I thought to create a Chaldea Omake (stat sheet with some comments from some servants) before any future episodes. Hope it helps summarize our boy's abilities, 'cause I'm certainly confused. (whistles innocently)

As a privilege of the Ruler Class, Shirou Kotomine has two Command Spells that can be used for each Servant participating in the Holy Grail War.
Passive Skills
Divinity- C
The proof of the divine boosts all physical and magical abilities. At this rank, it is equal to the average divinity of a demigod. While it is unclear how exactly Shirou Kotomine gained divinity, it is said that the contaminated grail contained a minuscule shard of faded god.
Connection to the Root (Black)- —―(B+)
The mark of an omnipotent wish granter. Normal parameters will become meaningless to those in possession of this skill.
For some reason, Shirou Kotomine (Lily) is incapable of utilizing this skill.
Could it be the mechanisms of someone...or something?
Independent Manifestation- C+
An enhanced version of Independent Action, that is normally restricted to Beasts and potentially Heroic Spirits that qualify as Grand Servants. Those with this Skill have resistance to instant death and time-control attacks.
A skill that is very similar in nature to that of a certain Root connector.
Magic Resistance- EX
In addition to the Magic Resistance of the Saber Class, Shirou demonstrates an extremely high anti-magic from his unwavering conviction, piety, and faith. At this rank, Shirou can't be wounded even by magecraft from the Age of Gods.
However, since its nature is to avert (evade) the Magecraft, this resistance only turns spells away from him. In other words, it doesn't negate but diverts the direction of the spell elsewhere.
A skill that is very similar in nature to Jeanne d'Arc (Ruler).
Active Skills
Revelation- A+
This is a skill to 'hear the voice of heavens' and take appropriate action; a Skill equivalent to Instinct, a sixth sense regarding battles.
The difference with Instinct is that 'Revelation' accommodates all matters related to the achievement of a goal, for instance, choosing the most suitable path while traveling.
Shirou Kotomine has the highest rank among all servants, perhaps due to his 'birth' from a Holy Grail, or his absurdly pure soul.
Saint (Black) - B
A skill that indicates Shirou Kotomine was acknowledged as a saint. A very special case, since it was not only the Holy Church but also the acknowledgment of heroic spirits, those of tremendous prestige and revered by many, that granted him the opportunity for this skill.
This skill enables Shirou to raise the effectiveness of sacraments and grants him automatic regeneration, and the production of a holy shroud- though, for whatever reason, Shirou isn't too happy with his last ability. The keyword is Caren Hortensia.
Yin-Yang (Faith)- B
Represents the dual mentality toward humanity and his paradoxical belief in it. Such is Yin and Yang, his very own Paradox Spiral.
"Shirou loved the idealistic characteristics of humanity so fiercely to the point that he came to hate their incapacity. Shirou despised the weakness of humanity so vehemently that he came to comprehend their inherent faults.
