CHAPTER 10

(PETER'S P.O.V)

"So what do you think Lois?," I asked with a grin on my face, as we finished watching the secret footage of Quagmire and Monica last night in the kitchen. "I still don't understand why we need a camera in the basement Peter." Lois mumbled dryly. "It came in handy didn't it?," I countered jokingly. "Yeah," Lois finally agreed, shutting down her tablet. "I'm proud of Quagmire," Lois admits, pleased with how the entire night turned out. It seemed that Quagmire was finally ready to make that step. "Me too." I agreeing with Lois. "I for one," Brian said, suddenly appearing through the kitchen door. "Think that Quagmire is being-." Brian was abruptly cut off by me shutting the door in his face.

"Nobody cares what you think Brian."

(PETER'S P.O.V)

Half an hour later I knocked on Quagmire's front door excited to give him the good news. "Hey Peter." Quagmire greeted. "Come on in." "You know I got to say Quagmire, you handled yourself well last night." I said, referring to the party. "Thanks. Who would have thought that the night would have ended like that?." "Yeah none of us saw it coming," I responded smiling. "Which is why you won't see this one coming either." Quagmire frowned in confusion at my comment, as I continued. "So my father in law Mr. Pewterschmidt came to me one day, and thanked me for helping his family the other day, He told me I could have one thing, anything I wanted for all my help."

I explained placing my right hand on Quagmire's shoulders.

"Do you know what I asked for?" "I don't know," Quagmire shrugged his shoulders. "Another Petercopter?." "No I requested that cure all of your sexual diseases."

"What…" Quagmire dumbfoundedly responded in shock. "My father in law not only has a lot of money, but a lot of connections. So whenever you're ready buddy-." I wasn't able to finish, because Quagmire had engulfed me in a hug. "Thank you Peter I'll never forget this," Quagmire sobbed on my shoulder. Quagmire was one of my best friends, and he always had the potential to change, and I was happy to give him a new lease on life. Guess it's true what they say: ``Giving is better than receiving." It definitely warmed my heart to see Quagmire not only happy, but grateful as well
