The Power of Madam Butterfly

Marinette was in her room coming up with a new design but her head was a big mess and whatever ideas she had flew away. Kagami had asked Marinette to create a beautiful design for the clothes that she would wear during the competition that Kagami's mother would be participating in. Marinette was overjoyed that Kagami's mother would participate in a fencing competition. She agreed to do it even though she didn't know much about fencing, but she accepted because Kagami said Adrien would be there too. She also said she could take her with her and the three of them could watch the race together.

"Nothing happens." Marinette said as she tore a sheet from the sketchbook and crumpled it up and tossed it aside next to the other crumpled up balls of paper and put her head on the table with a desperate sigh.

"Marinet are you okay." Tikki, the kwami of creation, asked.

"I'm fine Tikki. It's just that I always come up with such good ideas, but now when I need them the most to create a nice garment design, I can't think of anything." Marinette said in a very low voice that was barely audible.

"Marinette you don't need to worry about that. There's one more week and I'm sure you'll come up with a great dress design in that time." Tikki said trying to encourage Marinette and give her confidence.

"You're right Tikki, but I still don't know if I can." Marinette said.

"I believe in you Marinette you always had such difficulties and you always managed to overcome them because you never give up." Tikki said.

"You know Tikki, you're right. If I just give up, I won't get anything, so I'll try to do something, and even if I don't succeed, at least I'll say I tried." Marinette said in a more confident voice.

"I know you will succeed Marinette you always do." Tikki said.

Even though Marinette looked like an ordinary girl with a normal life, she had something special about her, she had a secret.

She was the ladybug, a superhero who protects Paris from the akuma, also the owner of the miraculous of creation and the keeper of the miracle box, which contained all the miraculous she the responsibility was very great, she did great, thanks to her best friend Alya, who knew her secret somaticity and helped her a lot to defend the city. Marinette wasn't sure how Alya would react when she revealed to her that she was the ladybug and that she had lied to her for so long. She thought she would end their friendship and accuse her of keeping such a big secret from her for so long, but she accepted it very well because she knew how difficult it was for Marinette to protect Paris from all the trouble that was happening.

While Marinette was trying to create the best design for Kagami's mother. Adrien had to prepare himself to be a part of this competition. He would not participate in it but together with his father they would watch the competition and promote the gabriel brand. Adrien heard that Kagami would be there as well and he was very happy when he found out that Kagami had asked Marinette to design for her, which she will wear while watching the fencing competition. She also told him that if the design of the garment is great. Marinette will also be able to come to the race and watch. This made him very happy because Marinette was not going to fail and she will create the most awesome design.

He was in his room and what little free time he had he spent on the computer looking at pictures of his beloved ladybug. Adrien would very much like the relationship with his partner to not only be when they are in their superhero identities. He had often tried to convince her to reveal their identities to each other, saying that it would be easier for them, but she kept refusing and saying that no one should understand their identities, not even themselves. Of course he took this with a smile. Even though those words hurt him, he tried to show that they didn't hurt him much, but still when he heard those words. His cat heart just shatters into little pieces.

The other thing that made him happy was that he had a secret he didn't share with even his best secret is that he is the black cat and together with the Ladybug and the other superheroes, they guard Paris from Shadowmoth. When he received his miracle worker, he was very excited and immediately accepted the role of superhero, because it gave him unlimited freedom, which was often lacking in his life.

Although his kwami was capricious and often made fun of some of the things he did and liked. He was somewhat pleased that there was someone who was always by his side, unlike some others who were never by his side at the most important moments. Although her partner, the ladybug often taught him how they could not reveal their identities and how they could not be a couple in their civilian version. He did not stop harassing her and offering his love, and he was sure that one day they would be together with nothing to separate them, because he felt in his heart that anyone behind this mask, this person will be as special as the person with this mask. He was absolutely sure of that.

"Adrien, I want cheese." Plagg said whining.

"Okay, Plagg. Come on." Adrien said and handed Plagg a piece of cheese.

When he saw his owner hand him a piece of nice cheese his eyes opened wide and he immediately took the cheese and immediately started eating it. He happily ate, but after a few bites he realized that Adrien hadn't complained and he knew something was bothering him. So Plagg decided to ask him what was wrong.

"Hey Adrien. Are you good. Usually when I want something. You complain that I have a big appetite or tell me it's not time yet and then I whine about how badly I need cheese." Plagg said.

"I'm fine Plagg. It's just yesterday when we had a patrol with the White Owl we had a talk and that conversation is still in my head and it's been bothering me all the time." Adrien said, his face taking on a sad look.

"Share it with me Adrian. You can tell me everything that's bothering you to be sure it will get better." Plagg said trying to sound polite, which was quite an achievement for him considering his frequent complaints and frivolous behavior.

Adrien's face improved a bit, but it still remained slightly sad. However, he agreed with his kwami. He needed to say what was bothering him and with no one around right now and no one else to talk to about this topic he decided to share it with Plagg.

"You're right Plagg. I really need to share with someone what happened yesterday and the conversation we had with the White Owl." Adrien said and began to recount what had happened to their patrol yesterday.

-Flashback-

Our heroes patrolled the night and kept the city out of trouble. They decided to split up in pairs so I could walk around a larger position. Madam Butterfly and the black cat decided to take their beloved partner with them and tell him how much they love him and that they want to be with him forever, but their hopes were dashed very quickly. The white owl and the ladybug said that they would separate but in another way they said that the white owl would go with the black cat and the ladybug would go with Madame Butterfly. Of course Black Cat and Madam Butterfly didn't really agree with this but they couldn't voice their opinion because they knew it would only lead to more problems and fights and they didn't want to argue about something like that so they reluctantly accepted.

The white owl and the black cat parted ways with Ladybug and Madam Butterfly and continued with their patrol. The black cat was jumping from building to building looking around for any trouble that might happen. The white owl on the other hand had the ability to fly and it was much easier for him to observe the things that were happening on the ground without being detected. The patrol continued and the white owl and the black cat had reached the Eiffel Tower and the two of them decided to rest and enjoy the view from one of the highest places in Paris. Really the view from the Eiffel Tower especially at night with all the bright lights was really amazing. It was something that few people could see and they were really grateful to have the opportunity to do so.

"The view from the Eiffel Tower is really beautiful, isn't it, black cat. Said the White Owl.

"Yes, indeed the sight is beautiful, but not so beautiful as my lovely lady is." Said the Black Cat as he thought of his amazing ladybug.

"I see you like ladybug a lot, why do you think you'd have anything in common outside of your secret identities. Not to sound insulting, but why do you even like her." asked the White Owl, for he was somewhat tired of the black cat's constant hearing about how he and Ladybug would one day be together.

