Kurama The Platinum Zoroark: Uh, thanks. Don't worry, I already have ten chapters of this story up and ready to be posted over the next ten days.

Disclaimer: I do not own the Inheritance Cycle. I only own the OC.

This can't be happening! This cannot be happening! I thought, freaking the hell out right now. And why shouldn't I? I've woken up in some strange land and I'm a freaking dragon! I mean, sure, that does sound cool.. IF I WAS A FIVE YEAR OLD NAIVE CHILD!

Yeah, I've loved dragons since I was a kid and enjoyed watching movies, shows and read books involving them, but never did I ever think I would actually become one... unless this is a dream, a pretty weird and... real dream.

Okay, twisting my head around, I gave my new body a look over. Hmm... if I had to guess, I looked like a much smaller, silver-scaled version of Smaug from the Hobbit: Desolation of Smaug movie, which is a favourite of mine next to the rest of the Hobbit and LOTR movies, plus Smaug looked awesome and Benedict Cumberbatch voiced him brilliantly.

I suddenly snapped my head to the right, I felt something… strange? My… mind was assaulted by… another presence? The call was rather… exhaustive, I mean it felt like some sort of roar of discomfort a tiger would use when in fear for her children or when attacked.

Something told me to go and search for the source…

I snorted, and frowned as few puffs of smoke exited my nostrils, if I had an eyebrow I would raise it. Well, if I am in "Alice in Wonderland", might as well enjoy the trip! This fucking body is irritating however…

My Odyssey now was trying to "walk" with my new clawed feet. I looked like a fucking clown if I had to be honest, my pride was shattered into tiny pieces. Wonder how people will react to me… of course, they'll be running and screaming like headless chickens.

I had a toothy grin on my face…

Too bad my face impacted again on the ground…

FUCK!

I swear I'll tear something apart for fuck sake! This body is impossible to use… As I used what God offered me (my legs), my wings were instead fully extended. I looked like Toothless from How to Train Your Dragon, can't remember the scene of the movie where he walked like this though.

The forest finally finished, I became aware of hills and green all over. It was very beautiful…

This… doesn't like it was touched by human kind at all… just… where the hell am I?

My hearing picked something up, it was very tiny at first. But it sound became a clear sound of… wings?

I blinked a few times, what animal could have those kind of wings? They sounded very easy to track since they were loud. I realized the beat of wings came from my left and up.

I raised my head and tried to find the source.

Something was coming towards me…

My first instinct was to dodge or to run away, however with this body I couldn't do that much. But luck was on my side as the thing coming was not a projectile or anything else.

It instead landed on the ground and… it was another dragon. A big, sapphire-colored dragon that looked very much like Saphira from the Inheritance Cycle books. a quick look over her showed that she was built to fly. Her legs were thinner allowing for less drag on complex manoeuvres, talons were curved for ripping and latching power allowing her to grip her prey in the skies with ease. She had to have been about the same size as me, so that would indicate we were the same age I suppose? Her scales were a beautiful sapphire blue that shone marvellously in the light and her deep blue eyes made it look as if one was staring into gemstones.

And from her back, a boy stumbled on the grass as he tried to balance himself… I stared at him with wide eyes… that was definitely Eragon…

Holy… shit… Saphira eye me with a mist of emotion, over the years I could even catalogize them with just observing the face. She was shocked, curious, confused, suspicious and very hopeful. Oh yeah, she believed herself the last free dragon in the land and seeing me, another of her kind...

Wait, that means I'm in the Inheritance Cycle world?! Holy... shit...

Saphira glanced at Eragon for a few seconds, they seemed to be having a conversation since the boy frowned and slightly gestured at me with a twitch of his fingers.

Saphira was clearly annoyed as she ignored her rider and approached me. She stopped about two or three away from me, staring at my figure as if I wasn't a real being and even touched my chest with a claw. I blinked a few times and slightly recoiled back from her touch, my face contorting in discomfort.

She started to sniff me, Eragon raised an eyebrow at her behaviour but he was too confused to even stop her. Saphira circled me, sniffing in different spots, when the situation started to get way too uncomfortable for me to handle, I gently pushed her away with a claw.

