Naruto held out his cheek, waiting for Haru to kiss it, but Haru waited with a smirk for his dad to pout before he rolled his eyes and kissed his cheek.

Last came Sasuke, to who Naruto grinned widely, "Do I get a kiss?" He fluttered his blonde lashes, trying to up his charm to sway Sasuke.

The blonde stuck his tongue out, "So mean to me. Hi Mina!"

The baby girl turned towards her dad's voice, pacifier dropping and a gummy smile playing on her face, charming everyone in her vicinity just like her dad. Naruto would have to kill many people as she got older. Good thing he was a doctor.

"So what amazing thing did I do to deserve this welcome party?" He set the toddlers down and tried to get Mina out of her carrier, who only giggled and gripped her chubby hands onto Sasuke's sweater (and hair). Naruto sighed dejectedly, and Mina found it hilarious.

Sasuke played with the collar of Naruto's white coat out of habit, "They really wanted to pick you up."

Karin exited a patient's room and saw everyone gaping at the family by the nurse's desk. She'd never seen the staff so quiet.

She crossed her arms, "Why's everyone just staring?"

Kiba gaped from the door he was standing outside of, "Dr. Namizake is married!"

Karin scoffed, "I know. He's my idiot cousin."

No one knew they were related since Karin always worked the overnight shift, and she had changed her last name when she married.

Sakura felt her ears ringing. Her stomach turned at the realization of all the things she'd told Sasuke since Naruto had joined the hospital. The mentions of Naruto's dick size. Their supposed date. Hinata found the strength to step forward, fighting back the tears, "How – how long?"

Somehow the family had completely forgotten they were still in the middle of the nurse's station. Sasuke felt uncomfortable at all the eyes on them and felt the urge to take them and leave. He hated the attention.

"About thirteen years?"

Naruto answered at the same time Sasuke did, "13 years, eight months, and five days."

Karin feigned barfing, "Wow. That's disgusting. You remember it down to the day."

Kiba groaned as he pulled his hair, the shit he had said about Naruto's mate, "But Naruto doesn't wear a ring!"

"I carry it." Naruto pulled out the chain hanging underneath his shirt, "l almost lost it once when I had to take it off during a procedure."

Karin threw Sakura and Hinata a smug smirk, remembering how Sasuke mentioned the comments they had made to him, "And he is traditional. They have mating bites."

Kaito pulled Naruto's scrubs and huffed, "Daddy go!"

Naruto glanced at the clock, "You're right! We have to go." He waved at the staff, "Bye guys!"

Sakura was mortified, utterly mortified, and angry, while Hinata cried in embarrassment. Despite her comments, Sakura's had been way worse, and she felt terrible for her friend.

The staff watched as the family left, and Karin snapped her fingers in annoyance, "Get back to work!"

They'd decided to take a trip to the space museum. The kids ran around with wide eyes, pointing to everything they could find. They sat with a group of kids, watching a presentation about black holes with the couple leaning on the side.

"Are you tired?" Naruto rubbed Sasuke's shoulders. Mina was tucked in her carrier on Naruto's chest, fast asleep in a milk coma.

Sasuke bit back a yawn, "A bit yeah."

"I can take more shifts you know," the alpha worriedly mentioned. He hated seeing his omega stressed or tired.

The omega shook his head, "You need sleep."

"Sas, you do so much for us. Let me help you. One or two more shifts won't hurt me." He kissed Sasuke's forehead, letting the omega lean his head on his shoulder.

A few moments later Sasuke spoke up again, "I – think I want to quit working."

Naruto's eyebrows shot up, "You don't want to work at the hospital?"

Sasuke looked at his children's eager eyes as they watched the presentation, "Not anymore. I enjoyed it, but I just – want to stay home with the kids now."

Naruto held him close against his side and beamed at him, "Of course, I understand. Anything you want."

Sasuke had never felt pressured by Naruto to be a stay-at-home mate. He loved working, but he'd longed to be more at home for the past year or two. They didn't rely on his income; it had always just been an addition. He'd done what he wanted to do, and now he just wanted to be home, doing what he loved the most – taking care of his family.

Naruto raised an eyebrow, "Is this why you let people at the hospital see the kids and us?"

Sasuke smirked, "Maybe."

Naruto laughed and kissed the crown of Sasuke's head, "I can't believe how lucky I am to have you."

Sasuke fixed Naruto's wild hair, "I'm the lucky one."

Naruto waved him off, "Never. I knew I'd marry you from the first day we met."

"Liar."

"It's true. Why else would I take a spreadsheet class? I was a biology major."

Sasuke shrugged, "Maybe you love spreadsheets?"

Naruto stuck his tongue out, "That's you, nerd."

"You love my spreadsheets when they save us money."