"I like her because she is the nicest person I know. She is strong, confident, always ready to help and will never leave anyone behind, I always believe in her and she always believes in me even when things don't look so good. She stays calm and willing to do anything to make things right. I know that someday when we take off our masks we will be very happy about it." Said the black cat trying to convince the white owl that what he was saying was correct and completely normal so that the two of them would reveal their secret identities.

"Okay black cat, from what I hear you really know Ladybug is what you said but tell me is she the same outside of that mask, outside of that facade that she is." The white owl said and his words somewhat puzzled the black cat and his eyes opened wider than ever.

"What do you mean." The black cat said with a hint of rage in his voice.

"I don't mean to offend you black cat and I'm sorry if my words hurt you, but think about it for a second. We all hide our secret identities. We know nothing about each other's secret lives and all we see is when we are in our superhero selves how are you sure that Ladybug is like that outside of this superheroic nature and in her civilian life is the same as she described to you." The white owl asked, and his statement somewhat made the black cat think.

"I don't know, but I'm pretty sure the ladybug isn't a terrible person outside of that mask." The black cat said, but there was a hint of uncertainty in his voice.

"Then black cat, I want to tell you something that you don't have to answer if you don't want to, but are you the same outside of that mask. You know you're always flirting, you're always telling jokes, you're always taking everything lightly and you have a very rebellious soul. Are you the same are you out of this mask or someone else of course we will never know. For example look at me, to you I am a gentleman who is incredibly well mannered and kind to everyone but to tell you the truth I have built this form very well so that I can they hide their identities very well. The real me outside that mask has very little to do with who I am when I put that mask on. So ask yourself this question, is you the same when it's outside that mask." The white owl replied and stood perfectly still as he leaned on his cane giving himself a sort of importance to show that his explanation had some meaning and he knew that both his words and his body had to show that he meant it.

On the other hand, the black cat was speechless. He didn't know what to say and he was worried that if he tried to say something he might regret it even more so he decided to just continue his patrol and get rid of those horrible thoughts because he knew it couldn't be like that. Ladybug can't be some bad person behind that Ladybug mask either. She must have an incredibly kind heart and he knew it even though there was some logic to what the white owl said. He himself was not what he is in his mask, when he is out of his mask he is the complete opposite of what he is when he is the Black Cat. He was very different from him, and to some extent you know that it can be the same with Ladybug. This thing had been bothering him all through the patrol and he didn't know what to do and so he was very thankful that the patrol time was over and he could go back to his home.

-end of flashback-

Adrien explained in detail what happened. Plagg listened carefully to Adrien and somewhat understood why he was so sad today. Of course he did agree with the white owl a bit about some things especially that he was really a lot different when he put on his mask. Adrien was becoming rebellious and didn't accept the orders his father had imposed, but of course he couldn't say that, so he decided to give him something that would surely lift his spirits.

"Listen to me Adrien." Plagg said loudly which caught Adrien's attention. "I know Ladybug can't be some bad person under that mask. I've worked with Ladybugs in the past and I have to tell you that sometimes I knew their secret identities and I can honestly tell you that they were all good people and no way the person wearing the ladybug miraculous is a bad or unpleasant person. Whether it's the person behind or outside that mask, there will always be a good person who will own that miraculous and use it for good."

The words Plagg said made Adrien feel very good and think for a moment. Ladybug was truly an amazing person and he was absolutely 100% sure that the person behind this mask would be as well because truly only an amazing person like the ladybug could get such a miraculous. Adrien really felt a lot better and gave Plagg another piece of cheese and left his room and headed to his photo shoot which was going to be held in the park and I had to hurry up and get in the limo so his bodyguard could drove him there.

Zack had prepared himself for a very good and lazy weekend. His parents weren't coming home today, so he had the freedom to do pretty much whatever he wanted. He spread a sheet over the sofa so that when it got dirty he could take it and put it in the washing machine. He had prepared breakfast and snacks and decided to spend the remaining five hours watching programs that he had prepared in advance. Zack would watch shows about psychology and how to be a gentleman. The first was because he was an amateur psychologist and he really liked to know how psychology worked and he was very interested in the subject. The other thing is that he wanted to improve his secret identity as much as possible and he knew that without practicing and having material to absorb it would not improve at all. He knew that very quickly his cover could fall.

Zack, although he looks like an ordinary boy. He had a secret, he was a superhero named White Owl. Zack very often, when incarnating in his alter ego, it often happened that his personality changed completely. The white owl was a very polite, kind, and considerate man, and looking at him you can tell that he was a perfect gentleman with impeccable manners, while Zack was not. He was also polite and cultured, but not to such levels, unlike other characters who use only one miraculous, Zack used two miraculous at a time.

These were the miraculous owl and the miraculous pigeon, the first miraculous he had received as a gift, but the second miraculous he received during one of the battles with the akuma, was sent to the past where he managed to find the miraculous pigeon and with his help he did he managed to go back in time. But he also gained new strength for which he was very grateful and every time he had to transform he transformed together with his two kwami. This new transformation of his really made him feel stronger, but he still didn't brag and flaunt his skills, he just remained the same polite and modest hero.

The other interesting thing about his hero is that he was often compared to the Ladybug, which was somewhat normal. In the beginning, before taking the miraculous pigeon, Zack had the same abilities as the ladybug, namely to purify the akuma and repair the damage that was done during the battle. When he got the miraculous pigeon, everyone started telling him that he was stronger than the Ladybug. Somewhat after receiving the miraculous forces of the pigeon, which were powerful, he felt stronger, but not stronger ladybug. With this new miraculous, he could open portals into time and space and even other dimensions, yet he knew he could not look down on his partners, so he acted as if nothing had changed in their relationship. Because he didn't want to make them feel like unnecessary heroes every time, because they weren't.

The other thing that set him apart from most heroes was that his parents knew about his secret identity. However, his parents encouraged him to be a hero and help people, something not many parents would do. Most superheroes hide their identities and don't even tell their families what they do and lead a double life jumping from one image to another, but Zack had no such problem. He knew full well that his family would support him no matter what he did because they were sure that Zack would always do the right thing even when he didn't do the right thing they would be there to help him. This also allowed his kwami to roam freely around the house without worrying about being seen and to some extent they were seen as part of the family and even Zack's parents often said that his kwami were part of their family and they loved them very much.

