''I'll gather plenty of energy for our leader,'' Jadeite muttered after one sudden smile. He gazed upon crowds walking by restaurants and stores in Tokyo. One frown then formed while he still wandered.

''Just as long as Sailor Moon doesn't appear. I remember her appearing and attempting to protect others from me. Using Moon Tiara Boomerang. Her wide eyes when I stepped to one side before I returned to Kunzite and the others.''

Jadeite paused as soon as he thought he viewed a dark form in one alley. Squinting, he walked to it slowly.
Jadeite then scowled after he recognized a man's cape and long hair. One coat with long sleeves and trousers.

''You shouldn't look after me, Kunzite. I'll collect energy.''

''Are you certain?'' Kunzite muttered as he frowned.

''I'll put every bit of effort into the mission,'' Jadeite said.

''Be careful.''

''I'm going to be fine!'' Jadeite snapped. He looked ahead before he walked another time.

Another form appeared nearby.

Jadeite started to recognize the girl's blonde pigtails and sailor-like clothes. His body tensed for a second.

''Sailor Moon.''

''You won't gather energy this time,'' Sailor Moon said while she glowered. She took her tiara and removed it.
She held it near her head.

''Moon Tiara Boomerang?'' Jadeite muttered before he viewed Sailor Moon's wide eyes.

''How did you know?''

Jadeite shrugged. ''Lucky guess,'' he said.

Sailor Moon's scowl slowly returned. She ran to Jadeite and jumped. Her leg stretched. The low heel of her boot struck Jadeite's shoulder.

Jadeite collapsed on his arm and turned to Sailor Moon. Anger started to fill his wide eyes. He stood while her scowl remained.

''I have energy to collect,'' Jadeite muttered. He turned and departed. Jadeite looked back after he wondered if Sailor Moon was going to attack him another time. He thought her eyes widened again.

After Jadeite looked ahead another time, he returned to the alley where Kunzite remained. One eyebrow went up.

''You never departed from the alley?'' Jadeite asked.

Kunzite began to nod.

Scowling again, Jadeite tensed. ''Why didn't you prevent Sailor Moon from attacking me?'' he snapped.

Kunzite smiled. ''You said you were going to be fine.''

Jadeite never replied or mentioned how Kunzite was correct. He decided to return home before Kunzite joined him.
