When Harry woke up the first day of his new school he was scared. This would be the first time he was away from his Daddy for school this long. He laid in bed for a little while until he had to go potty. He got up and went into the hallway. He walked towards the bathroom when he saw that the door was closed. He could hear the water running. He went to his Daddy's room to see if he was in the bathroom but when he saw him sleeping in bed he decided to wake him up and ask. He climbed into bed and shook his Daddy's shoulder. He saw his eyes slowly start to open and so he got closer to his Daddy.

"Oh, good morning bug. What are you doing here?" Tony said, backing up a little from the face inches away from his own.

"I have to go potty but I heard the shower and came to see it was not you." Harry said. He watched his Daddy sit up and crawled into his lap. Tony held him for a minute before getting up. He walked to the bathroom where he knocked on the door.

"Yeah" Gibbs called out from the bathroom.

"Hey, do you mind if we come in for a couple minutes? Harry has to go potty" Tony said, holding the squirming Harry in his arms. When Gibbs called out that they could, Tony opened the door and peeked in to make sure the curtain was closed around the shower before entering. He quickly went about having Harry go potty and wash his hands. He heard the shower shut off as they were walking back out of the bathroom. He brought Harry back to his room to get him dressed for his first day at his new school.

They decided that Harry would go to the nearby elementary school Stellae Academy which is a mixed magic and no-maj school. He would start with simple classes and eventually be learning the basics and essentials before he transfers to his future schooling at 11 years old. He will start with kindergarten where he will learn the basics of reading, writing, spelling, etc and slowly gain knowledge of languages starting in second grade.

When Harry was dressed in jeans and his new NCIS t-shirt with a jacket over it he went downstairs with his Daddy to have breakfast. He sat at the table with his honey nut cheerios while his Daddy went upstairs to shower and change after Gibbs came down.

"Hey little man. Are you excited for school?" Jethro said.

"I am scared to go. What if everyone thinks I'm a freak here too?" Harry asked. He was really worried he wouldn't make any friends here like back with the Dursleys.

"Harry, you are not a freak. You are a strong loving little man who is going to make a bunch of friends. I know you're going to be fine and I want you to try as hard as you can at school but also make lots of friends. When you get a bit older your Daddy and I are going to be teaching you and your friends if they want some more to help you protect yourself." Gibbs said. He put down his coffee and turned towards the kid. He was worried about his self-confidence but they knew this would take a while.

"Are you gonna come with Daddy and me to the school?" Harry asked while finishing the last of his breakfast.

"Yeah bud we are gonna go together. I want to talk to your Daddy and the principle of the school this morning to make sure they know that you have only certain people who can pick you up. Now you remember the name your have now?" Gibbs said as Tony came back into the kitchen to get coffee.

"My name is Harrison DiNozzo now just like my Daddy." Harry said happily. He got up to clean where he ate. He came back and climbed into Gibbs lap to continue to talk to him. Gibbs grabbed him around the waste to help hold him while Tony sat at the table to eat. They talked for a while about what they would be doing that day at work and reminding Harry that Tony would pick him up today unless they caught a case then Breena would pick him up.

"Okay buddy we gotta get going if we want to be there early enough to talk to your teacher." Tony said getting up. Harry in his excitement jumped up on Gibbs lap. Tony turned around quick when he heard a sharp gasp from his boss. He saw Gibbs moving Harrys foot out of his groin and cringed in sympathy. He quickly walked over and picked up Harry to give his boss a minute to breathe.

Harry looked back with his lower lip wobbling at Gibbs who was breathing a bit heavier and hunched over. He started crying and apologizing. "I didn't mean to hurt him Daddy" Harry cried. Tony rubbed his back and walked into the living room to calm him down.

"I know you didn't bud. You would never hurt us on purpose but you need to remember bud that where you put your foot is very sensitive for men so sometimes it does hurt for a bit" Tony said once Harry has stopped crying. He heard the faint swear from the kitchen and had to hold back a chuckle and a wince.

"I will be careful Daddy. That looked like it hurt a little bit, can we go make sure Mr. Gibbs is okay?" Harry asked when he had his breathing under control. Tony stood with him and walked towards the kitchen, he peeked around the corner to make sure Jethro was okay with it first and got the nod in confirmation. He walked in and brought Harry to him. "I'm sorry I hurt you Mr. Gibbs." Harry said as he reached over from his Daddy's arms to hug Gibbs.

Gibbs returned the hug. "Thank you for apologizing little man, I'm okay now though. I do however want you to remember that if there is ever a man who tries to take you away or touch you there you have mine and your Daddy's permission to kick him there and then yell the word fire as loud as you can while running away" Gibbs got up slowly and adjusted his pained groin slightly before moving with Tony to put their shoes on.

They got into the charger to drive to the school after double checking that Harry's backpack had everything he needed as well as the extra backpack for the teacher with the forms with pictures and names of who could pick up Harry. What their passcodes are that they must know and say before Harry is allowed to leave with them, as well as his information about potty training and known reactions to fears. There was also some extra pull-ups and his blankey just in case he needed it for nap time.

They pulled up outside of Stellae Academy and parked. They walked together into the main office where Tony filled out some more forms and dropped off the folder with the same information of who can pick up Harry and what their safety codes are. Harry knows all of them and knows not to go with those who do not give the correct phrase. Everyone had one even Vance and his family in case they need to watch Harry.

They walked into the kindergarten classroom and met with a blonde hair blue eye woman who stood about 5'5" wearing a green blouse and black slacks. She turned when they walked in and saw she had about 3 other kids in the room already. She walked towards them smiling at Harry who had hidden behind his Daddy.

"Good morning gentlemen my name is Kelsey Paulsen I'll be the teacher here for your son's class. How are we this morning?" Kelsey said. She shook both their hands with a strong group They spent some time introducing themselves and Harry and then giving her the jacket and going over what what in the packet.

Gibbs brought Harry over to the cubbies where they started to organize some of the things in his backpack and take out his lunch. Gibbs sat with Harry and another young boy who had light brown hair, hazel eyes, wearing a purple planet t-shirt and shorts. While Harry was making friends with the other boy Baxter Joshi Tony pulled Mrs. Paulson to the side.

"I just wanted to talk to you about something. While Harry is potty trained he still wears pull ups as he was not taught properly before I got custody of him. His aunt and uncle from his mothers side were abusive and so he does not always feel comfortable to ask to go or does not recognize he needs to go. The backpack we gave you has a couple extra pull-ups and he knows that he needs to change them. He will most likely have an accident today due to the stress of a new school. He will be scared to ask you to leave." Tony said, handing her the backpack.

"That is okay. Thank you for telling me. Do you want me to encourage potty breaks or see if he comes to me?" Kelsey asked.

"For this week we will see if he comes to you if not we may need to encourage potty breaks for him. My boss and I will be only a call away if we are not on a case. If we are you can call the other numbers in that order as the first one does not work with us." Tony said walking towards his son. He squatted down by the table. "Come here Har, it's time for Daddy and Gibbs to leave for work okay. You have fun today and remember to ask if you need anything. Make some friends bud. I love you" He pulled Harry into his arms for a hug as Harry started whining about not wanting his Daddy to leave. They sat there for a bit before Tony was able to get Harry calmed down and sitting back with the other little boy. Tony and Gibbs were able to leave for work not looking back and they knew it would be difficult Jethro remembering doing this for Kelly the first time. They got into their car to drive to the navy yard.
