It's been years since the Fall of Reach. My sister and I joined the Marine Corps the moment we had the chance and due to our "determination" we passed Basic Training with flying colors to the point that an ODST Officer looked for them and took both of them to a test where they would have to survive a live fire simulation. After not only surviving the test but surviving an error that the system made that was to survive a simulation against Prometheans and Covenant.

Anyways, time later we were assigned to a ship called "Silent Prayer" which consisted of an Autumn Class. The amount of ODST's in that ship were 25. Now… Let's begin the history shall we?

-Silent Prayer bridge-

The bridge was silent with the Captain staring at the void of space while the Crewmen were working on their posts, that was until an alert came from the Captain's screen.

Captain: Shit. All personnel, prepare for combat. Banished CAS coming out of Slipspace.

-ODST Bay-

Everyone was preparing for combat, and soon we saw 2 ODST's talking.

ODST 1: Seems like they found us. What'chu think, Marcus?

Marcus: What do I think? Well I think we're gonna fuck those ape looking assholes to infinity and beyond, Sarah.

Sarah: Alright.

Sarah sees me lacking some gear.

Sarah: Where's your Laser Spartan?

Marcus: Kennedy fucked up the battery, so I'm probably taking your DMR. I mean you got your M7/S and the SRS.

Sarah: Alright.

After that we ran to the hangar while the battle outside was raging on.

-Bridge-

Navy Crewman: Captain, we lost the secondary engines.

Captain: If they are focusing on the engines, then maybe they are looking for something inside the ship. Elias.

And just when he called that name an AI who looked like a US Marine of the 21st century appeared.

Elias: Yes, Sir?

Captain: I want you to call the Specter siblings.

Elias: Understood.

At that moment an explosion occurred making those standing to fall on the ground or hold onto something.

Captain: What was that?

Elias: Main engine has been hit, and we lost half of our personnel. The Specter siblings are on their way to the bridge.

Navy Crewman: Sir! If we keep like that we won't make it out.

Captain: Dammit…

-Hallway-

Marcus: Fuck fuck fuck fuck fuck.

Sarah: Can't you say something else than "fuck"?

Sarah and Marcus were running towards the bridge after the loss of 3 ODST that got crushed by debris on their way to the hangar and other 2 who died by an explosion passing by the Escape pods.

Marcus: I don't know what to think when everything around you is blowing to oblivion!

Sarah: Point taken.

After a few minutes of running we reached the bridge and once we were in we saw the Captain with a chip in his hand.

Captain: Lance Corporal Marcus Specter, Private First Class Sarah Specter. Your new orders are to head to leave this ship with the AI and get in contact with any UNSC or Sword Of Sanghelios personnel for assistance.

Marcus: What? What will happen to you? Sir.

Captain: The ship is near to being lost. I'm ordering an evac and I'm taking that CAS with me to hell.

Sarah: It was an honor, Sir.

Captain: Likewise, good luck.

After that I grabbed the chip and inserted it inside my helmet.

Elias: Connecting to systems… Hello Marcus.

Marcus: Hello you too. Let's get out of here.

After running away and trying to save as many Marines and Navy Personnel as possible they reached the escape pod.

Marcus: Come on guys! Get in!

6 Marines and 1 Marine Pilot got inside the escape pod, then Sarah and Marcus joined them and the door closed.

Marine Pilot: Hold on tight guys! This is gonna be one hell of a ride.

*Beep…Beep…Beep.. BEEP*

The pod was released and we escaped the ship. Minutes later I looked towards the window of the door and saw how Silent Prayer rammed the Banished CAS.

Marcus: Shit…

Marine 1: Fuck, we lost the Silent Prayer…

Marine 2: Not only that but It fell taking the CAS with it. A good way to go.

Marine Pilot: What's the plan now?

Marcus: Activate the beacon and start praying for someone to find us.

Sarah: Shit…

Marine 3: Yeah, shit.

After a few minutes of silence the Marine Pilot was looking at the comms and saw something in front of him.

Marine Pilot: Oh shit, We've got a black hole!

Marcus: Get us away from it!

Marine Pilot: Too late! we're already in the deadzone!

Marcus: Brace for impact!

And before I knew. I blacked out.

-20 minutes later-

I woke up and looked around me, we were on dark red land? I looked around and saw the pod. 2 dead Marines, 5 unconscious and my Sister also unconscious.

After walking towards her I felt watched. I looked around and saw nothing.

-In a dark castle of said lands-

?: Hmm.

A woman with really pale skin and hair with black eyes and red irises thinks while having a chess piece on her left hand.

?2: Mistress. May I ask what is the problem?

Said a tan man with a mustache.

"Mistress": You do remember I recovered the memories of my past life? Watts.

"Watts": Of course Mistress, I believe all of us remember.

?3: But of course goddess! How come we will never forget such a discovery?

Said a crazy man with a Scorpion Tail.

?4: Uh…

a 16 year old looking girl thought while looking at the Grimm showing the ODST's and Marines.

"Mistress": Cinder, is something wrong?

Cinder: I remember that looking at your old memories we saw some type of black soldier called "HellJumpers". And there's two of them that look like those "HellJumpers".

As "Mistress" heard her she looked towards the ODST's and Marines and saw how one of the ODST removed the helmet of the other revealing Sarah. That's when Mistress dropped her chess piece

Watts: Mistress?

"Mistress": Tyrian, I want you to look for them and bring all of them here. Unharmed.

Tyrian: Unharmed?

Mistress: If I see a single scratch on them you will receive a painful punishment

Tyrian: Of course!

He then ran towards their location. As he was running Watts looked at Tyrian and before looking at "Mistress"

Watts: Miss-

He stopped himself from asking after seeing her drop blood tears from her eyes..

Watts: 'She said that she had a son and a daughter in her past life after she got her memories… Perhaps her daughter is the woman in the armor?'

-In the crash site-

Marcus: Come on Sarah, wake up!

?: Hello there!

Marcus: Who's there?!

After demanding who was he saw a man coming into view with a Scorpion tail

Marcus: Alright, Scorpion tail. Absolutely not the weirdest thing I have ever seen.

?: My name Is Tyrian Callows, and I believe the woman you're holding is Sarah.

Marcus: How do you know her?

Tyrian: Don't worry. My Mistress gave me strict orders to help you and your fellow soldiers and bring them to the castle.

And just when he said that some werewolf looking creatures came to view and started carrying the unconscious Marines, even carrying the ones that are deceased.

Marcus: I will bury those bodies later.

Tyrian: Follow me.

After walking a while and talking to the Tyrian, I found out that he works for a woman called Salem. That and he's also a Psychopath… I mean I already thought he was one but he confirmed it by the way he laughed..

-Now in the castle-

Tyrian led me to the place where everyone in the castle should be by now.

Tyrian: May you remove your helmet?

Marcus: 'No option… I guess' Okay.

I removed my helmet and showed my black hair with my left iris being amber and the other being red.

Tyrian: Oh! You look like Marcus! The eldest child of my Mistress!

Marcus: Wha-?

Tyrian: No time! come in.

And just before I could say something he opened the door and pushed me in.

Mistress: Marcus…

Marcus: Who are you and how do you know me and Sarah?

The Mistress then got up from her chair and walked slowly to me.

Mistress: No matter how dark the forest is, no matter how far from home I am. What it matters is that you and your sister are my midnight's light…

That's when it hit me.

Marcus: Mom?