She stopped. I then felt something wrapping around me as a blanket, something was trying to talk with me and wanted access to my mind…

Was Saphira trying to contact me using the mind speak thing?

Why the hell not? It's not everyday you get to meet one of your most favourite fictional character. So I eased myself and gave her free room for walking in. Let's give this a try. Hello?

Saphira tilted her head. Who are you? Her voice was melodious and soft on the ears and uniquely feminine. It sounded... angelic and nice.

Wait, where did that come from?

Oh shit, she wants a name... oh bloody hell, what's a good name for a dragon? Think! Think! Think! Umm...

Ancalagon.

Thank you Tolkien lore. Sure Ancalagon wasn't a silver-scaled dragon, but his name sounded incredibly powerful and perfect for the largest dragon in Middle-Earth.

Ancalagon... Saphira said, testing my new name, It's an odd name, but then again, our own knowledge of dragon lore is limited.

I took another look over Saphira, taking in the detail more thoroughly. Her angled head came up to my scaly shoulder. Although Saphira was smaller than me, I already knew how skilled she was, simply by her instincts. Due to the sun, her scales gleamed brilliantly. Her wings, their membranes a pale blue, were held gracefully at her side. I gulped, I never imagined her to be so...

No. What am I thinking? Sure, I may be a dragon for as long as this dream lasts, but once I wake up, it'll definitely be an awkward memory. Saphira may look beautiful in my eyes, but I'm sure that she sees me as a threat.

I thought I was the only egg rescued. Saphira said, bring me from my thoughts. Shit, better make a quick backstory up. I can't exactly tell them my real origins or they'd think me to be crazy...

I actually lived out here for a while, however most of the time a human brought me food so I hadn't worries over really moving… To emphasize my point, I tried to walk but stumbled. Saphira looked surprised while Eragon slightly jerked back at my sudden movement. …this is what became of me. The human unfortunately was… uh, attacked by bandits no too long ago, now I have to learn what I should have learned… nine months ago.

Now, which part are we at in the story?

Saphira turned back to Eragon for a moment, the boy looked very anxious and shaken, and I felt yet another mental reach. It was clearly coming from the young rider.

I accepted his call too…

There, happy Saphira? Now we must return! Garrow is in danger!

Fuck… me… sideways…

Of course! Of fucking course this part of the timeline included Garrow's death!

Okay, okay, first things first, let the story continue its course. Do NOT change anything because A, the timeline could collapse or B, the events would forever change this world… From what I've learned thanks to Doctor Who, never mess with established events or a timeline, it could have great consequences.

That is your main concern, Eragon?! And not this? Saphira lifted a wing and motioned at me, I was slightly embarrassed from being the center of this sudden attention but I couldn't do anything else.

For how much I can be surprised over seeing another dragon like you out here, yes! My uncle is the main concern, thank you for asking Saphira. Fuck fuck fuck! If I was the distraction from Eragon going to search his uncle (Who's still barely alive I believe) then the timeline was already fucked up!

You should follow your rider's advice and go search for his family member… I tried to defuse the situation… I have no part of your journey. Great! Now I sounded like an old man or one of those "sapient" magician or bullshits like that.

Saphira snapped her head at me in shock while Eragon's shoulders went down. Perhaps he was pleased with my suggestion.

What? We cannot leave you here!

As much as it is indeed a bad choice, your rider has a family member in need… better go.

You heard him Saphira! Let's go! Eragon was impatient, who could blame him? I would act like that if my uncle or dad or mother was in the same mess.

Saphira's glanced at me and back at Eragon multiple times before she growled in defeat. She faced me and gave one of her biggest glares. Oh shit. Do not try to get away, you still have a lot of questions to answer… She then puffed her chest… I will teach you what you need to know once this event has been take care of.

She slightly crouched and Eragon mounted on her. Saphira widened her wings and ascended in the sky. All the while she looked at me, not with a glare but with interest.

Well, that was interesting...

And that's it for the second chapter folks. I hope you all enjoyed it. Now I have ten chapters of this all written up and ready to be posted, so... yeah, look forward to that.
