Disclaimer: This story is a prelude of how Queen Serenity and King Endymion met a special person, and how they made an alliance. This is an alternate universe to the 90s and the manga of Sailor Moon. And because I'm not familiar about the past of Queen Serenity, so there may be some mistakes, hope you like it.
260 thousand years ago, There was a planet, which is located in a special place called nebula M78, it was a nebula serves as the large location unlike the nebula that was well-known in our normal perspective. The Ultras were a race of human-like beings living in a peaceful technological utopia, however the sun died, only the ultras' ancestors survived due to the advanced technology. Despite they survived, they were left in perpetual darkness without the sun. For an unknown amount of time, the people decided to make a replacement for their sun , which is called the plasma spark. It is built so the artificial could illuminate the planet, by saving it and the people from freezing to death.
When working on the project, the workers were exposed by a ray which is called differator rays, they then transformed to silver beings. It was found out they were incredibly strong , and have generated natural steroids for enhancing their strength. Also , they could fire energy beams from their hands. The elder who ruled the planet made a decision for making all the people should gain these powers, so it continued. When it started to activate, the planet bathed by the light, and the people were transformed. The light also travelled beyond the universe, it disrupted the natural flow of the evolution and caused monsters to come nearby worlds. Because of this, the people renamed their planet as The Land of Light; Their race also changed to Ultraman by other species. They have a special device which is called the color timer , limited the time for them to fight on Earth, their mission is to save the Earth from the enemies around the world.
In another universe, there was a palace, called the Moon Castlewhich is the home of the royal family during the silver millennium of the Moon. Inside of the castle, The bedroom inside slept Princess Serenity, who was the princess. She was sleeping soundly and have a dream….
Princess Serenity was at a special place, she noticed she wasn't at her hometown, instead she noticed she has a blue barrier surrounding her.
" What is this?" She asked.
" It was a barrier for keeping you have enough Oxygen." A voice said.
" What? Where am I? Did I die? Where are my parents?"
" You were at my planet. Princess."
" Who are you? How did you know my name?"
" I'm the King of this planet. I bring no harm."
" Show yourself!" Serenity said as she pulled her sword out.
Then suddenly a silver human walked out of the cave, appearing in front of her. His eyes were red, a beard which attached to his face, he has a gold armour place on his shoulders, with two red dots on his chest; with purple clothing, he wore silver boots and his head shape similar to a Knight mask, also, he has a large mantle hung on his neck.
" Gah! Get away from me!"
" Calm down! I really bring no harm, Trust me!" King said as he followed her.
Serenity decided to run away from King, trying to jump through every gap of the rocks. However, she tripped , and hopped a few steps, didn't notice there was a dead end. She tried to maintain her balance, but to no avail, she fell. King then ran as fast as he could, he flew from the bottom and scooped her up.
" Why are you saving me? Are you really a good person?" Princess Serenity asked, as he look his face.
" Let's have a talk, shall we?"
Princess Serenity have never thought why a human, who is unfamiliar with her, nor his face is like a normal person look, would save herself.
A few minutes later, they sat inside the cave, which is called the King Cave, inside has a phosphorescent blue rock hidden within the planet, bearing the symbol of King himself.
" Who were you actually?"
" Sorry, I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Ultraman King."
" Ultraman….King….?" She said , as she haven't ever heard of the race.
" Yes. That's my name. And what's your name?"
" Princess Serenity, Daughter of Queen and King Endymion. You live alone by yourself?"
" I live by myself. Sometimes I would go to the Land of Light, for checking out how they were doing."
" Wait, you're not the King of Land of Light?"
" This is just a name that humanity gave it to me."
" I didn't understand that, why do you know me?"
"When I was trying to go back to Planet King, I caught a glimpse of your castle. And I saw you and your parents were going outside of the palace. I saw that you were in a hurry on something." King said.
" My parents were going out, they were taking me to the conference room, we were discussing how could we improve the economy and the politics of the Moon Kingdom."
" Because I was considering whether you and me make an alliance, like can we work together?" King asked.
" Work?"
" I think like is time for the Land of Light make some friends with other people. So, the Land of Light could have more company." King replied.
" Maybe I'll ask my parents about that."
" I would like to pay a visit in your Palace, wonder if the guards allow me to come in."
" I would try my best to convince them."
" Thanks , Serenity." King thanked her.
The next morning, Serenity woke up as she rubbed her eyes and opened the silk window. The sunlight shined inside.
" You woke up, Princess?" Queen Serenity asked as she opened the door.
" Mother, I have a special dream."
" You seemed very happy." King Endymion said.
" Of course, Because I met someone special." Serenity said as she smiled.
" Mind telling who?"
" It's King, he addressed himself as Ultraman King."
"Ultraman?"
" King?" Both Queen Serenity and King Endymion spoke at the same time, as they had never heard of the person before.
