has no friends and spent time throwing that boomerang of his to himself." I look over to meet his gaze.
"How come?" He met mine.
"He uses his boomerang to force someone to be his friend," He said, causing my eyes to go wide a bit while I hear the trio screaming in fright from where they are.
"Let's go save them." And we did, catching up to them, in case Sepikmon uses his weapon to hurt them. The poor thing, that's probably why he has no friends to play with. Not until the two of us gasped in shock when we saw the monkey threw his weapon at the trio. "Gao! Guys!" That's when I've felt the familiar warmth after he caught the boomerang and saved the three Digimon.
"You guys okay?" Agunimon asked them after Ex-Veemon landed.
"Where have you been?" Bokomon asked him.
"Yeah, we missed you," Neemon said.
"Aw, I've missed you guys, too." The Flame Warrior said, seeing my girl jumped at him and hug him. He did the same with a chuckle after I jumped off of Vee's shoulder and felt tears coming out of my eyes. Gaomon notice us.
"Amy, Ex-Veemon." She greeted, causing the three males to look over and I've met Agunimon's beautiful light blue eyes.
"Amy." I lost it as I ran over to him.
"Aguni!" I jumped into his arms after he put Gaomon down, and caught me, holding me close to him as I hug him back. "Takuya, I'm so happy that you're okay." I spoke. "I regret for what I said, I didn't mean it." He held me a bit tighter, not wanting to let go of me while I thought the same. "I'm so sorry, I really am."
"It's okay, Ames," He said in my ear, feeling his warm aura surrounding us, his spirits are telling me that they're really well and Takuya have matured and grown, which it made my heart warm with happiness. "I'm just glad you're all right. I was so worried about you."
The two of us look at each other, setting me down to the ground to kneel and brushes my long hair from underneath my bandana. "I'm really sorry for hurting you and didn't listen to you. I should've since you told me to trust you that my plan isn't work out at all, which I failed everyone, especially to Koji since he's the one who took the hit for me. You were trying to save me from the most dangerous thing that I almost put everyone at risk, which it caused almost your life."
He held my hands into his own and turn them over. Seeing my fingerless gloves are just ordinary normal gloves as he rubs both of his thumbs over my palms, which it made me blush a bit.
"I'm really sorry, Akitamon," I look up and met his gaze. "Truly, I am. Do you forgive me?" I smiled and embraced him again.
"You know it, big guy." He hugs me back and chuckles a bit. We look at each other again, then he fix my glasses and lean onto my forehead, for a sweet kiss he gave me, causing myself to smile some more. I can tell the four Digimon are watching with grins on their faces, too, now the tension between us have been lifted.
Then, I gotta ask as I look over at the three Digimon. "Hey, where is everyone after we split up?"
"After the battle with Duskmon," Gaomon started. "They were captured by Ranamon and Mercurymon. JP, Zoe and Tommy are trapped, I tried to go and save them, but I was Wanyamon when I woke up after Bokomon and Neemon found me." She said. "Even Duskmon disappeared, too."
"Where's Koji?" Agunimon asked after he stood up.
"I don't know, do I?" Neemon asked. Not until the three Digimon freaked out after the monkey Digmon appeared behind them, causing Ex-Veemon and Agunimon being on guard while I held my trio friends behind me.
"Excuse me, could I have my boomerang back?" Oh, yeah, Agunimon grabbed it from the ground after he turned around.
"That depends, will you be more careful with it?" He asked the monkey dude, seeing him look confused.
"What do you mean more careful? It's a boomerang, I throw it and it comes back," He said. "I'm confuse." The poor thing.
"Just watch where you throw it, pal, you could hurt someone." Agunimon said, hearing the four Digimon agreeing with him while I let out a quiet giggle.
"Oh, you're right, I'm sorry," Sepikmon said, rubbing his head with his hands. "I never wanted to hurt anyone." Dude, you almost did with my partner and our Digimon guides. "I just wanted some friends." We watched Agunimon walk over to him.
