Hotaru Hatsumi was your average 13 year old girl whom had just moved from Japan to the US State of Virginia when a chance encounter with Latias and Latios changes her life forever. Now she has to balance her new civilian school life while defeating Cipher and their armies of Shadow Pokemon. Can Hotaru use her Rototrix's fourteen Pokemon D.N.A prevail over this new threat.

Episode 36: Electric Showdown P2

Hotaru and Static were once again in a situation way over their heads. Even with the help of Gear and Ziva things weren't in the hero or heroine's favor. Honestly Hotaru wasn't afraid of these Bang Babies even when most of the enemies numbers were from them, sure these villains had superpowers, but honestly in her opinion having super powers meant nothing compared to the dangers she faced daily in Shadow Pokemon. For that matter Hotaru in her Butterfree from paused looking around herself as six Shadow Pokemon surrounded her. These six Shadow Pokemon were, Shadow Garchomp, Shadow Beedrill, Shadow Charizard, Shadow Blastoise, Shadow Heracross, and Shadow Salamance. She took time to study these opponents making mental notes on which Shadow Pokemon to avoid the most and whom she could easily take out...Honestly only Shadow Beedrill and Shadow Heracross were Pokemon that she'd easily beat! Shadow Charizard, Shadow Salamance were the two Pokemon she should avoid the most as those could easily best her if they attacked. Static's back was pressed against Hotaru's while Gear's back was pressed against Ziva's.

"This is a lot of enemies we're up against" Static admitted to his group of allies "You sure you and Ziva got the Shadow Pokemon Hotarumon 14?"

Hotaru's eyes were strained on all six Shadow Pokemon and mostly on them "While this isn't my first rodeo taking on multiple Shadow Pokemon on at one time, the knowledge that they can Mega Evolve at any time really makes it a challenge...But Static...Ziva and I are the only ones that are even capable of defeat Shadow Pokemon. As a very famous hero once said we can't ignore the danger, we must have courage."

Static knew of the hero she was quoting Optimus Prime "True there."

Hotaru looked at him smiling "Ziva and I will handle the Shadow Pokemon, but you must deal with the Bang Babies! But that's also our advantage!"

"Hugh?" Static inquired.

Ziva smirked realizing what Hotaru meant as she spoke quietly eyeing the situation herself carefully "Mistress is right! You see, Pokemon even a Shadow Pokemon must be given orders on what attacks they must use in battle and if Ebon had ordered these six Shadow Pokemon, he might not have read the fine print!"

Gear actually chuckled "That's interesting, so Hotarumon 14 has the edge over the six Shadow Pokemon!"

"But doesn't that mean you have that disadvantage too Ziva?!" Static inquired.

"Normally it would be" Hotaru answered "But not to Ziva! I trust her own judgment on what attacks to do. Oh I can pitch in at any time, but unlike most Pokemon, she's free to use whatever attack she wants."

Ziva smiled extracting her claws "I won't fail you Mistress! Personally, try to leave Shadow Charizard and Shadow Blastoise to me...as an Electric type, I have the advantage over them."

Hotaru sighed with relief "That's a load off my shoulders!"

"WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR YOU IDIOTS ATTACK!" Ebon roared.

With this the Bang Babies prepared for an attack with Static turning to Ziva "Hotarumon 14 get underneath me! Ziva...I believe you and I need to spook them!"

Ziva smirked realizing what he had in mind "Gotcha!"

Hotaru swiftly flew underneath Static's hover board craft as Ziva unleashed her Discharge attack which Static powering the attack up with his own electricity. The super powered electric current struck all of the attackers creating an explosion after hearing them scream. In the chaos the unfolded Hotaru and Ziva charged towards the six Shadow Pokemon leaping at them. Both Hotaru and Ziva kicked at them with Hotaru taunting Shadow Garchomp "Come on fellas! Try to catch me!"

With a madden dragon like roar Shadow Garchomp pointed to Hotaru and after the other five Shadow Pokemon stood up began a chase.

Ebon turned to Gear and Static "Goes to see how brave your two allies were! Now it's the two of you against the ten of us!"

