You know those who are reading this journal mine, I just want to tell you. That dreams come true. My name is Naruto Uzumaki I'm from Houston, Texas, some history about my family is that my clan was a clan that used to be samurai. They worked with the likes of the Tokugawa clan when Ieyasu became the shogun of Japan, but when Japan began to modernize my clan stayed being samurai instead of following the steps of other clans who were also modernizing, the Tokugawa included.

Believe it or not my clan was the won based on the movie called 'The Last Samurai'. After my clan seeing it's defeat those that survived decided to stay in Japan and modernize with it where as my great-great-great grandparents decided to live in the United States. When they arrived at the States they decided to live in Houston. At first they lived poor but eventually they made a tea shop after my great-great-great grandfather Kazuo Uzumaki worked to the bone as a miner. With that my family's tea shop was made in Houston's Chinatown area.

Years passed and before I knew I was born on October 11th 1993. I enjoyed my youth as a kid I my favourite NFL team was the Texans since my friends were also fans, in my childhood I loved the Astros they were my favourite MLB team, I remember my dad used to take me every Saturday to Minute Maid Park whenever they were playing home. Good times.

But what I loved the most was when I learnt the sport of basketball.

As a kid, I dreamed of playing in the NBA. When we had to move to New York City since my dad got a job as a security guard at the Empire State Building, we lived in the Bronx when we got there. My dad's brother aka Uncle Kenji he worked at Madison Square Garden as a Night Shift guard. When he was on patrols he used to let me and my cousin Takashi play on the court, me and Takashi played on it everytime he took us there. Playing on the big court, scoring on the big rim. *chuckles* Fun times. Good memories, my jersey number back then was nine cause that how old I was at the time.

Floaters and layups were the things I worked on, when I was on the court. It was very hard I should tell you that rim was literally ten feet high. All my smooth moves were in development back then. In NYC my favourite rapper was Jay-Z my quote from him was 'I've seen hoop dreams deflate like a true theme's weight.' I took that quote to heart. Since I stuck with my dream all the way and because of that windmill dunk I did when I was nine I knew I was destined for the NBA. I knew I was going to be the new 'His Airness'

It was the state championship game. The Langham Creek Wolves were playing against the Klein Forest Bulldogs. The Wolves were losing by 10 with five minutes left in the fourth quarter. The Wolves had a time out as Coach Jackson an early 30s black man with a fade spoke to his team. "Alright guys this is our last timeout, we need to cash in this time. First of all what's going on out there y'all letting them run over you I. We need to change how we doing Shikamaru take it away." Coach Jackson called to the pineapple haired Nara who was drenched with sweat as he wipped himself with his Number 14 jersey. When he looked up everyone on his team was looking at him. He just sighed heavily

"Coach this is a real drag you know that."

"Just tell them what to do. You showed you got skills when it came to coaching." Coach Jackson repriminded Shikamaru as he took out a pen and paper as he was taking notes. "Alright...were gonna do this. Che and Dre you both need to cotrol that paint you be letting their guards get in to score very easily we need to stop them from scoring more. We know that they can't shoot a 3 even if it depended on their life. We saw on the tape they was building a house with all those bricks they be shooting."

Everyone on the team laughed at the joke as Shikamaru continued. "So were gonna do a 3-2 zone Defense like how we practised. Time ain't on our side so were gonna do a Full-Court Trap to get them give up some posessions. On offense Naruto I'm gonna need you to call some good plays, no more Iso plays." Shikamaru looked at the Uzumaki who currently had a towel over his head and standing up. "Oh come on man they can't contain me. I can lead us back."

"Naruto! What is that you don't understand man, you've shot over 30 shots! Man you got your thirty points the scouts will be satisfied but for now we need you to stop playing anymore ISO! We need to get these guys guessing, they are already double teaming. You need to pass the rock, you understand?" Shikamaru looked at Naruto who huffed. "Fine man. I'll pass the rock more, just make sure y'all score a'ight."

