[Three Weeks Later]

Bella focused on her powers. Her limitations seemed to be related to her physical capabilities. She couldn't overdo it without it taxing her body. Arthur told her that physical limits were good. Not everyone could be Superman. She could heal people and herself, fly, feel energies of other meta humans or those that weren't completely human. With Oliver, she felt his energy which was waning, so that is why she was drawn to him and his injury. She could see extremely well in the dark and her ability to manipulate the air around her was something she was trying to work on. She would get frustrated sometimes, but that came with the territory. She didn't let anyone at Star Labs know about what happened to her, she didn't want to out herself as being capable of super things.

She spent a lot of time in the lab trying to catch up on research that was lost during the explosion. It worried Arthur how much she was taking on. She barely slept it seemed and while she did have these abilities now, she was trying to take on so much.

"Babe." Arthur said, when Bella came into the bedroom, rubbing lotion on her hands.

"Hmm?"

"Are you okay?"

Bella frowned. "I am. What makes you think I'm not?"

"It's just… you haven't been…"

"I'm okay. Arthur, I promise you I'm okay."

Arthur nodded. "Okay." He said, not wanting to push her too much. Oliver told him that last week she got a nose bleed while trying to focus her powers. She spent a lot of time with Barry and Oliver trying to figure out what all she could do, Arthur could sometimes be there, but sometimes he was with his dad at the lighthouse. Some storms moved in a couple weeks back and he was helping him with repairs.

Bella pulled her shirt off over her head and tossed it in the hamper before taking her pants off, undressed in front of Arthur, her eyes focused on his. "I… am however, in need… of you."

"Oh?" Arthur said, raising a brow. They hadn't been intimate in a couple weeks, but he would never complain about anything like that. Sex wasn't everything to him, like it was to some guys.

"Mhm." Bella said and climbed onto the bed in just her bra and panties. She went to him, straddling him on the bed, her lips connecting with his. She was hungry for him. Something inside her just needed him. She wanted every ounce of him inside her and she wanted that now. Her hands moved over his hard, bare chest, to his shoulders, while his hands unsnapped her bra, before he moved his hands up over her supple breasts. She moaned against his mouth when his thumbs ran over her nipples then she was pulling at his sleep pants and boxer briefs, getting them off as he slipped her panties off simultaneously. She came down over him, sliding over his hardened shaft and they both moaned as she rode him. She pushed herself over the edge, not wanted to take it slow. She needed the fast, hard ride to satisfy a need inside her.

When she clenched around him tight, her fluids sliding over him as she met her first orgasm, he flipped with her in the bed, thrusting into her deep, pushing her legs up to hook on his shoulders, she gasped and moaned more, flooding over him continuously.

"Arthur!" She moaned loudly as her body shook with pleasure. He continued to drive into her fast and hard steadily, not letting up the storm of their passion. Her hands wrenched in the sheets as she shuddered more, her body contracting as she continued to spill out. Her eyes started glowing green, a pulse of energy flowing through her and Arthur, taking them both by surprise, but it heightened the pleasure it seemed and it had both of them moaning loudly.

Arthur buried his cock deep inside her and he released everything that had been bottled inside. He stilled, as he felt his essence pump out of him, into her. He shifted a little and she whimpered when he did which made him smile, leaning down to kiss her softly.

"Sensitive?" He murmured.

"Oh yes, I could cum again if you move like that."

"Like what?" Arthur said and shifted and she whimpered again. "Oh, like this?" He said and pulled out of her almost all the way, before sliding all the way back inside, his cock still so very hard. She gasped and moaned, he smiled before taking her lips with his again, swallowing her moan and pleasure. He loved to hear her moan his name and writhe under him in complete bliss. He stayed locked with her a few more moments before sliding out of her and rolling onto his back, pulling her to him to snuggle close. "You, okay?"

"Mmm. Yes. I needed that so much."

"I could tell." Arthur said with a small chuckle. He kissed the top of her head, feeling her relax against him fully. She was completely satisfied. He loved that he could do that to her. "I love you." He murmured.

Bella smiled, glancing up at him. She loved him too, so much, with all her heart. She couldn't imagine life without him at this point. "I love you too." She said and nuzzled her face against his hard chest. She could hear the thumping of his heart, it was steady and strong. She always felt like hers was always fluttering because every day she seen Arthur, it made her feel so loved. Soon, the weariness weighed on her heavy and she fell asleep.

[Two weeks Later: Star City: Oliver's lair]

Bella stretched a little. She felt a little off today. Something wasn't sitting right with her. She threw up off and on all day, but she figured it was just something she ate.

Oliver walked in, a tablet in his hand and he was reading something. He glanced up at Bella. "Oh hey. You're here earlier than normal. Where's Arthur?"

"He's on his way." Bella said and then pulled her hair back into a ponytail. "Everything quiet right now with the League?"