"Maybe you're just trying too hard, buddy," He said, handing Sepikmon back his boomerang. "Just be yourself, you know?" And walked back over to us. Causing the monkey dude curious.
"You mean, people will like me if I'm just myself?" I nodded.
"Of course," I cut in with a grin. "Look at me, I have four amazing Digimon friends and one handsome looking one, who happens to be a Legendary Warrior himself. All because I'm too, being myself when it comes to my friends." Causing Gaomon to jump on my head and hear her giggle. "Especially this one since the two of us were practically the same."
"You got that right, Amy." Ex-Veemon chuckled, hearing the other three chuckling, as well.
"Does that mean that you guys would really be my friends?" Sepikmon asked with a grin.
"Sure, why not?" Agunimon answered, causing Sepikmon to do his dance and chant some random words.
"Ooga chaka, ooga chaka, ooga chaka," Causing myself to giggle a bit that he's really happy. "Mercurymon has our other friends, right? Well, maybe I can help you find them."
"What do you mean?" That's when he tossed his boomerang again, only this time, it's not spinning. One of the ends is pointing to the right.
"Just follow my spirit boomerang, it should lead you right to them." And the boomerang to fly to the direction we're going to take.
"We will, thank you." Agunimon went off, causing Bokomon and Neemon going after him.
"Gao, go with them, I'll catch up." She obeys and digivolved to LadyGaogamon, watching her lifting the two Digimon onto her back and went after Agunimon. I look up at Ex-Veemon and he smiles down at me.
"Good luck with the rest of your adventure, Amy, we'll see each other again," I nodded and hug him while he hugs me back. I even gave Sepikmon a hug, too.
"Thank you for your help, Sepikmon," I tell him after I look up at him. "Don't be afraid to be yourself, okay?" He nodded with a grin. Then, I began to spirit evolve. "Execute! Spirit Evolution! Akitamon!" And I flew after my friends. "Hey, wait for me!" I sped up, catching up with Agunimon and the rest with the boomerang in front of us.
"Hang on, guys, we're coming!" Agunimon shouted as he continued running with the rest of us behind him. Not until I've felt strong, yet two senses in my heart.
"Ah," One of them is the warmth aura I've felt when..."Oh, no, Koji." That made Agunimon to stop while me and LadyGaogamon did the same. Well, I stop mid-air, since hello, I'm flying at the moment. "Agunimon, he's in trouble, I sense Mercurymon is fighting him, he's still hurt from the last battle. What should we do?" He walks over to me, then held one of my hands, giving it a gentle squeeze and felt his warmness flowing through me.
"You go on ahead," Huh? "You're the only one who can fly the fastest and save him. If the others are with him, then do your best of you can." He said with a small grin. "I trust you that you will be able to help them till LadyGaogamon and I get there, okay?"
"Agunimon." He really did mature. I flew down to him and hug him, felt his arms around my waist, hugging me back. "Please, hurry. I could use your firepower to beat Mercurymon's ass." That made the two of us laugh, then he lets me go. I smiled at him, then I went on ahead in speed.
I just hope he and the others are okay, I thought as I fly as fast as I can. Hang on, Lobo, I'm coming.
As soon I thought of him, I hear him crying out in battle, my eyes widen at the sight of him fighting against Mercurymon. Not only that, the others are captured with chains on their wrists above them and the ugly sea witch also appeared behind Lobomon in her Beast Spirit form.
"Acid Ink!" Lobomon managed to get away, hearing mentioning that she was quite a lady, which made me snicker as I flew in and kick her out.
"Back off, sea witch!" I kicked her from behind, seeing her faceplanted to the ground. She growled when she looked over at me.
"You!" I did a flip and landed in front of my fellow wolf.
"Akitamon." I helped him up.
"Are you okay?" I asked him, meeting his gaze.
"I'm just glad you're here," He said, leaning his head onto my own. "I've missed you." That made me blush big time, especially when my heart skip a beat.
Not now, heart, please! I thought, hearing Akitamon and Azurmon giggling.