The buzzer rang meaning the time out was over. "Pass the ball." Shikamaru said to Naruto as they walked on the court. "A'ight Shika I heard you once." Naruto was inbounded the ball he was playing Point Guard right now. The 6'6" was looking like a man among children right now. Bringing it up the court he did a quick crossover as he dashed for the paint. "No one stopping me!" he shouted as he did a windmill on the poor Bulldogs Center who was trying to stop him, the crowd was electric after that dunk. "Come on you can do better than that." Naruto said with a smirk to the Center who was helped up by his teammateas he returned to his side of the court. "What happened to passing?" Shikamaru asked as Naruto groaned.

"Not this again Shika, you know me man back in AAU I always passed and when the coaches saw I was going to be star they said I should stop. So I'm just following their advise."

"Come on Naruto you know better, if you want to get to the league you gonna need to trust us. Do you trust me?" Shikamaru asked as they crossed the half court line. "Of course I do man it's just I don't want to lose interest from the scouts."

"Then your gonna need to trust us." Shikamaru patted Naruto on his chest. "We can help you make an impression, just make a pass."

"A'ight man. Whatever you say." they got back into the game, with Naruto beginning to pass more and since he was a maestro at passing even though he didn't like it. He was just a wiz, knowing his teammates he set them up in their correct spots as before he knew it the team was 2 points behind with one minute left.

The Wolves were on D as Naruto's matchup had the ball. "You know you ain't passing me, right?" he said to his matchup who was outside the three point line. "You know you ain't passing me so why don't you shot the three. Oh wait I forgot you can't shot for shit." Naruto said with a chuckle as his matchup lost his cool as his rhythm was destroyed as the ball now rolled on the floor.

"Yoink!" Naruto shouted as he took the ball. "Off to the races!" Naruto added as he got to the free-throw line. "Floater alert." he did a floater as it swished into the net.

"And that's 36 points for Naruto Uzumaki! he's been on fire tonight bagging his 3rd steal." the high school commentator said

On D the Bulldogs tried a three and you guessed it. It was an airball, easy rebound for Shikamaru who was playing Shooting Guard. Passing to Naruto who was past the half court line. The Uzumaki dashed into mid range territory as he popped it from there. The ball bounced on the rim as it went in. "Come on." Naruto said to his teammates as he looked at the score board. They were leading by two with 15.6 seconds left on the clock.

On D, Shikamaru blocked his matchup as he passed it to Naruto. With five seconds left even though Naruto new they had won he went up the court as he shot a three but missed. The finall buzzer sounded" No sportmanship for the championship." Naruto shouted with glee as his hands were raised high in victory. He was rushed at by his teammates. As they all celebrated for the championship.

In the locker room it was buzzing as everyone had their medals on them. Coach Jackson walked into the locker room holding the match ball. "Ey y'all crack down that noise." one of the teammates turned down the volume. "Yo this ball got to go to Naruto, nice ending the game that way baby." Coach Jackson dabbed Naruto who accepted the ball. "Yo thanks Coach." Naruto replied.

"Yo Naruto man make sure you don't forget about yo Day 1's when you walking around getting shorties at that D1 college man." one of his teammates said as Naruto laughed. "Man you know I already got my girl man, Megan she my heart man. But don't worry I won't forget all y'all, this locker room...or this championship." he held his medal as all his teammates nodded.

"Yeah but when you get in that D1 you know what genre you gotta him them with. Hold on wait a minute..." Shikamaru began as the locker room began to hype up. "Ay, ay, ay." they all chanted "Hold on wait a minute." AY, AY, AY." Naruto said as he joined. As they all began to say in unison. "HOLD ON WAIT A MINUTE, Y'ALL THOUGHT I WAS FINISHED, WHEN I BOUGHT THAT AUSTIN MARTIN Y'ALL THOUGHT IT WAS RENTED. FLEXING ON THE FOOLS, I'M LIKE POPEYE'S ON HIS SPINACH, DOUBLE M, YEAH, THAT'S MY TEAM!"