Oliver nodded. "Yeah. Bruce is looking into some meta disturbances over in Gotham. Barry went to assist. Other than that, everything looks quiet. It's not your concern though." He said with a smile. "So, physical health is good. You want to keep your strength so when you draw on any of your powers, your stamina is higher so you can deal with utilizing those powers." He explained.

"Yes. Building my stamina is really important. I want to be able to help more and if I putter out too soon, then I'm pretty useless."

"Not useless, but you don't want to get in a situation that can get you killed. I have no powers, so I don't have to worry about what you and Barry have to worry about."

"Barry has to eat a million calories to keep up with his metabolism. That's his only struggle." Bella said with a smirk.

Oliver smiled back, but then frowned, when he noticed her pale and then rush to a garbage can. He followed her, rubbing her back as she wretched. "Easy." He said after she leaned back quickly. "Training can wait. You're sick."

"I think it's something I ate." Bella said and Oliver handed her a handkerchief.

"You're really pale Bella." Oliver said, then reached up with back of his hands and felt her neck for a fever. "You're not feverish."

"I don't feel hot." Bella said. "Just blah." She sighed. "Food poisoning wouldn't be the worse thing."

Oliver shook his head. "I don't know. Why don't you-" he cut off when Bella got a strange look on her face and she started fainting. He caught her against him barely, before she hit the ground. He swung her up in his arms, he moved with her to a table in the lair and lay her on it. He felt her pulse and looked at his watch.

Arthur walked in, seeing Bella unconscious and Oliver taking her pulse. He rushed forward, dropping his dufflebag. "What happened?"

"She fainted." Oliver said, and then sighed. "Her pulse is strong, normal. She got sick and then she fainted." He explained.

Arthur frowned, looking her over. "I don't know. She was fine this morning."

"She was okay until she wasn't. She thinks it's something she ate." Oliver said, crossing his arms. "I'll get my stuff. Check her over better. I know I'm not a doctor, but I have equipment here since, you know, I get hurt a lot." He said and left to get some stuff together.

Arthur smoothed some of her hair that wasn't in her ponytail back out of her face. He was worried. She hadn't fainted like this before, so he wasn't sure what could cause something like this. He pulled his phone out and googled vomiting and fainting and scrolled. He frowned again, when he looked at the possibilities. Oliver walked back in carrying a small bag.

"So, I'm just going to listen to her heart, check for a murmur. I know that-"

"I think she's pregnant." Arthur said, looking up at Oliver.

Oliver blinked a few times. "What?"

"I think she's pregnant. She's sick and she fainted. Which can be because of being dizzy. I know she's not dehydrated. She drinks more water than I do and water is my thing." Arthur said. "She's been… different, I can't explain it."

Oliver swallowed and nodded. "Okay. So, we can test for that." He said and then opened the bag, taking out a syringe and some tubes. "I can take a blood sample. Run it through the system. Barry likes his gadgets as much as I do."

Arthur nodded. "Okay. Rule it out, before I freak her out." He said and blew out a breath. He looked back down at Bella's sleeping face. "She uh… doesn't want kids I don't think. Or at least… I'm not sure." He said and ran a hand over his head and his hair.

Oliver took the blood sample without issue and then sighed. "Well, that's something you both will have to talk about if she is." He said and went over to the computers, he took the sample and placed it in a machine. He typed a few things on the computer and then hit something on the machine.

"Barry teach you about all this?" Arthur asked.

"Yes and no. I have always had an interest in forensics. Some of it is pretty straight forward. The computer does most of the work." Oliver said and leaned up. He looked at Arthur, who still looked worried. "Listen man, she'll be okay. Either way, she's likely overdoing things. We both know how hard headed she is when it comes to this training."

Arthur sighed. "Yeah, but I wish she wouldn't. Has she had anymore nose bleeds?"

"No. I think that week, she was trying too hard. Barry was the one to talk her down. He's meta too. So."

Arthur swallowed and looked back at Bella. She was still unconscious and that also worried him. She fainted and hadn't woken up yet. A few moments later the machine beeped and Oliver looked at the screen, his eyes dancing over numbers. "What is it?"

Oliver nodded, leaning up. "She's pregnant." He said. "How far along, I don't know. I know that her hcg numbers are elevated, at least enough to pop positive on a blood test."

Arthur blew out a breath. "Okay. So, when she wakes up, I just need to talk to her and… hopefully she doesn't freak out."

"Oh, she's going to freak out. It's Bella." Oliver pointed out and then Barry was suddenly in the lair, blowing in past Arthur and Oliver in a blur. Oliver was used to it by now. He reached out and caught some of the papers that started to float away. "Barry is here, he can tell you more."

Barry pulled his mask off. "Barry can tell you what?" He said, looking at Arthur and then frowned. "Whoa, what happened with Bella?"

