Tommy was a raccoon hybrid. Raccoon hybrids were rare as well as cats, dogs, and other common animals. Most people weren't even hybrids! Most people have 'mAgIc PoWeRs' like dream the #1 hero.
That bitch had some sort of power to create something out of thin air. Dream as well all the other 'heros' only patrolled in the richer districts. They couldn't give a fuck if someone was dieing in 10th district, as that was the poorest district.
There were 10 districts in L'manburg.
1st, 2nd, and 3rd: Richest districts, and where the most villain attacks were.
4th, and 5th: Less rich but still rich, villain attacks neutral there.
6th, 7th, and 8th: The normal people lived there, little villain attacks happened there.
9th: The place with small businesses and muggers. (There it was mug or be mugged. )
10th: Once the poorest district now a prison for the rares.
Tommy was born in 6th, but once he got about 1 year old he got took away to a lab outside of L'manburg. When the heroes finally found out about it, the public did too. The heroes would get a bad image in the public eye so they tore down the organization.
Tommy had barely escaped from the burning building when he collapsed on the ground, ultimately crawling iside a bush to not be seen by any heros checking the building for the remaining children. Positioning himself in a sitting pose Tommy groaned in pain and griped his chest tightly.
'Fuck, I forgot about that. ' Tommy thought as his grip loosened. Last week one bitch told Tommy his 'friend' was mute and needed different vocal cords. Then the bitch took Tommy by the wrist into a room with a small bed and tied him onto it. The next thing Tommy knew he couldn't talk. If he tried all he would get out would simply be a small grunt and the taste of blood in his mouth.