Static just gave Ebon a small got you smirk "Well the jokes on you Ebon! Because Hotaru has no interest in running away! For you see...You seem to be forgetting your big surprise you had in store for us!"

"HUGH?!" Ebon said turning to see all the Shadow Pokemon chasing after Hotaru and Ziva "HEY! YOU SIX! HOW ABOUT SOME HELP TO DISMANTLE STATIC AND GEAR?!"

Just as his back was turned Static unleashed a bolt of lightning at his back causing him to stumble glaring angrily at Static whom pipped up "Yeah, that's right! She and Ziva are taking care of your surprises as honestly those two are the only ones that can take them on...As for me and Gear...Well we're happy to take you and your gang out again Ebon!"

"THIS CHANGES NOTHING!" Ebon roared "YOU WILL DIE STATIC AND THAT BUTTERFLY GIRL AND HER PET WILL DIE WITH YOU!"

With this the Bang Babies charged the two outnumbered Dakota City heroes leaving the Shadow Pokemon to battle against Hotaru and Ziva.

Intro- Latias's voice- Three years ago, my brother Latios and I made our escape from Cipher taking the Rototrix with us. For three years we had avoided being captured and turned into Shadow Pokemon as well as keeping the Rototrix safe from Cipher whom were making plans to use it for their own evil needs. Three years later, Cipher has remerged selling Shadow Pokemon to Earth in a bid to take over the universe. Luckily my brother and I managed to save a girl in need and gave her the Rototrix a device that transforms the wielder into a Pokegirl or Pokeboy of 14 different types of Pokemon. Now she has the difficult task in not defeating Cipher but purifying all of the Shadow Pokemon. Hotaru certainly has a difficult task to do but she's the only chance two worlds have and I have a feeling, Hotarumon 14 is going to stop Cipher's plans once and for all.

While this was happening, Ashley sat with Darnel furious with herself that Hotaru was once again doing the heavy lifting. She wanted to do more for her girlfriend. Sure Hotaru had Ziva for support, but Ashley feared the day that even with Ziva's help it wouldn't be enough to save Hotaru in the end. After all Ziva was nearly devoured by Queen Venomica and even then barely survived that encounter! Ashley raised her fist and slammed it on the table with Darnel hearing this "Something on your mind Ashley?"

Ashley sighed frustrated tears even forming in her eyes as she thought of the dangers Hotaru put herself to save not only her and Darnel but the entire Manassas region "YOU BET DARNEL! HOTARU IS ALWAYS PUTTING HERSELF ON THE LINE AND THE BEST WE CAN DO IS HOPE ZIVA IS ALL SHE NEEDS TO HELP HER WHILE ALL YOU AND I DO IS STAND AT THE SIDELINES BEING USELESS!"

She starts crying massively now as she buries her head onto the table "All I can do is heal her if she gets badly injured...And that's all I can do! I've been kidnapped three times in the enemy's attempt to kill Hotaru off quickly and again, I couldn't even undo Loveria's petrification!"

Darnel watches her crying at how weak she thought she was "Ashley..."

Ashley sighed crossing her arms frustrated "AM I WRONG TO THINK LIKE THAT? AND YET...HOTARU AND I ARE A COUPLE! WHAT GOOD AM I IF I CAN'T DO ANYTHING TO SAVE MY OWN SKIN OR SUPPORT HOTARU MORE?!"

She looks at him but spoke in a normal tone "No, Darnel, I'm not jealous at Hotaru's life right now...It's just that I feel useless while the girl I love is fighting against evil with only Ziva for support..."

Darnel saw how hurt she felt and she spoke her true feelings. She honestly did feel useless and truly did want to do something more. The way she spoke, it was the same thing he was feeling he too felt useless and he let her know it "At least you have something that can help her...Your magic. I truly am the one that can't do anything to help her."

Ashley looked at him realizing that he too felt the same way and that both knew and felt that they had to do more. She sighed heavily "I see you feel that way too."

"I do" Darnel admitted "All you and I have done was supportive roles. I mean with what we saw with Tony and his friends, at least Rhody can go War Machine to back him up if he needs it."