"She passed out." Oliver said. "We took a blood sample. She's pregnant from the looks of it. Tell me what all these numbers mean Einstein." He said, and Barry looked at the screen, reading the blood panel.

"Well, she's probably like four weeks pregnant. Give or take. So just newly pregnant." He said. "I don't run these panels often, but I do know something about this sort of deal."

"Knocked up any ladies?" Oliver said, arching a brow.

Barry rolled his eyes with a smirk. "No, but I get asked to run these on female victims back at the police station." He said. "You know, for rape cases."

Oliver nodded. That did make sense. "So, that answers that question." He said and looked at Arthur. "She probably does need to see the doctor though. Get some exact dates and just talk with her man. I'm sure she'll be okay, once everything is explained."

"Bella would make a great mom." Barry said then flashed away and was back with a bottle of water.

Arthur sighed. "Yeah, I know. But… I don't know." He said and then he heard her groan a little and he shifted his attention to her. He went to her side and helped her sit up slowly. "Hey, easy. Don't sit up so fast."

Bella blinked a couple times. "What happened?"

"You fainted." Arthur said softly. "How are you feeling?"

"Exhausted." Bella said and then looked over at Oliver and Barry, who were both concerned. "I'm sorry, Oliver. I didn't mean to scare you."

"No biggy. Hey Barry, let's get some food." Oliver said then slapped a hand on Barry's shoulder and walked out of the room with him.

Bella looked back at Arthur. "I'm sorry I worried you." She murmured.

Arthur swallowed. "It's okay. Baby… when you were out, Oliver took some of your blood to run some tests."

"Okay. I'm sure it's food poisoning or maybe, just a lack of sleep." Bella said, pretty sure that it would pass over quick.

"You're pregnant." Arthur murmured.

Bella blinked, frowning. "Wait, what?"

"The test… it showed that you are pregnant, probably four weeks pregnant." Arthur said softly.

Bella couldn't believe it. She put a hand over her stomach, an automatic gesture. A life, inside her. How could this happen? Then she frowned, trying to remember when she took her birth control last. Everything since the accident at the lab and then being meta now, just felt like it put her off track some.

"Are you okay?" Arthur asked, when she hadn't responded to what he said. He was worried, really worried. He didn't know what to say or do, until she said something.

"We're pregnant?" She murmured and looked down at her hand. "We're pregnant." She said it more as a statement now.

Arthur nodded. "You are. Are you okay?"

Bella smoothed her hand over her belly, feeling the odd energy that she hadn't focused on before. She didn't know that she would feel this happy all of a sudden. Tears came to her eyes and it startled Arthur at first, but then she smiled, looking at him. "We're pregnant Arthur… we're having a baby." She said, a happy sob escaping her.

Arthur blinked a few times, stunned at her reaction then he was kissing her softly and wiping away her tears. "Oh baby… I'm so happy."

"I am too. This is… I thought I would be nervous about having children. But... this is good. We're good, this is going to be great. I can cut back on hours at the lab. I need to anyways to be in better health and capable of taking care of myself without depending on you to save me, I feel better. I know that I'm strong enough for this now." Bella said, sniffing a little.

"Baby, you were always strong enough." He whispered and kissed her again, before resting his forehead against hers.

Bella smiled, taking his hand to place it over her belly. "This is a miracle. It's meant to be. Which means you need to decide on the house selection. Stop fighting me on the cost and we buy the house so we have a real home for our child." She said and leaned back to look at Arthur. "Marry me."

Arthur just starred at her a moment, before he recovered. "What?"

"Marry me, Arthur… I love you; I want a whole life with you…"

Arthur kissed her again, this time a little harder, excitement filling him. "You really want to do this?"

"I really do." Bella said with a smile. "So, is that a, yes?"

"I'm supposed to ask you."

"This is the twenty-first century." She pointed out.

Arthur chuckled. "It is. Yes, I'll marry you." He murmured and then kissed her again softly. "Let me get you home. You need to rest after fainting like that."

Bella nodded her agreement. "I'll have to postpone my training until after the baby is born."

"Yes, you do." Arthur agreed and helped Bella off the table. Oliver and Barry returned, smiling at Arthur and Bella. "We're going to head back to Amnesty Bay. Thank you both, for your help."

"Don't mention it." Barry said. "Congrats both of you."

"Thank you, Barry." Bella said, then hugged both Barry and Oliver, before leaving with Arthur.

Barry blew out a breath. "That kid is gonna be super lucky. To have parents like Arthur and Bella."

Oliver agreed. "Indeed. That kid is gonna be strong."

It was true, the offspring of a meta carried meta genes. So, Arthur and Bella's child, would potentially become extremely strong.

Bella and Arthur had been through so much and now that they were starting a family, becoming more united. Edward was the furthest thing from Bella's mind and now that she had abilities, she didn't fear him like she used to. She hoped he would heed Arthur's warning, but in the end, if Edward did show up again, she would be prepared for it either way.
