The silence in the room was grim as the only sounds came from the technologically advanced TV. News from all over the world were showcased on a large screen, each in a different language but talking about the same event.

Newsmen and women rambling endlessly, the resident in the room watched in shock as the images of a familiar place rolled before them.

Half of Mustafu was now gone, and in its place stood a kilometer-long crater. Thousands of casualties in a single attack were rare, even in a world full of heroes and villains.

"Astonishing," spoke Principal Nezu, gazing at the screen with ire amusement as he reached down with his paw and clicked one of the many buttons on the keyboard, freezing the screen in place before turning to look at the humans in the room.

All of them stared in terror at the T.V. Nezu had to remind himself that humans reacted more emotionally than him when seeing an innocent die. In all honesty, he probably wouldn't have conducted this meeting in the first place if the "villain attack" that transpired the night before didn't affect the principal.

His quirk granted him the intelligent only rival by a few on the entire planet, but because of the unpleasant way his power came to life, some of his animal instinct remains hidden deep inside.

Usually, even when facing deranged and dangerous humans, he could easily hold his emotion on a tight leash. Whatever happened the night before ripped away any semblance of control he had.

He was preparing to doze in to unconciuness after a tiresome day of carefully constructing and increasing the harshness of the entrance exam in such a way as to draw out the worst of the applicants, turning them against one another and quickly highlighting the ones who truly deserve to get into his school.

A newly made Chamomile tea rested before him as he enjoyed the view of the school ground he built. Because of his work, his sleeping room was right beside his office. Suddenly as he was about to sip from the cup, his ears picked up a strange sound. It sounded like the chittering of millions of insects all whispering something at the same time.

That was when the sound hit U.A.

The windows gave out first as the glass panel of the building exploded into sharp pieces. Some shard impeded themself in his flesh, but he barely registered as the sound intensity shook the entire building and his eardrums. He coiled on the ground like a wounded animal. It was worse than being blasted at full force by Present Mic's quirk, but to make it worse, the sound was the least of his problem.

No, what truly made the experience so much worse was the existential dread it induced in Nezu. Every animal instinct left in him begged to run or hide, but the fear froze him in place. It made him feel insignificant, as if his entire life's work would amount to nothing.

He won't ever admit it to anyone, but when the noise came to a halt, the chimera cried in relief. The feeling left him disgusted with himself.

He broke out of his train of thought when his right hand directed a question to him.

"I presume you didn't bring all of us here just to show us some villain attack?" Aizawa, who remained calm throughout the entire broadcast, eyed the principal

"Sharp as ever, Aizawa, the villain attack we have on our hand is much more...interesting than the news will lead you to believe," replied Nezu, leaning forward and pressing the distinguished red button on the control board sprawled out before him.

The TV lit up again, but this time it showcased the world map, a red pinpoint in the middle of Mustafu.

"This is the presumed starting ground," added the principal, pointing at the red mark on the digital map. Clicking another button, the television produces a beeping sound as it showcases the sound waves distancing themself in all directions from the red mark.

"The Hero Public Safety Commission had downgraded the intensity of the attack for public control; however, as you can all see, the blast wiped far more than half of Musutafu. That not even talking in consideration the sound wave it produced which so far managed to break windows all over in Pakistan" A sadistic smile spreading gleefully at the expense of his underling shock but instead of savoring their human fear, he carry on.

''At the moment, there is no culprit to blame it on, and I doubt there will be any for the time being, but I get a feeling this won't be the last time they will make his appearance, so I would advise you to tread forward with caution because I don't want to start searching for other employees" With that said the chimera press another button and the door behind them open indicating the meeting was over

He knew they all had many more questions on their mind, but Nezu needed peace and silence to concentrate, and some needy human would just destroy that.

The door closed after them, and Nezu finally dropped the all-confident placed his paw gently over his right eye, allowing his fingers to carefully trace down on the scar. The scar was a reminder of what he went through and why he wasn't an animal anymore.A reminder that he won't cower away in fear of humans.

So this is why he needed to eradicate the culprit of this terrorist attack. No one made Nezu have a mental breakdown, and lived to tell the tale.

This would be detrimental to his plans, and Nezu will ensure no one stands in the way of his plan.