Ashley nodded her head looking at her hands "I need to grow stronger with my magic. Yet all I can do is learn from books I find at home. I need to learn combat magic. Magic that can help Hotaru out both defensively and offensively!"

"There's an idea" Darnel admitted "But what can I do?"

Ashley thought on it "You can continue to help Hotaru out by what you have been doing...Or you can ask a certain Special Agent to train you."

Darnel whinced at what she meant "I bet you are referring to Special Agent Gibbs."

Ashley nodded "If he's not too busy with work, you can ask him to train you to help Hotaru. I mean you have no powers, I at least as you admitted have my magic to aide me. You know I bet Special Agent Gibbs could teach you to be like Batman!"

"Batman has gadgets you know that right."

"I do but do you see my point?!"

"I do" Darnel confessed a little fearful of Gibb's training regiment, but if there was anyone that could help him, he could use Gibb's training to help Hotaru in her fights. That way along with Ziva, they'd be a four man team! He looks at Ashley "How do you propose you'll learn the magic you need?"

Ashley held up a paper with a name on it "I found a clue in one of the books back at home...And there was this one name circled."

"And whose name was that?"

"Evangeline A.K. McDowell!"

Darnel pailed as he knew that Hotaru had once been to Mandora Academy before moving to America "Hotaru mentioned that name too, said she had a former classmate when she went to Mandora Academy when she lived in Japan named that...But how'd your book have that name circled?"

Ashley shrugged "Leave that as a big mystery even to me. But...There was something odd about that name...There was a note..."

Ashley brought out the book in question to show him the name then he saw the note and read it out loud "YOUR RELATED TO EVANGELINE?!"

Ashley blushes "Uh, yes...Somehow if that's what your getting out of the note why?"

Darnel answered "Evangeline AK. McDowell, Ashley...She's what one can call an Evil mage!"

He brought out an arcticle about Evangeline and Ashley screamed "WHAT? HOW AM I RELATED TO HER?! I'M NOT EVIL!"

"That's a big question" Darnel admitted "But the fact is as you said she maybe the key in learning your true potential..."

Ashley frowned "Hotaru never mentioned that about Evangeline."

"Most likely she didn't know" Darnel told her "I mean it's possible she only had a few classes with Evangeline and not all of them, but did that stop you from wanting to learn from her?"

"If she's the only one mentioned then, she has to be" Ashley sighed heavily then admitted to herself that it was possible in the United States' Public schools where it was nearly impossible to have all the same classes as your closest friends.

"So when do we tell Hotaru about this?"

"About Evangeline being a villain?" Ashley asked "She's got enough on her plate right now, she don't need to worry about a third!"

"Not talking about that, I meant our training regiment."

"Oh!" Ashley said relieved that Darnel meant that " I was thinking that maybe we could do that you know when Hotaru goes visiting her cousin Jake Long for training up in New York, we can use the weekeneds for training ourselves!"

"You make a good point" Darnel admitted.

"Starting next weekened!"

"Sounds like a plan" Darnel admitted.

Ashley turned her head worried for Hotaru "Hotaru...My love, Please be safe!"

Being safe was the least Hotaru was doing! She was in a hot heated battle against six Shadow Pokemon. She was being chased in the air by Shadow Beedrill, Shadow Salamance, and Shadow Charizard! Not good odds at least not with those last two Pokemon most likely having moves Super-Effective on her. She also felt as if she were in one of those Star Wars, spacecraft fight or the Independence Day movie air force battle scene. One thing that was in Hotaru's favor was that the Bang Babies didn't know how to control Shadow Pokemon properly! Without orders the Shadow Pokemon wouldn't know what to do. Unknown to her and Ziva, Queen Venomica was watching this outcome and was completely disgusted at what she seen. She was making a private conversation with Erdos "Erdosss...We're going to lose thossse six Sssshadow Pokemon! Thessse foolsss you've sssold them too don't know how to ussse them properly!"