Zack finally sat down on the couch, poured a slice of pizza into his hand and was ready to watch, but suddenly something happened to him and he couldn't press the button to start watching his show. He brought the piece of pizza to his mouth to eat, but it didn't work for him, he didn't feel like eating the pizza and it kind of upset him. This was very unusual for him because usually when he sat down he would start eating and looking almost immediately, but now this was not going well for him. His kwami noticed the strange behavior of their owner and were very surprised. Labag was still new to this and did not know exactly how their master acted in such situations, but Halub knew his master very well and knew that in such situations he immediately began to eat and watch his show and almost no one wanted to bother or distract him from what he does. So for Halub to see Zach not being able to eat and not watching his shows for him was very disturbing and he knew that something had happened to cause Zach to not be able to do the things that Halub often saw him do.

"Zack are you okay." Halub asked, causing Zack's head to turn to his kwami. "Usually in situations like this when you sit on the couch you immediately start eating and watching your shows and you say don't disturb you, but now you haven't eaten a single bite of your food and you don't want to watch your shows. Has it happened something to make you do that."

"Well how can I tell you. I feel like I have no appetite and no mood to do the things I usually do. It's kind of weird considering you know very well that every weekend I do this thing." Zack said and his body relaxed and his face took on a somewhat sad expression.

"Master...Zack. If you really have problems you can tell me and you will feel better and we can figure out how to solve it together." Labag said.

"Okay I'll tell you what happened and why I feel the way I do." Zack said and took a deep breath so he could talk about the situation that happened yesterday that made him feel this way today. "Yesterday as you well know I was on a trip with my partners but during patrol we decided to split up to cover more territory. I of course was with the black cat because I knew we couldn't be with Ladybug either because Madame Butterfly and the black cat would be jealous so we put on patrols the patrol the black cat told me how much he was in love with Ladybug and I got kind of sick of it because whenever I met him he started telling me how much he wanted him and ladybug to be one day together in their civilian version. I was really annoyed by that, so I told him that his lovely lady might not be what she is outside of that mask. You know when I turn into the white owl I'm kind and polite and nice and considerate but when I'm Zac I'm not usually such a gentleman, but I think I did very badly yesterday when I told the black cat that Ladybug might be a nasty person outside the mask."

Haloub and Labag listened carefully and understood the reason why Zack could not do his normal activity during the weekend.

"Zack, I really think what you did and said to the black cat wasn't very nice. You hurt his feelings." Halub said.

"I know that, Halub. It was never my intention to hurt his feelings or tell him that his feelings for the ladybug were some kind of joke. But it seems that's exactly what I made black cat to feel and now I feel bad." Zack said.

"It's really bad what you did, but if you really apologize and tell him you didn't mean it, he might understand and forgive you." Labag said.

"You're right Labag. I really have to apologize to him because I made fun of his feelings and didn't appreciate them. It reminded me of how I treated Madame Butterfly and it wasn't very nice." Zack said. "Now that everything is cleared up and we've found a solution to the problem I'll be back to my daily routine."

Zack picked up the remote and turned on his show, then began to eat and enjoy life. His kwami looked at him and were somewhat glad that his owner was back to his normal self.

Scarlet although she looked like no ordinary girl with a normal life, she also had a secret. She was a super hero named Madame Butterfly and like the other heroes she was helping the people of Paris to defeat the akums that were being sent by Shadowmoth. However, Scarlett had many differences from the other superhero. Madam Butterfly was very frivolous and often flirted with her partner the white owl and was often rejected by him, but still she did not stop and hoped that one day he would surrender and accept her love.

The other thing that greatly set her apart from most miraculous owners was that she allowed her kwami to take on something of a parental figure in training and supporting her. Scarlet often stood alone. Her family was rich but very often them was busy working or they were on a business trip so she very rarely saw her parents and was very lonely so when she received the mysterious box in which the miraculous was and her kwami appeared from it she was very happy. Her kwami somewhat became her guardian, friend and close person to share things with, something that hardly many owners would do with their kwami. The other reason she was different from the other characters, which can be considered a bonus, is because her parents were away from home very often. She could transform and not have to explain where she was going or have to lie. She transformed very often and walked around the city at night, her miraculous is special and helps to fly without using extra things. London was indeed much more beautiful from up high and the lights of the city looked like fireflies forming a picture. Her partner couldn't understand this feeling of flying until recently, but he also managed to understand what Madam Butterfly feels when she is much higher in the air and you don't fall, when you jump and reach the limit point where you just enter the ground.

Scarlett was in the music room which was located in the luxury apartment her parents own. She came here very often and started playing her favorite instrument, the violin. She very often spent time in the room listening to music and playing the violin, which produced amazing sounds and melodies. Scarlett very much hoped that one day her playing skills would be appreciated by her beloved owl. The other reason she played the violin was that she loved it and hoped to become a professional musician one day, although it was unlikely anyone would stop her from doing so. Because in other situations when your parents are rich and they want their child to also find a job that earns a lot of money and brings prestige, but her parents don't care at all. She was left to do what she wanted and when she wanted. She knew that it wasn't a good life either, because you could end up in terrible situations and very bad company, so she was very grateful to her kwami for helping her and taking care of her.

Ruda was next to her, listening to her playing. She noticed that Scarlett wanted to learn how to play the violin from a young age, so she encouraged Scarlett to try to learn it. She had the opportunity to hire private teachers to teach her how to play the violin. At first she was terrible and her playing was squeaky but with patience and lots of practice her violin skills improved and she started to play downright magnificent. Even the teachers themselves said that her music sounded like an angel singing. Scarlett was of course proud of the fact that she could play the violin and one day she would be able to become a musician, but most of all she was very grateful to her kwami for helping her this time in learning how to play the violin. Ruda was also in tune with her owner's achievements and when Scarlet received some kind of achievement or reward Ruda was very often happy with what her owner had been able to achieve.

Scarlett was playing her gorgeous music while Ruda was listening, but suddenly as she was playing Scarlett made her violin sound very horrible and out of tune. Ruda heard this and wondered what was wrong with Scarlet to do such a thing, because she knew perfectly well that her owner would never do such a thing unless there were some problems.

"Scarlett are you ok." Ruda asked in a very concerned tone.

"Oh Ruda, I don't know what to say." Scarlett said and placed a violin on the stand.

"Scarlett, you know you can tell me anything so tell me why you're so sad today." Ruda asked because she knew exactly that her owner had something to say.

"Okay Ruda, there's no point in keeping this from you. I had an unpleasant conversation with Ladybug last night when we were patrolling the town." Scarlett said and then thought about telling Ruda this.

"I'm listening to you carefully Scarlett and I know we can work this out together." Ruda said trying to encourage Scarlett to share the events that happened last night.

