That afternoon, Sydney escaped her devious houseguest and went to meet Alex and Erika for coffee. She couldn't wait to tell them about what Regina had said and done so far. Just thinking of it made her blood boil and she had to hold the urge to punch the nearest thing to her.

Just as Sydney reached the coffee shop, Sydney became very dizzy. She had to hold onto the door and it was all she could do to remain upright. She shook her head, got the dizziness to pass, chalked it up to her blinding rage and went inside the shop. She plopped down at the table her friends were sitting at.

"Something wrong Sydney?" Alex asked, sipping her green tea with lemon.

"I hate other people's wives!" Sydney exploded.

"I certainly hope that doesn't include us," Erika replied, stirring her sugar into her coffee.

"Of course not," Sydney claimed once she realized what she had said. The other women just smiled. They knew that comment wasn't directed towards them.

"Whats wrong Sydney?" Erika asked.

"Julien got released from the hospital today and his crazy ass wife has come to Dallas to "care for him" or something like that."

"Regina is here?" Alex asked.

"Oh yeah and let me tell you, having that woman here makes me long for the days when Candace Duggan tried to have Gage arrested."

"Oh this must be serious if you're comparing her to Candace Duggan," Alex replied.

"This psycho woman has criticized my home, my family, is convinced I'm after Julien even though I am so completely in love with Gage and now I've challenged her to a fight tomorrow and if she wins, I need to convince Julien to leave the Rangers and go back to Oklahoma."

"You did what?" Erika asked.

"You said you would convince Julien to leave the Rangers?" Alex asked.

"Only if she wins the fight and I know that won't happen. I have trained enough with Walker and Gage to kick her ass up and down the streets of Dallas for the next 6 months."

"So what do you get if you win?" Alex asked.

"She shuts her cakehole and leaves me alone."

"So she will never speak again?" Erika asked as she chuckled at the thought.

"Well that would be nice," Sydney said as she propped her head on her hand. The waitress came and Sydney ordered a mocha frappe with a chocolate croissant. Alex raised an eyebrow as Sydney wasn't really a chocolate fan.

"Are you feeling alright Sydney?" Alex asked.

"That woman makes my blood boil and I can't even say anything to Gage about it because I promised myself I would be nice to Regina even though the woman makes me want to rip out her innards and feed them to the birds!"

"I meant because you ordered chocolate. You don't like chocolate."

"Did I order chocolate?" Sydney asked.

"Yes you did and if you don't want the chocolate croissant, I will be happy to help you eat it," Erika said.

"That's weird. I don't like chocolate but today I just seem to want it for some reason."

Erika and Alex eyed each other. They both knew that Sydney wanted another baby. Maybe her unexplainable anger and need for chocolate were signs that she was pregnant!

"Sydney are you pregnant?" Alex asked.

"What? Of course not."

"How do you know though? Didn't you tell Gage you wanted more children?" Erika asked.

"Well yeah I told him I wanted another baby or to at least talk about it. But we haven't really talked about it since we had that special mission with the army and then Julien's injury."

"But you have been intimate?" Alex asked.

"Not in awhile."

"Have you been trying?" Alex asked.

"We tried a few new things but it was awhile ago. I knew I was pregnant with Chris almost instantly."

"Each baby is different. That's what this pregnancy has taught me, its so much different than Angela's."

"Maybe you should take a test," Erika suggested.

"I don't have time to think about that. I have to concentrate on kicking that "yogalates" bitch ass tomorrow."

Alex and Erika looked at each other and sighed.

"It might not hurt to take a test before the match. You wouldn't want to accidently hurt a baby if there's one in there," Alex said.

"Or even just pop into the doctor's on your way home. Blood tests are more accurate," Erika added.

"Don't you think I would know if I were pregnant?"

"I had no idea with Dallas," Erika stated.

"I didn't with Angela either."

"Okay if it will get y'all off my back, I'll stop at Dr. Dixon's on the way home. Actually I better leave now if I wanna get there before the office closes. I'll see y'all tomorrow at the match."

Sydney finished her drink and tossed the last of the croissant into her mouth, threw $10 on the table and headed out the door. Alex and Erika just looked at each other, smiled and giggled.