At the other end of the call Erdos heard this and frowned understanding her, in fact his grip on the phone was at the point where he was almost destroying it "I TOLD THAT FOOL THAT HE NEEDS TO ORDER THE SHADOW POKEMON TO BE SUCCESSFUL!"

"I know we sssaid not to butt in..." Queen Venomica said "But...Couldn't you order those Shadow Pokemon from where you are?"

"I can try" Erdos admitted "But with no insight on what Hotarumon 14 is up to, it might be delayed."

"Better than losing them due to the client's ssstupidity!" Queen Venomica said "But I will not interfere."

"Good" Erdos said "We need to at least try to prepare for our next attack on Hotarumon 14's life. This isn't the time for Cipher to get involved but I shall give out orders to the Shadow Pokemon!"

Hotaru briefly looked down to see Ziva running just underneath her feet. The Zeraora glanced up at her mistress wondering when to attack. Hotaru turned her head backwards seeing her four Shadow Pokemon whom were gaining on her but this is what she wanted to fool them! She cast a small smile at her pet and Ziva shot the same smile back understanding her mistress without a word needing to be said. Just at the last possible second, Shadow Beedrill came at Hotaru's back with it's two huge stingers glowing with poison as it came with a Poison Jab! Then Shadow Charizard unleashed a Flamethrower at her while Shadow Salamance unleashed an Air Slash at her.

She ducked the Poison Jab, while weaving in and out of the Flamethrower and Air Slash "Youch! When did they get the nerve to attack like that?!"

Ziva took the time to leap onto Hotaru's back and use it as a trampolen to gain height causing Hotaru to smash face first into the ground dazed but not harmed muttering to herself silently "A little warning next time before you do that Ziva."

As she was speaking Shadow Garchomp attacked her with Dragon Rush trying to nail her while she was on the ground. Hotaru thought quickly and used Double Team to confuse it or rather have it hit completely miss her and for her to get to the back of it. While this was happening Ziva managed to get to Shadow Charizard and give it a good kick sending the pair crashing into Shadow Salamance and the three are taken onto the ground with Ziva being not injured at all due to having two Shadow Pokemon she used to cussion her fall. Ziva saw a device in the Shadow Charizard's ears, and knew what was going on, "Mistress! The Shadow Pokemon have ear budds which might be giving them orders!"

Hotaru heard this and barely dodged another Dragon Rush but she did manage to fly in circles around the Shadow Garchomp forming a huge Tornado around it as she unleashed her Gust attack at it "DOWN GARCHOMP!"

Now a normal Gust wouldn't have affected Shadow Garchomp as much as it should've but, in Hotaru's case it did a bit more than normal and it certainly did pin it to the ground as she had been hoping for "There!" then Ziva's words got to her ears "Then that means...That Erdos is giving orders!"

As Hotaru was talking to Ziva, the Zerora barely sees Charizard's head rise sighting the Zerora then it unleashed a scorching Flamethrower at her in point blank range. Ziva only had enough reaction time to cross her arms in an X shape she sometimes saw humans do to block attacks. Due to this the while the Flamehtrower hit her, it worked to mimize the damage as it forced her off Shadow Charizard. She lands on all fours a small smirk on her face as she taunts Shadow Charizard "Was that the best you got big boy?!"

Angrily at the taunt the strong and noble Shadow Charizard stood up tall preparing to strike her and in fact it raised it's foot and stomped on the ground delivering a trember as it unleashed an Earthquake at Ziva. Ziva was quick to see Shadow Salamance also getting back up and it prepared a Draco Meteror! Ziva charged forward, hurdled over the trember, then leaped onto the meteors without them damaging her somehow and used them to make a path to leap onto Shadow Salamance's back then as if she was a rider on it she sat on it's back and drove it crashing onto Shadow Charizard which then she unleashed her Discharge attack shocking the two Shadow Pokemon paraylizing both.

Hotaru whistled at how incredibly resilant Ziva was being. Despite only taking a Flamethrower attack which she mimized the damage towards, the Zeraora was being crafty in dodging her opponent's attacks or using them to her advantage. Hotaru was glad her pet was that good at being resilant in a fight and could see why Cipher struggled in the first place trying to capture her and turn her even.