" He was a good person. At first I thought he was a new evil villain, I ran away from him, but he then saved me." Serenity recalled on what she had dreamt.
" Dear, any thoughts?"
" Call the guards, to check on whether he has some weapons, if he was an undercover, kill him." King Endymion said as he put his fingers under his chin.
" Father, don't kill him!"
" Princess, I'm just doing it to protect you, remember one last time, there was a person outside, he pretended to be a peacemaker, When he asked you to come to his side, he pulled out a dagger, hidden inside his scroll and stabbed you! You almost died at that time, we were worried about you!" King Endymion said as he grabbed her shoulders.
" Trust me! I'm not lying!"
" Dear, if the princess is telling the truth. Then let him in."
" But still, for better or worse, it would be better if we keep an eye on him, or might he would do some dirty tricks."
" Princess, if we checked him he is unarmed, you can come out of the room." Queen Serenity said.
" Mother….."
" We promise you, Princess."
King then prepared himself and opened a portal arrived in the entrance of the Moon Castle, he noticed a lot of guards are holding their spears.
" Oh dear, did they really mistaken me as a undercover agent for a villain?" King said.
" Halt!" one of the guards of the Moon Castle hold a spear.
" The King has orders for me to search."
" Ok." This is the first time that he visited a Castle, which was full of heavy security. In the past times when he visit different planets, the residents would normally welcome and greet him, he needs to be careful today, in order to keep himself safe and sound back to Planet King, the planet which is for him to meditate every day.
The guards searched for him, by checking his pockets and tried to remove his mantle, they can't even find one single weapon hidden. So, two guards were holding their spears as they still pointing it to king, and one guard head inside the palace, and bowed near King Endymion.
" King, we didn't find any weapons."
" Then let him in, I would like to have a chat with him." Endymion said as he was polishing his sword and stuffed it in his belt.
King then arrived at the entrance of Endymion's throne, he saw him sitting soundly, he didn't move a muscle. King approached him for a few steps, Endymion then observed him for a while, Until he raised his hand and ordered the guards to lower the weapons.
" Lower your weapons!" He ordered.
Queen Serenity knew everything was alright, so she go upstairs to Princess Serenity's bedroom and knocked tenderly.
" Princess, everything is alright now, you can come out."
" Mother?"
" Your father ordered the guards to lower the weapons, they seemed fine at that moment."
" Nothing wrong?"
" If you are completely sure that the guy is really the person you dreamt, you can come down."
" Alright, Mother."
Princess Serenity then changed to her long white dress as she got downstairs.
" Father! It was him, the man I dreamt." Serenity said.
" Sorry for not introducing myself, my name was Ultraman King, I'm one of the race of the Ultras, in charge of observing the events of the universe."
" Ultras, huh? Where were you from?" Endymion asked.
" I'm from Planet King , I usually meditate in here, but sometimes I would go to the Land Of Light and check how the Ultramen were working out."
" Land of light, Wait. If the name of your homeland consists of light , not consists of any darkness, then you're a good person." Endymion said.
" I assume you were the leader of the Moon Castle."
" I'm King Endymion, the King of the Moon Kingdom."
" Nice to meet you." King said as he shook hands with him.
" Wow. I didn't expect my husband can accept this silver human very quickly."
" See, mother, I told you he was a good person." Serenity said, looking at her mom, smiling tenderly.
" So, Why you want to make an alliance?" Endymion asked, as they walked through the garden outside the castle.
" Because I wanted to let the citizens of the Land Of Light know we have different heroines and heroes, and if our land has something bad happen, we could find you to help us." King said.
" Oh, that means you want to work in the Kingdom."
" No, I mean , just if we could have a chance, like I could give the Ultras, they can know more about your past , include what comrades you have, so we can expand the universe; as if most people don't know who we were."
" Hmm, you got a point here, so, what were your plans in the future? Do you want them to visit right now?"
" Maybe give them some time, I can discuss with them." King said.
" My daughter is really happy for seeing you."
" At first sight, she was really scared. But then I saved her from falling off the cliff. My planet here has a variety of landscapes. She calmed down and chat with me."
" Honestly, if you haven't tell me where you came from, I would almost killed you."
" It's ok." King said.
" So, if it's possible, remember to give me news about whether you could invite your citizens to find out."
" I can ask the Ultra Defense Force about that. They were the main force of the team. If there is something happening in your universe, I could order them to save you."
" But what if one of your members died in our world? "
" I would tell them to be very careful, they have to be alert when achieving the mission."
" I guess this is the only way."
" So, deal, Endymion?" King said.
" Deal, Ultraman." Endymion said, and they both shook hands.
King then opened the portal, after he bid farewell to the family.
" Ultraman King….. an interesting person." Queen Serenity said as she looked up the sky.
" If he help us, then the Kingdom would be safe and sound."
" Yeah, right."
