Chapter 2
Usagi didn't have much time to wonder around to get familiar with her new home after breakfast. As thor took her arm and looped it around his, and proudly declared he was taking her on an exhaustive tour of the whole palace. Usagi groaned he was starting to remind her of minako with a mixture of spirit her ex-husband. But she won't be rude and just do what he wanted. While she wondered what made his so perky and full of life and whatever else. She was wondering if it was how thor really think and how he was truly is. His soul and star seed and pure heart crystal is shining brightly. Shows that he is a pure soul and full joy and life.
"You'll know where everything is by the end of the day. You can be sure of it." chirped thor
"Well, that is very kind of you thor. But you do not have to spend your day with me showing me around and about the place. You must have so many things to do around her." said usagi
"Nonsense! Nothing is more important than this my sister!" Chirped thor
Usagi groaned mentally. Her wounds were still not fully healed and whatever else endymion done to her. lucky for her lunarian powers she was able to hide it from everyone until she was comfortable to show what she wanted too so. Thor pulled her along beside him. and usagi practically ran to even match his long strides. He slowed for her benefit, and she smiled kindly to thank him for doing so. Usagi looked around and wondered what kind of people who built this place. She knew her kingdom is rather grand and beautiful. Even when she brought the moon palace back to life. It was still shining with beauty like it one did.
"Here we have the hallway! And this is another corridor. This is a window. And these are the curtains." Said thor
Usagi snickered from the way he was giving the tour. It would be something like one of her children would do. just to be a jerk about things. But thor has an almost childlike way of looking at things. And it was kind of cute when you look at it. he was a brother you would always want. But he always reminded her of kakarot as well. it was how he looked at life and how he handled things. Even he reminded her of nappa of all things. Oh, how she missed those two. Even though thor was kind of like them so that was enough for her. while thor was happy to have her here. And that kind of made her happy to. since his way of thinking was infectious. Thor dropped her arm and to cross his over his chest.
"You find something rather amusing little sister?" asked thor
"You're a terrible tour guide my dear brother!" chirped usagi
Thor joined in with her laughing. He had to admit she was a bright one and she was so hard to not to get love. She was a beautiful woman. Just like the stories of the lunarians of their beauty. And the serenity line was one of the beautiful. And most powerful and ones to not mess with. most of all with her father being king vegeta. So she was one to be built for a life of a warrior. And she was powerful he could sense it. and he was able to see she has pain in her eyes. His mother didn't give any detail of her life. But from what she said at breakfast was a quick glimpse of things that she went through. They knew of the story of endymion and what he has done. But not everything. Because its just something that has been lost to time after the first kingdom fell from enydmions obsessive hands.
"I was just teasing you. It pleases me to be able to bring you joy enough this way. you seemed nearly broken when they brought you to us." Said thor
"Oh yeah that's correct. I sort of noticed there were other people in the room aside from your mother and father. But I didn't know that was you. If I looked anywhere near as awful as I felt. Then I pity you for having to see me in such misery." Said usagi
"There is no place for pity among the family usagi. You need not to pretend you are alright when you are with me." Said thor
Usagi sighed and knew thor was just offering her to comfort her. but she didn't know if she wanted to share the horror life was. And the good and the bad. And the love and the losses she has had. Most of all the family and friends that she had have had. And most of all the people and beings she met and made friends or family with them. her life may sound interesting. But some of it she would love to wish to forget. Mostly endymion. But there will always be something there to remind her of him. mostly her cursed markings. and her children she had to give birth to in her moon palace. And amara and micharu had to make sure to keep a watch over. She made them promise to make sure they would never be found by enydmion. He didn't need to know he had children. Even though she was punished for being missing from him.
"Excuse me for even asking this. But how in the name of the moon can you already claim me as family? You only knew me for an hour." Said usagi
"I have a sense about things." Said thor
Usagi narrowed her eyes in speculation at him before deciding to drop the matter altogether. Being a part of a family, it seemed so very much appealing to her. it was something to keep her from what she didn't want to do. even though she missed her other family and her children and her friends. But she knew she would see them all again someday. Thor sighed and knew that she was thinking of something, but he didn't want to push the matter. But he wanted to know something even though she was odd to a point. But he was wondering what a kind person such as usagi had gone through. No one knew of the horror endymion had done. But they all would love to know one day. But not until she is ready to tell them all of what he had done.
