AUTHOR'S NOTE
Thank you all so much for reading Tales from the Rebellion. When I started writing these one-shots, I had no idea they would change the entire direction of the Chosen Universe. What started as a curiosity about how Laby and Lido got involved with the Rebellion soon grew into an entire history of Eltar. I never imagined so much would come out of this project.

This journey has been incredible and I truly understand who the Rebels are, how they ended up the way they did, and what really turned Zell into the monster he became. Through this fic, I got to know Serafine, Ash, and Daphne as well as the people who were the most important to them. I learned the truth about the Witch and Jezzeff and realized they were the true villains all along. So much came out in these one-shots that the project made me realize Zell could be saved after all, and I desperately wanted to see it happen.

Special thanks to Aura MacKenzie, my Muse, who routinely helped me work out the details and unravel the chaotic story that was slowly piecing itself together in my mind. Most of these one-shots would not have been written without her encouragement and support.

I'd also like to thank Dragonflydart for his constant enthusiasm for these stories. It's nice to know someone cares about the Eltarians as much as Aura and I do.

Although there are a hundred more stories I could tell about the Rebels, I chose to end Tales from the Rebellion with Lido's story. I finally feel I've told all of the Rebellion stories I originally set out to tell. I hope you have enjoyed reading these Tales as much as I've enjoyed writing them. The stories of the Eltarians continue in Chosen Destiny.