She heard the sounds of water coming at her as a Hydro Pump from Shadow Blastoise was coming her way. Ziva smirked timing it right then backflipped off Shadow Salamance leaving it and Shadow Charizard to get smacked by the Hydro Pump instead. Then before Shadow Blastoise could react she dived onto it claws extracted unleashing her Plasma Fists right onto Shadow Blastoise's head.

"Nice moves Ziva!" Hotaru complimented her pet "That gave me some breathing room!"

Indeed it did, with three of the six Shadow Pokemon attempting to battle Ziva this left Shadow Garchomp, Shadow Beedrill, and Shadow Heracross to be facing her, and Hotaru liked those odds!

Static and Gear were doing incredibly well against the Bang Babies now that Hotaru and Ziva were handling the Shadow Pokemon. Static briefly turned his attention back to how well Hotaru and Ziva were doing. Like Hotaru, Static was impressed at how resilant Ziva was being and was growing a new founded respect for the Zeraora . With her on Hotaru's side, even Static was sure the balance between Hotaru and Cipher was shifting towards Hotaru's favor. Gear threw one of his gadgets at the bird girl and it became a boas which wrapped around her trapping her in a net "This is so much easier when those Shadow Pokemon are occupied!"

"It is Gear!" Static replied dodging Ebon's attempt to stomp on him "Hey Ebon! Looks like your losing again!"

Ebon briefly looked to see if the Shadow Pokemon had handled Static's two allies this Hotarumon 14 and Ziva and then frowned seeing that the battle didn't look in their favor "YOU FOOLS! YOU OUTNUMBER THEM BY FOUR AND THEY ARE STILL BEATING YOU!"

Hotaru heard his comment and retured it "Maybe next time you ask Cipher for some help...Maybe you'll listen to his words of advice!"

Ebon froze as he now realized what she meant "SHOOT! ARE YOU SAYING?!"

Static smirked "Yep! Your big surprise you had in store for me have one weakness, and that's without a proper owner to give them orders on what moves to do, they'll always be on the losing side!"

Hotstreak managed to now get Hotaru's silk off his mouth "THEN WHY ISN'T HER ZERAORA HAVING THAT TROUBLE?"

Hotaru smirked a reply "Cause unlike Shadow Pokemon or any normal Pokemon, I don't need to order Ziva around. I trust her judgment of what attacks to use herself. In other words she's free to think on her own which helps if were seperated on the battlefield!"

Hotstreak aimed his hands and timed it right for Shadow Garchomp finally managed to grab Hotaru by the wings "OUCH! Those are my wings!"

Shadow Garchomp prepared to deliver one final Dragon Rush attack now that it had her as Hotstreak now unleashed two armfulls of fire at Hotaru. Shadow Heracross unleashed a Rock Slide attack from above her hoping to squash her with the rocks or pin her with them, and the Shadow Beedrill tried to sting her with Poison Jab once more. The Four attacks looked like they'd hit home and it seemed like it did as it caused an explosion and for Static to gasp "HOTARUMON 14!" he then gave Hotstreak an electric burst that shocked him and caused him to kneel.

Ziva wasn't too worried for she was able to see what Static didn't, and Hotaru emerged unharmed with Hotstreak and even Static going "HOW?"

Then they saw a small blue barrier completely around all of Hotaru's body and Ziva smirked "Good use of Protect Mistress! One of four moves that can prevent damage done to a Pokemon for that one round!"

Even though the barrier had protected her from all four attacks of her enemies, Hotaru somehow still felt the heat of Hotstreak's flames causing her to sweat a bit "Thanks Ziva!"

It is at that moment, all six Shadow Pokemon were ordered to activate their Mega Stones. Even Ziva retreated a bit back to her mistress when she saw the explosion of light erupt from her three opponents. Once this was done, Hotaru, and Ziva stood watching as all six Shadow Pokemon Mega Evolved with Charizard abandoning it's Orange color and now was black with blue flames.

"Mega Charizard X!" Ziva hissed "Figures Cipher would give it's Charizard it's preferred Mega Form!"