"Do you not wish to be apart of the family usagi?" Asked thor
"Oh no it's not like that thor. Where I am from and how I was raised. And well my life. We aren't usually so familiar with people. Well, there was a few like you. So, I'm not used to this since I haven't been like this in a very long time." Said usagi
"Your very considerate usagi. But I am very obstinate. At least that what loki says to me. I personally prefer wise. All knowing and self-assured. And I am most assured that you are now my little sister. That's what all this wisdom in here says." Explained thor
Thor tapped his forehead and winked at her. and usagi found her in a fit of snickering. Just then they arrived to a large nearly wall sized window with all the curtains drawn completely back. Usagi wondered where the hell they are at. it was interesting to say the least. Thor told her it was her new home. He gently pushed her forward. And what she saw from the vantage point of the window he brought her to left her breatless. They went out of their way to make her comfortable to make her home just like her moon palace. Her hands covered her mouth in shock. They made everything look just like it. thor sighed and was happy she was pleased. This must have been what her one palace looked like. It was what his mother had told him. as thor took her to the window that would take her request to show the moon. As he pointed out to where he wanted her to see.
"You can even see the bifrost from here. That's where Heimdall is." Said thor
"bifrost? Hiemdall?" asked usagi
"The bifrost is the way in and out of asgard. And Heimdall guards the gate. So, to speak. He sees all things." Said thor
Usagi followed his pointing finger until she aught sight of a glittering rainbow streak. Usagi was trying to figure out what in the world was going on. it was a very interesting thing to see. While she was wondering what was something that came down to the odd things she sees her. but then again, they would feel the same thing if they saw her places. But this was going to be close enough until time merged with itself. But then again there was something else. Thor saw her wondering eyes and she was trying to figure it out when it came down to the rainbow bridge. But there was something that came down to what she was witnessing.
Meanwhile a few hours later
By lunch time thro had dragged usagi so far acrossed the palace thar she was rather hungry. He also kept her in high spirits the whole time. She had no time to think on the horrors she is suffered before coming here. Which she thinks that was a part of his plan all along. So, she walked into the family dining room snickering at some sort of jokes thor finished telling her. Frigga acknowledged them briefly. Then turned back to loki. Who was smiling softly and talking quietly with her? it was such a stark change from the grumpy man she seen this morning. Usagi had a hard pressed not to stare at him in awe. He was very good looking in a unique and sophisticated way. she seen only a few of her ex-husbands show off. He must have felt her staring. As the next thing usagi knew she was staring straight into his piecing green eyes. He simply looked at her questioning. Both brows raised at her. usagi blushed and waved at him. she was hoping it would pass off her rudeness as a greeting. He looked at her for a moment and before turning back to his mother and continued their conversation.
Usagi sighed and face palmed at what she had just done. She was rudely admiring him. she would have been miffed at him for not acknowledging her hello. But as it was, she was barely managing to keep herself from melting into the floor or run and hide from embarrassment. Instead, she took a seat next to thor who was already pulling her seat out. And was filling her cup with more of that juice type stuff she had this morning. She began filling her plate and nibbling at what she was eating. And settle in just listen to everyone around her. she was not wanting to push herself to far forward around the rest of the family. She hopes thor didn't have any other plans for the day. She kind of wished for some alone time for herself.
"Where is father?" asked thore
"He had to attend a gathering of realm officials. But he will join us for dinner." Said Frigga
"there was a realm gathering? Why was I not instructed to attend?" asked thor
"Only your father presence was necessary darling. Don't be like that. "said Frigga
Usagi was just listening to the bitching thor had just been doing with his mother. While she was wondering what the hell was his issue. She never went to many of her mother and father stuff. And she is a queen she is raised up to be. Loki smirked it seemed usagi didn't care much for his brother bosting about being a king one day. While she is a queen. but she was not going around bragging about it. she was very different from all females he has ever encountered. Frigga hid a smiled she noticed loki has been watching usagi. This was going to be an interesting way of her son finding out who was he meant to be with. she knew thor would not do for usagi. Loki is perfect for her. she could see the love they would have for each other.
