Galactus stands in front of the earth with his hands oh his hips laughing preparing to devour the earth when suddenly a purplish energy blast comes from the atmosphere stunning Galactus.White Vision comes flying up fist first landing a punch on Galactus making him stumble back, Superior Iron Man Flys up holding Captain America II and launches him up Galactus nose as Superior Iron Man begins firing at Galactus with his hand blasters for a distraction.Galactus then reaches for Superior Iron Man and right before he grabs him Odin comes soaring down and lands a mighty strike on Galactus wrist with mjölnir breaking it,Galactus grabs his wrist in pain as Odin summons a mighty Thunderbolt and directs it towards Galactus and White Vision powers up his synthetic infinity stone focusing a blast at Galactus as Superior Iron Man begins to power up his 3 infinity stones and merges them to create another blast of purplish energy aimed at Galactus and with the 3's combined strikes they manage to blast a hole in Galactus stomach...but it doesn't kill him.Galactus then reaches for Superior Iron Man again when suddenly Galactus freezes in place and blood starts to slowly leak out of his eye.After a moment Captain America II comes bursting out shield first from Galactus eye dragging Galactus brain out by the stem with him, Odin catches Captain America II and flys back down to earth while congratulating him saying "Most Impressive William" while Superior Iron Man and White Vision combined a blast to decapitate Galactus head and Fly back down towards earth.

[Cut to a state-of-the-art high-tech new White House press room filled with cameras and media reporters]

Superior Iron Man stands at the podium with Captain America II directly behind him,Odin to his left,and White Vision to his right.Superior Iron Man address the media:"MY great citizens today The Ultimate Defenders...Of The World once again stopped another WORLD ENDING THREAT under the leadership of YOUR GREAT PRESIDENT and leader...yours truly thank you, thank you...and as a trophy of our victory we present to you"(lifts a curtain behind the stage and Thunderbolt Ross as Red Hulk stands proudly displaying Galactus severed head) The head of the world eater...Galactus and has a WARNING TO ANY BEINGS THAT MAY THINK TO THREATEN THE SAFETY OF THIS GREAT EARTH we left his body floating around up there so maybe when they see it...they'll think, twice again no need to thank me(to a dead silence from the reporters) Any questions you may have I'd like you to direct them to our head of Global security Mr.William Burnside the average citizen may know him as CAPTAIN AMERICA, Give him a round of applause everyone" (reporters begin clapping and cheering as Captain America takes the podium).Superior Iron Man walks out of the press room and threw a back hall where The Amazing Spider Ghost is waiting for him, Superior Iron Man says "Pete we missed you up there" as he pats Spider Ghost on the back, Spider Ghost congratulates Superior Iron Man on "Saving the world yet again" Superior Iron Man laughs and says "Ya like they give a fuck...you know what next time I'll let the cosmic alien kill half the people on earth before I step in...maybe that'll teach these people to appreciate their great president AND SAVIOR instead of being up Caps ass AS USUAL" Spider Ghost says "I know...they'll learn one day, But we got a little tax situation...with Mr.Tough guy in midtown...he don't want to pay" Superior Iron Man laughs and says "When Caps done with his little 15 minutes of fame out there take him to handle it...he's the janitor around here"

[Cut to the slums in an older run down part of the city]

Frank Castle in his full Punisher uniform walks alone along the long dirty street smoking a cigarette and thinking to himself as he's completely oblivious to everything going on around him, suddenly Charlie Cox jumps out of a dark alley in a bright yellow and red DareDevil suit and stands across from the punisher with his Billy club's in hand still and silent.Punisher stares at him for a moment while smoking his cigarette before he says "You going to make a move or dick around with your little club's all day kid" DareDevil smirks and says "I know what you're planning tonight...I want to help" Punisher laughs flicks his cigarette at DareDevil and says "You dont know shit" as he walks away.DareDevil turns and says "I know about Maria,Lisa...Jr" Punisher now looking pissed turns and draws his pistol on DareDevil and yells "YOU SHUT YOUR FUCKING MOUTH" DareDevil puts his hands up and says "I mean no offense...I meant I know the type of horrors committed by Stark Industries...I was looking for a young woman who went missing from Queens...followed the trail all the way down here...to exactly where your going...it's sick "legal" human trafficking and all for Taxes to make the billion-dollar corporation richer...I know, and I know no one goes there willingly and Maria she fought back...tough woman...then those cowards turned a gun on her...and the kids were loose ends and ALL WHILE you served this great country in the "Great War on Scrolls" and helped out on the Defenders Uprising too...I'm sorry a man like you deserved better".A single tear rolls down Punishers face and he lowers his gun...after a moment of silence Punisher looks at DareDevil and say's "Come on then...tonight's the night they pay"

[Cut to a high class fancy warehouse on the docks of the slums]

War Machine stands in the top office of the warehouse writing down the days earnings as a few guards patrol the prison like warehouse grounds filled with cells where they keep the trafficking victims(who are malnourished and half dead).Punisher and DareDevil sneak in threw a side window,DareDevil stealthy takes out the guards as Punisher sneaks upstairs with a duffle bag and shotgun in hand.DareDevil let's out all the trafficking victims while Punisher burst into the office blasting the shotgun relentlessly at War Machine to no effect,War Machine fires his hand blasters at Punisher who dodges them as War Machine Flies out of the office window to the warehouse part of the grounds and fires a few missiles towards the office causing it to explode.Punisher runs down the stairs as the office burns and yells to DareDevil "DISTRACT HIM" DareDevil yells back "For What?" Punisher yells back "JUST FUCKING DO IT" and DareDevil throws his Billy clubs at War Machine who's buzzing all around the top of the warehouse, War Machine begins firing his hand blasters at DareDevil who runs around the warehouse floor dodging the blast.Punisher is going around planting c4 from his duffle bag around the foundation of the warehouse,after all the charges are set Punisher yells to DareDevil "RUN" as he throws a piece of c4 he's fitted with a sticky back at War Machine sticking the c4 to War Machines chest,Punisher and DareDevil run out of the factory as War Machine is distracted trying to rip the c4 off his chest.Once out the door Punisher detonates the c4 causing the entire warehouse to explode and the blast throws Punisher and DareDevil into the street.The 2 get up and dust themselves off when Punisher picks up his duffle bag and begins walking down the street,DareDevil ask "where are you going?" and with a stern voice Punisher replies "The White House" as he keeps walking down the street...DareDevil begins to follow