The lockeroom for the Wolves was buzzing after that win that's for sure.

After the game Naruto and his parents were returning home as Naruto was on the phone talking to his girl Megan. "So did y'all win?" Megan asked over the phone. "Girl you know we won, you's the reason why I won. Just so you know I was thinking about you when I dropped thirty on them." Naruto said with a smirk as his mom who was in the passanger seat looked at him funny as Naruto smiled back hearing his girl laughing over the phone. "Oh for real. You was thinking about me?"

"Yeah you know you'z my baby."

"A'ight whatever you say. So you still thinking about your decision?" Megan asked "Yeah I think, I'm ready." Naruto replied as they spoke for a few more minutes and the call ended. "What decision where you talking about with your girlfriend?" Kushina asked "It's the same one we was talking about earlier mom."

"So your serious about this?" Naruto nodded "Well as long as you spoke to Megan I approve son I'll support you." Minato said as he drove, he received a smile from Naruto. "Thanks dad you know that they say, happy wife, happy life." Minato chuckled "You hear that Kushina, looks like our son's found our daughter-in-law."

Kushina just smiled. "As long as you love her Naruto I'll accept her." Kushina said "Thanks mom." Naruto replied "But still what kind of stage name is Megan Thee Stallion?" Naruto and Minato groaned. "Oh come on mom like told you she didn't choose, a'ight it came with the stage. Plus I know all my peers are jealous cause I was lucky enough to cash in back in middle school."

"I still can't believe you two still stayed together even though she and her mom moved back when you were fifteen."

"Come on mom this isn't like how it was back in your day with those big ass payphones." Naruto said with a chuckle "Hey language." Kushina repriminded the Uzumaki with death threatning eyes "Sorry. But they were payphones." Naruto said as they drove back home.

Getting to his room Naruto got on his bed as he sighed heavily. "So your back." Naruto looked beside him to see his roomate which was his grandfather. "Yeah grandad we won." his grandad smiled. "That's good kid real good. Did I ever tell you I played with Wilt Chamberlain back in my day."

"Yeah you did. Hundreds of times,you always talk about it at all the family reunions we go to."

"Well that story was small change than the one I'm about to tell you right now." Naruto sighed heavily as his grandad spoke. "...so then the toilet paper caught fire, the balls caught fire, the upper floors caught fire and that collapsed downward onto us and before we knew it we were surrounded." Grandad said "Really." Naruto said listening to the story.

"What happened then?" he asked as his grandad spoke "There I was Naruto. Back to back with Jesus." he began as Naruto perked "Like Jesus Christ the son of God, Jesus?" his grandad nodded whoever knows where I'm going with this one bravo those who don't check out Devil Artemis on Youtube. "Bible in my right hand, machine gun on the left."

"Holy shit." Naruto said in surprise "Ready to bless these thot's with our divine sauce." he said with a grin as Naruto groaned "Aww Grandad." Naruto muttered as grandad continued "I was down to my last clip, so I yelled out to Jesus from across the orphanage. I said 'Jesus I need a melee weapon!'. Never ever have I seen a Mexican throw a sandal so in my goddamn life. 657 prostitutes fell that day to the holy sandal of Mexican Jesus."

"The coochie wars, kid google it." Grandad said "Please don't." he added as he passed out. "Whoa." Naruto said as he took his phone as his dad spoke at the door. "Don't really google that son. The therapist hypnotized him and told him that after he returned from Vietnam, the war really scared him. He was honorably discharged as a Green Barret." Minato said.

"Wait Grandad Jiraiya was like Rambo?" his dad nodded. "Damn that's cool and sad."

"I know just don't google that."

"Don't worry I won't I'm just gonna talk to Megan." he replied as Minato nodded as he closed the door. 'Grandad...you's a crazy old man...that deserves his rest.' Naruto thought as he got off his bed, out the room as he turned off the light.