Meanwhile later that night
Usagi sighed by the time her head hit her pillows. Her heart had reached its limit. The day has been full of wonderful distractions and glimpses of hope and belonging while being here. But the dying of the day doesn't just make furniture shadows grow taller. Her moon glowing through her balcony. Usagi felt all the dark shadows placed in her heart start to swell in a way a heart should never swell. And sadness burned her throat. As she remembered everything that had happened to her to bring her here. And the missing of her children and her friends and family. Even her ex-husbands.
Meanwhile the following morning
Usagi fell asleep crying herself from all the pain enydmion made her suffer. And now she was trying to get past that crap he had done to her. but it seemed it would never end. Even though she tossed him into the gates of hell. but the pain shall remain. A light tapping on her door and a sweet motherly voice drew usagi the rest of the ways into the morning. She clung desperately as she was able to sleep and the lovely dream she had. But all good things come to an end. It seemed to be the story of her life. While she sighed and wanted to just ignore her. but she knew it was not the right thing to do. and wondered what was going on and why would she be waking her.
"usagi my dear. Its time to wake. I have an errant I like you to attend with me." Said frigga
Usagi grumbled something to herself and dug herself from the bed her feel chilled against the marble of her floor. As she padded softly to the door. Not even bother put her glamor on. she opened it and smiled as best as she could. She was able to for Frigga. Who waited patiently on the other side? Frigga tutted softly lifting usagi face with a finger under her chin and turning it side to side. Observing the dark puffy skin under her eyes and the sticky tears left on her cheeks. Usagi sighed she knew she would not get anything pass her. she should know her children tried to do the same to her. and she to her own mother. Us mothers just knew when something was up.
"Oh, my dear one. Let's clean you up." said Frigga
Frigga gently ushered usagi back into her room. Pulling the curtain concealing the vanity table back and pushing her down in her seat. She fetched a washcloth from the water basin and softly wiped away the tear tracks before taking a come to the snags in her hair and redoing the serenity royal hair style. Frigga touch was soft, and her voice was very sweet and kind. And her soul ebbed around her own protectively. She may not be her real mother. But she was perfect stand in for one. As she sighed in relief and wondered what she should say. And she took her shopping for the day with her.
Meanwhile the following day
Thor was glaring at loki throughout breakfast, the ends of his beard just singed and soot covering his shoulders. Loki remained aloof and unaffected by every grumbling and instead remarking to his mother how lovely the breakfast is. This day and how nice her hair looked. Frigga hid her amusement as best as she could. While usagi wondered how often these things happen around here. Kind of reminded her on how her children acted sometimes. Usagi smirked she may pay loki a compliment on his spot-on likeness of her. she was as much of a trickster as he was. But hasn't went done much in such a very long time. But before she could so much as open her mouth. He stood and excused himself. With a slight but polite bow. And practically glided out the door. Usagi clicked her mouth closed and glared at him as he left.
"So thor where are we going today?" Asked usagi
"no. I wish to introduce you to my friends! Who will now be your friends? Of course. Greatest warriors in asgard! Aside from myself anyways.!" Chirped thor
Usagi arched a brow and wondered how he does not have his head float off his shouldered with such a mega ego that he has. Its as if he was thinking way too much of himself. Even though thor was a kind soul and good-hearted person. But geez tone down the freaking ego for once in his life. It was kind of annoying. But she didn't want to insult him. while Frigga smirked and knew where usagi thoughts went. And knew that she was thinking the same thing some other people think. Maybe usagi could knock her son down a few notches when it came down to the ego that would ruin him one day. Even though she knew usagi was starting to like loki. And that is a huge, good thing when it came down to the life she wanted for her son. But her thoughts were cut off when thor grabbed usagi hand and tugged her along next to him.
"Oh, don't be so nervous. They would love you.!" Chirped thor
"I'm sure they are very kind and nice, thor. But you don't have to share your friends with me. I hate to intrude." Said usagi
"Nonsense! There just a bit further this way .in the training hall.!" Chirped thor
Usagi eye twitched in annoyance when thor pulls this stuff. It has been going on since she gotten here. Its as if he wanted to keep her all to himself. And yes, it was very nice to go shopping with Frigga. Since she hasn't been shopping in a good while. And very nice to gain some new stuff as well. and now she was stuck with thor again. And now she was going to be meeting his friends. And wanting her to be friends with them. she still wanted to see loki .and wanted to get to know him. and it seemed with thor being this way. she would never have the chance anytime soon to even get to know him and even become friends. She didn't see him as family. But much more than family. She wanted to know him in more than one way. and not only in friendship. While thor was rambling about his friends and she was trying to tune him out.