"I've missed you, too," I grin at him, then glare over at the two evil Warriors. "Let our friends go, you two." Mercurymon chuckled.
"Seems the fifth player happens to be the fourth's weakness," The Steel Warrior said, causing me to growl as I release my staff. "Calmaramon, deal with her while I take care of Lobomon." Crap.
"With pleasure, honey," She cackled as the two of us split up and we began to fight the two evil Warriors.
I hear the others are doing whatever they can to motivate me and Lobomon to fight, these two idiots are stronger than before. In the state that Koji is in, I have to help him. He really did take that hit from Duskmon.
"Acid Ink!" I dodged away, then I whack my staff at her.
POW!
"Ahh!" She almost fallen over after I hit her on the face. "You brat!"
"There's plenty more where that came from, you ugly sea witch," I spin my staff and release it. "Akita Staff, hah!" Tossing it as a boomerang-I snorted, because of Sepikmon's boomerang-my staff manage to hit her again, but the ugly squid manage to catch with her tenacle and broke it in half, again. "Hey!"
"See? Imagine when I do that to your friends, suga," I growled again, and we continued fighting. Dodging every throw with her ugly tenacles, I can't get a clear shot for me to use either my fists or my Canis Beam.
"Whoa!" I ducked, then I've been caught. "Ah, hey!" By her tenacle.
"Akitamon!" I hear the trio cried out, felt myself being squeeze.
"Ahh!"
"Amy!" I hear Lobomon when he gotten hit by Mercurymon. "Unh! Oof!"
"Lobo!" Seeing him falling into a building that the Steel Warrior pushed him off.
"Join with him, honey," Calmaramon went ahead and toss me towards Lobomon, landing on top of him.
"Oof!" I groaned as I sat up to look at him. "I'm sorry, are you okay?" He nodded.
"I'm fine." He said. He quickly held me close when Ranamon and Mercurymon showed up above us.
"Oh, sweeties, don't tell me y'all are done playing with me," The Sea Warrior giggled, causing myself to growl as I get ready and protect the Light Warrior.
"Maybe the poor lads need some bit of refreshment," Mercurymon taunted with a smirk. Uh-oh.
"That is so thoughtful," Then, Ranamon claps her hands together and says this. "One drink of water coming up," With a dark cloud appearing as I quickly Lobomon's arms and have them wrapped around my shoulders.
"Hold on tight!" He nodded as I get ready.
"Drainin' Rain!" It's a good thing I am the fastest Warrior to fly, managing to get the two of us out of there while hearing the two idiots gasp as they look up. I smirked down and held my palms out.
"Take this, Canis Beam!" Blasted my attack on the Sea Warrior, heard her scream, and fell into her own water. Causing the small ocean to break through another opening of the building, along with Mercurymon falling in and joining with her.
Hearing Lobomon chuckling at the sight while I flew down to land. "Good one, Akitamon, thanks."
"Don't mention it," I giggled a bit, hearing the two idiots come out of the water and bickering.
"Have you no control?!" Mercurymon snapped.
"Why are you mad at me? It was your idea!" Ranamon sweat dropped, causing the two of us and the trio to laugh at the sight.
"I'm surrounded by buffoons," The Steel Warrior murmured as the two of us get ready.
"You got this, you guys!" Zoe called out.
"You can do it!" Tommy cheered.
"What they said!" JP laughed as I release another staff, spinning it and Lobomon with his Lobo Kendo. Not until it began to rain again, causing everyone to be confused, except me. I smiled when I know who it is.
"It's about time you guys got here," I laughed a bit as I look over and saw my best friend with my partner by his side.
"We took a detour," Agunimon joked, hearing ourselves giggling as the two of us fist bumped. Then, we get ready.
"At last, the sixth warrior hath arrived," I really hate him for talking like that.
"Then, let's get the show on the road," Ranamon taunted as she ran up to my best friend. I was about to jump in, but he blocks my way and manage to stop her with his Pyro Darts, but at the ground, causing her to stop. "Ha! Miss me, miss me, now you're gotta-Ah!" She got hit by his attacks.