Mega Charizard X came at both Hotaru and Ziva buy building up fire and charging towards them Hotaru frowned watching this but prepared herself with a Quiver Dance setting it up as she spoke to Ziva "Mega or not we can handle them right?"

Ziva just smirked loving her mistress's attiude "Right!"

Both clasped hands with Hotaru speaking up "Then let's wrap it up!"

"Let's!" Ziva admitted as the Flare Blitz from Charizard seemed to come at them as they were speaking.

The Flare Blitz from Charizard seemed to meet it's mark and there was a massive fire explosion with Shadow Mega Charizard X roaring as if it had won. In fact to Gear and Static's eyes it certainly did look like it had when they didn't see Hotaru or Ziva standing where the explosion of fire happened. Then out of the corner of his eye Static saw Ziva! She was riding on Hotaru's back as if she were a surfer. Hotaru had used her boosted speed from the Quiver Dance to dodge the Flare Blitz at the last minute. Shadow Mega Garchomp came at her with Dragon Rush once more but this time she was ready unleashing a String Shot around it not only slowing down it's speed but coccooning it. Then Hotaru tackled the giant cocoon flattening all five other Shadow Pokemon except for Shadow Mega Beedrill. It came at her setting up a Swords Dance with it's stingers ready to emit a double dosage of Poison Jab. Ziva smirked now ready to deliver a Discharge she leaps up just as Shadow Mega Charizard, Shadow Mega Blastoise, Shadow Mega Salamance and Shadow Mega Heracross manage to get out from underneath the giant cocooned form of Shadow Mega Garchomp. Ziva the unleashed a Discharge missing Hotaru due to Hotaru flying underneath Ziva where it was the only area where Hotaru would be safe from getting shocked herself. The massive Discharge hit the Shadow Mega Pokemon doing massive damage to them except for Shadow Mega Garchomp whom was completely immune. With a madden roare Shadow Mega Garchomp freed itself from the cocoon but Hotaru was ready seemingly using Double Team to clone herself then she unleashed Sleep Powder "Time to go to sleep everyone!"

Shadow Mega Salamance, Shadow Mega Blastoise, Shadow Mega Heracross, and Shadow Garchomp all felt the Sleep Powder attack hit home putting them to sleep, there were two reasons why it failed on Shadow Mega Charizard X and Shadow Beedrill, for the Shadow Mega Charizard it reacted quickly using an Air Slash with it's wings to disrupt the Sleep Powder attack, and as for Shadow Beedrill, despite Hotaru's increased speed it was at the back of her once more then as she was figuring this out it gave her it's Poison Jab! One of it's stingers struck her in the the chest impaling her then the second stung her right in the butt "YOUCH!" she growled "It got me!"

Not only did it get her but now that it had stung her Shadow Mega Beedrill unleashed a Hyper Beam onto her at point blank range causing her to go crashing face first into the ground. Hotaru felt that the double Poison Jab she took from Shadow Mega Beedrill poison her! She wasn't sure which of the stingers filled with Poison Jab did it but she knew it had poisoned her as her vision was blurry.

AS she is fighting Shadow Mega Charizard X came at her with another Flare Blitz! Sure her vision was blurry but the rest of her senses were sharp enough to detect the incoming threat! She flew to the skies just in the nick of time narrowly causing the Flare Blitz to miss her by mere inches! As Shadow Mega Charizard X missed but hit the ground creating an explosion, Hotaru could feel the flames missing her feet! Taking the time she unleashed Stun Spore on both Shadow Mega Charizard X and Shadow Mega Beedrill! This time due to Shadow Mega Charizard X missing her and Shadow Mega Beedrill forced to not move from firing Hyper Beam, Stun Spore hit paraylizing them.

"She can put enemies to sleep, or paralize them?!" Ebon said.

"Or cocoon them" Hotstreak reminded him.

"How can one Butterfly be able to do that!"

Taking the chance Hotaru manged to pick up all six Shadow Mega Pokemon with her Psychic attack, and this strained her to do so even as she was doing it. She then hurled them at the Bang Babies causing them to scatter.

