"Well if that's the case then why didn't you come back?!" Kali asked
"Well Kali do you really think Rifalme will let it slip? He would have killed me by then" Chaka answered
"Kali they have lied about everything they built this empire with lies it wouldn't be a surprise that they're lying to you as well!" Chaka thundered
Kali didn't answer and was in silence he has to know more about this he cannot believe it at first there has to be an explanation
"Hey there" Kali called bird
"What is it master Kali?" the black crow asked
"I want to know more what really happened during the tragedy" Kali answered
"What tragedy?!" The black crow asked
"King Mzee's Death i want to know the truth tell Rifalme to come here and ill ask him some questions myself" Kali answered
"As you wish Kali" The crow answered not referring him as the master
"So if it happens to be true what are you going to do?" Chaka asked
"I don't know" Kali answered
"Sounds like a plan" Chaka said
"I'm tired Rafiki is the tree of life really that far?" Simba asked
"Yes Simba in fact we're just getting started!" Rafiki answered
"Rafiki do you think he will recognize me?" Simba asked
"Simba he isn't himself like i said so maybe not" Rafiki answered
"I just hope it won't go dirty i miss him" Simba said
"Simba you have to prepare for all of the outcomes" Rafiki said

Kali was preparing on what would he do if he tries to turn his back on the Dolalands will the hyenas still be loyal to him? How much trouble will he get? Will everyone forgive him for what he has done in his past?
"Shenzi" Kali called
"what is it Kali?" Shenzi asked
"Who are you the most loyal with? Me or the kingdom?" Kali asked
Shenzi didn't know how to respond first it was the kingdom that provided them food but on the other hand Kali is the one that treated them the best
"Why are you asking Kali?" Shenzi asked
"I think we may be in the wrong side something is fishy" Kali said
"What exactly is it Kali?" Shenzi asked
"The lion you brought is Chaka the true heir of the Dolalands and he said that Rifalme is the one that is responsible For King Mzee's death" Kali answered
Shenzi didn't know how to respond mostly because it's her clan that took apart on Rifalme killing his older brother
"So going back to the question are you loyal to me or the kingdom?" Kali asked
"You we are loyal to you" Shenzi answered
"Very well ready your clan to jump ship as the king is on his way here" Kali commanded
Shenzi told the whole clan about it as on how they are going to switch sides on Kali's wish and everyone agreed as the whole clan is extremely loyal to Kali
"Sire message from Kali" The crow said which was the King's majordomo
"What is it?" Rifalme asked
"Something is happening sire Kali is asking on what really happened to the tragedy we might l-lose him" The crow said with stutters
"Kali will never do that I'm sure of it" Rifalme said defending his apprentice
"Well see it yourself sire he requests you to go the tree of life and meet with him" The crow said
"Very well if Kali really is turning against us it will be the biggest mistake of his life" Rifalme said with a threatening tone
"If we go back without Kali tell Ruudhi that he will be promoted to master and announce Kali's little "tragic" death" Rifalme commanded
"It will be done sire" The crow said
The plan was set up Rifalme was prepared for this day to come if he lost Kali he will have a replacement and announce Kali's death as a hero despite being a traitor
Kali is waiting the king in the tree of life he as to know it he has to know the truth on how this all happened
And there he goes the king has arrived with an army
"Oh Kali i heard you summoned me on a meeting this place is beautiful eh? You have done a good job subjugating this place" Rifalme said with a grin
"You know damn well why im here Rifalme" Kali said
"Oh what is it?" Rifalme asked
"Tell me what really happened during King Mzee's death" Kali asked with a threatening tone
"On top of that who really killed Thamani?" Kali added
"Oh Kali you know it both of them were killed by outsiders why are you asking this? I thought you already know" Rifalme answered with a laugh
"The truth Rifalme" Kali roared
"So sad that it has to end this way" Rifalme said
"Mzee was to weak i offered him a suggestion that will strengthen our kingdom and i offered something that it will, By conquering other prides after that we will be known as the strongest" Rifalme answered
"And then?" Kali asked
"Oh we're just getting started after that he rejected me like a fool so i had to kill him to become the king and do what i want" Rifalme answered
"Y-you killed your own brother.." Kali stuttered
"I did what i had to do" Rifalme said
"Then after that what happened to the queen and the Prince?" Kali asked
"Oh they died too" Rifalme answered
"Oh you sure are a horrible killer because the Prince is still here" Kali said with Chaka appearing on his back
"Miss me?" Chaka said
"No it cannot be!" Rifalme exclaimed
"Yes Rifalme i serve the true heir and the true king now" Kali said
"Oh Kali Mzee turned against me don't you turn against me!" Rifalme threatened
"I'm done Rifalme after hearing all this lies" Kali said
"You can't do this! I raised you like my son!" Rifalme exclaimed
"It doesn't change what happened" Kali said
"Well it really is a shame that it ended this way.. ATTACK" Rifalme commanded the lionesses behind him
"Shenzi! Now!" Kali commanded
The hyenas battled with Rifalme's lioness army slowing them down
"I was trying to ask him another question but here we go" Kali said with a disappointed tone
"Kali we have to go now the hyenas wouldn't be strong enough" Chaka said
"Alright Shenzi it's time to go tell your clan we will run now!" Kali commanded
Kali Chaka and the hyena clan have ran away completely slowing down Rifalme's army however they left the tree of life behind, under Rifalme's hands
"Such a fool he planned it all" Rifalme said
"Well sire be thankful that you haven't told him about what really happened to his partner yet" The black crow said
"And i just have the perfect plan about it, Giza tell Ruudhi that he has to kill Kali as he just betrayed us" Rifalme commanded
"It will be done sire" Giza flew following the king
"Oh Kali it really is a shame.." Rifalme whispered
Meanwhile Kali have ran away with chaka and Shenzi's clan taking a break after seeing a den
"This will be a good place to stay" Kali said stopping at the huge den
"You really did it that fast huh now we have to leave that gorgeous place for this" Chaka complained
"Oh look who wants to conquer a kingdom now" Kali joked
"Well it can't be that bad right?" Chaka said
"Yeah i have seen worse" Kali answered
"Why do you have hyenas as your army instead of lionesses like the others?" Chaka asked
"Well they seem to be the best ones and they bite harder than lionesses" Kali answered
"Seems about right" Chaka said
Meanwhile Simba and Rafiki are still on its way to the tree of life..
However a wind has warned Rafiki
"Uhh Rafiki why did you stop?" Simba askdd with winds blowing his mane
"The Kings have warned me that Kopa is not in the tree of life anymore" Rafiki answered
"Then where is he?" Simba asked
"The winds are showing me the way follow me!" Rafiki said

Kali finally turned against the kingdom however he still doesn't know about his past