-Flashback-

Ladybug and Madam Butterfly continued their patrol after being separated from the white owl by the black cat. They continued to watch the city for any danger and were ready to act if they noticed something was wrong or someone needed help. Finally, they decided to stop and admire the beautiful view at the top of the Arc de Triomphe. They watched the city glow and move and words were weak to describe the sight they saw.

"The view is beautiful isn't it Madam Butterfly. It's one of my many favorite places to visit and find inspiration." Ladybug said

"Yes indeed it is beautiful, but not as beautiful as my beloved owl. I hope one day we can look at this sight together without having to hide our identities." Madam Butterfly said dreamily.

"You're just like the black cat. He flirts with me all the time and always wants us to be together outside of his superhero self. Don't you understand that there's no way that's going to happen. We're heroes, it's our job to keep our secret identities from each other ." Said the ladybug because she was sick of the Black Cat's constant flirting and thought that if she was with Madam Butterfly, she wouldn't hear such a thing, but she was wrong.

"Why not impossible." Madam Butterfly said in a slightly stern tone. "Why can't us and white owl be together outside of our superhero identities. Why can't we be partners in both our superhero identities and in our civilian version. If we know who we are not only will we become stronger but and confidence in us will increase even more."

"That can't be because she fell in love with someone who doesn't exist. We're heroes, we have our duties, and they don't include meet or loving." Ladybug said.

"Why not, if we both really love each other, why not and I know the black cat is trying to date you too, but you keep rejecting his love, why." Madam Butterfly said angrily.

"Because I'm in love with someone else." The ladybug said hastily and when she realized what she had said her eyes widened.

"That may be so for you, I agree that you have the right to love another." Said Madam Butterfly understanding that the ladybug just loves another and there's nothing wrong with that, but she was wrong about her and the white owl. "But my beloved owl has never said that there is another person in his life that he has fallen in love with, so I still have a chance to be with him."

"Okay, I understand that the white owl hasn't told you that he has someone else to love, but that still doesn't mean that you two can be together. We have to keep our secret identities for the good of the people as our family and our friends." Ladybug said.

"Okay, let's just assume I understand and stop talking about me and my attempts to flirt with the white owl and talk about something else." Said Madam Butterfly.

"Okay what do you want to talk about." Ladybug asked, but if she had known that this question would put her in a very awkward situation, she wouldn't have asked it.

"After you're in love with someone else. Did you confess your love for him or not." Said Madam Butterfly.

"What…why did you ask me that question." The ladybug said stuttering and looking a lot more like Marinette than the ladybug.

"Because you keep rejecting the black cat's love because you're in love with someone else and so I want to know if you told him how you feel about this love of yours or if he doesn't know about your feelings for him." Madam Butterfly asked a little curiously, but her main purpose was to make Ladybug realize that her love for the white owl was completely different from the black cat's love for her.

"Well... honestly... I haven't told him how I feel and he hardly noticed that I have such feelings for him." Said the ladybug who was really embarrassed by this.

"Ladybug, I'm not trying to upset you or make you feel bad." Said Madam Butterfly trying to explain her point of view to the ladybug. "But I want you to know that my love for the white owl is very different from your love for that person that you have feelings for. You constantly dismiss the feelings of the black cat saying that there is someone else in your life that you love, yet you you don't have the guts to tell him how you feel and how you feel about him. So tell me why don't you just tell him and let's see what happens."

"It's not that simple Madam Butterfly. everyone thinks of me as boldly, confident and willing to do anything without a moment's hesitation but things are different when I'm not in my secret identity. When I'm in civilian version I'm the complete opposite of that and whenever I meet this person I don't have the courage to admit that I love him despite my constant efforts to do so. All the attempts I have made so far to tell him how I feel about him have failed." Said the ladybug even though she said a lot about herself she was confident enough in Madame Butterfly and knew she could be trusted as a girl who understood another girl's love pain.

"I understand the situation you are in. Very often we lose our confidence when we are not in our superhero costumes but my goal is not to tell you that you are doing wrong. My goal is to explain to you that my love for the white owl is much different . He has never told me he is in love with someone else and he have never tried to reject my love before. He only treats me as a friend and partner but when he came back from time you remember he became much nicer and started to he gives me more attention and more than usual for him i don't know if that means one day he will say he loves me too but until he says that he don't feel the same way or says he loves someone else. I still have the opportunity to tell him that I love him with all my heart." Madam Butterfly explained to the ladybug who was looking at her very thoughtfully as if her words had totally confused her perspective.

"You're right about that Madam Butterfly, but that doesn't mean the black cat and I will be the same as you are." Said the ladybug still confused by these thoughts that were swirling around her head.

"Why not. You know what I'd do if I were you, Ladybug. I'd tell that person right away how I really feel, because the longer you delay the worse it's going to get. Assuming that person doesn't love you, you can always you accept the feelings of the black cat. I don't know what that person is that you like and I won't bother to ask you what it is, but whatever it is you should know and the black cat is not bad. The black cat can be a person too the one you can count on and tell everything to, and most of all, the one you'd like to share your life with." Said Madam Butterfly.

Ladybug just stared at Madam Butterfly with a fixed expression. She didn't know what to say because her mind was a big mess and no matter what she tried to do and think of it all was in vain because she couldn't find logic in most of the things she would say to challenge what Madam Butterfly said.

"I don't know what to do Madam Butterfly. What you said was true and it made my brain turn 180 degrees." Said the ladybug with relaxed arms and shoulders in a truce sign.

"You know what, the patrol is almost over, so let's go home and go to bed." Said Madam Butterfly.

"I agree with that." Said the ladybug because she didn't know if she could handle any more embarrassing questions that Madam Butterfly was going to throw at her.

- End of flashback -

"It really was very much the night before for you and the ladybug, but that doesn't explain why you're upset." Ruda said.

"Ruda I'm not upset that I said those things. I feel bad because I kind of felt that she was wrong and that she didn't know anything and didn't understand love because she kept rejecting the black cat's feelings, but now I understand that she is too she was right about herself. She has a right to love someone other than her partner, just as I have a right to love my lovely owl." Scarlett said.

"I understand Scarlett. You need to protect yourself and there's nothing wrong with that. Let's take a break from playing and make something to eat, it's almost time for dinner." Ruda said.

"Of course Ruda." Scarlett said, a smile on her face as she was relieved to share this with her kwami. "I'll order something to eat. What do you want?"

"I would like a warm liquid hot chocolate." Ruda said.

Scarlett already recorded Ruda's order in her phone as hers and sent a message to have it delivered to the front door. Scarlett's kwami was one that recharged its energy by feeding on sweet things, and it preferred to consume them in mostly liquid form.