"Can I use the training hall as well?" asked usagi
"You are a warrior?" asked thor
"No shit I am. I been raised to be one, well other than a queen. but I have been raised by my father and many others." Said usagi
Thor smirked well now this was something new about usagi. She was opening up even more so now. even though he knew nothing much of the ways of her father. Other than he is a royal of the former silver kingdom. and now the king of the sayien race. Even though he only knew so much of the sayiens. They were something else. While usagi was feeling as if she was being insulted by thor. And if he wanted to see some form of power. And she would give him a show. Because she was going to make him look like a puppy after she was done here. While thor wondered what sort of weapon she used. And wondered what her favorite would be. While usagi sighed and knew he was going to be asking questions what she was fighting in and what she would use.
"So, what is your weapon of choice?" asked thor
"Well, I have more than one." Said usagi
Usagi snickered when she heard thor squeal like a schoolgirl. Its as if he never met someone who is mastered more than one way to fight. But that is also for how long she has lived. And most of all being who she is. Neo queen serenity and sailor cosmos. And being sailor cosmos, she was able to use more than one weapon from any of the known living sailor solder. And as well any power from them as well. most of all the powers that her father and the others trained her in. and her death god powers as well. so yeah, she is well mastered in fighting. And probably will make thor look like a puppy once she is done. Or if she didn't destroy the place. Or something like that. she does kind of get out of hand when her blood heats up in stuff like this. While thor stopped again and his face light up like a kid on Christmas morning. As if she was in wars. And the stories that she could tell them.
"You have seen battle?" asked thor
"Well, yes, I have been in far more wars and battles I care to even explain." Said usagi
"You must tell me every tale. But first. We go to the training hall!" chirped thor
Usagi sighed and knew this was going to happen when she was telling him things such as this. She thought he would be smart on what she has been through. Hell, she didn't know if loki knows of the kinds of battles she has been through. But she wouldn't mind sharing sometimes if that would make things for thor to enjoy. Even though it was not going to be a fun tale to say. Or the best of things to say either. While thor was so overjoyed and was happy to see her to perform for them. while she sighed, she was going to have to go into her cosmos form to show them what they wanted. And hope there was nothing in there that no one would miss. Because her power is very powerful. Her silver crystal could destroy the universe. That is why everyone was always after the silver crystal. Thor was almost skipping his way to the place he was taking her. it was kind of silly.
Meanwhile a little later
Thor was overjoyed for this day since he didn't know what he was going to see. But he was happy to see what she was able to do so. As he led her through a huge door and into a giant room that opened onto a lawn. More and other sorts of weapons. But that was not shocking to her. but she was wondering what in the world did these people need so many huge freaking doors for. While thor led her over to where a few other people were standing around and talking as if they were waiting for him. thor smiled as he pushed her forwards and she looked at the group in front of her. so, these her his friends. They were sure an interesting bunch of beings. Not as if she didn't have a few families and friends who are different from everyone else. And different races. Oh, how she missed the genyu force. Oh, how amusing they were when she was down.
"Now these are the greatest friends you ever need! Usagi, meet lady sif and the warrior three!" chirped thor
Usagi arched a brow from the name that his friends have made for themselves. They couldn't have thought of something far better than that. but that was none of her business and it is their group so that it was their choice when it came down to that sort of thing. She thought krillin with his team three star was bad enough. Usagi sighed and smiled politely and allowed thor to complete the introductions. Noting a fain whips of sadness and dread coming form the woman of the group. If she remembered correctly that her name is sif. Very interesting name, she would have to say. But she was not her parents so yeah. But she wondered why she was sad for. Its as if when she came in and was introduced, she went sad as if she killed her day or something.
"Well guys this is my sister usagi. She arrived just a few days ago. But she goes by other names.! But you shall be kind to her or else." Said thor
Usagi was watching the one known as sif. After she was introduced as his sister. The woman mood seemed to have come much brighter. So, it would seem the female of the group has feeling for thor. But she hasn't done nothing about it. the powers of sailor Venus were helping her along with that sort of thing. But she gave usagi a kind smile as if she didn't want to show her that she was going to push her to the side and didn't care about her. but its as if she was happy to have another female around and wondered if she would join them in their training. In her distraction she missed when one of the warriors three slid into place and grabbed one of her hands. Brining it to his lips and places a several tiny kisses on it.
