Hello, everybody! Welcome back to Those Who Seek Revenge! Now, before we start, I'd like to extend a big thank you to one DrSkeltor on Ao3 for his pointers and advice on how Ellie's Force Powers should develop due to being resurrected into a cyborg, because oh boy, those powers SKYROCKETED thanks to the trauma she's experienced on top of a newfound burning hatred for the Toppat Clan for what those treacherous asshats did to her and Henry. After all, the Force seemed particularly strong with Ellie, considering she lifted a solid gold train car filled with trillions upon trillions worth of solid gold, jewels of varying sizes, artifacts again of varying sizes, an armory's worth of golden assault rifles, and at least one Among Us Crew member (who may or may not be an Imposter, assuming there's any weight difference between an Imposter and a regular crew member) damn near into orbit like it was a child's tub toy with minimal effort and no apparent training, imagine how powerful she is now that the burning rage and hatred of the Dark Side is fueling her thanks to the Toppats… well, she's got unlimited power now, that's for damn sure. Not a lot of Toppats are gonna be left alive for Galeforce and the Government to interrogate after Ellie gets her hands on them.
Well, that's all I really wanted to go over. Let's begin!
Chapter One: Doctor V
?
The rising sun shone on the lifeless and heavily damaged bodies of Henry Stickmin and Ellie Rose floated lifelessly in the ice cold ocean waters near the Yukon regions of Canada, barely recognizable from all the damage they had sustained from both a fall from an airborne airship and an exploding motorcycle, not to mention the damage caused to their floating bodies by just being in the frozen waters.
As the two bodies floated, unknowing and oblivious, a large ship pulled up next to them, it's owner, a young Russian woman with blonde woman, glasses, and wearing a doctor's outfit called Doctor Vinschpinsilstein, or Doctor V for short, who immediately set out to recover the bodies. Bringing the bodies into her medical lab onboard her vessel and placing them both on gurneys, V immediately got to work examining the two bodies.
Hmm… no apparent sign of life… burns and shrapnel embedded into flesh seem to indicate that they were caught in explosion…. skin coloration seems to indicate they were floating in water for at least twelve hours… V thought to herself as she examined Henry and Ellie's corpses. Not exactly ideal circumstance for the Rebirth Procedures… but I have brought back worse… will need to perform X-Ray, MRI, and CAT scan to assess damage and degeneration of bone, muscle, and brain…
And with that, Doctor V brought her latest patients off towards her scanning machines. Once she had fully assessed the internal damage done to them, she could get to work reconstructing them… and, if the man was who she suspected he was, she would need to give the General a call… Galestorm and his new Captain would want to hear about what she fished out of the ocean.
One Month Later…
Henry groaned as his consciousness slowly returned to him. His body felt… different somehow… and heavier… as he slowly opened his eyes, it quickly became clear what exactly the reason for his body feeling odd was.
His left arm was replaced with a cybernetic replacement, as was parts of his right arm and parts of both of his legs. In terms of attire, Henry was currently wearing a hospital gown and nothing else. Taking a peek underneath his hospital gown, Henry soon discovered that his chest and midsection were covered in surgical scars, and parts of it were replaced with bits of metal.
What… what happened? thought Henry as he sat up. Last thing I remember was…
Slowly, Henry began to recall what had happened recently. How he and Ellie had escaped the Wall Complex, only to be betrayed by his lieutenant, Reginald Copperbottom, had dropped both him and Ellie to their deaths, and how the two of them were caught in the explosion caused by the motorcycle the two of them escaped on falling off the cliff.
A burning surge of anger and hatred raced through Henry. When I find that backstabbing son of a bitch Reginald, I'm gonna- thought Henry before the door leading into his room opened and through it walked an unfamiliar woman wearing a doctor or scientist's outfit.
"Ah, you are finally awake, good," said Dr. Vinschpinsilstein. "I am Doctor Vinschpinsilstein. However, that is mouthful, so feel free to be calling me Doctor V. I am freelance cybernetic augmentation and reconstruction specialist. You and friend were gone for a while, found you both adrift at sea, badly burned, but I was able to bring you both back to life," explained Dr. V. "However, to do so I had to replace spine, left arm, and parts of left leg with cybernetics. I also had to enhance some organs with cybernetics, as well as perform skin graft on side of face," the doctor continued to explain.
"You are Henry Stickmin, Aд? Leader of Toppat Clan? Well… ex-leader?" asked Dr.V.
"Yeah? You know about me?" asked Henry.
"I have encountered Toppat Clan before," explained Dr. V. "They brought man with red moustache here for treatment not long before I found you. They mentioned name while they here. Haven't heard anything about them since."
"I see…" said Henry. "What about the girl that was with me? Is… is she okay? Is she here?" asked Henry.
Dr. V nodded slowly. "Friend is here on vessel in separate room. Is still unconscious, but is stable. Injuries were a bit more severe, so more extreme reconstruction was needed," she explained.
"I'm gonna go check on her," Henry said as he started to get up from his bed, only to be dragged to the ground by the weight of his cybernetics.
"Careful!" cautioned Dr. V as she quickly moved to Henry's side to help him up. "You're still healing! On top of that, body is not yet used to the weight of your cybernetics! I was afraid of that… might have to do more surgery to balance out weight and strength…"
"You can do that later!" said Henry as he struggled to pull himself up to his feet. "I need to talk with her… gotta apologize… it's my fault she ended up getting caught in the crossfire between me and Copperbottom…"
"I told you, friend required more extensive reconstruction and is still unconscious!" Dr. V firmly told Henry. "It will take longer for her to regain consciousness. Please, Mr. Stickmin, lie back down in your bed."
Henry, please, just do what the doctor says, Ellie's voice said from inside Henry's head, much to the newly-made cyborg criminal mastermind.
Ellie, wha- How? thought Henry as he nodded and climbed back into bed as Dr. V got to work and made preparations for the surgery.
I'll be honest, I've never been able to use the Force to speak to someone telepathically before… even while I was conscious, explained Ellie. Maybe it has something to do with my injuries or some kind of connection that was forged between us…
So, you mean like a Force Chain has forged between us like Freya and the Exile had in KOTOR 2? asked Henry as Dr. V placed a gas mask over Henry's face and pressed something on a tank nearby.
I… don't really know… like I told you back at the complex, I only really know about what I can do with the Force and the more commonly known Force Powers… but… oh man… I'm starting to feel exhausted… we'll talk later after I wake up… said Ellie before her presence left Henry's mind, and it wasn't long before Henry was unconscious.
And that's a bingo! Before I forget, I should probably explain that while Ellie, through the Force, is aware of what is going on around her and is aware that she has been greviously injured and surigically reconstructed, she doesn't know anything outside of that. She doesn't know how badly she's been greviously injured and in what ways she's been surigically reconstructed and augmented. That said, if you liked what you saw here, then be sure to fave, follow, review, and join us next time as Ellie awakens, and we get a glimpse of just how powerful she has become! See you then!