She lands huffing, and bleeding from her two injuries she gained from Shadow Mega Beedrill's Poison Jab attacks landing right next to Static whom saw the problem "Something poisoned you!"

"That Shadow Mega Beedrill" Hotaru admitted to him huffing "But don't worry, even when poisoned I can still fight."

Ziva was at her Mistress's side once again seeing that the four Sleeping Shadow Pokemon might wake up again "Mistress, unlike when people are put to sleep...May I remind you those Shadow Pokemon could wake at any time!"

Hotaru nodded "Gotcha!"

Just as she was doing so Shadow Mega Garchomp woke up roaring and charged and Hotaru saw her chance warning Static, Gear, adn Ziva "Cover your ears!"

The three heard and obeyed and Hotaru unleashed her Supersonic attack! The load sound based move echoed through the entire compound! This caused the Bang Babies to cover their ears immediately as the move had a high impact on their ears.

"What's this racket?!" Ebon asked he then gasped as Shadow Mega Garchomp was in the crosshairs of the attack and stopped moving "What was the point of..." he then saw fear in his life as Shadow Mega Garchomp now was confused and he knew it "Uh-oh...That siren attack."

Hotaru smirked "Yep, can cause the confusion status condition!"

Not only did this happen to cause the confusion status condition on Shadow Mega Garchomp but Ziva noted that the loud siren like sound attack disrupted the listening devices on all Six Shadow Pokemon "Mistress! Brillaint! You've disrupted the command devices!"

Ebon heard this and knew that Cipher was helping by giving the Shadow Pokemon command in their absence "THAT LITTLE BUTTERFLY! SHE'S RUINING EVERY-" he wouldn't get his order out as she silenced him with String Shot "Let's see how you like losing!"

She flew to Static as Shadow Mega Garchomp in it's confused state not only began attacking itself but it did what she was hoping for it to do, attack the other Shadow Mega Pokemon and the bang babies! It let loose a mighty dragon roar and unleashed an Earthquake attack that strikes all of Hotaru and Static's enemies! Ziva was riding Hotaru's back once more smirking as all Six Shadow Pokemon minus Shadow Mega Salamance were knocked out "That's four down Mistress! Two to go!"

Ebon's gang were not expecting to be hit by the friendly fire from their confused comrad and were defeated.

Static turned to Hotaru "That supersonic attack of yours worked!"

"It did" Hotaru admitted "It's not over yet."

Static smiled "Ziva, mind if we finish Shadow Mega Salamance together? While your mistress takes out Shadow Mega Garchomp?"

"Would be my pleasure to do so!"

Static gathered in an electric attack that mimicked Ziva's Discharge shocking the Shadow Mega Salamance then Ziva leaped off Hotaru's back and extracted her claws to use a Slash attack. The Shadow Mega Salamance woke but wasn't fast enough to avoid the electrical powered Salsh attack and collapsed fainting. Shadow Mega Garchomp shook itself free eyeing Hotaru whom looked at it "Thanks for taking out your allies! But now...It's time to wrap this thing up!"
Shadow Mega Garchomp roared charging her. She took to the skies and Static saw she was building up solar energies. Shadow Mega Garchomp saw her doing so too and came at her with one last Dragon Rush! Static and Ziva tried to slow it down with Static unleashing electricity at it even though he knew it was immune. Gear threw another boyas at Shadow Mega Garchomp only for the Shadow Mega Garchomp to deflect it back at him. Ziva leaped and tried to intercept the Dragon Rush attack with Fire Punch as it was the only attack she could use on it that it wasn't immune too! Sadly not even her Fire Punch would make it through Dragon Rush attack but due to Ziva putting herself in harms way she shieled Hotaru from the Dragon Rush! The Zeraora goes crashing into the wall grunting in pain holding her shoulders which the Dragon Rush attack busted!

Shadow Mega Garchomp now eyed Ziva how dare she get in it's way! The Zeraora smirked "It's what a Pokemon should do for it's trainer! I might not have damaged you while you were using Dragon Rush...But..."

