Chapter 104
"Well I'm still disappointed you wouldn't let us throw you a Hen night, but I'm glad we got to have the spa day. I don't know about you, but I feel fantastic!" said Grace as she lay next to her sisters. The three of them were wrapped in towels with mud masks on their faces and cucumbers over their eyes.
"I know, I know, I just didn't wasn't up for it," said Jaz. "This has been a fabulous day though. Hot tub and Sauna time, a full body hot stone massage, and now facials. I could certainly get used to pampering like this.
"Agreed. This has been an excellent start to your wedding day," said Regan. "Thanks for letting us plan you a day of pampering. I haven't had much time to myself since little Gracie arrived, so this has been much enjoyed."
"What are the guys doing?" asked Grace. "Do Dill and Ben have the girls all day?"
"Dylan planned some fun activities for him and Ben. He told me some of the activities. They were starting the day by taking the girls to an indoor playground. I"m not sure how much Gracie will get out of it, but I reckon Kelly will love it. It looked awesome online." answered Regan.
"Aww, that's great. I love that Ben is spending his morning with daddy daughter time. I'm glad Dylan is his best man. He has done a great job." said Jaz. "You married a good man, Regan."
"I think so. I reckon I'll let him stay around for a bit longer anyway," laughed Regan. "I mean, she is pretty hot in his official uniform."
"Speaking of good men, Grace, Bobby handled the whole station with Blake the last two days. They are speeding up here probably as we speak. I reckon he's been missing you."
"No. We aren't talking about Bobby today. This is your day Jaz, and I want to enjoy it with you. I don't want to talk about Bobby. My stomach feels like it's full of rocks just thinking about him in a suit and tie. I've done it again, fallen for a guy who doesn't share my feelings. I would prefer not to have to think about it now."
"Okay, okay, but Grace, just please, before you write him off, just tell him how you feel. If he doesn't feel the same way, I'll never mention his name to you again, but I think he does have feelings for you. I really, really, really think he does." said Jaz.
"I think so too, Grace. I know I'm not around as much as Jaz, but from what I've seen, he is completely smitten with you. I don't know if he is shy or lacks confidence, or what, but I've seen how he steals looks at you when you're not looking," said Regan.
"Nope, we're done here. We're not talking about this anymore," replied Grace. "I think it's just about time to wash this off and get ready for our hair and make up appointments anyway," she added, happy to change the subject.
