Lelouch is the most popular student at Ashford Academy and he's tired of all the attention and Milly's teasing. Ashford Academy gets a new student, named C. C., who has autism. Lelouch tries to comfort her, but she tries to avoid him. As time goes on, C. C. stops avoiding Lelouch. Although C. C. has a lot of social challenges to deal with, she starts liking her time with Lelouch.

It's Suzaku's birthday, and Lelouch has a very special surprise in store for him. Both are guaranteed to have a great time indeed.
