Gibbs looked over at Tony on the drive back to the Navy Yard from the school. He could see Tony trying not to cry, reminding him of the first time he dropped off Kelly at preschool. He reached out and put a hard on Tony's shoulder in a show of silent support. He saw Tony shoot him a grateful look out of the corner of his eye. They rode in silence until they pulled into the parking lot.

"Does it get easier?" Tony asked quietly.

"It does, especially when you see them having fun and making friends." Gibbs said, squeezing his shoulder one last time before they got out and grabbed their backpacks. They walked through security Tony nodding to the guards stationed there. They made their way up to the bullpen and saw McGee was already sitting at his desk. They saw the desk for the new probie set up with a new computer after they took Ziva's for the investigation.

"Morning Boss, Morning DiNozzo" McGee said. They had worked out some of the issues that started with the addition of Ziva to the team. Things would never go back to how they were but they were working towards building the trust back up. They were getting a new probie from the NSA Ellie Bishop today. They were all sitting around when they saw her come in. The team had spent the morning in the conference room getting to know each other and training Bishop on the paperwork and how things work around here.

Around lunch time Tony and Gibbs were eating the leftover steak from last night when Gibbs' phone rang. They all started cleaning up their areas and grabbing their bags.

"Gear up, we got a body in Rock Creek Park. Navy Sergeant was found there" They all grabbed their bags as Gibbs tossed McGee the keys to gas up the truck. Tony and Gibbs took the charger which McGee and Bishop took the truck. When they got there Gibbs talked over to the local LEO's while Tony took out his sketch book to start the stretches. "McGee, bag and tag. DiNozzo shoot and sketch. Bishop witness interviews." Gibbs said when they all got there.

While Gibbs and Bishop were getting witness statements Ducky and Palmer arrived to start with the body. Eventually Gibbs and Bishop came back over walking past the cars. Gibbs and Tony went towards Ducky to find out time and cause of death. Bishop went up to McGee.

"Agent McGee, does Gibbs have a kid?" She asked.

"He does not have a kid right now I do not think. Why do you ask?" McGee said carefully, after the team learned about Kelly they stayed away from the topic of children.

"It's just that there's a car seat in the back of his charger" Bishop said, gesturing towards the car. McGee turned to look and saw it there as well. He did not know where it has come from.

"That did not used to be there. Maybe he was babysitting for somebody." McGee said getting back to gathering evidence.

"Does Tony have a child? They drove in together. The camo car seat made me think of Gibbs but maybe it's just the one that is in his car and there is a different one in Tony's car." Bishop said as she helped McGee with the evidence and carried it back to the van. She continued to think about it but did not feel comfortable asking them on her first day knowing the reputation those two have. They finished up at the scene and got back to the office. McGee and Bishop went to deliver the evidence to Abby so that they could be introduced and she can learn the chain of evidence.

Tony sat at his desk looking through the background on the victim Gunnery Sergeant Owen Maldonado, 33 year old husband, father to two little girls, wife's name is Charlotte Maldonado. Just back from a year long deployment to iraq. Tony made sure to say all that when He was going over the case with the team. McGee was looking through the banking information while Bishop looked up the wife. Tony got in touch with the Sargents CO and determined that they were currently in DC. The CO Lieutenant Colonel Johnson agreed to come to the Navy Yard for an interview.

Tony met with the CO who answered all the questions he had. They had gotten back 4 days ago where he had not had contact with Maldonado since then. He gave names of the unit who live in the area and any friends he knew about. By the time Tony got back to the bullpen McGee had found something in the wife's bank accounts.

Bishop had gone to get the wife while Tony was filled in that the Wife made a large withdrawal yesterday and it was deposited into another man's bank account. Tony and Gibbs went to pick up that man. They got to the address of Micheal Putera, a local drug dealer metro often watches. They brought him back to the yard and put him in one of the interrogation rooms near the wife and went to get the files together. Bishop noticed Tony got a call on his cellphone and he walked away after signaling to Gibbs. He came back a few minutes later and whispered something to Gibbs who nodded and put him on the shoulder. Tony walked away again this time towards the head where he made another call to Breena asking if she could pick up Harry if they did not finish this case.

Tony and Gibbs each took one of the interrogation rooms. Gibbs went to the wife and Tony went for the drug dealer. Tony got the dealer to confess that the wife paid him to kill her husband but she never game him a reason. He just wanted the $350,000 she gave him to do it. Tony had him writing out his statement after reading him his rights.

Gibbs in the other room took longer to break the wife. She had said she wanted a lawyer meaning that they would have to wait until someone could come from JAG for her. They went to their desks to finish up with Putera and book him for the murder. Tony went for a walk to call Harry and let him know that they would be home later because they still had to work on the current case. By the time the lawyer arrived they decided to have dinner and wait for the interview to begin again. By the time the wife confessed that she had her husband killed because she was seeing somebody else but would get the life insurance benefits from her husband rather than divorse him it was around 7 and Tony wanted to get home to tuck in Harry and ask him about his new friends.