Sunday, the day of the week when almost everyone was preparing for the difficult Monday. Some were doing their homework, others were finishing their projects that they had left for the last minute. And some like Marinette used that day to start designing the dress that wasn't even thought up and she hadn't even done the first sketch and it was really upsetting her because she knew there wasn't much time left and she hadn't started because all her ideas they were not good. This upset her terribly and she slowly slid out of her chair and lay on the floor completely distraught that she would not be able to make the design.

"Marinet are you okay." Tikki asked because she knew her owner was really in trouble and this design of hers that she couldn't carry out would make her owner feel very bad.

"Oh Tikki, I think I'm going to give up and tell Adrien and Kagami that I didn't get to finish the design and I didn't even get to start it." Marinette said in a very sad voice.

"Marinette, don't give up so easily. I don't think you can find inspiration by constantly staring at a blank slate. Go outside and walk around a bit. You always told me that walking around Paris always made you incredibly inspired." Tikki said trying desperately to convince Marinette not to give up on this and finish the design.

"You know Tikki, you're really right." Marinette said as she got up from the floor. "I'm not really going to find anything just sitting at my desk and looking at a blank piece of paper. To get inspiration I have to look at the world around me and I'm sure that will give me a lot more inspiration than a piece of paper. "

"Well then what are we waiting for to go." Marinette said and started getting ready.

It was really nice outside and it made Marinette snap out of the depressed situation she was in at not being able to finish the design of the dress. She was walking around the park which was as always lively and everywhere there were people doing nothing. As she walked she noticed Zack standing on a bench completely casually eating chips. She was somewhat intrigued by Zack. His behavior and the way he interacted with others was very interesting and strange to some extent, but she knew that Zack was coming from a place with a different culture that she hadn't heard before.

"Marinette, would you like some chips." Zach said who had noticed Marinette looking at him.

"No thanks." Marinette said sitting next to him on the bench.

Zack noticed that Marinette looked sad. He didn't know Marinette very well, but as an amateur psychologist he understood very well when someone next to him has something that makes sad and he knew very well know very well that in order to help such a person who is sad he must first share his problems. He will feel better and you will have a much clearer idea of how to act.

"Marinette is there something that's bothering you." Zack asked, already knowing the answer. "But don't tell me you're fine, because I can clearly see that there's something bothering you, and you can't hide it from me, because I understand psychology very well."

"Zack does have something that's bothering me." Marinette said, getting ready to tell Zack what was wrong. She had known Zack for a relatively short time, but in that time she had convinced herself that he really could be trusted and that he really could help people solve their problems. "Zack, a few days ago Kagami asked me to design a dress for her, who was going to be at a competition and I told her that I would be able to do it. But still I can't think of anything anymore and with each passing day that I can't think of anything to do, I lose my chance to create the design."

"I understand where the problem is." Zack said, who really understood where the problem was. Marinette had accepted Kagami's request because she knew full well that if she did it she would be invited to Kagami's mother's competition and be with Adrien. He already knew how to caused Marinette to get inspired and make the most awesome design ever. "I know what we need to do for you to succeed."

"So Zack tell me, tell me what I have to do so I don't fail and miss my chance to be with the love of my life." Marinette said with a bit of a stutter in her voice and was somewhat very close to Zack.

"Of course Marinette. The first thing you need to do is clear some personal space for me." Zack said grabbing her shoulders and moving her a little further away from him. "The other thing you have to do is understand the person's culture."

"The culture." Marinette asked slightly confused.

"Yes Marinette. See as far as I know Kagami, she is from a country with a very different culture and traditions from ours, just like my country. For example, there is one very unusual thing about my country that you might find interesting. In On the internet you can find one such photo where a person is photographed as a child over a street pothole and then you can see that same child now an adult and this pothole is still standing there not fixed at all". Zach said.

"This story is interesting, but I don't see how this will help me." Said Marinette who was indeed a five member from the story.

"Marinet, in order to make a really good design that is good for Kagami. You need to learn enough about their culture and their values. Like our values like that hole I mentioned to you. That hole has never caused anyone any trouble and so no it was fixed and as long as it didn't cause problems it would stay there because nobody wants to put in the extra effort you see in our culture we have a rule if it's not bothering you or causing you problems there's no point in trying to fix it . So you need to understand what kind of culture the Japanese have so that you can be inspired and create the irresistible design for them." Zack now explained in much more detail to Marinette what she had to do.

"I think I understand what I need to do. Thank you for your help Zack. I'm going to go home now because I think I have ideas starting to pop into my head. Before I leave I want to ask you what you're doing here." Marinette said.

"Oh, what I do is rest. I usually buy a snack and sit on the sofa completely undisturbed until the snack is finished, but this time I decided to change things up a bit and told myself that I would sit on a bench and stay there until I didn't eat my snack and now that's what I'm doing." Zack said and started eating chips.

Marinette gave him a slightly confused look but decided not to ask questions about Zack's strange behavior because she had much more important work to do now and it wasn't going to be done alone. She started running towards her house and when she got inside she sat down at her sketchbook and started to draw. As Zack had told her she really started studying Japanese culture to find the best thing to put into her design. A few tense hours of her constantly drawing and she had finally created the perfect design for Kagami's dress. She was overjoyed and jumping up and down and knew that this design was really going to be successful and now she just had to take it from her sketchbook to the real world.

"Marinette, Marinette. MARINETE." Tikki yelled loudly, making Marinette snap out of the trance she was in.

"Tiki, you startled me." Marinette said.

"I just want to tell you that it's already night and you should go to bed because you have school tomorrow." Tiki said and pointed to the window to show her owner that it was indeed night.

Marinette looked at the window and really stopped that it was already night. She was so engrossed in creating a design and now all she had to do was get it out of the sketchbook and into the real world, but she found it was too late and she didn't realize how much time it had taken. However, she still had time and was sure she would be able to sew it up.

"Okay Tikki, I'm going to bed." Marinette said and laid down in her bed and fell asleep.

For the next few days, Marinette worked passionately on the design of the garment. When she finished, she showed Kagami the garment. Kagami really liked her and said that he would be able to take Marinette with him to watch her mother participate in the fencing competition. Marinette squealed with joy as usual and hugged Kagami very tightly in gratitude that she would be able to be with Adrien. Kagami just looked at her slightly confused at first, but then smiled and allowed Marinette to let her stay a little longer hugging her. Of course if someone else had done something like that she would have quickly knocked him to the ground and broken at least one of his arms, but if it was Marinette she would have compromised and let her do it.

"Marinette can you let me go already." Kagami asked.

