Julieta rushed home. They had enough food at the clinic where she could leave for a bit. Her employees knew what to do and the food to give to the correct ailments. Her eldest daughter, Isabela, rushed to her. "Mamá," Isabela sighed. "I'm so glad you're home. We're having an emergency."

"I think I know what you're talking about," Julieta said. Isabela led her mamá to the kitchen, where Alma and Mirabel sat with one Stephen Strange. "I saw you on the news. You're one of those Avengers."

"That I am," Stephen said. Julieta noticed a nasty burn on the man's face. Julieta was used to treating injuries caused by her sister's weather. It was almost a daily occurrence since they first got their gifts. Julieta knew what to do.

She went to the pantry. Julieta had some leftover arepas from breakfast. She brought out a few and offered them to the former sorcerer supreme. He ate on, and the nasty burn was gone in seconds. "Thank you," Stephen said.

"You're welcome," Julieta responded. "So, what's brought you to our corner of Colombia?"

"I came here tracking the Scarlet Witch," Stephen explained.

"The Scarlet Witch?" Julieta asked. "Pepa mentioned somebody called that. You know her?"

"I know all about Wanda," Stephen said. "She's trying to dimension hop. I'm sure you heard of the events of Westview?"

"No," Alma said. "News is slow to get here."

"Well, Wanda Maximoff is a powerful witch that enslaved a town," Stephen explained. "In that town, she used her magic to create children. When she set the town free, she lost her children since they were a part of the spell. However, they exist somewhere else in the multiverse. She's trying to find them."

"The multiverse is real?" Mirabel asked.

"It's real," Stephen said. "She uses a book called the Drakhold. It landed in Pepa's possession. I tried to collect it from her, but she attacked me. I think she and Wanda are teaming up."

"She told me she's looking for the Scarlet Witch," Julieta said. "Her gift was acting up."

"As powerful as Wanda is, she can't traverse the multiverse alone," Stephen explained. "She needs this one girl. Her name is America Chavez, and she's currently safe at the Kamar-Taj. She has a powerful group of sorcerers protecting her."

"Why does she need protecting?" Mirabel asked.

"Wanda plans on stealing her powers," Stephen explained. "By stealing her powers, she will kill America. Being in another multiverse for too long will also create an incursion. Reality as we know it could break. I learned that the hard way when I tried to help Spider-Man."

"Pepa is probably traveling the multiverse to find Félix, Dolores, Camilo, and Antonio," Isabela said.

"We need to stop her before it's too late," Mirabel said. Stephen opened a portal to the Kamar-Taj.

"After you," Stephen said.

Bruno was becoming more concerned for his sister. So, Bruno did what he always did when he had concerns. Bruno set up his room so to prepare for him to have a vision. He was still quite rusty after a decade of not using his gift, but it worked.

The vision dome surrounded him. "I just need to know Pepa will be okay," Bruno muttered. Bruno saw Pepa. He saw Pepa smiling from ear to ear. "Woo!"

However, the more Bruno looked, the more creepy the smile looked. The people around Pepa were lying on the floor, dead. Blood that wasn't hers covered Pepa. "Pepa, what are you going to do?" Bruno asked.
