The aim of this story is Godlike Naruto, he has the potential, but I am sure the last chapter made that obvious. Two plus years of training with the shadow clones, a year plus of combat training and so on... There is no way he would be a weakling, he would have to be godlike. That is the point...
Only a few ninja could face him and not just for skill but unique talents...
Finding the Raijin was easy for Naruto, he remembered where it was laying when he fought Aoi. The poor shattered blade lay in the river below, shattered by the rasengan Chidori combo. It was a sad sorry state that made him very unhappy. "I am not sure I can fix that." He said from behind his Haku inspired mask. His entire outfit was a replica of Haku's, only difference really was that his mask had a blue tear drop. He thought it fitting, given his life. Of course his hair was also covered by a powerful seal induced transformation to be brown. No one would ever notice it was him, thank you Tsunade for being an inspiration.
Kyuubi laughed from within him. "Check the seals, if it is pure energy, it might just regenerate."
Nodding, excitement returning, Naruto grabbed the blade and channeled his chakra through it. It ate up a great portion of even his chakra levels, which Kyuubi said were now at the level of the Three Tails given his bloodline, Kyuubi's presence and a year of gaining skill, knowledge and power. The blade ate about an eighth of his chakra before the blade was restored, condensing for a moment and turning into a blade twice as long, and thinner...
"I guess I do not need a new blade, this one is shaped like a katana blade like the one mom had me train with." Smirking, he listed to his voice, soft and shimmery, it sounded like Haku as much as he looked at Haku. Honoring one of the few to ever treat him like more than dirt... "Where to next?"
"To Wave, to take Zabuza's blade to the Leaf for Missions and Bingo books. Remember what you are going to say?"
"Yes, I do. I will give half of my bounties for the next year to Leaf with the promise that I will agree to work full time for the Leaf when I hit sixteen... Tsunade is so going to kill me for that." They both shared a laugh at that before Naruto turned on heel and shot off once more, to the Land of Wave. "I can't believe you came up with that, Kyuubi, I guess they are right to say Fox's are cunning beasts."
Seeing no one along the way, and rushing as fast as he could with his natural speed ( not counting Kyuubi) Naruto reached the Land of Wave in four days. The only interesting thing was Jiraiya discussing potentially weakening Naruto's seal, to force out Kyuubi's chakra, something that could destroy the clone... they were not very happy about that.
"If Jiraya forces this event, you might have to take the place of your clone for some time..."
"I know."
When they reached Wave, Naruto didn't bother to take anything in, knowing himself well enough that he would be too distracted to leave quickly... but still, he noticed the Great Naruto Bridge, the various shops with Team Seven's names, and the happy Inari working hard to rebuild the land with his grandfather... no, he didn't notice this at all...
Of course, he noticed it, and it took all he had to crawl away once he stole not only Zabuza's sword, but his and Haku's corpses.
"So gross... I hate myself for doing this..."
Kyuubi sighed. "You are saving them, I told you the Second was famous for reviving dead Ninja. Even I knew of it before Madara forced me to fight Hashirama and Mito sealed me in her body. You heard the rumors, Orochimaru summoned the First and Second, which means he could revive them too. They were powerful if I were him I'd summon them. Not just that, Haku's bloodline should only be used by someone you trust, the Ice bloodline is devastating, I have seen greater usage than Haku used. They were almost as dangerous as the Crystal style users... now... take them to the Leaf and get your bounties, and yourself started."
Gulping. Naruto nodded. "I understand... I just wish the world was kinder, and I wasn't dark enough to do this..."

The Middle of the Night- Three days Later
"Hello there." Naruto laughed as Kotesu and Izumo jumped, he had literally appeared there at a blinding speeds. So fast they never noticed him. "My name is Menma, and I am here to speak to your Hokage. I have something, several somethings, she'd find interesting."
In an instant, Naruto was surrounded by ANBU. "Who are you? You chakra is beyond Kage level, why would you come to the Leaf! How did you not set off the barrier?"
Naruto giggled, acting the part. " I had my ways, but that is for Tsunade. I am but a clone, a water clone. I cannot last long, so please if you will, let me speak to your Kage so I can give her these special somethings."
With blades out, they led him away, slowly to the Hokage's office. With it being nighttime, no citizens noticed their presence. Tsunade was in the office he could feel her, and she was working on several pieces of paper. She reeked of Sake... but he ignored that part of her charm.
The moment she saw him, she frowned. "What is a forgien Ninja with chakra levels that high doing in my village? Hmmm?"
Naruto smiled, though she could not see it. "I bring gifts. The corpse of two ninja, one with a bloodline quite potent, and one that body of a Swordsmen of the Mist. I also bring his sword... I would also say I have the Raijin but that is mine now."
Tsunade's chakra exploded, creating cracks and wind. "You will return that, now!"
"I am a clone, besides it was three of your own ninja that left it behind. It was easily fixable, you know. I will be using it before I join the Leaf."
She laughed. "Join the Leaf?"
"You fought off an invasion by one of your own most powerful, genius Ninja and two villages. I respect that. I am a powerful Jonin, I have a deal to make with you before I join. A way to prove my worth... consider the blade and bodies my white flag as it were."
She sighed. "Fine,... what do you have to offer me?"
"I will spend the next year and change hunting bounties and doing outsource missions. You will collect the income as you normally were, only after my time limit will I reveal my face publically and join your village. If you refuse... well, I am sure Mist would be happy to take me in after that long civil war."
That made Tsunade put her fingers together, bridging them carefully. "Why that time limit?"
"I want to coincide my reveal with Naruto's return. His defeat of Gaara is largely why I want to join the Leaf. That he did that almost single handedly, and never gained Chunin hood is almost a crime but I digress... anyway, do we have a deal? Really you are the one that gains the most. A Powerful ally, many bounties, better reputation..."
"What is your rank?"
"I am a jonin, mid to high tier, in terms of skill... but I lack experience. I would say that I am low A rank. Experience, as you know, is the greatest factor in making a ninja strong. It separates the chunin from the jonin, the Genin from the Chunin, the Jonin from the Kage... now... with that in mind, what do you think about our deal? A roughly A ranked Jonin serving you for the next year, until I hopefully reach S rank, which I anticipate will happen by my end date. Really, you are the winner here."
"Fine... I will have you given a Bingo book and a handler to receive missions for the next year and change as you put it. Most of your missions will be assassinations of some variety... though maybe some body guarding, if you prove yourself strong enough to be on a team."
"I would prefer one on one, or one on many battles. I am aiming to gain skill in combat, but you are the boss so I bow to your will."
"Good... very good... Menma, isn't it?"
"Yes, Ma'am?"
"Where shall we met you so we can arrange your handling?"
"Why not start here? I trust you not to attack or kill me, so I will happily give you my gifts in return for a Bingo book with instructions on who you want dead first."
She laughed. "A good start... ANBU, get him what he needs. Oh but first, tell me, how did you get past the barrier?"
"I cannot tell you until I come ful time, and stop freelancing,.. but you will find it hilarious when you know the truth... or you will kill me, either one is as likely as the other."
Within twenty minutes, Naruto under his disguise of Menma, vanished from the Leaf, under vast speeds, with Bingo book in hand. Finally ready to make his life start anew... in full!

This was a blast to write. I love writing this pathway to power! I hate the Shadow clones but they are op as heck and easy to make a character Godlike if that is the goal.