"Of course I'm sorry." Marinette said and started apologizing for what she had done in a fit of glee.

"There is no need to apologize to me. There are only two more days until the competition and I believe that this time my mother will beat him.

"To beat who this time." Marinette asked curiously.

"That's a boring story Marinette and you almost don't want to hear it." Kagami said.

"Are you kidding me. I understand your mother has had problems in the past and I respect her a lot. So I want to know what happened so I can help her if I can." Marinette said firmly.

"I'll tell you what happened. My mother participated in a prestigious tournament and although she beat everyone, in the final she lost to a person she greatly underestimated and she was humiliated in front of everyone for losing. The name of this competitor was Iguros Moeto. My mother often said that she would have won if he had not cheated. Although neither the judge nor I at the time noticed anything by which he had cheated, yet I have full faith in my mother and when she says that someone had cheated. She was certainly right." Kagami said.

"I understand, it must have been terrible for her. I hope this time she wins and proves to everyone that she is the best fencer." Marinette said causing Kagami to blush at how her friend complimented her mother so much.

"Thanks Marinette. Now if you'll excuse me I have to go, I have a few tasks to complete on my schedule." Kagami said.

"No problem then I'll see you at the race." Marinette said.

Kagami kept his promise and picked up Marinette from her home in his personal car to drive her to where the competition would take place. It was located in a relatively small stadium, but it could be seen that all the people around it were high class, and she knew very well that there would be many influential people in this place. They went inside and saw how richly decorated the stadium was. Marinette was completely overwhelmed by the sight that appeared before her. There were ancient Japan themed decorations everywhere and it was a real wonder for her to see this strange culture. She remembered Zack's words that to create a suitable design for a person you must first be inspired by the culture of the country the person comes from and that was true and it paid off very well because she knew that her garment really fit perfectly at that place.

Kagami walked Marinette around the stadium and she showed most of the places where all the competitions would be held at the time. While walking Marinette and Kagami noticed Adrien sitting sadly on a chair. They approached him and when Adrien noticed that Marinette and Kagami were here, his face went from sad and depressed to happy and cheerful.

"Marinette, Kagami. I'm so happy you're here, I'm especially glad Kagami was able to bring you here Marinette. Her and I won't be alone and we won't be bored." Adrien said.

"How are you going to be alone, aren't your parents here?" Marinette asked confused.

"No, my father said he had something to do and told me to stay here." Adrien said sadly.

"So is my mother. She focused as much as possible on defeating Iguros Moeto." Kagami said with a sad tone as well.

"Alright enough talk about these topics. Let's check out this place and hang out together." Marinette said causing Adrien and Kagami's faces to smile in pure joy.

"Well, where do we start first." Adrien asked, eagerly waiting for Marinette to say something.

"Well, after Kagami walks me around to see a bit of the stadium. You can walk us around and see the rest of the stadium and talk while we walk." Marinette said.

"Sounds good to me." Kagami said.

"Alright, I will do it." Adrien said.

While Adrien, Kagami and Marinette were walking around the stadium waiting for the competition to start so they could watch it. There was one place where a woman was anticipating this race to such an extent that you could read the rage on his face. This was Tomoe Tsurugi and she was willing to do anything to win this competition to regain the honor she lost last time and prove to everyone that Iguros Moeto is a fraud. She was in her dressing room practicing all sorts of sword techniques to be prepared to face Iguros Moeto, but while doing so she didn't realize she had gone too far and tripped over the bench that was there and she fell to the ground. This of course made her terribly angry and she felt just as humiliated as during the competition.

Of course her anger and humiliation did not go unnoticed by a certain villain. A large circular window opened in Shadowmoth's hideout and many butterflies began to fly out of the ground and circle around it.

"Ah, someone is desperate to win and regain his honor. Someone who wants to show everyone how deceived he was. She is perfect prey for my akuma." Shadowmoth said.

A white butterfly flew into Shadowmoth's hand, he covered it with his other hand and the butterfly was consumed by dark energy, turning it into a black and purple butterfly.

"Go ahead my little akuma and make her evil." Shadowmoth said.

The butterfly flew out of his hand and flew straight to the stadium where her victim was, ready to be transformed. The butterfly entered the dressing room where Tomoe Tsurugi was and entered her bamboo sword. A butterfly shape appeared over Tomoe Tsurugi's eyes and Shadowmoth's voice began to speak in her head.

"Samurai, I am Shadowmoth. You have been deceived and humiliated and want nothing more than to restore your honor and show those who mocked you wrong and must be punished. Now you will. I give you the power to make them all pay, but in return I'll want the ladybug and the black cat miraculous." Shadowmoth said.

"I agree Shadowmoth. I will do anything to restore my honor and make people pay for humiliating me." Tomoe Tsurugi said and the akuma began to transform her into a samurai.

Marinette, Kagami and Adrien walked around the stadium and Kagami explained what the decorations were and their cultural significance. Marinette and Adrien were really very interested in learning more about Kagami's culture and enjoyed listening to her talk about it. But things didn't go as well as they started because suddenly there were loud screams coming from all directions. They wondered what was going on, but they didn't wait too long to find out, and then an akuma appeared near them, attacking everyone, but it looked like it was looking for someone. Marinette, Kagami and Adrien hurried to run and find a place to hide. They found a corridor which way they got out of the akuma as fast as possible and out. As they ran Marinette noticed that she was the last of the group and would be able to get away without causing trouble because the people in front of her were too busy running and were unlikely to turn to see her and with that she took advantage of that for to get away.

She quickly turns down another corridor to get away from Adrien and Kagami and find somewhere to transform so she can help the people and defeat the akuma before it causes more trouble. She hid in a room where the sports equipment was located and her kwami came out from the hiding place where she was.

"Tikki, the akuma has attacked and we have to stop her before she hurts a few." Marinette said.

"Then let's do it Marinette." Tikki said.

"TIKKI! SPOTS ON!"

Marinette brushed her hair back as Tiki flew into Marinette's earring. Both Marinette's earrings turned red and 5 black spots covered the surface of the earrings. Marinette covered her eyes before moving her hands away to fasten her mask. Marinette held out one hand as a bright pink light stuck Marinette's suit over her. Marinette's yo-yo materializes around Marinette's waist and her transformation into a Ladybug is complete.

Adrien also wanted to get away from Kagami and find a place to hide so he could transform and fight the akuma before things got worse. He turned back and I noticed that Marinette was not with them. At first he was worried about her and decided to tell Kagami, but then he remembered that he had to turn into the black cat to help people, so he also turned down another corridor and hid in one of the stadium's locker rooms. When he was sure he was safe he let his kwami out.