"a true beauty you are. You lunariens are always beautiful. My lady, I am fandral the dashing. Myhap I might I entice you to accompany me on a jaunt in the gardens this evening?" said fandral
Usagi narrowed her eyes and yanked her hand back from what he was molesting her hand. While thor snickered oh she was a firecracker. She was going to be one hard one to fight against. But she was not going to be taken by one of thor friends. She was here to use his training grounds. And meet his friends. And not go on a walk with one of them for whatever reason. while thor sighed he looked to his friend and knew that he was a flirt, but he didn't think he would come on to his sister. While sif glared and felt for poor usagi. But she sensed there is another warrior that is here. And she wanted to see what this woman can do. if the stories are true lunarian are powerful. And from what she heard her father is a king of the sayien race.
"If you wish to keep that hand attached to your arm. Then keep it to yourself. And off of me. Got it buddy!" Hissed usagi
Thor groaned and stepped in when he felt what was coming off of usagi. He should of took her warning when she told him what she had. And now he stepped in front of her with his own scowl on his face. While hogan, volstagg and sif laughed and jeered at fandral for losing his touch. And was turned down by a very powerful queen of all things. Thor was not thrilled to feel his sister anger and needed to get to the bottom of this. Plus, he has a feeling she has feeling for loki. Even though he was wondering if it would work between the two of them. but he had a feeling she would be great for loki. But right now, he would think on that later. Before someone would need to go to a healer, he needed to defuse the issue and save his friend form his sister.
"did you miss the part where I called her sister?" snapped thor
Thor seethed when he was not heard one what he had said to them. while fandral scratched the back of his head and felt what was coming off the woman who is now thor sister. And he had a feeling she meant business. But she was going to kick his ass from on end of this lawn to the next. While sif smirked as she looked over to usagi. She liked to see a woman with spunk in her. and she was going to get along with her. while she nodded her approval. While thor sighed and now was going to get down to business. It was usagi turn to show off what she can do. and see what sort of things she was able to do. since he was just hearing this part about what she was. While they were fighting each other.
While usagi saw green smoke and she followed it. as she is peeking around the doorway. usagi was shocked to see that the source of the green sparks was loki. With each puff of green smoke, a dagger would appear in each of his hands. He thre them with undeniable skill and grace. And they each sank into the center of his target with a solid thunk. Then they vanished from the target and reappearing in his hands with a puff of that green sparking smoke. While usagi watched mesmerized for several minutes. Ignoring the cheers and whatever else is going on with the others. It was obvious that loki hadn't even noticed her even watching him. he appeared lost in his movements. A bad move in battle or war. He spins and throw them with his back turned. And flip them high in the air and catch the before sending them on their way. his movements were artful like her own when she was doing her fighting. But he is just as deadly as she is. But she couldn't look away from it. a nudge and a soft clearing of a throat. Her attention turned away and a servant who held her arm.
"Lord thor came to tell you to come at once."
Usagi said she would be there soon. but she would brush it aside for the time being. Since this crap thor was pulling made her uncomfortable. But she was going to go and do what she needed to do, but she awkwardly stepped out the door and placed herself in line with a target. The thunk of the knife blades stopped and she turned to meet loki badly curious gaze. Usagi was in her cosmos form, and she was using mars flame arrow and she shrugged. Just like her father said she didn't want to get rusty. A warrior should always train to keep up with powers and strength. So, she was going to do what he always told her to do. and didn't get rusty.
"Sorry, I hope I an not intruding on your time. I just wanted to train and not get rusty. My father preached to not let your powers and strength go and get rusty." Said usagi
Usagi arched a brow at him since she was telling him the truth. Plus, she would love to have some form of quiet time away from thor since they are always so load and well annoying sometimes. Loki arched a brow and them gave her a subtlest of nods. Turning back to his target and manifesting his knives again. Usagi sighed and she was about to use her powers and make sure they don't get rusty. But her father did speak the truth. Power would grow if you continued to train. He was a wise man and she always listen to him what he teaches her.