Harry watched as his Daddy left to go to work and his chin started to wobble again. His new teacher Mrs. Kelsey as she asked to be called brought him over to his new friend Baxter. They decided to color while waiting for the other kids to show up. Another little boy came running towards them. Baxter looked up and clearly knew him as he yelled "Mudj" and he hugged him. They came back to ssit with Harry where he was introduced to Marcus Davenport Jr. or Mudj as he likes to be called. (Named for usatraveler in honor of the boy who you grew up with and passed away)

They sat talking for a little while until a blond hair blue eyed little girl asked if she could sit with them and color as well. She was much quieter than Baxter and Mudj but liked talking with Harry. Her name is Alexandra but she likes to be called Alex.

"Hey Harry, how come you sound funny when you talk?" Alex asked.

"I don't talk funny. I grew up in England so to me you guys talk funny." Harry said back. "Daddy said that it's called an accent and because I grew up somewhere else before living with him I talk different."

"I like the way you talk." Baxter said. They talked for a little while longer about their favorite colors and their favorite places to visit. Mrs. Kelsey started the class by having everyone say their name, their favorite color, and their favorite animal. When it was Harry's turn he made sure to tell them his name, his favorite color being green and his favorite animal currently is a panda after going and seeing them at the zoo.

They worked together to build a schedule for their lessons meaning in the morning it would be time to learn his letters. Then would be group time where they can play games in groups. After that is snack time. They got a healthy snack in the morning like fruit or yogurt. After snack would be outdoor play if the weather is good and if it is not then gym play. After that is lunch. After lunch is story time then nap time. After nap time they learn their numbers. They would then have some independent or group play time. After that they would go outside again to play until snack time. After snack time they will do something relating to magical education either learning magical animals, plants or creatures/beings. Then it would be independent play until they get picked up as a wind down time.

They started the day really well with Harry knowing most of his letters earning him a sticker on his chart. They use a reward chart where after 10 stickers they earn a small prize and if they get 100 stickers they get a big prize and if everyone in the class gets over 100 stickers they win a field day at the end of the year. Around the time to go outside Mrs. Kalsey took the class to the bathrooms before heading outside where Harry, Baxter, Mudj and Alex played tag with another two little girls Susan and Lore.

After lunch they sat down to read the Magic Treehouse Dinosaurs before Dark. While they were all napping Harry was woken early by something. He noticed that he had used his pullup on accident and started to get upset. He was quietly crying when his teacher found him. It took a while before he would tell her what was wrong but she quickly grabbed a spare one from the backpack and brought him to the bathroom to change it.

During the past period of the day they learned about dragons to go along with the book they had read earlier. Mrs. Kelsey said there was a lot of different dragon breeds and had little figures they all got to pick one and keep. Harry picked the Hungarian Horntail because he liked the all black and the spikes. Alex picked the Chinese Fireball because it is also known as the "lion dragon" and she loves lions. Baxter chose the Ukrainian Ironbelly because it is known to be one of the largest dragon breeds. Mudj chose the Hebridean Black because it is one of the known breeds coming from Great Britain and he thought Harry might like that he chose one from where his friend is from. Susan chose the Common Welsh Green because the tail was very pointy and she liked the color of it. Lore chose the Antipodean Opaleye because it is one of the least aggressive breeds and can bland in well with their home. They also liked that that dragon figures moved so they can play with them together and keep them in their cubbies at school.

The rest of the day went very well and Harry was happy with his new friends. His teacher told him that Breena would be picking him up because his Daddy was still at work which was a little sad but he liked Mrs. Breena. They drove home where Harry told her all about his school and the book that they read today. He talked all about his new friends and what they like. When they got to the house Harry put on the TV to watch an episode of rocket power that his Daddy has on DVD.

A little while after Dinner his Daddy and Pa-Gibbs came home so he told them all about his new friends and what he did today. He talked about his little dragon that he is going to name Draco because Mrs. Kelsey said it is Dragon in Latin. Tony and Gibbs tucked Harry is while listening to his day and then settles down to read him a story from his shelf.

After Harry was asleep Tony and Gibbs went down to the basement where Gibbs continued to sand and Tony sat on the steps in his stop just talking. When Tony was ready for bed he got up to go back upstairs. He turned around and walked over to Jethro. He gave him a big hug to thank him for helping him get through the drop off this morning and letting them stay in his house. Gibbs hugged back and rubbed the back of Tony's head for a minute. On his way up to bed later Gibbs checked on Harry than looked in on Tony to make sure they were okay before going to his own room.
