J'onn was currently standing at Malefic's bedside in the infirmary while he watched Kara interact with the rest of her family while she waited for her father to wake up, since he of all people knew how happy she had to be right now, since he knew what it was like to be reunited with a father that was long thought to be dead. Which reminded him that Malefic wasn't the only member of his family who needed to be saved. He still needed to get to Mars to rescue his father, preferably with Malefic in tow.

Anyways, speaking of his brother, J'onn's attention was immediately drawn towards the sounds of his brother waking up.

"J'onn." Malefic said as he opened his eyes.

"Malefic, it's good to see you again my brother." J'onn said.

"So, you really do remember me." Malefic said a bit distrustfully.

"I do and I am so sorry that I ever erased you from our people's memories, but you didn't see father after you were sent away to the Phantom Zone. He was devastated and I did what I felt I needed to do in order to help him feel better. But ever since I recovered my memories of you, don't ask how, but I did and I've felt terrible about it ever since. Especially since I now remember that the only reason you sided with the White Martians is because we left you no choice. We never should've ostracized you and hidden you away because you were different." J'onn said.

"How can I know you're telling me the truth?" Malefic asked, since he wanted more than anything to believe that his big brother was telling him the truth, but he didn't know how.

"Because I'm going to let you into my mind. Let you see everything." J'onn said, since he had more than one intention for that, since he knew that this merging of minds would also restore Malefic's memories of the old reality.

"How do you know I won't kill you as soon as I enter your mind?" Malefic asked.

"I don't know, but I'm taking a chance and trusting you." J'onn said as he allowed Malefic to enter his mind, allowing him to see all his memories of both realities.

"What is going on?" Malefic asked as J'onn proceeded to use the link Malefic had already established the second he entered his mind to restore his memories.

"Does that explain things?" J'onn asked as Malefic pulled away.

"Yes it does. It explains why you let me into your head. Because I've already been in it once." Malefic said, confirming that J'onn's efforts have succeeded in restoring his brother's memories.

"Yes and I'm very happy that we didn't have to go through the drama we did before." J'onn said and Malefic nodded.

"Also, is it true that our father is still alive on Mars?" Malefic asked and J'onn nodded.

"Yes, being held prisoner by the White Martians." J'onn said and Malefic sighed.

"My actions led to my own father's incarceration to a world where he thought he was last of his kind. A fate far worse than death. And my actions led to the deaths of my own nieces." Malefic said, truly horrified as the gravity of what he'd done sunk in.

"But now you have a chance to not only help end the war on Mars, but also reconcile with our father. And once I'm sure things here have calmed down, we'll leave for Mars to save him. I promise." J'onn said.

"Or you can just leave now." Alex said as she joined them.

"Alex, I'm surprised you're not at Kara's side." J'onn said.

"I'm giving Kara a chance to introduce Lena and Esme to her father uninterrupted." Alex said.

"Alex, are you sure you want me to leave now?" J'onn asked and Alex nodded.

"Look, we have Kara back, Astra's alive and Non and his army are in custody and since Mon-El isn't here, I highly doubt we'll have to deal with them and we've got some time before the worldkillers show up, so now's probably the best time to go off world. I can handle things here at the DEO." Alex said and J'onn smiled.

"Actually, I think I might as well take this opportunity to promote you to director of the DEO." J'onn said.

"You're not really going to try to be a man of peace again are you?" Malefic asked his brother with a chuckle, which his brother shared.

"No. I've made peace with the fact that I am not a man of peace. I am the Martian Manhunter and I always will be. I just don't need to be the director of the DEO anymore. I can do more outside the organization." J'onn said and Alex nodded.

"Okay then." Alex said, honestly very happy at the idea of being the director again.

The first thing Zor-El became aware of as he began to regain consciousness was a small hand poking him in the leg.

"What?" Zor-El groaned as he began to wake up, only to shut his eyes again at the bright yellow light being shown into his eyes right now. However, he could tell that his waking up had startled whoever it was that was poking his leg, since they stopped and he could hear them run off and he heard a young girl's voice.

"Mommy, he's awake." the girl's voice said and now Zor-El realized who it was that had poked him and he smiled.

"Thank you Esme, but I thought I told you not to bother him until he woke up." Kara said with a smile as she picked her daughter up and carried her over to her father's bedside, Zor-El had fully awakened and sat up.