Meanwhile a hour later
Usagi sighed after a hour of using her powers and blowing up things and making sure everything was still working. She was trying to cool down now. even though her blood always heated up when she was doing stuff like this. Her father said it was her sayien blood. She would train with her sword spirits, but they are taking her place in the soul society. Since she is the soul king's high captain. Even though she missed being there to. and her fight happy friends. Even though kenpachi married and is the soul mate to her daughter Momoko. Shocking enough that was. But he seemed happy, and she kept him on his toes that is for sure.
"You know with all the stuff I can use and do with my power and weapon. But I wish I could do that cool stuff the daggers. That would come in use one day." Said usagi
Usagi leaned against a wall. Well one she used her powers to repair everything she has destroyed. Oh, she needed to do that since she needed to let off some steam even though it was kind of in her books and her dads it was a form of therapy for them. she looked at loki who glanced at her after she has spoken. He looked down the practice yard and saw all she had done repaired. And he met her eyes again. And gave one with a brief twirl in the air. And turned back to his own target. A puff of green smoke blew a few strands of her silver hair forwards and she shivered as she could suddenly feel thin tendrils of what loki star seed and pure heart crystal is like and other things. As his power curl around her as the smoke sparkled and dispersed. Usagi opened her eyes and looked back. As she felt very impressed all over again.
"Very interesting. And very impressive" said usagi
"those where kid tricks." Said loki
"Eh, so what, and thank you by the way." said usagi
Usagi was just using some of her powers and maybe using the silence glaive and a few others. But she always repaired things after she was done. But if loki wanted to show her child's play than that is find with her. it was something out of him that is. Plus, she always enjoyed being around him than thor. There was just something she was enjoying when she was around him. but she was not going to say it out load, but she knew she impressed him when he saw what she is able to do. even though she did notice him look at her up and down. But that didn't bother her any. Well, thor male friend did though. She felt what he was after. And she was not even remotely interested. While she sighed in annoyance and wondered why he was leaving. While she groaned and knew that when thor had to come and annoy her.
"usagi there you are! What are you doing out here? You're missing my moments of glory." Chirped thor
"Something tells me there will be plenty of those moments glory. For me to see over the years. I well was doing what I do when I train. So, I don't get rusty. My father always said never stop training a great warrior would continue training to gain more power. Or your powers will gain more. "Said usagi
Usagi sighed and knew thor was just wanting to be a showoff. But she was one to not show off what she is able to do. she wanted to train and that is what she was doing. plus, it was better than not hearing her father lecture her in her head. While thor was in awe at what her father preached. Oh, thor would have never gotten along with her father. Her father never liked people thor when they are showoffs. And show the no pride in what they were doing. loki smirked and knew he would have loved to get to know her father. He seemed very wise and would put thor in his place. Even though he had a feeling usagi wanted to do that for once. But she is very to kind. But he felt the pleasure that she was feeling from when she was fighting. That was a true warrior right there.
"Your father is a wise man. I wish to meet him one day. Plus made a fine daughter. I want to see what you can do." said thor
Usagi shrugged and turned back into her cosmos form while loki was wondering how in the world she was able to do that. but thor watched in awe and oddly enough was in shock at what he was seeing usagi could do. all the fighting and the powers and the weapons she was able to use. And when she was done, she snapped her fingers, and everything was back to normal. Thor was very impressed at what he had seem. She was very powerful. And that is something they needed on their side. While he wondered if her father showed her everything that was done. But the snap of her fingers was something done with magic. So that was interesting there as well. usagi smirked and she knew she made thor speechless.
"i have never seen anything like this before. You are impressive. And very powerful. Would you wish to see something interesting?" Said thor
"Sure, why the hell not." Said usagi
Usagi sighed and knew she was only doing this, so she didn't hurt his pride to much. While he held his hand out to the side. Palm opened and stood stock still he continued to smirk down at her. usagi arched a brow and wondered what sort of male pride she is supposed to see. At the corner of her eye loki was smirking it seemed that he was enjoying what she does. As a large hammer flew and landed firmly in his grasp. He lifted it allowing storm clouds to gather over him and calling forth bolts of lightning. Even though she could do that herself but not with the weapon. But the lightning struck the hammer and traveled partway up his arm. He turned and thrust his hammer out in front of him and sending the lightning out to blow a distant target.
