I swear to Christ, I cannot describe the surrealness of hearing my local police talk about Persona. Something about it is just ridiculously surreal when I have a conversation with police officers about an anime video game. It's like hearing your parents talk about sex. I'm REALLY glad things were left at a visit, though. It's not like they visited over an actual crime, so there's no danger of this happening (for those who don't know, here in the UK we have what are called "hate incidents", which the police will visit you over, because no crime was actually committed so it's basically just them turning up to be like "yo, that was a bit mean bro". It's all kinds of backwards, but that's the UK police force in a nutshell for you.

They care more about dealing with people like me, who are just trying to help the world, instead of going after, ya know, people who're gang-raping children.

But I'm not gonna lie, the fact they turned up actually surprised me. I was expecting the visit to be about my threats over October, but apparently it was specifically due to the fact that I've been targeting people with physical deformities.

Some of my descriptions on what I consider the need to purge from the genepool were apparently getting a little too vivid and specific, and the issue they specifically had was with it being apparently aimed almost exclusively at people with facial deformities (If anyone doesn't know, this has always been one of the reasons why I try and keep my ideas on "ugly people" vague. It's as much for my own protection as anything else.).

I'm just honestly stunned that the police somehow gave a shit enough about a JRPG fanfiction to turn up to question me about it. Something about the entire thing just fucking stuns me. I know it's not about the context of the video game, and more about the ideology behind it, but even so, it's just fucking mental that this happened.

Anyway, this isn't the first time the police have been on my ass, but this is by far the most "this is a fucking pointless visit" one of them by far. For starters, at least with the other times I was actually in trouble for crimes, so police intervention made some sense, but this whole "hate incident" nonsense is so fucking dumb. Even the cops seemed to think that, I could tell that they really had no idea why the fuck they were even here for. But even so, I think this was more of just a "yo, you've been acting up again" thing. They did warn me last time I was at the station when I signed off a pardon for malicious communication charges to keep my nose clean or I'll be seeing them again. I think this was just them wanting to scare me away from possibly doing anything, by making it obvious they have their eyes on me.

Not gonna lie, it's sort of worked. Not like I'm really scared, or anything, but knowing they at least know about what's going on here makes me legit a little on edge. It definitely means I need to worry more about watching what I actually put up, instead of just acting flippant about it. I legit never imagined the local police would take a report about a fucking persona fanfiction remotely seriously, so the idea of them having an eye on this legit just never crossed my mind. But I guess looking at it now, it's kinda stupid that I assumed that. It's not like my local police aren't aware of me, and I know that people have reported my general activities online before.

I also know for a fact that at least one person has reported me to my local constabulary sometime late last year over a story I showed them (which still mind-boggles me), and I know they got an email response back, which they showed me, which basically said "yeah, we know about that guy and have our eyes on them" (not that I'm somehow bragging about the fact. I find it annoying as hell, and it's frustratingly restrictive. This is seriously the sort of shit the police care about? Harassing people who're trying to cope with their phobias, when there's fucking women being murdered in the street by pervert men? Fucking says all you need to know about the police in this country). That person is someone I met on Discord on the SMT discord server; on the off-chance they're reading this, you know who you are. Hell, on the off-chance anyone on that discord server is reading this, you probably knew who I'm talking about as well, and I just want to say, you're all ridiculous as all fuck.

(FYI, I've been up all night, so it didn't help one bit that I was a walking zombie when they were talking to me. I basically just said whatever would get them to leave quickly, because I feel like hell. My cacophobia acts up when I've getting sleep deprived, but I get sleep depraved from my cacophobia giving me bouts of major insomnia. It's like a cruel fucking joke.)