Shadow Mega Garchomp turned and it's eyes widdened to see Hotaru unleash a massive Solar Beam attack at it only now realizing that Ziva bought Hotaru enough time for her to gather the energy and fire it! The Grass type move hit Shadow Mega Garchomp and due to it being part Ground type it couldn't completely resist the Solar Beam attack. The force of the Solar Beam striking it wiped it off it's feet and WHAM! It hit the ground fainted.

"All six Shadow Pokemon beaten!" Hotaru announced to her Rototrix "Awaiting purification!"

Leave it to me!

The Rototrix began asbording the darkness around all six Shadow Mega Pokemon freeing them from their darkness and once it was done it announced Six Shadow Pokemon...purified!

"Great!" Hotaru said as she and Static gave each other a high five.

Then she flew over to Ziva "Ziva! Are you okay?!"

The Zeraora smiled faintly "I am Mistress! And I don't regret it."

Hotaru sighed realizing that Ziva was doing what a Pokemon should do if given the chance, protect their owner/trainer so there was no need to scold her.

Static heard police cars arriving in the area "We better get out of here!"

Hotaru agreed "Right!"

Gear, Hotaru, Static and Ziva left the building allowing the police of Dakata City to arrive on scene seeing the bang babies and went to arrest them.

Minutes later Hotaru arrived to meet Ashley and Darnel with Ziva riding her back, with Static and Gear arriving. Both Ashley and Darnel were relieved Hotaru pulled through on that one. Ashley hugged Hotaru whom now returned back to her normal self "Thank goodness you're safe! I was worried about you."

Ziva turned to acklowedge the blond girl "I'll always be there to protect Mistress if I can."

Darnel looked at Hotaru smiling "Good work partnering up with Static on this one."

"It was needed" Hotaru admitted "And it was also fortnate enough that Ebon for once didn't seem to heed Erdos's orders."

Static agreed as he returned back to Virgil and Gear returned back to Richie "Yeah, that was fortunate but still it didn't appear to be a cakewalk for you...They still unleashed their attacks."

"That was because they still had headsets in their ears" Ziva said "Unknown to Ebon until maybe the last crucial moments of the battle we had with them, Cipher mainly Erdos was helping by giving off attack names but...We were also fortunate he was unaware of what exactly was happening."

"So that's why his attacks were slow on the draw" Hotaru said.

"Indeed" Ziva admitted to her mistress.

Hotaru checked the time "Well Ashley and Darnel, we need to get back to Manassas. After all I promised my dad I'd be back once the conflict was over."

"You're leaving so soon?" Virgil asked her "We never got to exactly know each other."

Hotaru had to agree with him that it was true "True, but again I promise my dad I'd be back after the conflict was over. He was disturbed that Cipher sent six Shadow Pokemon to aide someone here, and he knows about the conflicts that is going on here so he's just worried for me."

"Understandable" Virgil said "But how about that next time you come for a visit, we'll hang out?"

"I'd like that" Hotaru said.

"She does need the training" Ziva admitted "And your electric type attacks could help her in that training."

Hotaru smiled agreeing "So yeah Static, if we ever meet up again we could hang out."

He smiled reaching for her hand "Alright then."

Hotaru activated her Rototrix again once more turning into Deoyxs turning to Ashley and Darnel "Come on you two! We're wasting time!"

"Right Hotaru!" was the response.

They climbed onto her and after making sure Ziva was holding onto her as best as she could in her injured state, Hotaru took off with Ashley speaking up "Hotaru...While you were away dealing with that threat...Darnel and I have been discussing with each other something."

By the way Ashley was saying this Hotaru knew they were up to something "what have you been discussing?"

Ashley took a deep breathe as she and Darnel explained what they had been discussing.

Now that Electric Showdown has been completed, I have to deliver some bad news, and that's after this episode is updated, I'm going on Hitatis to work on a story that I intend to publish, the plan is to work on that story for a year or three. But I will be focusing on Kasumi and the Avatrar until that gets finished and then Shooting Star, but again I will be going on Hiatis until that story is done. Sorry everyone.