"My granddaughter is not a bother Kara." Zor-El said and Kara smiled.

"I know, but still, I wanted you to get as much rest as possible before you met your hyper, over excited granddaughter. Though mom won't get the same luck." Kara said and Zor-El smiled.

"Alura will be overjoyed to find out she's a grandmother. That is assuming she is." Zor-El said, but didn't finish that sentence due to Esme being in the room.

"Anyways, I think it's time that you two were properly introduced. Dad, this is my daughter Esme. Esme, this is my daddy, your grandpa, Zor-El." Kara said.

"Hi. Your name is funny." Esme said with a grin.

"Esme." Kara scolded, but Zor-El just chuckled.

"It's fine. I suppose someone who didn't grow up in our society would think it's a funny name. Especially here on Earth. But it is nice to meet you Esme." Zor-El said.

"Did you bring me anything?" Esme asked, since whenever grandma Eliza came to visit, she always brought Esme a present.

"Esme, that's rude." Kara said, but Zor-El chuckled.

"Like you weren't the same way when you were her age Kara. Whenever my parents or your mother's parents would visit us, you'd ask if they'd brought you anything." Zor-El said.

"And you also asked me that too." Astra said with a smile as she joined them.

"Astra." Zor-El said at the sight of his sister-in-law.

"Hello Zor-El. I hope my presence here isn't unwanted?" Astra said, unsure.

"As long as your husband is not here, then you are welcome." Zor-El said and Astra smiled.

"Non is husband to me in title only and honestly, he's lucky I've allowed him to remain alive as long as I have." Astra said, making it clear that she detested the fact that she was forced to let Non live.

"Then you are welcome to be here, since you are family." Zor-El assured her and Astra smiled.

"I heard you say there was a chance my sister is still with us. How is that possible?" Astra demanded.

"I created a shield to protect Argo City when Krypton perished. If it worked, then hopefully, Alura survived." Zor-El said.

"If you can tell the DEO what to scan for, they might be able to find some trace of the city." Kara said, even though they already knew what to scan for.

"I will. But while I'm very happy to meet my granddaughter, I believe there's at least one other person I need to meet." Zor-El said and Kara smiled, since she was so happy that her father was being so accepting of who she loved.

"There are multiple people you need to meet and there's still one person I have yet to meet. The one who actually raised you after you arrived on this planet." Astra said.

"Wait, Kal-El didn't raise you?" Zor-El asked, since while Kara had told him that Clark had gotten to Earth first and had been grown up by the time she'd landed, she hadn't told him that Clark didn't raise her.

"No he didn't and honestly, I'm glad he didn't, since it would've been weird being raised by my baby cousin. He and I already hashed that out years ago. Honestly, I'm surprised he's not here yet, since I know he's been called." Kara said and as if he'd heard her, there was a gust of wind, and suddenly, there was a gust of wind and now Superman was standing with them in the infirmary.

"Uncle Clark." Esme squealed with joy and Superman smiled at his surrogate niece.

"Hi Esme. Don't worry, Auntie Lois and Jonathan and Jordan will be here soon. I just couldn't wait." Clark said with a smile as he hugged Esme before Kara put her down she could hug him.

"I'm so happy you're okay. And I'm planning on interrogating Alex to find out why I wasn't called as soon as it happened." Clark whispered into his cousin/surrogate little sister's ear and Kara smiled.

"You can do that after you meet the only other blood related family you have." Kara said as Clark nodded and turned his attention to his uncle.

"Uncle Zor-El." Clark said, since while meeting Alura had been one thing, Zor-El was another entirely, since this was his father's brother, the one person who knew his father better than anyone.

"Hello Kal-El. You look so much like your father. But with your mother's eyes." Zor-El said and Clark smiled as he hugged his uncle.

"I wish I'd gotten the chance to know them." Clark said, since the AI of his father from the fortress just wasn't the same as the real thing.

"So do I." Zor-El said.

"Well, I think that we should be grateful that we've been fortunate to be reunited." Kara said and Clark and Zor-El both nodded.

"I am eager to learn about both of your lives." Zor-El said.

"Yeah, there's actually something important I need to tell you. Both of you. We're not the only benevolent Kryptonians that have been hiding in plain sight." Clark said, surprising them both.

"I'm sorry, what?" Kara asked as Clark began to explain.
