It's night time and there was a thunderstorm occurring and Eggman was seen working on something.
"Yes, my minons... This may very well be my greatest creation yet!" he said laughing maniacally.
Orbot and Cubot were hugging each other in fear and Eggman plucked a hair from his mustache. Then he put it in a oven-like device and the machine was transmitting his DNA into something.
"Yes! Yes! Rise my creation! RISE!" Eggman said.
The machine kept functioning while the nozzles flew off and fill the room with smoke. Suddenly, a "ding" sound was heard and the light came on. Eggman presented a tray of six cookies to Orbot and Cubot.
"All that for cookies?" Orbot said.
"Evil cookies." Eggman said.
"Sweet! I'll go get the evil milk!" Cubot said and left.
At Sonic's Shack a robotic arm was putting a basket of the evil cookies and the evil milk near Sonic's doorstep.
"Wow! Cookies!" Sonic said. "Hope this turns out better than the last time someone left baked goods on my doorstep..." she said and picked one up.
Knuckles was on Sonic's doorstep dressed as a birthday cake. Sonic and Knuckles stared at one another for about ten seconds.
"Awkward?" Knuckles asked.
"Awkward." Sonic said.
"It'll just be another minute..."
Then she prepared to eat her cookie until she got a message.
"Hey, Sonic, are you there? I need a little help." Tails said from the communicator.
"Is it urgent, Tails? I'm sort of in the middle of something." Sonic asked.
At Tails' Workshop Tails was trying to avoid being attacked by his rampaging vacuum bot.
"Umm, yeah?" Tails said.
Back at Sonic's Shack.
"Okay. I'm on my way, buddy." Sonic said, dropped the cookie and ran off.
Meanwhile Eggman was at his lair monitoring the events.
"Come back and eat that cookie, you mutant blue rat!" h and notices Knuckles on the monitor near the evil cookies. "No, no, no!"
"Don't mind if I do." Knuckles said, picked up a cookie and the bottle of milk.
Then he threw the cookie into the air and ate it. Then he tried drinking the milk but nothing came out. Suddenly, milk poured onto his face and he fell down and an orange light was shown.
Back at Tails' house.
"Back! Back I say!" Sonic said holding a chair trying to fend off the vacuum bot.
The vaccum bot kept attacking and Tails was heard screaming.
She thought about using her medallion but decided to wait on that.
At Sonic's Shack.
"Aw... I knew Sonic wouldn't forget my birthday." Amy said and picked up the basket of cookies. "It's four months late but it's the thought that counts." she said and took a cookie.
"Gah! Why would he leave your birthday present on his porch?! Where's the logic there?" Eggman said.
Then Amy ate the cookie and fell backward with the orange light.
Back at Tails' house Tails was running from the vacuum bot but it managed to catch him. Sonic pulled him free but they both went crashing into the wall.
At Eggman's Lair.
"That's it! The last two cookies are for Sonic, and nobody else!" Eggman said.
Then he saw Sticks taking one of the cookies, though, she tried to stay hidden from the camera.
"Oh, come on." he said and the camera shifted to where Sticks ate the cookie behind a rock. "Hey! Put that back!" he said and the orange light came.
At Tails' house Sonic managed to tie up the vacuum bot by the nozzle and made it explode causing dust to spray everywhere.
"Look at this mess! I just vacuumed!" Tails said.
At Sonic's Shack a moose was going near the last cookie.
"Git! Get out of here!" Eggman said and the moose left after Sonic and Tails showed up.
"So, yeah. A feather duster might be the better way to go." Sonic said and looked at the cookie basket. "Oh, hey. I forgot about these. What the heck?! There's only one left!"
"Yes. Eat it! Eat the cookie!"
Then Sonic picked up the cookie to eat it.
"Sonic, wait! Don't eat that cookie!" Tails said.
"What? Why?" Sonic asked
"Well, chocolate chunk is my favorite..."
"You gotta be kidding me." Eggman said.
Sonic sighed.
"Fine." she said and tossed Tails the cookie. "I'll just go inside and make a sandwich or something.." she said and headed inside.
'That makes me remember how spoiled Sonia was.' she thought smiling a little.
Then Tails bit into the cookie. "Mmm, chocolate chunk." he said and swallowed. "Ooh! With a hint of cinnamon. And a touch of..." he said and followed down and an orange light was seen. "...evil."
At Eggman's Lair.
"You'll never get away with this Eggman!" Amy said.
"Sonic will see you coming from a mile away!" Tails said.
Inside, it was revealed at Tails, Knuckles, Amy and Sticks had all turned evil and have Eggman's mustaches on their faces.
"Yeah! If we wanna trap Sonic, we got to think like Sonic!" Sticks said.
"This is even better than I hoped! Five evil genius masterminds!" Eggman said.
"Actually, I'm an evil mastermind of average intelligence." Knuckles said.
"Five evil genius masterminds give or take! Working together under my leadership, we'll be unstoppable!"
M"Here's the plan! We wait at the beach shack for Sonic, and then bombard it with an all-out robot assault from five different sides!" Amy said and moved the figurines around.
"No, no, no!" Sticks said with a badnik figurine. "What we should do is tunnel underneath to bypass his defenses!"
"We should attack from above by plane!" Tails said with a flying badnik figure.
"We have to get rid of his stupid friends first!" Knuckles said.
"Robo-assault!" Amy said.
"Tunnel!" Sticks said.
"Airplane!" Tails said.
"Robo-assault!" Amy said.
"Tunnel!" Sticks said.
"Airplane!" Tails said.
"I'm yelling words!" Knuckles said.
"Calm down! Even though you're evil geniuses now, for the most part, you lack experience. Time for a crash course in villainy!" Eggman said and laughed manically.
Later, Eggman was in the classroom with the others.