"Plagg, the stadium has been attacked by akuma. We need to take care of the people and defeat the akuma." Adrien said.

"Oh why are akumi attacks always so so loud and ruining my nap." Plagg complained.

"PLAGG! Claws out!"

Adrian's ring changed from silver to black before Plag flew into the ring when a green paw print appeared on the ring. Adrian shot his hand over his head. Adrian waved in front of his face as his mask materialized before running his hands through his hair, forming his cat's ears. Adrian spread his arms as his suit appeared from the center of his chest to his arms and legs. Adrian's belt and wand also materialized around his waist and Adrienne completed his transformation into a black cat.

The samurai was already out of the stadiums looking for Iguros Moeto and at the same time creating chaos and panic trying to find him. People ran as far away from the akuma as possible, but of course there was one amateur journalist who wasn't going to give up on being the first to broadcast the akuma attack. It was Alya pulling out her phone and starting to record the attack for her vlog, but she hadn't guessed how close she was to the akuma until she saw her being attacked with a sword. She quickly raised her arms to defend herself from the oncoming attack, but before the sword could hurt her the black cat grabbed Alya and pulled her to a safe distance from the akuma.

"Aren't samurai supposed to protect the weak, not attack the ladies." Said the black cat.

"Black cat, you have the wrong idea about samurai. A samurai's job is not to protect the weak. His job is to serve his master and do whatever no matter what he is ordered to do and he will do it without worry. Because so called honest comes down to to simply being a tool of his master. In this case, being a tool of Shadowmoth." Ladybug said.

"Milady, you are not only beautiful, but you are also incredibly smart." The black cat said in a flirtatious tone.

However, the samurai was not very patient with them and started attacking them with his katana. The ladybug and the black cat managed to avoid the attack and began to fight back. Alya was of course still filming the fight and talking, but she was still a safe distance away from being attacked by the akuma again. While the two heroes were fighting the samurai, the other two heroes were still unaware that there were akuma attacks and that Ladybug and the black cat would need their help. But one of these heroes would be in for a nasty surprise because he would reveal a long-kept secret that he hoped would never be revealed.

Zack was sitting in his room reading a very interesting philosophy article that really caught his attention and he could hardly take his eyes off of it, but then his phone got a message and as if automatically he picked up the phone and opened the message to see it. Zack's eyes widened in surprise as he see the message that said the city was under attack by akuma. He knew he had to leave the article for someone else because he now had more important work to do and that was to help his partners defeat the akuma.

"Halub, Labag. Zack called and his kwami entered his room. The city is under attack by an akuma and we must stop it. Halub, Labag, double transform." Zack said.

Halub and Labag flew to the bracelet and ring, and Zack began to transform as a bright light began to circle his body. Zack touched his face and head at the same time, then his mask and top hat appeared. He raised his hands in the air and a cloak appeared behind him, then a belt with a deck of cards attached appeared around his waist. Finally, Zack raised one hand and a decorative cane appeared, and his transformation was complete.

Scarlett was in her room watching TV because she had nothing interesting to do that day. She was in no mood to play her violin or do anything useful, so she just sat on the couch and let things go without having to think too much about the situation around her. She wanted to do that thing Zack did sometimes and just sit down and forget about everything and everyone. To forget about her problems and to forget that she is alone and to forget about the stress that is constantly around her. Because she often thought about what to do to win the heart of her beloved owl, but she just wanted to stand still and not think too much. But this condition of hers is quickly removed when it is said on TV that there is an akuma attack and Ladybug and Cat Noir fight to protect the citizens and save Paris.

Scarlett got up from the sofa and shouted. "Ruda come here immediately."

"What's wrong Scarlett is something bad happening." Ruda asked.

"Yes Ruda, something bad happened. Akuma is attacking the city we have to stop her." Scarlett said.

"Then let's help them before it's too late." Ruda said.

"RUDA. BEAUTIFUL WINGS."

Scarlett's bracelet began to glow, and Ruda entered it. She touched her face with both hands and her the mask appeared, then raised her hands in the air and her the suit began to appear. Then she crouched slightly and from behind beautiful butterfly wings began to come. Finally her shield appeared and her transformation was complete.

Madame Butterfly left her room through the window to help her partners, but little did she know that this would reveal a dark secret about her that hardly any Parisians could have imagined.

White Owl and Madame Butterfly had already walked towards where the akuma had attacked. When they got there they saw Ladybug and Black Cat fighting and an akuma that looked like a samurai. The samurai managed to hit the black cat with the hilt of his sword and knocked him to the ground and swung his sword once more, wanting to hit the black cat again, but before the blade hit the black cat. The attack was blocked by Madame Butterfly's shield and the black cat took advantage of this to escape.

"Sorry we're late, but we got the news of the akuma attack earlier." Said the white owl with his usual gentlemanly demeanor.

"You may be late, but at least you're here to help us now." Ladybug said.

The battle had been going on for a long time now and it didn't give a very good sign that the heroes would be able to win. Samurai was a very different kind of akuma and not what they were used to. The samurai's attacks were much better coordinated and much better thought out and of course much stronger than a regular akuma. But despite the difficulties, the heroes did not give up and continued the fight, knowing that if they did not stop trying, they would find a weakness in the samurai and defeat him. The battle continued, but very badly for the heroes. Madam Butterfly could see the whole situation in her head as well and an idea came to her that scared her a lot but still she had to do it because if she didn't the battle would be lost and Shadowmoth would win which would lead to dire consequences not only for the city but also for the whole world.

"You are a pitiful hero, so surrender and give me your miraculous." Akuma said.

"We will never give you our miraculous. You may be stronger than most akumi we have faced, but that doesn't mean we will surrender without a fight." Ladybug said.

"She is right." Madam Butterfly said and walked over to the white owl. "White owl, I have an idea on how to defeat this akuma, but I will need time to do so, can you provide it for me."

"Of course Madam Butterfly I trust you and I know you will do your best." Said the white owl knowing full well that Madam Butterfly was going to use her special power for the first time since she was in Paris and therefore needed her emotional support to do so.

Madame Butterfly is looking for a certain person who she knew would help her defeat the samurai.

"Looks like one of the heroes has already given up." The akuma said mockingly.

"Madame Butterfly didn't give up." The black cat said with anger in his voice. "She will help us because unlike you, we have people to help us. And you are alone and there is no one to help you when we defeat you."

The samurai looked at him with anger in his eyes and immediately began to attack everyone.

