It has been almost 2 years since I entered this world, I have found one of Orochimaru's labs which is my home, it also has provided me with valuable resources in becoming a shinobi, including the cells of the first Hokage which I shall not implant in myself until I have sufficient medical knowledge. I also have been studying poisons, I can't make many, only paralyzing ones, but they are great to help me hunt. I have made my first friend in general. Shisui has helped me learn the shinobi arts; in return, I buy him, sweets. Now I am starting the academy soon which will be either way too easy or actually a challenge from what I know because shisui somehow knew the civilian council wanted the standards to be lowered so their children could become shinobi, but luckily the hokage denied it and that made me wonder what other changes there were and I found out in this universe sakuras family was a clan, a prestigious clan and that made me gulp, shiver and wonder what the hell did her family do to become a clan and as it turns out their clan is a clan that specializes in medical jutsu which Is what i need to learn but when i saw somebody else ask for help i saw them get rejected and literally kicked the fuck away from the compound. That poor soul had a broken leg after and the clan didn't get in trouble for it it made me realize the prejudice against civilians in this world and thankful that there were some clans that were kind and surprisingly in this universe whilst most Uchiha had a stick up their asses most of the time they were actually very kind

2 years after Kyuubi attack
Today was the day I was to enter the academy, I don't know who will be my classmates but I don't care as of now I'm just here to become a shinobi that's it.
There were no named characters in the academy at this time so I continued to study medical jutsu and poison.
Sadly the academy was pretty easy so I sparred with shisui and continuously lost
I aimed a punch toward shisui's ribs but he blocked and kicked my stomach. I was sent flying back and was about to hit a tree but I flipped and landed on the ground where shisui was already on me continuously punching and kicking with some of his strikes hitting their mark and so I crumpled down to the ground in defeat after I couldn't find an opening in his defense
"Your getting better shorty" shisui mockingly said calling me shorty to make me angry and try to attack since he knew I hated being insulted about my height
Now with a bruised body and a bruised ego i got mad "IM NOT SHORT IM JUST VERTICALLY CHALLENGED"I said shaking my hand at him with a tick mark on my head
Shisui was laughing at my outburst "Relax, you're a growing boy like me you don't need to be mad" shisui said now stifling his laughter
"Yes I'm still growing I'm going to be tall and then i will be the one who is laughing," i said lowering my fist
"Seriously, you are growing like a weed you'll be taller than me in a few years" shisui said
"Like I said I will be the one who is laughing," I said with a sadistic grin hoping that I will be a foot taller than shisui one day until my stomach roared
"Hungry, let's go get some pocky" shisui said excitedly like a 5-year-old in the Lego aisle of a Walmart
"Oh no we are going somewhere cheap this time, I'm not getting my wallet cleaned out again," I said worrying over my stolen wallet
"Aww," shisui said sad that he was being denied his pocky until he had a great idea "how about we go grab my friend Itachi and get him to buy us some pocky," he said sounding like he had just come up with pizza
I liked the idea, making somebody else know my wallets pain would be nice and so I got a devilish grin "Sure, I'm up for that idea" I said my grin only getting wider at the prospect of free food (even though all my money is stolen its still my money and as somebody who had little before I was always sad to see it part with me)
"Alright let's go, follow me," shisui said shunshining away
"Oh you bastard I can't follow you if I can't see you" i muttered shunshining away attempting to follow my wayward friend
Itachi pov
"Did you really have to offer my wallet to feed your pocky addiction?" Itachi asked his friend
"Yes, and he didn't want to pay again so I did the next best thing!" shisui offered cheerfully
"Which was my own money," Itachi said, Blankley
"Yes, anyways what do you think of him?" shisui asked still in a cheery tone
"He seems interesting, quick to anger if you know him well enough but talented and hard-working it seems like he is experienced in stealth, a pickpocket maybe?" Itachi said contemplating the last part
"Yeah he sadly is a pickpocket, but for some reason, he only targets the harder targets," shisui said now in a blank tone
"How did you know?" Itachi asked
"I watched him do it before he just acts like he is running from something and whilst running he grabs the wallets, he is damn good at it, I'm pretty sure he has been doing it for a while," shisui said sounding impressed
"It does make sense though, he is an orphan from the Kyuubi attack who ran away from an orphanage," Itachi said now looking at shisui
"He will have to stop once he becomes a shinobi though," shisui said flatly
"You know why did you never report him to the Hokage?" Itachi asked
"Well i asked why he wanted to be a shinobi," Shisu said now gaining a sad smile
"Elaborate please" Itachi said
"He said he wants to be a shinobi to survive Itachi, no child should ever have to say that," shisui said
"I see, you right no child should ever become a shinobi just to survive," itachi said before looking at the sun "we should meet up with him now," itachi said
shisui looked up at the sun as well "Your right we should go now otherwise he will just be complaining or go home" shisui said
"Not going to ask," itachi said before leaving the spot he was in
doku pov
'Damn it shisui where are you' I thought whilst searching for my wayward friend. 'Sadly it has been like this for the last 6 months I've known the Uchiha, he leaving using the shunshin and me looking for him and him calling me slow once i do manage to find him but damn he is a great friend to have if I'm being honest, he is also a great teacher' i thought now sporting the raven haired by with another smaller raven-haired boy who greeted him before shisui could poke fun at him
"Hello, I'm Uchiha Itachi may i ask who you are?" he said respectfully
Hello itachi-san I'm Doku" i said respectfully as well as adding 'working on last name' in my mind
"Wow so respectful, did you hit your head before coming here?" shisui asked before adding "Also, we have been waiting over 30 minutes do you like to keep people waiting or something
I grinned, remembering a classic excuse from Kakashi in the canon world "sorry, i crossed paths with a black cat so i took the long way around" i said with my grin growing to be a shit-eating one as i actually crossed paths with a black cat and my grin grew even bigger at seeing their faces droop down in what i believed to be disappointment and disbelief
Meanwhile in the uchiha compound with a certain Uchiha
"Achoo" a certain goggled Uchiha sneezed Before speaking up "Someone finally understands why I'm always late" the orange goggled Uchiha said grinning
The woman with him looked at him curiously"What do you mean by that Obito-Kun" the woman said not believing that someone else could use the same exact shitty excuses he did
"Someone else finally crossed paths with that damned black cat," Obito said now smiling now feeling the need to find this person
"I see" the woman said unimpressed
"Really you had to take the long way around because of a black cat?" itachi asked unimpressed
"Yeah i had to rub off the bad luck somehow," i said with my shit-eating grin growing bigger than ever before after seeing the looks on their faces
"Your paying today" shisui said and itachi nodded
"What, i thought we were making him pay" i said pointing a finger at itachi
"Traitor" shisui announced after seeing the look itachi threw at him
3 hours later
"Every time I do this my wallet gets a lot lighter" I mumbled to myself in sadness now back at my lab studying the human anatomy specifically the nervous system