"Thanks, but no thanks," Agunimon said, almost growling.
"That little whelp is much stronger than I remember," Mercurymon said while we watched Agunimon go ahead and did his Pyro Tornado at the force field, where the D-tectors are by the Datamon.
Wait a minute, how come I didn't realize-oh, wait, duh, I've been busy fighting, that's why. Anyway, as soon he did that, he called out for Lobomon to break our friends free while I caught the D-tectors and toss them over to Zoe and the guys.
"Go for it, guys," I tell them after they caught them and nod their heads at me.
"Execute! Spirit Evolution!"
"Kazemon!"
"Kumamon!"
"Beetlemon!" All of us are gathered with thunder booming and lighting being struck while the wind blew snow surrounding us. The three elements represent my three fellow Warriors.
"Aw, isn't this sweet?" Mercurymon smirked. "Together, at last, I love reunions." He chuckles. "It appears it's time for the final act of our little play." Seriously, since when did he becomes Shakespeare?!
"I should put on something appropriate," Ranamon said when she transformed back to Calmaramon.
"You don't really think you can win," Agunimon said. "Haven't you heard, it's not nice to mess with Mother Nature!" And we began to fight.
"Let's finish this!" Beetlemon called out as he began to release his attack. "Thunder Fist!" Slamming his fist to the ground, seeing them heading over to the squid, being electrocuted while Kazemon came in and does her kick.
"Tempest Twist!" Kicking the squid out.
"What is going on?!" Mercurymon was in shock.
"Blizzard Blaster!" Kumamon called out, using his bazooka aiming towards the Steel Warrior's feet and legs while Lobomon and I came in.
"Lobo Kendo!"
"Akita Staff!" Causing the two of us to whack Mercurymon in front of us and send him down to the ground.
"How did y'all get so strong?!" Calmaramon exclaimed.
"We have a stronger ally than you can ever imagine," Agunimon said, causing my heart to warm up while his arms are covered in flames.
"They're using the forces of nature to amplify their attacks," Mercurymon said. "The Master will be displeased."
"Forget the Master, what about us?!" Calmaramon exclaimed while Agunimon manage to trap them with his attacks.
"You won't defeat us, ever again," Agunimon said, then all six of us began to walk towards the two evil Warriors, seeing they were beginning to retreat till we saw my little Gaomon behind them and smirked up at them.
"Hi." She then went ahead jump and does her thing. "Gao Rush!"
POW! POW!
Hearing the two evil Warriors cry out as they fell over the cliff, caused us to laugh and cheered while my girl came over running and jumped onto Agunimon's arms, seeing the duo giving each other a high five.
"Good work, Gaomon," The Flame Warrior chuckled. Then, we went back to normal, with him still holding her while he look at the rest of us. With his eyes filled with guilt. "I'm so sorry, guys, this is all my fault."
"What're you talking about?" Zoe asked him. "You're the one who rescued us." With all of us smiling in his direction.
"But..." Takuya trailed off, causing my girl to cuddle up to him as he held her close, which the sight made my heart warm.
"It's okay, Takuya," Tommy grinned. "We were worried about you, but I knew you come through."
"I guess I really owe you one, Koji, Ames," I look over at JP, seeing the two boys grinning at each other.
"Nah," Koji look over at Takuya. "All of us owe Takuya. You've really changed."
"I hardly recognized myself," Takuya said after setting Gaomon down and then, petting her on her head. "I don't feel like a kid anymore, I think I finally understand what being a Digimon is all about," He looked up at me, then at the rest of the team. "We're in one crazy ride, guys, all of us."
"I'm very proud of you, T," I tell him. "If my cousin was here, she'll be saying the same thing. You've finally got that in your head, huh?"
"Thanks to you for the way you were holding me down with your staff," He said while rubbing his chest. "Geez, since when you got so strong?" All of us laughed at that.
Not until I sense something familiar when I look over behind me. I did say we're still in his element region, right?
Akitamon. I called her in my mind.
"I know, I sensed him, too." Look like we're not out of the woods yet.