"Evil lesson number 1: Berating your underlings! Orbot, would you kindly hand out the work sheets?" he said.
"Gladly, sir." Orbot said and proceeded to do so.
"Not that worksheet, you dunderhead!" Eggman said and stopped Orbot with a ruler. "See? It's that easy!" he said and knocked some of the worksheets off.
The others wrote down what they saw.
Later in Eggman's monitor room.
"Lesson number 4: Surveillance! There's nothing more evil than recording your subjects without their knowledge." Eggman said and looked over to Orbot and Cubot messing around.
"Ota oh ha! Ota oh ha!" Cubot said wearing a Viking helmet.
"Get me a monkey wrench, I'll fix that." Eggman said.
"What, the security camera?" Knuckles asked.
"No..."
In a different room.
"Lesson number 7: Mustache care and maintance. Fifty strokes every morning. But don't overdo it." Eggman said.
"Or what?" Tails asked.
"Don't ask..." Sticks said with her mustache messed up.
Back in the classroom.
"Lesson number 12: Lesson numbering. Evil lessons should be numbered as followed: "1, 4, 7, 12, 16."" Eggman said.
Outside of the lair.
"Lesson number 16: Target practice!" Eggman said and they all fired at Orbot and Cubot with Disintegrator Rays.
"We must procure assistance..." Orbot said.
"We don't have time for that! Let's just get help!" Cubot said.
Meanwhile Sonic was at her shack watching the TV while lying in her hammock.
"And now back to Pawn Shop Wars: Gogoba Edition!" an announcer said.
"Can I afford to give you $200 for this? No, but you seem like a nice fellow and I suppose my children could go hungry for a couple nights..." Chief said to a clerk.
Sonic heard something and turned over to the window to find Orbot.
"Hello..." Orbot said.
At Eggman's Lair.
"So far so good! Now the written exam. The topic is: How to Capture Sonic. You may begin!" Eggman said.
Then the others started writing until Sonic burst in.
"Pencils down, eggheads!" she said.
"Clones, change of plans! Your written exam is now a practical! ATTACK!" he said and Tails, Amy, and Sticks prepared to do so but Knuckles tried to attack Eggman. "Not me! Sonic!"
"Oh, right! I hope that doesn't effect my grade..." Knuckles said.
"Enough of this! I'm taking charge!" Amy said and tried to attack Sonic with her hammer.
"Amy, what are you doing?" Sonic said dodging Amy's attacks. "You guys are my friends!"
"Your evil friends!" Knuckles said.
"Stop sucking up..." Eggman said and Knuckles, Amy, and Sticks tried to attack Sonic.
"You guys! You gotta snap out of it! This isn't you! It's the cookies!" Sonic said.
Then Tails appeared behind her in his own Eggmobile with a group of robots and he laughed maniacally.
"Wonderful work, everyone! Finally! After all my years of trying, I've captured Sonic the Hedgehog!" Eggman said.
"Wonderful work, everyone! Finally! After all my years of trying, I've captured Sonic the Hedgehog!" Eggman said.
"What do you mean you captured Sonic? This is clearly the result of my leadership!" Amy said.
"You were losing until I deployed the robots!" Tails said.
"With all of you arguing, I can't hear da voices in my head!" Sticks said.
"I'm an evil mastermind of average intelligence!" Knuckles said.
Suddenly, the evil clones of Eggman started attacking each other and Eggman ducked for safety until Sonic took him behind a chalkboard.
"This didn't work out as you planned, huh, Eggface?" she said.
"Why won't those other "me's" listen to me? I only want what's best for me!" Eggman said.
Then she looked at his DNA machine.
"Hmm, I think I know how to fix this."
"Do you? Boy, that will be great. 'Cause I ... I got so much going on, and I ... My plate is full, you know. I've got ... I've looked at the calendar, and ..." he said and kept talking while she ran off toward the machine.
Then he took down some robots in the way and Sonic plucked a hair from beside her ear and put it in the machine. The cookie was made and it flew toward him still talking.
"So, yeah. If you can help me out with that, that will be-" he said and the cookie flew into his mouth and she ran beside him.
Eggman was now transformed into a blue version of himself and a clone of Sonic.
"Let's crack these eggheads!" he said and she spin attacked into some Badniks destroying them.
He dodged an attack from Knuckles.
"I can get used to this!" Eggman said and dodged another attack from him.
Sonic managed to fend off Amy and Stickles while Eggman avoided an attack from Tails.
"Hold them off, Eggman! I'll be right back!" Sonic said and ran off.
Later at Team Sonic's living areas Sonic ran into Amy's house and pulled off one of her hairs from brush. Then she headed into Tails' house and grabbed one of Tails' headphones. Then she ran to the beach where to finds Knuckles' headband on his bench. Then Sonic headed to Sticks's burrow to find a strange doll.
"Ew! Gross..." Sonic said.
Later at Eggman's Lair.
"Let's get baking!" Sonic said.
Eggman cooked up the cookies that were color coded and he flung them into the air. Then Sonic knocked the cookies into the mouths of Tails, Amy, Knuckles and Sticks, turning them back to normal.
"I feel like myself again!" Tails said.
"I'm also back to feeling like myself again. Knock on wood..." Knuckles said and knocked on his head. "Who is it?"
"Yeah and the best part is: now we're all on the same team! We'll fight side by side, together." Eggman said.
The unsatisfied members of Team Sonic looked at each other and Sticks tossed the last evil cookie.
"One for all and all for-" Eggman said and the cookie landed in his mouth turning him back to normal. "Okay, fun's over. I gotta get back to work! Evil doesn't brilliantly plan and execute itself, you know." he said, growled and walked off.

"I don't know how long this will take but I hope it ends soon." she said.
