Ethan Hunt had arrived in Washington D.C. Talen saw him across the airport and picked his way through the crowd. To be honest, Talen was nervous. This was an infamous agent who had traveled halfway across the world for this mission.
"Hey Talen," Ethan greeted Talen with a smile. Talen smiled back.
"Have a good flight?" Talen asked.
"Nothing special, which was nice for a change," Ethan replied, shifting the bag on his shoulder. They walked out of the airport and into the bright sunshine. Ethan pulled out his sunglasses.
"Geez, it's bright," He said.
Talen chuckled, putting his sunglasses on.
"Sure is. Wouldn't have it any other way."
Once they were in Talen's BMW, Ethan turned to his driver.
"What kind of mission is it?" He asked.
"The hard kind. I have to find somebody who I'm pretty sure does not want to be found."
"Ah, those are hard."
Talen checked the mirror, his green eyes scanning. He turned into the next lane, down a side street. He patched the car in a little niche between two buildings.
"This is the backside of my apartment, just in case," Talen said, shutting off the car.
"Good to know," Ethan replied, grabbing his bag from out of the backseat.
Talen put his key in the door, and it clicked open.
