Her head felt groggy, she remembered her transfer. The hospital bed hadn't been comfortable but compared to this it felt like a 5-star hotel. Her cell was dark, there were bars instead of doors and a small window which was too high for her to reach.

She felt numb, her medication made her drowsy, the voice in her head was angry but quiet. She had her first session today with Dr Lecter. They had taken her to an empty room, the walls were grey, not a speck of colour.

She sat in an uncomfortable chair, ankles and wrists tied uncomfortably in shackles attached. Her white patient uniform itched against her skin.

He entered the room with Will Graham. Dr Lecter sat opposite her, but Will stood at the back of the room, silently in the corner.

'Hello Luna, sorry to keep you waiting. How have you settled in?' his face was stoic, an interest burning in his eyes as he watched for her reaction.

She watched him, taking in every inch of his face, before glancing back at Will, watching intently at the two of them.

He noticed her gaze, clearing his throat before readjusting himself in his seat. He placed his binder on the table in front of her.

'Luna, you remember meeting Will Graham, he brought you to the hospital. He has been keeping an eye on your progress.'

Luna continued to look at Will, who gave her an awkward smile. 'Why?'

Her voice was laced in venom, she had extreme dislike for people these days, her blood boiled as she looked at him.

'He was worried about you. Which is why he asked me to take you on as a patient. You shouldn't be in here Luna. You're not well but you don't belong in here. Not like the other patients. Why don't you let us help you, Luna?'

Will had approached the table now, standing closer to them, an air of concern lacing his features. Luna's gaze fell back onto Dr Lecter. 'Only you. I don't like him.'

Hannibal grinned quickly before regaining composure. He motioned towards Will, who though reluctant, gave an understanding nod before exiting the room.

'Okay. He's gone. Shall we begin our session?' A smile once again dawned upon his features.