The nervous system is a complex collection of nerves and specialized cells known as neurons that transmit signals between different parts of the body. It is essentially the body's electrical wiring.
Structurally, the nervous system has two components: the central nervous system and the peripheral nervous system. The central nervous system is made up of the brain, spinal cord and nerves. The peripheral nervous system consists of sensory neurons, ganglia (clusters of neurons) and nerves that connect to one another and to the central nervous system.
Functionally, the nervous system has two main subdivisions: the somatic, or voluntary, component; and the autonomic, or involuntary, component. The autonomic nervous system regulates certain body processes, such as blood pressure and the rate of breathing, that work without conscious effort. The somatic system consists of nerves that connect the brain and spinal cord with muscles and sensory receptors in the skin Nerves are cylindrical bundles of fibers that start at the brain and central cord and branch out to every other part of the body, according to the University of Michigan Medical School.
neurons send signals to other cells through thin fibers called axons, which cause chemicals known as neurotransmitters to be released at junctions called synapses, the NIH noted. There are over 100 trillion neural connections in the average human brain, though the number and location can vary. For example, a study published in by tsunade senju herself found that out of the 160 participants studied, the brains of highly creative people have more connections among three specific regions of the brain than less creative thinkers.
"You have these three different systems that are all located in different parts of the brain, but they are all co-activated at once," said Tsunade "People who are better able to co-activate them [came] up with more-creative responses."

And so i continued to read for hours about how the nervous system works
Some things I already knew like how the nervous system was made up of the brain, spinal cord, and nerves but not much else so this all was really fascinating to me and I was surprised that more people didn't become med-nin or poison users, the shit a half decent user of one could really fuck your body up with just a touch. But sadly people focus on flashy ninjutsu instead which while i still will be using, it just will be as a last resort as poisons and medical jutsu seems a lot more efficient to me
Also, taijutsu would be really useful combined with medical jutsu, or lightning release just imagine fucking over the nervous system by punching your opponent, that's a lot of damage indeed. Also, people really did underestimate fire release, the best users can manipulate the heat of the area their in cand allowing them to control fire like a fucking fire bender. Too bad nobody actually does it, it would be really damn cool to see that in the anime. I also did some research into the wind element, specifically why it can't be shaped as well as fire, water, earth or lightning and it turns out that since with is the most destructive it requires more focus to perform more delicate shapes, and that is why people don't go around flinging wind dragons as it would make them open to attacks.
