*6:30 at the beach

~ Mewtwo

"What lesson should we cover next Mew?"

"Underwater battles. It's only fitting since we're training them at the beach. And they need to be prepared for any likely scenario at the tournament."

"True. We've had our fair share of problems this past year but I think we're ready to teach them the next steps. Don't want to repeat...Well, you know."

I knew better than to bring up the names of our friends from years before. Mew cannot handle the pain of them no longer remembering us because Arceus erased their memories as punishment for our past recklessness.

I'm all she has and why her relationship with Arceus soured. It was one that lasted eons, the first Pokémon marriage and divorce, they had many children together but it was more out of duty than love despite both being genderless.

That's why she was once known as the mother of all Pokémon. All her children have died and the new generation after the war was created by Arceus alone and the generations continue for more than 100 years. He gave them knowledge of the humans and since Pokémon are selfless they created and fixed the old cities and left the forests untouched to the Pokémon who refuse to change their lifestyle.

No Pokémon knows this part of the tale except me Arceus, and Mew and jt must stay that way, because this knowledge would ruin the world we are trying to create that is both fair and safe for all Pokémon and free from the once cruel treatment of the humans.

As for me, I was created in a lab in 1997. The final experiment to say the least or to my knowledge. I have a sister but I have not seen her in years. How I exist is an extremely complicated story, and how I serve heaven as second in command is an even longer one.

I tolerate my life and my responsibilities, and respect only Arceus and Mew. Just recently I caught feelings for Mew once more although I promised myself centuries ago I would never.

I don't want to hurt her if we end up marrying and she wants children that we can't have.

Was this Arceus's intention all along always putting us together? To make amends for a long damaged past 'marriage' with Mew, or just to see her happy with someone?

Whatever the case may be, I'm grateful it was me that is able to be with her and not anyone else.

It would break my heart if I saw her with anyone.

I looked at her selfishly thinking that she was mine. She turned as if she could read my thoughts and smiled at me.

I blushed much to my distaste trying to avoid her gaze as she floated in front of me to eye level.

"Mewtwo?"

"What?"

"Do you care for me?"

"You already know the answer to that question."

"*sigh* So you don't then? At least not..."

She looked disappointed at my response and floated away dejectedly. I muttered in annoyance and walked after her.

"Mew. That's not what I meant."

"Then what did you mean?"

She said looking at me with a sad, serious look on her face that she knew I hated. Especially if I'm the reason.

"I meant that I cannot imagine a life, mortal or immortal, without you. My immortal life would be meaningless without you. You matter a lot to me that it would be my death if you were gone."

She looked surprised at my words her face turning a brighter pink than usual.

"Do you really mean that?"

She said as she slowly started floating back over to me. I laughed and started floating over to her as well.

"Yes I do. You make me hate things less, you can be insufferable but I only want to suffer from you. Not the conferences, boring gossip or galavanting with those stuck up gods up there. You."

When we reached each other I held her tiny hands in mine.

"Oh Mewtwo."

She said as she placed one of her hands over her heart looking at me shyly but full of desire. It brought joy to my heart.

"Mew. Whether in my prideful self will I be able to admit it not, I can say I care for you. I care for you a lot."

"I care for you as well."

I held her gently, enjoying her in my arms.

"Shall we have dinner together later tonight? On a building's rooftop where we can't be disturbed and it be candlelit and fancy?"

"Sure. If I get a kiss."

I blushed as she gave me a flirtatious look.

"*sigh*"

I felt nervous and blushed some more as I slowly started leaning forward to kiss her.

"The God of Destruction too shy to kiss a mere Angel?"

"I'm trying to be romantic."

I said quietly in response and kissed her.

Mew made a noise in her throat her face flushing pink. I chuckled before pulling away to tease her.

"That's all?"

I loved her cute pouty face. I pulled her closer and we touched foreheads.

"Were you expecting more?"

"Wha- Well- I- Maybe..."

"Charming one stop stuttering...Come here..."

Mew stared at me with longing, before she closed her eyes allowing me to kiss her.

I kissed her face making her blush.

I kissed her chin making her stare a bit.

I kissed her neck making her shudder. I lightly licked her face and her desire increased

And then I gave her the best kiss she could ask for. She wrapped her tail around mine as I continued to kiss her.

I pinned her to a nearby boulder and wrapped my arms around her. She did the same.

I started kissing her neck again making her hold onto to me tightly.

We may not be able to mate but this was as close as we could get. If we could believe me I would most definitely want to.

I paused for a few seconds and we looked directly at each other. I gave her one of my rare smiles and she blushed but seemed quite happy.

She placed her cute hands on my face and I was about to kiss her when we heard the Champions shouting nearby for us.

"Well we should stop now anyways. So are you going to have dinner with me?"

"Wuh? Yeah..."

Mew collapsed on my shoulder and I chuckled as I held her flustered self.

"I love you."

"Uh huh..."

I laughed and started wiping my mouth trying to get her lip gloss off before the champions see.