Meanwhile, Madam Butterfly was flying around the stadium looking for a certain person. She knew that what she was going to do would not be without consequences, but still she had to do it and she had to take a huge risk. She was looking for Kagami and after a few minutes of searching she was able to find her sitting on some stairs next to the stadium holding a bamboo sword. Madam Butterfly took a deep breath and told herself that she had to do it now or never. She landed in front of Kagami, who was startled at first and raised her bamboo sword, but upon noticing that the person in front of her was Madam Butterfly, she immediately lowered her sword.

"Kagami, listen to me, we need your help to defeat the akuma." Said Madam Butterfly.

"But how can I help? The last time I fought the akuma I messed up and we almost lost the fight." Kagami said sadly as he remembered the previous time he fought the akuma

"It may have been difficult then, but now we need you and I am asking for your help because I know that together we will succeed." Said Madam Butterfly.

"Okay Madam Butterfly. What should I do." Kagami asked.

"Now I'm going to use my powers for the first time, so I want you not to be scared." Said Madam Butterfly.

Kagami gave her a strange look, but then Madam Butterfly raised her arm that had her bracelet on it. The bracelet then opened to reveal a blue pink moth that flew towards Kagami. Kagami was slightly worried at first, but then the moth entered her bamboo sword and a moth form appeared over Kagani's eyes and Madam Butterfly's voice began to speak in her head.

"Kagami, I'm Madam Butterfly and we need your help to defeat the akuma so it doesn't wreak havoc around the city and hurt innocent citizens." Said Madam Butterfly in Kagami's head.

"I'll be happy to help you." Kagami said and began to transform and the end result was that she looked very much like a ninja.

"Let's go. My partners must be in huge trouble." Said Madam Butterfly.

Madam Butterfly was right about her partners being in huge trouble. The samurai had attacked everyone and they were suffering massive injuries. Akuma had managed to take down the black cat and the white owl, leaving Ladybug to fend for herself. The ladybug was also ready to fight to the end, but suddenly the samurai put her in such a position that she could not return his attacks. The samurai was happy because his hands were about to take the ladybug earrings, but suddenly his hand was hit by a shuriken. The samurai cried out in pain, which gave the ladybug enough time to break free from his grip and walk away.

"What is going on here." The samurai said in a very angry voice.

"Hello mother." Said Kagami who was transformed into a ninja.

"Kagami, what are you doing here and why do you look like that." Said the akuma.

Kagami instead of answering the question showed the silhouette of a moth that appeared on her face. This shocked everyone, including the akuma.

"I might be able to explain things a lot better." Said Madam Butterfly who appeared and also had the silhouette of a moth on her face.

"When I first appeared, many of you assumed that the miraculousI use was a butterfly, but that was a mistake. The butterfly miraculous belongs to Shadowmoth, while my miraculous is a moth and has almost the same power as the butterfly miracle worker with one exception, of course. The butterfly miraculous can give anyone power as long as they experience negative energy, while my miraculous can also give anyone power as long as they experience positive energy." Explained Madam Butterfly.

Shadowmoth was also listening to what Madam Butterfly had to say from her underground hideout and couldn't believe what she was hearing. After a few seconds he was able to recover from his stupor and ordered the samurai to attack. The samurai began to attack the ladybug in order to have another chance to take the miraculous from her, but this time her attack was stopped by Kagami's sword. Thanks to her transformation, she was stronger and faster, and she was able to block and parry the attacks the samurai used on her. While the samurai was busy fighting Kagami, Ladybug and Madam Butterfly helped Black Cat and White Owl stand up and prepare for battle.

White Owl's eyes flashed with pride when he realized that Madam Butterfly had used the soy special power after the incident. He walked up to her and proudly said. "Madam Butterfly, you made me proud of you today. Not only did you save us, but you finally overcame your fear and used your power. Now let's finish what we started and defeat the akuma."

"Yes white owl, let's end this fight." Said Madame Butterfly who was feeling incredibly happy at the moment because of the white owl's beautiful words.

Madam Butterfly, White Owl, Black Cat and Ladybug joined the fight to help Kagami. Although the samurai was the strongest akuma so far, but he couldn't handle five at the same time. The samurai knew he had to think of something fast or else he would be defeated and never regain his honor. He seized the moment and managed to grab Kagami's hand where the sword was, but at the same time he made a huge mistake. Kagami's other hand held a black egg and was now close enough to throw it at the samurai's face. This egg was full of small glass dust and when the egg broke it formed dust that got into the samurai's eyes. This hurt the samurai terribly and he could no longer see and the pain made him much easier to attack. The ladybug took advantage of this and tied the samurai's legs with her yo-yo, then the black cat hit the samurai with his staff and he fell to the ground. Kagami, the white owl, and Madam Butterfly then targeted the samurai sword because they assumed that the akuma might be hidden there. The samurai tried to keep the sword in his hand, but it was useless because the combined efforts of the three managed to take the sword from his hands. The White Owl took the sword and threw it at the Black Cat, who in turn used his cataclysm to destroy the sword that contained the akuma. A dark blue purple butterfly emerged from the sword and the ladybug set about the task of catching it and purifying it of evil.

"I made it" Everyone said at the same time.

Madam Butterfly used her power again and the moth came out of Kagami's sword and returned her to her normal form. This made the ladybug and the black cat amazed at the power that Madame Butterfly possessed.

"That was great." Alya said, coming out of hiding and still recording the situation. "I never thought something like this would happen. Madam Butterfly showed her special powers for the first time."

Madam Butterfly wanted to hide because she didn't know how the rest of the people would react to the fact that she has the same sa as Shadowmoth, but then her miraculous warned her that her time was running out.

Then the white owl stepped in and said. "I know you have a lot of questions you want to ask Madam Butterfly, but now is not the time. So let's leave and Madam Butterfly and I will answer your questions."

The ladybug and the black cat agreed and they all left. This made Alya once again feel like she would never be able to get an interview with the new characters, but she had managed to get something that was downright amazing. She was able to record how Madam Butterfly first used her special power. If that wasn't an achievement, she didn't know what was. She was sure her site would be flooded with views.

After the battle, the race was resumed. Marinette and Adrien managed to convince Kagami that they separated from her because they didn't see where they were going in their haste and that they didn't want to leave her alone. Kagami accepted their apologies and hugged them at the same time. Then she said to get ready because the competition was about to start. At the competition, it appeared that Tomoe Tsurugi was losing, but when she swung the sword much harder, it caused Iguros Moeto's sword to break, revealing that the sword contained a cable that manipulated the scoreboard and gave him points. Iguros Moeto immediately was disqualified and Tomoe Tsurugi was the winner. Marinette, Kagami and Adrien were very happy that Tomoe Tsurugi won fair and square and exposed Iguros Moeto's deception.
